Chapter Eleven:

The next morning I have school. I get up and start my daily routine, waking up to my god awful alarm, I slowly rise out of bed, tossing the covers off of me. I get to the edge of my bed, mentally preparing myself for the sharp sting of the cold floor.

My feet touch the cold wooden floor, I can't suppress the shiver that runs through my body. I walk across my room to my closet, I grab my jeans with a belt, and a pink shirt. I shift my gaze to the floor near my shoes.

Trying to decide between my boots or my converse. I decide on the boots. I grab some socks and clean underwear. Holding my pile of clothes, I open my bedroom door, and walk across the hall. I open the closet door, grab a fresh towel, and head to the bathroom. Opening the bathroom door, I set my clothes on the counter, making sure my bra and underwear are on top of the pile.

I get into the shower, washing my hair first, soaping it up, then rinsing it out. I then grab my conditioner and apply it to my hair, then I tie my hair up with a hair tie from my wrist. I grab my loofah and add some body wash to it.

Coconut coffee, my favorite scent. I thoroughly wash my body, rinsing off all the soap. Next I work on my hair again, rinsing out the conditioner with semi cold water. I turn off the water, twisting the knobs to off. I squeeze all the excess water out of my hair. I get out of the shower, grab the towel, and put my hair up.

I grab some Q-tips and clean my ears. Taking my hair out of the towel, I dry off my body and put my hair up again. Once I am dried off, I get dressed.

Exiting the bathroom, I head to the kitchen wanting to make breakfast. I notice the time "oh shit" I mutter. I don't have enough time to make breakfast. I glance at the coffee pot and see that there's still some coffee in the pot. I pour some into a disposable cup, grabbing my school bag, and house/car keys, I rush out of the door.

Locking the door after I leave the house, I go to my car and start it up. Driving to school I notice the weather seems extra gloomy today. Which is perfect, everyone stays inside, It might rain. And even though most everyone are native Washingtonians, and have all grown up with the gloomy, rainy weather, nobody really likes it. So they prefer to stay inside to avoid the rain or humidity.

But it means that I can eat my lunch outside and not be bothered. I know I have friends, all whom I enjoy spending time with. But today just feels different. Maybe it's because of Bella's soon arrival. I'm not sure.

I get to school, exiting my car, I pull my jacket tighter to my body, feeling the cold a little extra today. A shiver runs through my body, I make my way into the school, walking through the front doors, I find my first class. I hear the bell ring throughout the classroom, signaling all the students that it's time to head to class. The five minute passing period ends, the majority of the students file in, a few stragglers arrive late after the bell has rung for a second time.

It's been 2 weeks since you've met Jasper, when you finally told Charlie about him. "Hey dad" you say walking up to the dining room table.

"What's up Alls?" He says looking up from cleaning his shotgun.

"Well, I met this boy, and he wants to meet you." You say.

Charlie snaps his head in your direction, and says "who" in his stern father voice.

"Jasper Hale" you say.

"Dr. Cullens kid?" I nod yes to his question. "We'll see if you can bring him by today, I would like to meet him" Charlie says.

You smile "I'll ask him", you walk away to your room, and text him.

hey Jas, my dad says he wants to meet you* you text.

okay, any time or day, my love* he texts back.

Would today work? Around noon* you text back.

yes darlin'. Today would be perfect* he writes back.

You squeal with happiness, you run downstairs to where Charlie is "hey dad, Jasper says around noon for today, would that be okay?" You ask.

"Yeah, don't have much plans anyways, just cleaning my gun" he says.

You give him your biggest and brightest smile "please be nice to him dad."

"I'll try, but I won't promise. I have a role to uphold, especially with you being the police chief's daughter" he says smirking at the end.

You let out a small giggle. "Okay dad".

You sit down at the table with him, and start handing him the things he needs. First the patches and cleaning rod. After a few swipes through the gun, you hand him the gun oil, and he dips a patch in and starts with the outside of the gun, making it look brand new and shiny.

About ten minutes after you and your dad get everything put away from cleaning.

You hear a knock at the door. "I'll get it" you say looking back at your dad, who is now looking down the barrel. He clicks the gun up, making it whole. You smile at your dad and say "be nice dad".

You turn and go to the front door. "Hi" you say to Jasper, grinning.

"Howdy ma'am" he says quietly enough to you in his southern accent.

Charlie stands up, and waves you both over "come on in'' he says.

Jasper comes in "hello Mr. Swan''.

Charlie looks at him and says "none of that, you can call me Charlie".

"Yes si-Charlie'' Jasper says, correcting himself.

"Ally, why don't you go to your room, so me and Jasper can talk?" Charlie says.

You gulp 'uh-oh. I think dad is going to have the talk with him' you think to yourself. You go up to your room, trying to listen to what they're talking about.

"So, tell me Jasper. What exactly do you want with my daughter" Charlie says.

"Well sir, I would like to know if it would be okay to start dating your daughter, if it would be okay with you first of course" Jasper says.

"Don't break my little girl's heart. I don't want to have to pick up after your mess if there's going to be one" Charlie says glaring at Jasper.

"Of course not sir. I have no intention of breaking Alexandra's heart." Jasper says.

"Well then, I won't have an issue with you dating my daughter. If she says yes." Charlie says.

