With the Sekai Taikai being kicked into high gear the one on one Placement matches had continued and everyone was feeling the burn
Either you were absolutely killing the competition or you were getting demolished no in between
Doding Vlad's spin kick, The Iron Dragon Male Captain had kicked him in the chest before punching him in the face making the surrounding crowd and dojos cheer
"Point, Iron Dragons !" he said as the Captain had looked around with a serious expression
Doing a twist flip over his opponent dodging his sweep kick, Kwon immediately jumped back up into a spin kick once he landed on his feet kicking his opponent in the face knocking him to the mat
"Point, Cobra Kai !" the Announcer said leaving Kwon to smirk
Blocking her opponents jabs, Tory stayed on the defensive soon ducking under her opponents spin kick before sweeping her to the ground
"Tory Nichols with another point for Cobra Kai" the announcer said
Showing a face of respect Kwon had just high fived Tory making her chuckle but she Immediately squealed once Hawk picked her up and spun her around leaving Robby and Sam to watch with eye rolls as Tory wrapped her legs around Hawk as they kissed
Blocking his opponents jabs and strikes, Robby maneuvered his hand up before pushing him up
Immediately sliding down on the ground dodging his opponents recovering spin kick, Robby wrapped his legs around him dragging him to the ground before slamming his fist to his back
"Point, for Miyagi-Fang Captain Robby Keene, continuing to keep his team alive"
Getting up to his feet Robby had received pats on the back from Sam and Miguel but he didn't feel as completed only shaking his head as he knew the amount of wins they were getting didn't equate to the equal amount of loses
The Female Captain for Iron Dragons continued to her Bo Staff fight with her opponent slamming her staff back and forth as the two girls twirled their sticks
Spinning on her Heal the Female Captain made her opponent block her staff with her arm giving her the opportunity she needed to slam her staff to her gut than too her leg before twisting back with a spin and a twirl as she jumped up and slammed the staff onto her back making the crowd cheer at the knock out
"A Decisive victory by fan favorite Zara who secures another point for the Iron Dragons"
Twirling the staff in her hand Zara flipped the stick and caught it displaying her skills as the fans around them continued to chant her name over and over as Zara walked back to her team
Letting out a deep breathe Sam walked on the mat holding her Bo Staff in hand as she faced her opponent
"Let's go Sam ! get in there, be aggressive !" Johnny yelled
"But not too aggressive" Daniel added
"Find Balance, perfect mixture of both !"
"Right ! Both ! both is good ! BOTH IS GREAT ! DO BOTH ! YOU GOT THIS LARUSSO !"
Continuing to clap their hands and give Sam encouraging words Barnes had only chuckled and shook his head
"Jesus Co Dad's you wanna take it down a notch"
Raising up her Staff Sam held a focused expression as she Immediately started off defensive, blocking her opponents staff strikes with matching grunts before coming to a standstill as she blocked her up strike and low strike
Brining her staff up, Sam swung the girl's hand away with a yell, loosening her grip before Immediately spun her staff within her grasp tripping the girl to the mat before jumping up so that she could slam the stick upon her back
"YES ! HELL YEAH ! THAT'S WHAT THE HELL I'M TALKING ABOUT LARUSSO !" Johnny yelled grabbing at Daniel like a proud father making him chuckle
"Hell yeah man our Daughter's amazing !" Johnny said surprising Daniel as he just looked at him in shock
"Our ?"
"Your Daughter my future Daughter in law yeah man Our"
Rolling his eyes not believing the words that came out Johnny's mouth Daniel felt like he needed to be pinched, he couldn't believe this was the same Johnny Lawrence that used to bully him in High School
Receiving cheers and high fives from her team Sam went back to her team line as Kreese had only observed them. Letting out a low growl as looked up on the leaderboard to see the Miyagi-Fang Team in 8th place not the best but not that good either
"Eli Moskowitz, Male Captain for Cobra Kai, proving why he was chosen to lead his team"
Finding himself i Hawk continued to dodge and weave each of his opponents attacks dodging one of their up strikes before blocking another's jab
Receiving a punch to the face, Hawk Immediately responded back with a headbutt before jumping up to spin kick smashing his foot into the other opponents face
Dodging out of the way from Vlad's spartan Kick, Demetri threw a side kick Vlad blocked before Immediately blocking Demetri's attempted Jab and stopping his other arm so that he could Jab Demetri in the chest dropping him to the mat
The day's ass kicking only continued for the team as Kenny's fight ended in him needing to be caught by the others, Devon's opponent sweeping her leg knocking her to the ground and Daniel, Johnny and Barnes all groaning as the team continued to get their asses handed to them
Their momentum had greatly shifted as even though there was Six of them, three of them were prepared while the other Three proved not to be ready
Throwing a serious Front Kick attacking his opponent straight in the face Robby had dropped him to the mat and sighed as his bones ached and screamed in pain
"And the final point of the round goes to Miyagi-Fang, helping them stay above water within the standings" The announcer said as Robby had just spit out some blood upon the mat before wiping his mouth

