Somewhere in a desert.
Marucho and Elfin where walking aimlessly exhausted
"I don't why you had to bring us to a desert" Elfin complained
"Don't think of it as a desert think of it as a really big beach" Marucho tried to stay positive0
Earth, Dan's House
Mira, baron and Dan where standing on the porch outside of Dan's Home
"Well, here we are" Dan said
"Wow I can't believe finally master Dan's house, it's so awesome!" Baron said pumped
"Can we move this tour along?" Drago said
"Yes please?" Hydranoid agreed with Drago
"You know, Baron's got a point, I haven't been home for a while" Dan looked at Mira "My house doesn't transform into a trailer but it's still pretty cool I think"
"I'm sure it is" Mira said
Baron raised his fist to his chest "Yeah! I want the full on Dan Kuso experience bring it on totally"
The three then entered "I'm home!" Dan shouted letting his mother know who came from another room "Daniel! I'm so glad you're back your father and I have missed you so much"
"Oh mom" Dan rushed sending Drago and Hydranoid off his shoulder
"Oh son" Miyoko rush to her son
"Oh, boy it's good to meet you" Baron appeared out of know where in front of Miyoko holding her hands "Me?
Dan appeared sliding to on the floor with his face from the cause of baron interrupting his reunion with his mom "dddddoooohhhh" Dan landed by their feet
"No way, impossible you're even younger and prettier than I imagine, master Dan's mom" baron said
Miyoko blushed "You little sweetie and what is your name?"
"Baron"
"Well welcome Baron, please make yourself at home"
"You won't even notice me"
"He's giving me a rash" Dan said stand and giving an annoyance look
"He's one friendly guy" Mira said
Later Miyoko set up a bunch food covering the table and said "just little something I whipped up, dig in everyone!"
Baron stuffed his mouth with food rapidly while Dan and Mira turned to each other feeling awkward
"I didn't know you're a gourmet chef master Dan's mother. And Baron continue explore Dan's home, watched TV changing the channel each second and he then took a bath. "This bath thing is great! Life at Master Dan's house is awesome."
Meanwhile in the family room Dan had finished his exercise and took sip of water "Hey Mira, can't believe mom roped you into joining her."
Mira was where a sweat shirt and sweating "Is some sort of earth torture?" she asked feeling craped in same yoga position as Miyoko "sort of it's called Yoga"
Shinjio, Dan's father went to kitchen and open the fridge "hmm time for my pudding break, the only question is which flavor to choose. He then enter the room with his wife, son and Mira. And asked Dan "Speaking of choosing is Mira your new girlfriend"
Dan: *cough* choking on his water from his dad question "Dad what are you talking about, we're just brawling partners"
"That's cool"
"We're working together to free the Bakugan, that's it, end of story" Dan quickly said
"I won't be freeing any Bakugan if I don't get out of this pose"
In New Vestroia
Volt and Brontes were in a Vestal ship searching for Marucho and Elfin in the desert
"It's bad enough I'm stuck battling the dweeb of the resistance, but know I have to find him two it just figures he'd get himself lost in a sandstorm"
"It seems like a win-win situation to me Volt, either the little fries in the desert or you and I burn him in battle. It's almost poetic don't you think?
"You know I'm not into poetry"
"Oh, of course"
With Marucho
"Wow, this is the biggest sandbox I've ever seen. Next time we fall into a trap remind me to bring my SPF three million suntan lotion"
"Lay off the cheese jokes Marucho, we've gotta find a way out of this, my creamy blue skin doesn't need a tan" Elfin said in Marucho's vest pocket
"Sorry, I just trying to keep things light"
"Yeah? Well focus on which way we should be going a left or right?"
"Uh, uh, uh, either way looks bad" They continue to roam the desert
"Uh I'm so thirst I could drink an ocean, no wait a minute I'm so thirsty I could drink an ocean then go back for a refill" Marucho sweets and then Elfin hops onto his shoulder
"Hey, I'm an Aqous attribute Bakugan we know how to handle the desert"
"What'd you have in mind?"
