Alice and Hydranoid had just free Drago "Alice and Hydranoid I am in your debt I you hadn't freed me I may have been lost forever and for that I thank you, brother" Drago said
"You welcome Drago and it seem that we are even now" Hydranoid said
Drago and Hydranoid both laugh
Appolonir swooped over "I hate to ruin to this reunion but we have more urgent matter to attend"
"Apollnir, what are you doing here?" Drago asked
"I came to take you back Drago"
"What?"
Apollnir explained "You are part of the perfect core Drago, so when you left New Vestroia's balance of power was disrupted, even now the dimension controller's power increase. our world is on the brink of falling to the vexos"
"Are you kidding me?" Dan said
"We busted our backs to destroy the alpha dimension controller for nothing?" Baron said
"So we are starting all over" Mira said
"Drago you can't stay here" Wilda said
"We must find a way back quickly" Nemus said
Drago said "agreed
Runo and Julie faced Drago up close "and this time we're coming with you" Julie said
"That's right you're not ditching us here on earth again got it" Runo said
"i-i-I, that- that's up to dan" Drago said
The girls then turn their attention to Dan "of course you're coming, we can't possible with all us on the team, right?"
"Not so fast Dan, this isn't a field trip" Drago said
"I know Drago but we need all the help we can get, you know-"
"Wait, what about spectra we've got to do something about him, we can't just let him run wild here on earth." Mira said
"Man she's right" Dan said
"That's what I was trying to tell you" Drago said
"I guess it is kind of dangerous who knows what Spectra might do if we go?" Runo said
"The farther away we can get from that creep the better" Julie said
"I agree it would be weird if we brough him back with us, what will we do with him then? " Baron said
Nemus then spoked "baron, perhaps we should think more strategically, if we leave spectra and his allies here we will have only three vexos to defeat in New Vestroia, Mylene, Shadow Prove and Volt. This may be our best chance to win then we can deal with Spectra."
"Okay we got a plan, so let's get moving" Dan turned to Apollinir, "hit it apollonir"
"Very well I will open the gate"
"Hold on!" Mira shouted
"Come on what is it this time? We could have been there by now"
"Sorry Dan. it's just you really should ask your parents, my dad doesn't care but your parents, you know they worry about you"
"Dan maybe Mira right, your mom doesn't say it but it was really hard for her the last time you took off to New Vestroia, same with my parents" Runo said
"Runo's father freaks out when she's late for a shift, this is way worse" Julie said
"He is kind of dramatic but he know that this is important so he should be okay" runo said
"I should also let my grandfather now as well, I know he worries" Alice said
"Then it's settled, we'll day our goodbyes to your famalies then meet back here again in the morning. Apollinir can take us back to New Vestroia" Mira said
"Isn't it dangerous to meet back here spectra knows this place, he could come back" Alice pointed out
"We can't let Spectra know what we're up to" Hydranoid said
"Why don't we meet a peturu tower" Julie suggested
"Where's that?" Mira asked
Julie point to the tall tower that stood out from the other buildings "right there it's easy to find"
"Okay Julie sounds good to me" Mira said
"We should get there early before it opens up for the day, that way no one will be around to us leave" runo said
"That's good thinking Runo" Dan complimented her
"Fine, then I will wait for you there" apollonir flew off to the tower
Meanwhile
A kid was chasing to get his ball, the ball stopped at some ones feet, the boy looks up and see spectra, he then runs crying "momma!"
"Losing the battle changes my plans, thing will more difficult now that Drago has returned to Dan Kuso. But we don't need him anymore. That battle with the Alpha Hydranoid allow me to record all of Drago's data in my gauntlet." Spectra said
He and Gus where now roaming the city
"However I can't do anything with it here"
"Hmm then I guess we'll have to find a way to get back to New Vestroia" said Gus
"I have an idea" Spectra said
"I won't be sorry to go I want out I really do hate this place"
"Leave that to me"
"What about that weasel Lync?" Gus asked
Spectra answered "I'm tempted to leave him stranded on this planet, but he may still be useful."
"He's Prince Hydron's spy, maybe we can use that to our advantage. When we're done with him, I'll deal with Lync personally"
"don't worry I have plans for our little traitor, hahaha" Spectra laughed
In Dr. Micheal's lab
Alice and Hydranoid had returned to help with her Grandfather
"Alice, have you seen my Trans warp flux engager?" Dr. Micheal asked
"It's in hand grandfather"
Lync then barged in
"Uh, Lync?" Alice said
"Listen up, I'm getting tired of waiting for you" Lync said
"You must be patient" Dr. Michael said
"Be patient, are you trying to be funny, huh?" Lync walked up and on to a tool box and grabbed Dr. Michael by the collar tightening it around his neck "it's been weeks since this rusty pile of junk broke down! When are you gonna fix it gramps?!"
"I can't breathe Lync" Michael gasped for air
"Let him go Lync, I mean it!"
"Okay!" Lync threw Michael to the floor
"Grandfather!"