"Alright everyone listen up" Daniel said as the team grouped back at the Hotel needing some very encouraging words from their Sensei's
"All right, this morning's event was….tough" he said as everyone cracked their aching bones and stretched trying to at the very least spread the pain around
"But we're not doing bad. 10 place is right at the midline of the standings. Plus ! We have two more events today. And the Eliminations don't begin till the second one"
"Woah, woah, woah….if that wasn't the elimination round, then what is ?" Demetri asked in confusion
"Getting our heads cut off with swords ?"
"We knew this wasn't gonna be easy" Daniel said
"We're going up against the best Dojos in the world. But Don't forget. You guys are one of 'em too" he reassured making Johnny nod his head
"Yeah, each of you are badass and already proved why you should be here. So don't get discouraged because you got knocked around today. You heard LaRusso we're 10th. Means whatever decisions we make in the next event decides if we go up or down"
Nodding his head as well Barnes could tell by the glum looks on their faces that the speech wasn't really sticking to them
"Alright, you all go up to your rooms. Get some rest, Put this mediocrity behind you. We're back at it soon so don't get to comfortable alright"
The team had nodded their heads before soon walking away heading to their rooms leaving their Sensei's alone for their own activity and conversation
"Alright hey listen, I'm gonna go check in on Chozen" Daniel told Johnny and Barnes as they started to walk back to the room
"Yeah why bother ? the way he's been puking all morning, he won't be up all day" Johnny said making Daniel shake his head with a groan
"I still don't get why he thinks drinking himself sick is gonna get him over his heartbreak"
"I don't know either but he better tighten up fast because the way I see it. If we do bad again in the next event we can pack up and go home now"
Barnes's comment had made Daniel and Johnny just physically pause
"What's that supposed to mean Barnes" Johnny said making Barnes stop as well
"Exactly what it means, come on guys we're a clown show out there" he said and Daniel just scoffed while Johnny groaned
"One of our Sensei's is pitch black drunk winning about childhood crush, Miguel, Sam and Robby are the only ones here who actually give a damn about fighting and Kreese keeps showing us up every chance he gets"
"Ok yes or situation is less than…..ideal" Daniel said nodding his head
"But, we've won with less. As long as we stay in the tournament we always have a chance"
"Yeah, we've won with less" Johnny added and Barnes only scoffed
"We better, because I came here to win. Not be embarrassed in front of the whole world"
With that Barnes walked away heading back to the rooms leaving Johnny and Daniel to just sigh as they thought about their situation
"He's not wrong…." Johnny mumbled making Daniel turn to him
"I'm just saying, it would be nice if the entire team was fighting and not just Sam, Robby and Miguel"
Daniel didn't say anything, the truth was he silently agreed. Demetri, Kenny and Devon weren't as focused as the Sam, Robby and Miguel were and it hurt their team more than anything
"Even if I don't wanna agree and I'm not saying I do….we can't just downplay our students, We need to be one collective unit if we wanna beat these other dojos. The Iron Dragons have fighters from around the world. Their Sensei is a former three-time champ"
"I don't give a damn what he is. He's a pussy I'm not scared of him-"
"Yeah well, he's certainly not gonna be scared of us, Seeing that were just barely staying above water in the standings"
"Like I said man losing Hawk and Tory was too detrimental-"

"We lost two of our most aggressive fighters and now we're paying the price for it. It's time we start getting aggressive LaRusso. Stop the Defending and start the Offending"
Letting out his own sigh as he covered his mouth with his hand Daniel didn't want to admit that Johnny just might be right. Maybe it was time to start embracing the Eagle-Fang in Miyagi-Fang…
"Mr LaRusso" the woman at the front desk said getting Daniel's attention
Walking up to her the woman had immediately handed Daniel a envelope
"Someone left this for you"
"Thank you"
Walking back to Johnny, the blonde watched as Daniel opened the folder. Seeing Daniel physically paused as his eyes went wide
"Holy shit…"
"What is that the bill from the minibar ? Chozen should pay" Johnny said but Daniel simply shook his head
"No, Listen I gotta go this is important" Daniel told Johnny Immediately making him raise an eyebrow
"More important than the Tournament ?"
"Hey we still have a few hours. I'll be back before the next event" Daniel said in simple reassurance before walking away leaving Johnny to just groan
"Gah ! Dammit LaRusso You better come back ! I MEAN IT !" he shouted after him but Daniel was too busy walking away to hear
"Well what do we have here" Kreese smirked seeing Daniel walked out the Hotel
"Someone's in a hurry"
Trying to ignore the older man Kreese only continued making Daniel sigh as he soon came to a pause
"What, are you running away after your dojo's brilliant performance ?"
Taking in a deep breathe Daniel just shook his head not letting Kreese get in his head as he choose to walk away