"Well, how a little shade? A parasol is handy for keeping the hot sun off your skin, I always carry one for just such an occasion." But the turn out the parasol was only big enough for Elfin and not Marucho
"Uh I'm too thirsty, I'm too thirsty to joke anymore."
"Oh, you mean you were serious about being thirsty, I can help with that" Elfin hoped off Marucho shoulder and hovered in front of his face. "Open wide Marucho!" Elfin shoots out water "What?"
"It's time to wet your whistle"
"Slow down your going to fast!" Marucho try to get some of the water
"By the way what is a whistle? Now come on Marucho the fountain's open, what's some water, oh your too slow, ha" Elfin tease Marucho, not giving him a drop
"Give me a break, my tongue is so dry it's gonna fall off"
Then Elfin no longer sprouted water "uh oh, that's all there is"
"What?" Marucho said with his tongue still out
"All gone"
"Nnnaaoo"
One last drop of water fell to drying sand "My water"
"Sorry, but you snooze you lose" Elfin
*Gasp* "What?! You were the one spraying it all over the place!"
"Don't complain to me slow poke, you're the reason that we are lost in this overgrown sandpit in the first place!"
"Why didn't you stop me?! You're supposed to be so smart, why didn't you see I was walking into a trap!?"
"I am smart!"
"Yeah real smart!" Marucho said sarcastically
They growled at each other and then they turned away from each other.
"Just so you know when we get home, I'll be looking for new partner" said Elfin
"Sounds good to me, I don't want a partner who sleeps under lily pads"
"Fine then we're agree" Elfin then turn around looking at Marucho but then turned to her right
"I don't even care if you apologize, I've made up my mind"
"wooohhhhooo!, look over there! Woohhhooo" Elfin flew as fast as she can to get to what seem like an oasis
"Cool pools and shady trees here I come" she cheer
"Something doesn't feel right, Wait for me Elfin!" Marucho chased after her
"No way, you're not holding me back any longer, Marucho" As she got closer the oasis started to disappear.
"Hu uh what the? It just disappeared"
"I figured, sorry, I know it looked like an oasis Elfin, but that was just a mirage, that's a trick the desert plays on your mind when you hot and thirst" Marucho said
"Well its nasty trick, Marucho!"
"I know"
I'm tired of this desert I wanna go home" elfin flys away and Marucho chases after her "Elfin, come back!"
As Marucho chases Elfin he had his hand underneath in case she fell.
"'I'm so weak" Elfin into Marucho's hands, but his foot was on the edge of a sand pit and fell in.
And then they started to sink into the sand "What happening?!"
"I think…I'm sinking in quicksand!" Marucho said
"Quicksand! That's bad right?" elfin tried pull Marucho out from his finger using her feet "Don't worry Marucho, I'll pull you out" Elfin struggled
"Save yourself Elfin!"
"Don't be silly, I'll have you out of here in no time"
"Let me go and save yourself, please before it's too late"
"NO!" Elfin went into Marucho's hands "This is all fault, I won't let you go"
"This is it Elfin. I'm sorry I let you down Dan!"
Earth
Dan's room
"Dan, Mira and Baron were in pajamas, Mira open a book with pictures of the 6 original Battle brawlers "When was this picture taken?" she asked
Dan answered "That's the battle Brawlers, we were celebrating after saving Vestroia. Those are some pretty sweet times."
Baron looked at the photos "Wow, the six original brawler."
"Yeah we were a pretty tight group, fought hard and together we won."
"The Bakugan Battle Brawlers resistance, is gonna hammer those Vexos too, right Mira?"
"Uh? Right" Mira still keep thinking of that Spectra being her brother.