"Ha"
Alice turned to Lync with a mean face "Bully" Alice then slapped Lync's face leaving a red mark on his cheek "if you want to go home so badly why don't you help?"
"Ha, in your dreams" Lync then left the lab
The Kuso's house
"Dinner time! Dan said
"I'm starving" Baron said
"Please be careful in New Vestroia Dan" Miyoko told her son
"I'm always careful"
"I'm serious Dan, normally I wouldn't let you run off again but it sounds like Drago really needs you"
"Thank you Mrs. Kuso" Drago said
"Please take of my Dan" she asked drago
"Of course" Drago said
Nemus turn to Miyoko and said "I look after Baron so I might as well watch Dan too"
"Hey! I don't need a babysitter Nemus, I am not a kid, I am almost as 13 you know" Baron said
"If you say so" Wilda said causing everyone to laugh but Mira
Later
Baron was taking a bath while Nemus was in a soap container in the tub with Baron.
Baron popped out from the water creating wave almost knock Nemus overboard "Whoa, careful! I don't have a life jacket on"
"Baths are awesome, but I guess it's back to life being showers for you and me" Baron said
In Dan's room
Dan was on his computer video chatting with Alice "Man, I'm sorry what Lync did to your Grandfather"
"He'll be okay, anyway, I'm all packed and ready for tomorrow"
"Sweet! We see you there then Alice, Later" Dan ended the video and the Baron peaked out the door "Hey master Dan can I keep these pajamas thing?" he asked
"Yeah go ahead Baron they're totally you" Dan got up from his chair walked to his bed but then notice Mira was outside alone. He went out to his room balcony "hey Mira, who are you talking to?"
"Uh Runo I was talking to Runo" Mira said
"About what?" Dan asked
"It's none of your business Dan just leave me alone" she then walked back into the house
Mira entered her room and sat on her bed and pulled out Wilda "I had to do this Wilda"
"Sometimes we are faced with impossible choices" he said
"Thanks Wilda my friend" Mira closed her eyes and tears started to follow down her cheek.
With Spectra and Gus
Spectra and Gus were up high in a building overlooking the three-way intersection "I'd like to send a message to our friend in Russia" Spectra said
"That can be arranged" Gus pulled out his spy bug and it dashed away
With Lync
Lync was roaring the woods grunting "how long am I going to be stuck on this ice cube the spybug stop in front of Lync
"Where did you come from?"
The bug drone then projected a hologram of Spectra scaring Lync "ah, Spectra?"
"I have a deal for you, listen up Lync"
"I'm listening"
"Soon Gus and I will be returning to New Vestroia"
"Impossible! Doctor do nothing still hasn't fixed the dimension transporter"
"We have found another way back, and are willing to take you with us, on one condition, from now on you work for me or you can always wait for the transporter to be fixed, by the time you return new Vestroia will be mine and that pathetic prince you're spying for will be gone" Spectra chuckled and his transmission ended
The next Day
Everyone but Alice was a the meeting point, apollonir came down and said "If everyone is here, we should get started"
"Wait a minute apollonir, we're still wait on Alice and Hydranoid" Dan said
In the Lab
"Please child promise you'll be careful"
"I promise grandfather"
"Tell Lync your visiting friends so he doesn't follow you"
"uh-huh, I'll miss you grandfather" Alice then went outside and Lync had appeared in front of her
"Hello Alice, I've been thinking I should apologized for yesterday"
"It's all right" Alice walked passed Lync and he said "No its not I just feel so lost" Alice stopped "huh? Yes well then, I'm sorry I lost my temper and slapped you"
"Apology accepted, maybe you knocked some sense into me"
The two then faced each other "I've decide to leave the Vexos, I don't believe in what they stand for Lync said shocking Alice to hear those words coming from him "Alice could you do me a favor?"
"What do you want?"
"Help me speak to Dan I have some information for him"
"No way, this is one of your tricks."
"I heard that there was a time when no one trusted you either Alice, but where would the resistance be without your help and now I want to help too.
"Oh, really? Now I'm not sure what to do" Lync came up and gentle put his hands on Alice's shoulders "Please Alice I've got to talk to Dan right away"
Alice started at Lync.
"Don't cross me or else"
"Thank you Alice"
"Then let's go, better hang on tight Lync" Lync put his hand on her shoulder. Alice pulled out her transporter card and then teleported into the park near the tower "Lync removed his hand from Alice's shoulder "are you all in one piece Lync?" Alice looked behind her but he wasn't there "he's gone, Lync?