Standing within the elevator, complete silence settled through the metal box as Sam and Devon didn't have anything to say

Fixing her bag strap on her shoulders Sam just sighed

With a hint of confusion Devon just looked at Sam
"I'm sorry we ?" Devon scoffed
"I don't know if you've been paying attention or not but You, Robby and Miguel have been fighting better than ever ?" Devon told Sam making her lips purse as Devon sighed
"All Me, Kenny and Demetri have been doing is slowing you guys down…."
"Hey, It's just the first day" Sam reassured
"You guys are just nervous that's all, you'll adapt I know you will, Like Johnny said we're all badasses we deserve to be here"
Tilting her head a little again Devon sighed
"Yeah well I wish our Male Captain was as generous as you…..all Robby's been doing is making us feel like shit"
Sam's face had only dropped at the mention of Robby
She's been noticing it as well. Ever since Hawk, Kwon and Tory kicked their ass in the Captain protection match. He's been more and more on edge more tense and aggressive, everytime they lost Robby let out a groan and an eyeroll even yelled at Demetri and Devon a few times
It wasn't his attitude that changed, his fighting style got more assertive more aggressive. He was starting to become Cobra Kai Robby again even though he promised he wouldn't
Sam just shook her head at the forgotten memory of Robby in a Cobra Kai Gi, only going back to gripping her Bag tighter with a sigh
"Robby's just going through a lot right now, He's trying to carry the weight of the world on his shoulders. Don't worry, He'll come around"
The sound of the elevator dining rung getting their attention and Immediately Sam and Devon saw who entered the Elevator
"What's up, everyone ? It's your queen of Karate here. Just finished our second Sekai Taiaki event where the Dragons absolutely slayed !" Zara said stepping into the elevator so that she could press a floor
Stepping right between Sam and Devon like they weren't even there Zara continued to speak to her phone
"Although it was awesome to see all the other girls of Karate fighting out there"
Turning back to face Sam and Devon. Zara scoffed at Devon before approaching Sam holding her phone up high so that the Camera could view them both
"In Fact I'm here with one of the Female Badass at the Sekai Taikai, ummm"
Completely awed not knowing what to Say Zara spoke for Sam
"Pretty and Quiet, isn't she adorable"
Devon had only scoffed at Zara completely ignoring her but that didn't stop Zara from finishing her feed
"Anyway let's see if any of these dojos dare try to dethrone us. And to all my fans, I'm here to win for you. So stay tuned. I'll post again after the next event. Zara out !"
Blowing a kiss to the camera Zara ended her feed and Immediately her face dropped as she folded her arms before looking back at Devon
"Sorry, I only do intros on my stories for fighters who you know….win their events, it's a brand you know. Don't take it personally"
Looking back at Sam Zara spoke
"Also rule number one about Branding, Never be Camera shy. Your name is everything"
With The sound of a Elevator ring Zara stepped out leaving Sam and Devon to simply scoff at what they just experienced
"Wow" Devon said
"It's a brand thing" Sam mocked

Laying on his bed as he looked at one of the City Guide pamphlets Demetri pursed his face as he flipped the paper back and forth
"What if we just skip the rest of the events ? hmm ?" he suggested making Kenny and Miguel just look at him after sighing
"Hit Las Ramblas ? Pick up some churros ?...hmm ? anyone ?"
"What you giving up on the tournament already ?" Kenny asked making Demetri bring his arms out
"Ok well let's be realistic here. There's no way that we can win. At this point, I'd rather not lose anymore brain cells"
"Man I always knew you were such a pussy" Kenny groaned making Demetri sigh and flail his arms around
"Man, Miguel come get your boy, before I do"
Turning his head to look at Miguel who was just starting hardly at the ground in deep thought even Demetri noticed his unfocused attention
"Miguel ?" Demetri called out getting no reaction
"Hello ? Earth to Miguel" Demetri said again finally breaking his great stare making Demetri chuckle
"There he is, Hey man you ok ? I'm sorry our pitiful performance hasn't been the greatest"
"No, no it's not that….Sorry guys" Miguel sighed
"It's just…..I don't know, I'm worried about Robby" Miguel admitted making Demetri and Kenny nod their heads
"Ever since our match against Cobra Kai…..he hasn't been the same, Sam's had her worries and I just told her he's just been hyper focused but I don't know….."
"Well he's probably just feeling some type of way because of Hawk and Tory" Kenny stated and Miguel had only quietly nodded his head with a sigh
"Yeah…..Yeah probably. It's probably why he's been acting different, Eli's always been able to push buttons on Robby that not even I was able to do back when we hated each other"
Demetri simply snorted
"Yep, that's "Hawk". He's good at being an asshole hell he's the King of it"
The sound of Robby's shower stopping was heard and Miguel just shook his head at Demetri's comment
"But I also know Robby" Demetri said in a softer tone
"And I know what kind of leader he is, He's kind and observative. He isn't afraid to take a blow for his friends. But that guy in there" Demetri stated pointing at the door that Robby stood behind within the bathroom

