A portal opened and came out were Dan and Alice and Baron
"Where are we?" Dan asked
"The color of the sky, the smell of the air, the power rising from the soil" Nemus said
"We're home" Hydranoid said
A voice then came "Yes, we are back in new Vestroia"
"Apollonir?" Drago said
"With the return of Drago, the perfect core is once again stable, but New Vestroia is from out of danger, the ambition of the vexos must be crushed"
"Great apollonir, you can count on us, right guys?"
Alice nodded
"Right Master Dan" Baron said "hmm I just Mira was here" he added
"Let's face facts Baron, Mira's gone"
"He's right, we have to find Ace and the others" Alice said
"Ah you're right"
Later at the mobile base
They arrive back at their base and searched the rooms for Ace, Marucho and Shun
"Ace, Shun Marucho!" Baron called out but they were nowhere to be found. They then entered the control room.
"This place is deserted, where is everyone?" Baron said
"It looks like no one's been here for days" Nemus stated
"Let find out where we are" Alice leaned over the to the console and started typing and a holo screen appeared
"What you got Alice?" Dan asked
A map appeared on the screen "look, the trailer is close to beta city, it would make sense that they went there"
"Yeah, I bet they're going to destroy the dimension controller, I say we follow them and give them a little backup, lets show the vexos what we've got" Dan said
Beta City
In the tower of the city
Spectra and Gus exit the elevator and saw the rest of the Vexos member "Spectra, so you decided to grace us with your presence" Mylene said
"That's right we had a little help from one of the six ancient warriors"
"Yeah, right Gus" Volt said who didn't believe him
"To bad I thought you were stuck on that garbage planet for good" Shadow laughed
"Nice to see you guys too" Lync said who was behind Spectra and Gus
"Any News Mylene?" Spectra asked
Mylene growled and the notice that Mira was with them "ah what is she doing here?" Shadow and Volt eyes widened when they say Mira too "You fool that traitor has no business being here, explain this!" Mylene ordered
"Mira Fermin, has joined the Vexos. Accept it or else" Spectra walked
"What?"
"Isn't that right Mira?" Spectra stopped
"he's right" Mira said.
Shadow then got into Mira's face "Smart think there Fermin, you can take it from ha" Shadow walked around her while still being in her face "that battle brawlers resistance is history" Shadow grabbed her shoulders and turned her around to a screen that popped up and show Shun, Ace, Marucho and their bakugan in water cryo water tubs. Mira gasped and Shadow maniacally laughed "Not so tough right now are they and when the others get here, we'll pickle them too" Shadow walked away laughing leaving Mira to stare at the screen.

In a hallway
Lync was on a call with Prince Hydron "it's good to have you back Lync, and what of Spectra?"
"He doesn't suspect anything he's been up to his old tricks strutting and trying to boss everyone around"
"hahaha, excellent then I will have him battle for me a little longer. You know I'm counting on you Lync" the called ended
"Count on me? You can count on me to do what's best for me" Lync said then turned to Spectra and
Gus in the hallway with him. He smirked and chuckled and they did the same.
Outside of Beta City
Dan and Alice and Baron arrived at Beta city and stood outside of the water barrier
"So that's beta city?" Dan said
"Is that water? I don't swim so good" Baron told
"Its water alright, like a moat. Difficult to penetrate" Drago said
"Looks like we're getting wet" Dan said but then they started to teleported and panicked "ah what's going on?"
Beta City's battle Arena
Alice, Baron and Dan spawned in the air and fell to the ground "ah man I got bruises on my bruises" Dan said
"Me too" Baron said
"Where are we?" Alice asked
All three got up and looked around "it looks like a battle arena" Baron said
Lights then shine on them "so you found your way back" Spectra said standing from that observation tower "Spectra"
"You should have learned by now Dan Kuso and Alice Gehabich staying in your own world and minding your own business would save you all so much suffering"
"You can't shake us!" Dan said
More lights shine revealing Shadow and Mylene and Volt on the battle arena "If you have something to say, say it to us."
"We're here to stamp out your little resistance for good hahahha" Shadow said
"What do you think?" Baron asked Dan
"Some freaks never get the message" he said
"at least they saved us the trouble of sneaking in" Alice said
The 6 then ready their gauntlets "Gauntlet power strike!"
Spectra smile and left.
"So which one of you dweeners want to be ripped apart first, of course I can crush you both at the same time hahahahahaha" Shadow said
"Here's the plan guys we keep this battle going as long as we can" Dan said
"But what's the point?" Baron asked
Dan answered "Listen the longer we brawl the more energy builds up"
"Exactly, just like Shun and Alice's battle destroyed the alpha city controller" Drago said
"We overload the controller and it will go boom" Hydranoid said
"Brilliant master Dan" Baron said
"Alright let's get a little back and forth going to warm up" the three brawlers then faced their opponents "Working on your strategy kids? You're playing with the big boys now" Shadow wave his finger
"Calm down mush brain" Mylene said
"No way. Hey you're not the boss of me"
"No, but I am and I'm taking control Gate card set" Dan threw down his card
Dan: Alright, Bakugan Brawl
Volt: Lets go, Bakugan Brawl
Baron: my turn, bakugan brawl
Shadow: whatever dweeb, Bakugan brawl
Alice: don't forget me Bakugan brawl
Drago collided with brontes, nemus, collided behind Drago, Hades collided behind Brontes, Hydranoid collided behind Nemus pushing Hades back.