"I hope we can get back to new Vestroia soon the guys need our help against the vexos" Dan then looked at photo of him, Alice, Runo, Julie, Marucho and Shun in Bakugan Valley from when they were trying to find the infinity core. "We're on way Ace, Shun and Marucho"
Back with Marucho
Marucho started to climb his way out of the quicksand "No! I'm not going to let a lit sand stop me, never give up, Dan and Alice are counting on us!"
"Right on Marucho, you can do it"
"Yeah" Marucho started to climb out of the quicksand and the sand pit "As long as we are the only ones who can save the Bakugan, we can't stop"
"Yeah! Marucho, Marucho, Marucho!" Elfin cheered
Then a rope was thrown into the sand pit close to Marucho "We're resuced" Elfin said
"Almost there"
Marucho was almost out of the Sandpit and was able to see who threw him the rope, it was Volt
"Volt?"
"Oh better off in the sandpit" Elfin said
"You saved us?" Marucho asked
"You're wasting time, get climbing"
Marucho finally made it out and fell to his knees to catch his breathe
"You're pretty tough for a little squirt" Volt commented Marucho
"I don't get it, we're sworn enemies, why are you helping me?" Marucho asked
"One reason, the desert is no end for a warrior and despite your size you've prove to be a worthy opponent, a brawlers fate is decided in battle. That's how the Vexos do it"
"Okay then, if you're looking for a brawl then you got one" Marucho stands up
"Uh, you won't happen to have sunscreen would you? No? Okay then" Marucho and Volt ready their gauntlets "Gauntlet activated"
"Gauntlet Power Strike! They said unison
"We've got to make this fast Elfin, we're too weak to battle for long"
"Gate card set" Volt threw down his card and then expanded and then threw in Brontes "Bakugan Brawl, Brontes Stand!" Brontes raised in his natural form "If you can't stand the heat then get out of the desert hahaha"
"Marucho stop staring" Elfin said
"Right, we can do this Elfin, Bakugan Brawl, Elfin stand"
"Sun wind and rain combined let Aqous Elfin appear, you're the bully of the beach."
One second later Elfin was sitting on a beach chair under a beach umbrella while drinking a cool glass juice "oh it's so hot here, couldn't we brawl some place with air conditioning instead?"
Marucho dropped to the ground "Elfin!"
"You're hot? Then I'll cool you down for good" said Brontes
Volt put a card into his gauntlet "Ability activate Jeer Frontier"
Brontes waved two ring from his hands and hit elfin but nothing happen once it hit her "huh? Nothing happened" Elfin stated confused
Then an oasis appeared out of nowhere. Elfin was excited she jumped into the water "Marucho it's a real oasis" Elfin swims
But from Marucho point of view Elfin was swimming in the sand "Elfin, what the heck are you doing?!"
"Forget it, she's gone to her happy place and Jeer Frontier keeps you from activating any abilities to help her" Volt told Marucho
"Oh yeah, come on in Marucho, the waters fine!" Elfin said
Elfin: 400-200Gs
Brontes: 500Gs
"She total gone, you know the rules" Marucho pulled out his Bakugan Trap "Always swim with a bun" He look at the Aqous theme Pyramid "You're on life guard duty, Bakugan Trap Aqous Tripod Epsilon!" Marucho throws him,
"A Bakugan trap? Watch Brontes those things are deadly!" Volt warned Brontes then Epsilon appears high in the sky and then fell flat on the sand. He then hopped back on his two feet showing Marucho he is a frog with a necklace that has three triangles while holding a leaf like a staff with a snail on it.
Epsilon: 350
"Uh? You're Tripod Epsilon?" Marucho said looking nervous
*ribbit* Epsilon responded
"Okay, let's do this, Ability activate, Cool Snail!"
Epsilon chuckled and then the snail glowed
An aura then appeared around Brontes "What? I can't move, the frog's aura is blocking my abilities!"