It didn't take long for Robby to come out the Bathroom, a towel wrapped around his waist showing off his muscular physique
A glare was held on his face as he stepped in the room observing his team
"Demetri, Kenny, get out" he Immediately said making their faces scrunch
"You two need your rest for the next event. Can't have you costing us anymore points. Leave" he coldly said
Kenny and Demetri only looked at each other with a small sigh before walking away, soon leaving the room as Robby walked over to his bed so that he could open his bag to grab some clothes
Seeing the tenseness on Robby added with the way he just treated Kenny and Demetri it only made him shake his head more giving into his beliefs about Robby right now
"You shouldn't have talked to them like that" Miguel said but Robby gave no answer only continuing his task of grabbing at his clothes
"They just wanna help-"
"If they wanted to help they'd actually be out there giving a damn and not wasting our time" Robby said sternly cutting Miguel off
"You, Me and Sam can't stand around wasting time worrying about How Demetri, Kenny and Devon are feeling"
Hearing how cold and distant Robby was talking only made Miguel's blood run cold, He didn't like it at all

"Hablo un poco de español, Plus I have Google Translate" Daniel smirked but he only heard Amanda's sigh
"Daniel, don't be cute, I thought we agreed to move on from digging into Mr Miyagi's past"
"That's before I learned about the headband"
"Oh, so now we're letting ancient Karate apparel drive our choices" Amanda sighed
"When I first met Mr Miyagi he told me he was against tournaments. Now I find out he probably fought in the biggest one in the world. During a time of his life he never spoke about…..his wife and newborn child had just died"
Closing her eyes in a quiet sigh Amanda nodded her head
"Well….I can only imagine what he was going through"
"I know. If this guy knew Mr Miyagi, he could shed some light on what really happened. I mean come on I got to at least talk to him"

"Couldn't have this have waited ? I thought you had two more events today ?"
"This is when Serrano could meet. It's not that far. I'll be back in time plus, the kids have Johnny and Mike to look after them everything's gonna be fine" Daniel reassured and Amanda had only chuckled through the phone
She still finds it funny how much Johnny and her Husband have grown
"And who knows ? I may get some insights that could help with the tournament"
Hearing her husband out Amanda knew Daniel was gonna do this whether she said so or not. So she figured she might as well encourage his risk taking
"Just…..be careful…..love you"
Nodding his head with a chuckle Daniel spoke back

With that Daniel hung up right as his Taxi car pulled into some parkway between a couple of buildings and some old castle
The Taxi driver said something in spanish that Daniel didn't understand but by the way he looked out the window he didn't need too

Not truly understanding what the man said Daniel simply nodded his head
"Si" he said as he started digging into his pockets
"I shouldn't be long. Do you mind waiting here ?...Espera aqui ?"
Handing the man a 20 Daniel had soon gotten out the car but right as he closed the car door the Taxi had pulled off making Daniel's eyes go wide
"Hey, HEY ! I SAID WAIT !" Daniel said with a groan as he looked around where he was now completely lost with no way back

Johnny just licked his lips as he looked at all the food choices at the hotel's buffet. But more specifically the Muffin looking food on a platter behind glass
"I'll take one of those muffin thingies" Johnny said before one of the chiefs handed him one with a pair of tongues
"Magdalena" Sensei Wolf corrected stepping up to Johnny right as he put the food in his mouth ready to chew
"What did you just call me ?" Johnny asked making the man chuckle
"It's what you're eating" he corrected before looking at the chiefs

Looking at Sensei Wolf with a headnod Johnny already couldn't stand this guy

Again Sensei Wolf chuckled finding Johnny's idiocy quite humorous

"Attention all Sekai Taikai participants. The Next Event will begin in 90 minutes" the intercom said cutting off Johnny only leaving Sensei Wolf to smile
"Good news is your dojo won't be around much longer to waste everyone's time, as you'll be eliminated tonight"
Johnny's lips had only pursed in anger
"Bullshit. You just better hope you don't run into us out there" Johnny threatened
"We'll show you a thing or two about where we come from"
Watching Johnny pop the last of the Magdalena in his mouth Sensei Wolf laughed in amusement
"I won't hold my breathe"