Lync watched Alice from hiding behind some trees in the corner point "She's such a noob she's put her friends in danger because she's too trustworthy"
"Should I assume your answer is yes?" a voice from behind said
Lync turn around to see Spectra and Gus "ah great Spectra thanks for the invite you're lucky I've decided to take you up on that offer but I want rewards"
"You weasel! It is an honor for you to serve Master Spectra! Show some respect or I'll teach it to you!" Gus said
With the resistance
"Oh snap, where is Alice? She's supposed to be here" Dan said
"This is strange for Alice, she's usually more dependable" Drago said
"We shouldn't wait any longer, I will open the gate" Apollonir said but stopped
"Look she's here" runo said
"We almost left without you?" Julie said
Alice hustle to the others "you're late Alice, we were waiting for you" Dan said
"I'm so sorry I brought Lync along with me but now he's completely disappeared"
"What I can't believe you did that" Baron said
"Lync is a traitor" Nemus said
"If he knows we're here Spectra won't be far behind" Wilda said
Dan got up to Alice "have you completely lost it?! Lync is Vexos, Vexos can't be trusted"
"He said, he quit, he said he didn't believe in the vexos and that he had something important to tell you" Alice told
"Dan, this has got to be a trap" Drago said
"Sure it is, but we can't let that stop us" Dan said
"if we're going to go we need to go now" appollonir channeled his energy and generated a portal "hurry the gate won't stay open for long"
"Yeah, ok let's roll guys"
"sorry" they all heard a familiar voice you're not going anywhere" they all looked back at the portal and saw Gus who tossed a device into the air that shot out electric wires into the ground creating a dome cage around the resistance.
"it's some kind of cage" Dan grabbed the electric wire shocking his hand
Then Spectra and Lync came up from behind Gus "well if it isn't the three Vexiteers, Spectra" Dan said
"And Lync! You lied to me!"
"Yeah what was your first clue Einstein?"
"Look dweener, you better let us out or we'll-" Dan heard a sound from behind, he turn around and saw Mira outside of the cage "Mira your free?"
"I'm sorry about this" Mira walked over to Spectra's side
Baron: "Mira?"
Julie: "How could you?"
Runo: "Please don't"
Alice: "Why, Mira why?"
Dan: "this is wrong"
"I have no choice my place is beside my brother" Mira told
"No way! Spectra is your brother? Well even if he is you know that everything he's doing is totally whacked!"
Lync and Gus jumped into the portal "come on Mira it's time to go" Spectra said
Mira walked to the portal "Mira please don't do it" Alice begged
She then jumped into the portal "No!" Spectra then jumped as well
"Apollonir keep the gate open!" Drago said
"It's too late once I open the gate closes automatically, I have no control over it"
"I can't just let them loose in New Vestroia" Dan said as the portal started to shrink
Dan grabbed wires again and try to break through.
Portal was seconds away from closing, Dan finally broke through and reached his hand for the portal. The portal closed and dan ran past where it was and fell on his hands and knees. "No! it doesn't make any sense! Mira betrayed us!"
His friends walked up to him "Dan" Runo said
"Dan, you have to pull yourself together, New Vestroia is at stake" Drgao said
Baron kneeled down "Master Dan we have to go after them"
"Dan raised his head "huh, you're right, Apollonir hurry open another gate! We've got to leave right now!"
"I'm sorry I can't. I already used too much energy to open the portal, I don't have enough to open another one"
"Now what" Dan lowered his head again
"Don't worry, there's still another way" everyone looked at Alice
Dr. Michael's Lab
Alice and friends teleported in to the lab "lucky for us the dimension transporter is almost completely repaired but we needed to keep that quiet so Lync wouldn't find out" Alice explained
"Well what are we waiting for let's do it" Dan said
Dr. Michael appeared "well hello everybody, what's matter? Did you miss your gate?"
"Yes, but there's not time to explain grandfather, please we have to hurry, we need your help to get back to New Vestroia and the dimensional transporter is the only"
"I'm happy to help out but you should know there's a problem with a transporter"
"What is it" Alice asked
"In order to repair the transporter systems I made use of Vestal technology, it was fascinating, they're a scientifically advanced society despite their views on the bakugan. I took Lync gauntlet without him noticing it was worth the risk to get his technology. Then diverted a portion of the gauntlet system and installed it into the dimension transporter so now the transporter is repaired but it will only work with those who wear a gauntlet"
"Then that means-"Julie said
"The only ones who can use it will be Alice, Baron and I right doc?" Dan said
"I'm sorry to say you're right Dan"
"Oh well then, I never wanted to go to New Vestroia anyway" a tear started to grow on Runo's face
"Runo" Julie said softly
"Well, that's the way it's gotta be sorry you guys are gonna have to sit this one out again" Dan said sounding happy "so gotta go don't forget me"
No snapped "don't ever come back!" Runo the gasped seeing how close Dan was to her and grabbed her "I'm sorry you not coming, don't worry I be back" Dan said
"Don't worry Runo I'll make sure he's okay" Alice said
"Dr. Michael started to ready the transporter "yes I see, it won't be long know kids, realigning the targeting controls, then calibrate the stabilizers and voila we're ready to go"
Dan let go of Runo's hand and took one last look at her "see ya" he said
Then Dan Alice and Baron start to walk into the transporter "it's just us three now" Dan said
"I won't let you down" Baron said
"Let's to this" Alice
The three then disappear into the portal