"No fair!" Shadow shouted
Dan: Pyrus Dragonoid stand
Baron: Haos Nemus stand
Volt: Haos Brontes stand
Alice: Darkus Alpha Hydranoid stand
Shadow: Darkus hades stand
Hades popped open while bouncing backwards until he transformed and fell on the stadium seats
"NO! you'll pay for that!"
"One for us" Alice, Baron and Dan said unison.
"Woah, check out that mechanical bakugan" Alice said looked at hades "it looks just like hydranoid"
"we'll focus on that later, right know we got to keep our head in the game" Dan said
"we're just warming up, ability activate."
"Burning dragon"" Drago generated a fire ball in his mouth
"Not so fast, ability activate, phaser trident" hades fired purple laser energy from its mouth
"Ability activate, shade ring."
"You got it baron" nemus used his staff and summoned a shield ring in front of Drago blocking hades attacking and sending it back.
"what's that?" Shadow asked
"Just a little ability special to nemus, shade ring reflects back your opponent's attack."
The energy hit hades and Drago released his fire ball also hitting hades sending him to fall back on the stadium seats.
"Hades get up!"
"get out of my way you pathetic loser, Bakugan brawl, Aqous Elico stand" Mylene through down her bakugan
"I. am ready to brawl" Elico said as he rises
"ability activate screw blow" Elico fired water torandos from his arms
Ability activate, Darkus howl trigger" Volt said
Bronte shot purple rings from his hands

"That just sweetens the game, try and match this power play, Lets go Alice, gate card open Pyrus Reactor" Dan said
"And ability activate indigo nightmare"
"Now my turn, ability activate, shade cocoon" Baron said
Nemus summoned shield over hades, brontes and Elico
"Lets deliver the blow Dan" Alice said
"you got that right alice, ability activate burning tornado"
Drago fired a ball of fire which was then boosted with a fire tornado and hydranoid fired his dark purple orbs.

Elico, brontes and hades were sent back into ball form defeated "No way, hades!" Shadow said
Energy was transmitted to the control tower, but nothing happened "incredible" Baron said
"we generated all that power and nothing happening" Alice said
They then heard Mylene laughing "you idiots, you don't think I can see through your little plan? I knew you would try something like this so I recalibrated the containment field. Go ahead, unleash as much power as you like. You won't be able to overload the dimension controller, but its fun to watch you try"
"might as well give up brawlers" Volt said
"yeah, like Mylene said, we're gonna eat you for lunch, hahahahahha" shadow said
Later
The next round has started Hades vs Drago, Nemus and Hydranoid "ability activate phaser trident plus photon tail" hades fired purple energy from its mouth and tail hitting Drago Hydranoid and Nemus
Alice, Dan and Baron: "Nemus Drago Hydranoid!"
Hades: 600
Drago: 300
Hydranoid: 250
Nemus: 350
"Hang on guys' we'll thing of something!" Dan said
"weak, weak, weak , you guys are so weak" Shadow said
"hm this is too easy" Mylene and Volt where about throw in their bakugan until they were stopped by shadow "woah hold up, you'll get burned if you stand too close"
"okay then, stop wasting time"
"gate card open darkus reactor
Hades: 700
Hydrnaoid: 350
Shadow licked his gauntlet and said "this one tastes like victory, ability activate Saurer canon" three massive canons popped out fromhades belly saw.
"ah is it time to worry?" Baron said
"No! ability activate fire shield" Drago's wing ignited on fire and move them in front oh him "hydranoid stay behind me" he said
Hades: 1400
"now to blow Drago and Hydranoid away and you get to watch" Shadow pulled down
Nemus went in front of Drago "lets go baron"
"Nemus, what are you doing?" hydranoid said
"ability activate spark Roa"
Hades: 1100
Nemus: 650
"Useless, useless, useless, your both road kill, come on hades, lets blast those dweeners to bits, FIRE!"
Hade's canons fired then fused them together and hit nemus sending him back defeated, the blast also blew baron away and onto the ground unconscious
Hydranoid, Drago: Nemus!
Alice, Dan: Baron!
Baron's life gage was 5%
"They fell protecting us" Drago said
"Now that was fun and no need to worry there's more where that came from, Fire!"
Shadow said but all that came out was puff of smoke from hades' canon "wha?"