Walking down an Allway as he followed his phone Daniel was only more and more confused on where he was going
Looking around his environment shivers had only went up Daniel's spine more as he had no clue where he was at and even worse no sign of a door or entrance anywhere
"Senor ?" a voice said making Daniel jump and gasp as he Immediately turned around to find a small boy soon making him chuckle
"Oh, you scared me" Daniel laughed as the boy put up his five fingers and dangled a keychain Immediately leaving Daniel to understand what he wanted
"Huh…oh uh sure. yeah here"
Reaching into his pocket Daniel gave the boy a 5 before accepting the keychain
"Gracias"
"De nada, gracias" the boy said before running away leaving Daniel to look down at the keychain. An emblem with Jesus on it
Boy he could sure us his help right now
Looking around his environment Daniel continued his hunt. Walking up to the 1223 sign he saw with a small sigh
"This must be the place…."
Going up to a fence Daniel started to rattled with a gate in confusion wondering where an entrance was
Squinting his eyes in confusion Daniel truly felt lost before suddenly a crowbar hit him in the back causing everything to go black

Continuing to walk down the hallway Sam came to a stop once she saw Sensei Wolf having a one on one training session with the Male Captain for the Iron Dragons
Sam secretly watched as The Captain continued to strike the Pads before ducking under Sensei Wolf's Swing. But no matter what he did he didn't seem to do it right
"Stop !" Sensei Wolf said halting their training as he walked up to his student
"What are you doing wrong ?"
The Captain didn't have an answer and Immediately Sensei Wolf hit him with the pad making Sam flinch
"Again !" he ordered as they got back to stance and Sensei Wolf had swung leaving him to Duck
This time with a head shake the man threw down the punch pad angrily before he started punching his student in the back of the head leaving him to flinch making Sam's eyes go wide
The Captain had noticed Sam and his eyes only softened causing Sam to just speed up and walk away from the scene
"Eyes Here ! Focus !" He said getting his attention again
Filling the Arena of the Sekai Taikai all the dojos gathered around for the next event as Johnny bounced back and forth in place with nothing but anticipation
It'd been years since he felt this nervous about something Karate Tournament related. Hell it was his first tournament ever that he was ever nervous
He used to have his headband to keep him from worrying but that was long gone, Given to Sam as he chose her to carry it. Give her a confidence booster whenever she needed it
But since her head was currently preoccupied with the Captain's headband she had to wrap it around her arm for safe keepings
Looking around Johnny had only thought 'speak of the devil' once he saw Sam approaching
"Hey you were supposed to be here 15 minutes ago"
"I was looking for my dad" she quickly said making Johnny's eyes go wide in shock
"What ? he's not here yet ?"
Sam only shook her head making Johnny groan
"Dammit LaRusso….It probably has something to do with that damn letter" he mumbled thinking to himself before looking down at Sam's uncomfortable face
"Alright don't worry. Your Dad's gonna be fine, he's a badass. You just need to worry about the event right now ok ?" Johnny said leaving Sam to let out a big sigh before nodding her head as the announcer woman began to speak
"In this final points competition. Competitors will try to knock their opponents off the platform. Once you have fallen you are out. Points are determined off of wins, losses and Time, finale rankings after this event, will determine placement in tonight's elimination round. We will now call up the first group of fighters"
Hearing the instructions loud and clear Johnny clapped his hands leaving the team to look at him
"Alright guys listen up" he began
"I'll be taking lead here, now I'm not as good as LaRusso when it comes to defense but I've been training with him enough to know that this event is right up our alley" he said leaving everyone to nod their heads
"It's time to lean towards our defensive side. Let them come to us and reverse their moves back in their pansy ass faces got it" Johnny said leaving everyone to smile and nod their heads before the sound of the announcer speaking got their attention once more
"Sora Haruto from HiroBukan on platform one, Devon Lee from Miyagi-Fang on platform two"
Immediately Devon's face dropped along with her heart but Johnny had just patted her on the back and nodded his head
"Alright you got this Lee, you have a whole team here to support you"
Devon simply nodded her head and took a deep breathe
"Yes Sensei" she said before walking away leaving the team to watch as match was about to start
Lining up to watch the event Barnes had leaned over to Johnny as they watched Devon's match
"Why isn't Daniel here ?" he asked making Johnny lick his lips he wasn't sure if Barnes knew about Mr Miyagi's box of secrets and he didn't want to be the reason he accidentally found out if he didn't so Johnny did what he did best
He lied
"LaRusso needed a break after Today's shitshow so he's resting in the room Robby won with Chozen" Johnny said praying to god Barnes would just take that and run with it
And by some miracle he did as Barnes just nodded his head before clapping his hands
"COME ON LEE ! YOU GOT THIS !"
Staying strong and balanced on her toes Devon waited in anticipation for her opponent to attack
Her opponent dressed in a yellow Gi had only smirked, tilting her head before Immediately pouncing
Devon quickly blocked her kick and jab, before grabbing her arm so that she could strike at her back making Johnny clap his hands
"YES ! HELL YEAH LEE ! STAY STRONG ON DEFENSE !"
Devon couldn't attack again as both her and her opponent started to wobble trying to find their balance
Throwing an uppercut that missed, Devon's opponent maneuvered herself so that they could go back to facing one another
Throwing a high kick that Devon blocked and grabbed her opponent Immediately jumped up and kicked Devon in the back making her let go and fall off the railing
The Miyagi-Fangs all Immediately groaned in disappointment. Robby the most as with his arms crossed he shook his head and scowled at Devon while the announcer spoke
"Lee Out. Time, Ten seconds"
Hearing it outloud just made her bang her head on the ground as a buzzer blared announcing her defeat
Devon had just sadly walked over to her team who all gave her reassuring pats on the back but not Robby as he just kept his arms folded while looking at Devon, and even thought she didn't look back she could feel his anger towards her
"Alright after that we need you all to step up !" Barnes said as Devon just sunk to her feet so that she could sit on a nearby bench in disappointment