"Thank you sir" Jasper says.

"Ally" Charlie shouts.

"Coming" you reply back. You quickly rush downstairs to see your father and Jasper shaking hands.

"Alexandra, would you do me the honor of being my girlfriend?" Jasper asks.

"Yes," you say, hugging Jasper tightly. I look over Jasper's shoulder, to see my dad smiling brightly at me. My smile widens when I see this, and I silently giggle to myself.

The last two weeks before your dad and jasper met, you've met his family. He has a family to humans. But to vampires he's in a coven.

There's his adoptive parents Dr. Cullen and Eneseme. His sister Rosile, whom you love. She has the best fashion.

There's Emmitt, who would be considered the jock of the bunch. Been though he's a big softie.

There's Alice, she can see the future. She's a little on the weird side. But her bubbly personality makes up more than enough for it.

There's Liam who seems kinda like a loner, but is pretty chill all in all.

Emmett and Rosile are together, Alice and Liam are too, and so are Carlisle and Eneseme. And then there's Edward, the real loner of the bunch.

I get the impression that he does not like me. And I can't tell if it's me or if it's because I'm human. Jasper explained more to me about him. He can read minds. And that he's jealous of anyone in the family who finds their mates before him. While you were at their house Esme made you food, and she loved making it saying that it gave her an excuse to use their kitchen for the first time.

When you saw her, you also saw all the new empty boxes on the table behind her. All brand new kitchen appliances. You gasped, thinking of how much money this must have cost. She had reassured you that they have more than enough money. While you were there Jasper and Edward got into a fight. You tried not to listen in but you knew it was about you being there. Edward really doesn't like you at all.

There's now only one week left till Bella comes back to Forks, Washington. And you're nervous.

"Hey dad, me and Jaspers sisters Rosile and Alice are going to have a girls day this weekend. Is that okay?" You ask Charlie.

"Depends on where you're going." Charlie states.

"Port Anglies" you say.

"Only if you're super careful. I don't want anything to happen to you" Charlie says.

"Thank you dad. And we will be super careful. Jasper is coming along too for some added protection. We're gonna go shopping for some new stuff for Bella when she comes back." You say excitedly.

"Okay Alls. But here I want you to take this. Just for your old man's sake" Charlie says. Handing you a bottle of pepper spray.

"Okay dad. Thank you so much." You say hugging him tightly.

You immediately go up to your room and call Rosalie and Alice "my dad said yes. But we also have to get Bella some new stuff for her old room." You say onto the phone.

Rosalie sighs "do we have to?".

"Of course we do. Think of it for Ally" Alice chimes in to Rosalie.

"Okay, fine," Rosalie say's begrudgingly.

"Would later today work for everyone?" You ask.

"Yes" Rosalie and Alice say at the same time.

"I can't wait to see you guys" you say.

"Just text us when you're ready," Rosalie says.

"Will do. Thank you. Bye" you hang up the phone.

You text Jasper next *Hey Jas, me and the girls are going out. You're gonna come with, right?* you text him.

Yes darlin'* he writes back.

Yay! Thank you.* you respond back.

You take a shower, taking extra care to wash your hair thoroughly. Then your body. About half an hour later you're out of the shower. You wrap your towel around yourself and walk to your bedroom.

You find an old band T-shirt and put your hair up in it, then you towel dry yourself off. You grab your underwear and bra and quickly put them on. Then you grab your faded light blue skinny ripped jeans and put those on. Then time for a shirt. You grab your sheer white off the shoulder, with red, pink, and orange flowers on it. You put some no-show socks on and grab your black boots to match it all.

You text Rosalie and Alice in the group chat. *I'm ready when you are*.

Heading your way* Rosalie texts.

okay * you respond back.

About 10 minutes later, Alice, Rosile, and Jasper knock on your front door. You answer the door, with Charlie right behind you.

"Hello Mr. Swan" Jasper speaks first.

"Hey Jasper, are these your sisters?" Charlie asks.

"Yes, sir. Alice and Rosile." Jasper says. Alice and Rosalie give a wave with their corresponding names.

"You all be safe. Port Anglies isn't the safest part." Charlie says. Charlie goes back inside, and grabs three more pepper sprays. "Here I don't want anyone to get hurt. He hands one each to Jasper, Rosile, and Alice.

"Thank you sir" Alice replies.

Rosile smirks and takes it "thank you".

Jasper takes the bottle of pepper spray "thank you again sir, especially for letting Ally come" Jasper says.

Charlie nods at Jasper and says "okay, have fun and be safe". Charlie hugs you tightly, and you hug him back "be safe Alls" he says to you.

"I will dad" you say to him. Charlie holds you back for a moment while Alice, Rosile, and Jasper leave out the front door.

Charlie looks at you and smiles "you picked a good one Alls". You smile and give him another hug. "Go have fun" Charlie says. You leave out the front door and meet up with the trio.

As soon as Charlie closes the door Jasper, Rosile, and Alice turn to you and hand back the pepper sprays.

"We won't need them," Rosalie says.

"I know" you reply back with a smile on your face.

You all get into Jasper's car. Jasper in the driver's seat, you in the front passenger seat, and Alice and Rosalie in the back. Jasper starts driving towards Port Angeles.