"Looks like you over did it fool, now have to wait for hades to recharge" Volt told Shadow
"Hunk of junk can't you do anything right"
"be quiet and leave the earthlings to us" Mylene said "soon you will fall before the vexos, just like your foolish friends"
"What are you saying? that you beat Shun Ace and Marucho?!" Dan asked
Mylene chuckled.
"If you've hurt them!" Drago and Hydranoid growled in unison.
Meanwhile
Mira was walking down a hallway until she enters a room with Ace Marucho and shun in it. She gasped at the sight of seeing them in water suspension tanks "Ace, Shun, Marucho, my friends" Mira went over to the control console about to free them. Then Spectra came into the room "I'm sorry" she said
"you're old friends, you want to save them right?" he asked
"yes"
Spectra walked over to the console and deactivated and freeing Mira's friends and their bakugan dropping them to the ground "you are in my debt Mira"
"thanks, but why Keith?"
"I'M not Keith I'm now Spectra Phantom!" Spectra then left the room as did Mira
Ace slowly opening his eyes seeing a blurry vision of Mira walking away
Percival popped open "Ace!"
"Percival you okay?"
Shun and Marucho woke up and sat up
"uh what the heck happened to us?" Marucho asked
"and where are we?" Shun added
"we've been out for a while and you guys have serious bed heads" Elfin said
"lets go while we still can" ingram suggested
"Agreed" Shun said
They all felt a big shack "you feel that Ingram?"
"I sure do, it's a bakugan battle."
In the arena
The eyes on two of hades heads glowed showing that he is nearly charged, while being impatient Shadow complain "oh, come on, you're killing me here this stinks, you stinks, everyone stinks!"
Meanwhile Elico was throwing punchs beating up Hydranoid and Brontes was using his Darkus Scythe against Drago
"Ha, some much for the perfect Dragonoid and all powerful Hydranoid" Mylene said
In raged Drago head struck Brontes pushing him back. Hydranoid used his three tails and whipped Elico back aswell.
"Is that more like it?" Hydranoid
"Why won't you just stay down!?"
"We will never bow to you, we have come back to free New Vestroia, our friends and crush the Vexos!" Drago said
"You tell'em guys!" Dan said
And there's nothing you can do that will stop us!" Alice said
Drago and Hydranoid roar
"You can stop showing off now, I'm ready for you. hades is charged up again to maximum power, so let's light it up."
Hades: 2000
"I like my Dragonoid Extra crispy, saurer Canon Engage" Hades fired.
"Ready Alice?"
"Let's do this together"
Dan and Alice: "double ability activate."
Alice: Darkus
Dan: Pyrus
Both: unit. Plus Dragon Hydra contenter"
Drago glowed colorfully and expanded it over to Hydranoid. Hadesblast hit them but did nothing "unbelievable!" Shadow said
"I don't get it nothing happened" volt said
"No effect" said Mylene
"Sorry to disappoint you but Dragon and Hydra contenter taps into the perfect cores' power" Dan said
"It brings the opponents power level back down it base level and adds 600 to Hydranoid's and Drago's power
Drago and Hydranoid: 2150g
Hades, Elico, Brontes :1450g
"No fair, no fair, you're a goner, take your best shot lizard breath!"
"Drago fired and took down Hades and Hydranoid fireed and took down Brontes, they then both looked at Elico
Ace Shun and Marucho arrive on the battle "Drago, Hydranoid?"
Where did they get that kind of power?" Marucho asked
"The power is more than just Hydranoid and Drago" Percival said
"it's the power of the perfect core." Ingram said
Drago and Hydranoid fired and combined their blasts together taking down Elico hard
"It can't be how could I lose? My plan was perfect." Mylene said
"It doesn't matter how much extra power you set the dimesion controller to take its nothing compared to the combine power Drago and Hydranoid and the perfect core" Dan said
Energy transmitted to the crystal, and it shattered and all bakugan returned to their natural form.
"haha, we're back. They sure did number on the controller."
Dan, Alice and Baron looked and say Shun Ace and Marucho "are you three, okay?" Alice asked.
"You made it back just in time."
"Talk later, let's get out of here" Drago blasted a hole in the throw the arena ceiling and they flew to safety.
In tower of the city
"They destroyed beta city's dimension controller and all of our prisoner escaped; this is all your fault" Mylene looked at Spectra"
"Now, it's not" Mira said defending him.
"You let her join us, you took the enemy in and look what happened, well Spectra?!"
"Do you doubt me Mylene?! Be careful" Spectra threatened.
"Actually, this is your fault Mylene" Gus joined.
"My fault?!"
"of course, you're the one who lost the brawl, yet you accuse master Spectra?"
Mylene growled.
In raged shadow picked up a chair and threw it to the ground "aaaaaaaahhhhh, no fair I want a do over aaaaaahhhhh"
"Chill out freak" Volt said
"wanna see the playback of your loss Shadow" Lync toyed around
"Be quiet!" Shadow said
In Mira's mind
"I came to find answers, but I'm more confused than ever now. What are you up to Keith?"