Letting out a groan water tricked down Daniel's face starting to wake him up
It took a while but a couple of groans and the sound of dogs barking had done the trick as Daniel was soon awake. Letting out a serious groan
The sounds of dogs barking had Immediately woken him up as Daniel had tried to get up but couldn't as he banged his head on a cage quickly finding himself stuck
Looking around in confusion as the dogs continued to bark Daniel was beyond lost seeing he was stuck in a dog cage
"Hey ! Help ! Get me out of here !" He yelled as the sounds of chains being unlocked were soon heard bringing him some reassurance
Seeing the door open Daniel banged on cage as two men had entered one eating on a plate
"Hey, Hey please. Look, I don't know who you are, but you don't do this" Daniel said
"I'm an American. This must be some kind of mistake"
The man eating had just shook his hand
"No mistake" he said making Daneil raise an eyebrow
"This was planned ? You work for Serrano ?"
Daniel didn't get an answer, the men had just looked at each other before walking away leaving Daniel more confused as he banged and shook the cage more
"I just need to ask him a question about my sensei ! HEY ! PLEASE ! I NEED TO GET BACK TO MY STUDENTS !"

With a sound of a buzzer Robby had angrily walked back to his team with clenched fist
"Boris out. Time, 30 seconds"
No one said anything as Robby took a seat at their bench, quite frankly they were to scared too as all they could look at was his bruised knuckles that he continued to clench with a scowl
Letting out a quiet sigh as he'd seen the look on Robby's face Johnny turned to Miguel
"Alright Miguel, Robby and Sam have been our lifeline so far, time to bring us home" Johnny said leaving Miguel to look back at Sam and Robby's VERY different expressions before nodding his head and fist bumping Johnny
Getting onto the stage Miguel had bowed at his opponent before getting into his fighting position, a strong stance from his Miyagi-Do training
But that had only gotten him so far as his opponent didn't hesitate to rush to him Immediately grabbing at him so that he could try and push him off the platform
Immediately landing on the platform, Miguel gritted his teeth before giving his opponent a knee to the gut stopping his assault
Giving him another knee breaking them apart, Miguel put himself on the defensive. Blocking his opponents low jab before blocking his high jab with his arm
Grabbing his opponent's arm Miguel maneuvered it to the side before grabbing his other arm so that he could do the same making his opponent cross arms over his chest before pushing them back so that he could move him on the platform
Struggling back and forth with his opponent Miguel had pushed him before Immediately ducking under his free swing grabbing his arm so that he could flip him off the mat sounding the buzzer making everyone around him cheer for him
"Phan out. Time, 40 seconds" the announcer said making Miguel smile but Johnny had just looked back at the leaderboard seeing them drop from 10th to 12th despite Miguel's win
"Sensei !" Miguel said happily hopping off the platform to approach Johnny and Barnes
"Hey Sensei ! Did you see what I did ! I stayed Defensive" Miguel grinned but Johnny just shook his head
"Sorry Miguel" Johnny sighed as Robby and Sam approached them looking at the leaderboard as well
"But even with your help we're near the bottom of the standings…Hard to celebrate right now kid"
Miguel's excitement and eager had just dropped in sadness as his face scrunched
"What ?..."
With his fist clenched and a growl on his face Barnes noticed the anger that resigned in Robby
And once Robby turned his head to see Kwon laughing at them as he pointed at the standings Robby had enough as Kenny, Demetri and Devon got up off the bench and started to walk
"Where the hell are you three going" Robby growled making them stop as Demetri looked at Robby in confusion
"Back to the hotel to wash off this disgrace ?" he responded but Robby just shook his head
"Oh no, NONE of you are getting off that easy Locker Room NOW !"
Johnny watched as Robby had grabbed Demetri's arm pushing him in the direction to the Locker Room as everyone followed their Team Captain. But it didn't stop Sam and Miguel from looking at Johnny and Barnes with concerned looks before they too followed
Turning his head to the Iron Dragon team, Sensei Wolf just waved at Johnny with a smirk making Johnny growl before he was the last to walk to the Locker room as well