"Right, Haos ability activate, Diamond Snail" Haos theme Triangle on Epsilon's necklace moved onto his chest then the snail glowed again nullifying Volt's Jeer Frontier ability. The Elfin finally stop swing in her hallucination but was still laying on the sand "ah cool. What the-? The sand is so hot, hothothothothothothothothothothot!" Elfin panicked
Elfin's power went back up to 400
"You blocked Brontes abilities!" volt yelled
"That's not all, Subterra Ability activate Canyon Snail"
Brontes was then trap in a rock formation "Brontes decrease 2-0-0" the Gauntlet computer stated
"We total did it, way to go Tripod Epsilon" Marucho said
"I can't tell who to thank, the frog or the snail" Elfin said
*Ribbit*
Volt's eyes narrowed "Ability activate! Darkus Howl Trigger!"
Marucho, Elfin and Epsilon were shocked "Uh, did he say Darkus?" Marucho said
Brontes then broke free from his trap "You celebrate victory to soon, hello!" Brontes attacked and wiped out epsilon sending him to Marucho whose life gage was now at 70%
"So much for Froggy, what's next a tadpole?" Volt taunted
"Tripod epsilon" Marucho mourned
"Darkus Howl Trigger, is Bronte's special ability, it mean he can use a Darkus ability and turn your day at the beach into a loser's nightmare"
"Think so? Not while Elfin can change her attribute too"
On cue Elfin change her Attribute to Ventus "Sun wind and rain, let Ventus Elfin appear, you are in trouble now"
Marucho then put an ability card into his gauntlet "Ability activate Wind Mercury"
"Don't rain on me" Elfin shoots out green blast from the frog over her head
"Ha, Gate card open! Haos Reactor Volt waved his hand and the floor glowed yellow
"Brontes increase 1-0-0" gauntlet computer stated
"Ability activate Bloody Magical"
Bronte sent yellow rings at elfin that stop her and then fell
Elfin power level 400g
Brontes power level 600
"It's easy to swat a pesky mosquito, with my Haos ability" Brontes send another pair of ring s at Elfin sending her back to ball form defeated.
"No, Elfin, no" Marucho cried and his life gage was now at
Marucho then pick up elfin and said "that's not fair he's using Haos and Darkus abilities, shouldn't there be a penalty for that!?"
"That's it" Marucho had an idea "All we need to do is shut down Haos and Darkus at the same time."
"You can do that?"
"Get ready for round 2, Gate Card Set" Marucho threw his card then Elfin "Bakugan Brawl"
"Ha last time the sun was in my eyes, but this time I'm ready" Elfin said
"We'll see, Bakugan Brawl, Brontes Stand"
"How many times do we have to slap you down?" Brontes said
Marucho responeded "As many times as it takes, Gate card open Aqous reactor!"
"Alright, we're wet and wild again" Elfin said
Brontes then attacked, run towards Elfin with a maniac laugh
"Don't you hold back Marucho!"
"Ability activate, Subterra Reaction"
Brontes theme color change into that of a Subterra bakugan
"Volt what's happening?" Brontes panicked
"Brontes!"
It's Subterra Reaction, one of Aqous Elfin's Special abilities, we just change your attribute to Subterra now you can't use Darkus or Haos abilities" Marucho told
"Marucho you rock"
"We got them now Elfin" Marucho put another card in the gauntlet "Ability activate Shooting Stardust
Elfin: 500g+200g=700g
Brontes: 500g-200g=300
"Soak it up!" Elfin said
Then elfin rapidly through hundreds of punches all over Bronte's body
Elfin: Aaaaaaaa!
Brontes: Ow, ow, ow, ow, ow, ow!"
Then one final punch knock Brontes down defeated.
"Who's the fall guy this time Volt?" Marucho taunted
Volt life gage was now at 20%
"Not bad huh?" Marucho said as he caught Elfin
"Not Bad at all, I like to see little fire before I stamp it out" Volt eyes narrowed and threw down a gate card "Gate Card set! Bakugan Brawl!"