Johnny had been last to walk in the locker room but by the looks of what he was walking into he didn't know so much could go to shit in so little time
He had only sped up his jogging once he heard the sounds of yelling but once he stepped inside the room he had seen Robby and Demetri in a full force yelling competition with one another as Sam and Miguel tried to push Robby back while Devon and Kenny tried to hold Demetri back
"I'M TRYING ALRIGHT !"
"OH YOUR TRYING ! SO YOU LOSING IN 15 SECONDS IS TRYING ! HOW ABOUT YOU TRY AND WIN A FIGHT FOR FUCKS SAKE !"
"ROBBY STOP IT !" Sam yelled shoving him aggressively gaining his eyes
"WHY ?!" Robby yelled as he looked at Demetri and Devon's scowls
"I'm just saying what we've all been thinking ! All these two have been doing is slowing us down and holding us back ! They've been costing us points ever since we got here THEY ARE NOT HELPING !"
"Right and you staring at Hawk everytime something bad happens is such great "leadership" Devon said sarcastically quoting her with her fingers
Her tone had only made Sam snap her head to her with her own now formed scowl as Devon continued
"How about instead of blaming us you help us instead oh so great captain-"
"Well he's not wrong !" Sam bit getting Devon's attention
"You're NOT helping. Robby didn't tell you to lose your match in less than 10 seconds even when we gave you the game plan so instead of blaming him why don't you look yourself in the mirror"

The sound of a Gym locker being banged on caused everyone to stop talking but the booming voice of Mike Barnes really shut everyone up as he yelled "ENOUGH !"
Everyone had just turned their heads seeing Johnny and Barnes just stand there in nothing but disappointment
For them and each other
"What's wrong ?" Johnny began in a low tone as he looked at the shared scowls held by everyone
"Clearly there's some things here you wanna get say to each other and get off your chest some come on….say it" Johnny said as everyone had just stayed quiet making him scoff
"Oh right, right because I forgot were the team that likes to shit talk each other instead of focusing on our main goal because what I just saw out there….that wasn't Karate, it was weakness"
Robby had silently huffed his breath and clenched his fist as Johnny continued
"Some of you fought like little lambs waiting for Slaughter" he said making Demetri and Devon sigh
"And others were so far up their own ass they didn't even know where they were" Johnny added making Sam and Robby just shake their heads
"This, arguing, fighting, blaming. This isn't a team. And if we keep going like this, we get eliminated tonight. And I get it, some of you will put this behind you. But some of you are gonna carry this for the rest of your lives…"
The passion in his voice was known by them all as Johnny started to get more and more emotional in his speech
"Knowing you had this chance to make something of yourselves. But instead you crumbled under pressure…..And you're gonna go on to live shit lives ! in shitty apartments ! with shit jobs ! AND ALWAYS HAVE TO LIVE WITH THIS FAILURE !"
Within the room everyone's glum and poor faces were a common trend and look. Everyone shared the same dead defeated expression and it already looked like they were eliminated before the true fight even began
"So if you all want to save the humiliation, why don't we just skip the next round and catch the next flight home ?"
Looking at his Students with nothing but a lost expression Johnny had questions he needed answered
"What is wrong with you guys ? Where's your fight ? Where's your spirit ? Aren't you gonna stand up for yourselves ?"
Letting out his own closed mouth sigh as he gripped his headband Robby simply nodded his head understanding his father's words
"He's right" Robby said brining everyone's heads up from their mixed reactions
Looking at his team with nothing but disappointment Robby spoke
"I don't know about you all but I'm tired of losing"
That's all he said before walking away out the Locker Room leaving Johnny to just sigh
"Robby come on-" he tried but Robby just moved out the way as he left
Looking up from his seat Miguel was the next to follow brining Johnny's sigh back
"Miguel…."
"Sorry Sensei" he mumbled before walking off
One by one everyone on the team started to leave the locker room with their own defeated looks as soon enough it was just Johnny and Barnes standing alone in the locker room and they felt that their team was more divided than ever