"No more fooling around" Brontes said as has he raised up
"We'll show them who's fooling, Bakugan Brawl" Marucho threw down Elfin
"I'm not finished yet" Volt tossed a Hexagonal prism shape bakugan "Bakugan Trap"
A giant robot, insect like- with six legs and a long neck emerged from the clouds "Meet cyber Bakugan Trap, Dynamo"
"What's with Vexos and Cyber stuff?"
"Why don't I show you, Brontes, Drone Spider"
"Change: Dynamo Brontes, combine" Brontes said as he connected to Dynamo
"Uh, bad idea, those colors total don't clash" Elfin said
Dynamo Brontes then drill into the sand "Marucho where'd they go?"
"Don't worry their very close" Volt said then put a card into his gauntlet "Ability activate Desert Python
Brontes appeared out of the sand on the left side of Elfin and threw a yellow ring at Elfin and went back underground. Elfin started running from the ring but it just kept following her "it doesn't matter where you running it will find you" Volt said
"Hey! Leave me alone, what did I ever do to you! You guys are bunch of bull!" Elfin yelled as she ran.
"Run. Elfin! I've got to get another Bakugan out there. I need your help Bakugan Trap" Marucho tossed the Pyramid bakugan "Tripod Epsilon"
Subterra Ability activate: Desert Marine. This will even things out"
Epsilon: 200+350=550
Elfin200+400=600
Epsilon's eyes glowed at shined at the sand raveling what was underneath and spotted Dynamo Brontes "Gotch ya, you've got him know" Marucho said
"In that case, then no more hiding" Brontes said as he emerged from the sand
"Good, as long as I can see you, I can beat you" elfin jump "Attribute change: Darkus" Elfin then destroyed the ring that was chasing her and about to hammer her foot down on to Brontes. Until Brontes detach himself from dynamo, Elfin went through between Brontes and Dynamo and missed
"Too slow" Brontes said
Volt puts another ability in his gauntlet "Ability activate: Gillian Cords"
Dynamo raised his head then fired a yellow beam from its eyes and hit Epsilon and send him back to pyramid form.
"Tripod Epsilon" Marucho cried
"Tripod Epsilon: Power level zero" the gauntlet computer stated and drop Marucho's life gage to 20%
"Aw, he croaked1, don't mes with the frog!" Elfin raised her fist angry
"You're so right. Ability activate Moon Rainbow"
"Do you feel my Darkus power rising" elfin said her power level went up to 800 while Dynamo's went down to 400
"Nice work that move just strengthen our Darkus power too"
Marucho just realzed what he has done "I forgot"
Ability activate Aurora dimension" Dark aurora appeared in the sky.
"Oh no" Elfin said
"You can't run and you can hide from this ability and best of all it combine dynamo and Bronte's power level" Volt said
Dynamo and Bronte: 1200g
Elfin: 800
"Are you afraid of the Dark? You should be" with the wave of Brontes hand the aurora came down on upon Elfin and Marucho
"aaaaaaaaaaaa! Elfin screamed struggling to keep standing
"Elfin hang on!" Marucho said also struggle against the aurora
"I can't!" Elfin turn back to ball form defeating and Marucho unconscious leaving Volt and Brontes victorious.
Volt was up in front of Mraucho looking down at him lying on the sand. Im disappointed, I thought the little Earth Brawler would put up a better fight, but at least we can use this one as bait to trap the others. Hhaa, say goodbye to the resistance"
Marucho is then falling in a red void
"Marucho! Dan shout, awakened in the middle of the night waking up Drago and Hydranoid while Mira and Baron and their Bakugan where still sleeping their sleeping bags on the floor of Dan's room
"Dan!" Dargo said
"What is it?" Hydranoid asked
"hm, nothing just a dream" Dan said
"Dream or not I have to find a way to get back to New Vestroia and help Shun and Marucho, before it's too late"
Sorry I haven't been update lately i have a lot of things on my hands