The sounds of dogs barking had been heard by Daniel for so long it was starting to become white noise to him only scaring him more as he banged on the dog cage that confined him
"COME ON ! LET ME OUT !" he shouted
"JUST TELL YOUR BOSS I KNEW NARIYOSHI MIYAGI !"
Hearing the dog next to him whimper Daniel let out a sigh
"I'm sorry bud, I wanna get out as much as you do…"
The dog whimpered again and Daniel had just dug into his pocket grabbing at Mr Miyagi's headband with another sigh
"I am such an idiot…..he led me down the wrong path this trip. Now I don't know if I'm ever getting out"
Unraveling the headband the keychain Daniel had bought from the little boy in the alleyway dropped getting his attention as he quickly picked it up with a snicker looking at Jesus himself
"Not even you can help me" Daniel joked trying to find some sort of upside
That was until he touched the circular keychain part of the item making him raise a brow as he turned to look at the lock that confined him giving him an idea

"Listen LaRusso, you've been ghosting me all day and I don't take appreciation to it at all" Johnny said speaking directly at his phone as he walked through the hotel buffet
Nodding to the chef the man already knew to hand Johnny a magdalena as Johnny didn't even get off the phone just went back to talking
"This team is falling apart and me and Barnes can't hold it together without you man…..I….I need you more than I thought" Johnny admitted with a sigh
"SO CALL ME BACK ! NOW !"
Hanging up his phone with a sigh Johnny started to take off the wrapping of his breakfast but he couldn't get far as an all so familiar voice started speaking to him
"Johnny" Kreese said making him look up as he saw his old Sensei holding an apple in his hands
Immediately rolling his eyes Kreese continued to smirk
"Looks like things are going swimmingly for you at Miyagi-Fang. Where's your partner ? I hope he didn't run into any trouble"
Clenching his fist in anger Johnny just scowled at the older man
"I swear if you did anything to him I'm gonna…."
With a groan Johnny stopped his aggression, not wanting to give into the anger Kreese clearly wanted from him
So instead he just shook his head and walked away leaving the hotel buffet as he threw the magdalena away suddenly not so hungry anymore
"Hey Sensei…." a voice said making Johnny turn his head to see Devon who was just fiddling with her Jacket sleeves
"Can I talk to you ?" she asked the softness of her voice Immediately told Johnny that this was beyond important
"Yeah ? hey Lee what's going on" he asked and Immediately tears started forming in her eyes
"I…..I just I just wanted to get here so bad" she admitted
"To….to prove to you and everyone that I'm a badass, it's why I went so hard at the dojo and I got my chance but now…."
Devon sniffled
"Now I got it and I'm completely wasting it….I'm letting the whole team down. I'm here, getting demolished every match I'm in…..I can't compete with the others….."
Shaking her head with tears Devon just cried
"I'm not like Hawk or Tory…I regret even thinking I had a chance to be someone I'm not….I don't deserve to be here"
"Hey, hey, hey" Johnny said Immediately calming her down as he looked back at the bench behind them
"Come here"
Bringing Devon over so that they could take a seat the two sat down giving Johnny the room
"You wanna talk about regret ? if I had a dollar for every time I'd done something I regret I'd be a gajillionaire" Johnny said making Devon quake a smile
"One thing I'll never regret is all the work I put into students like you. And don't think you have to be someone you're not, Because who you are now isn't even bad. You're already badass Lee. I knew it the day I saw you rip that geeks notebook in half on stage" Johnny said now making Devon full blown smile through her tears
"I'll always have your back so don't think about regret right now, Just think about kicking ass out there. Because I know you can, and your team needs you more than you know"
Nodding her head with a smile Devon Immediately went up to hugh Johnny leaving him just to hug her back holding her tight
"Thanks Sensei" Devon sniffled making Johnny nod his head
"Yeah you bet"
Holding their hug tightly for a little while the two soon let go leaving Devon to smile as she sniffled her nose
"You know maybe this half Miyagi-Do bullshit…..isn't really bullshit…" she said making Johnny just smile and nod his own head
"All right go warm up with the others. I'll meet you there" he said and Devon had nodded her head before soon leaving
Watching Devon prance away Johnny let out a small sigh before pulling out his phone once more dialing an all too familiar number
"Sorry, I'm unavailable. Please leave a message" Daniel's voicemail said

Entering the room that held Daniel captive the man looked around in confusion Immediately noticing Daniel's cage was open
"VAMOS !" the man said causing his partner to get up out his chair and grab his crowbar while the first man looked around wondering just how Daniel could've escaped
Soon looking down at the keychain the man's eyes went wide in shock seeing that Daniel had picked the lock
"Maldición" (Damn) the man groaned before Immediately Daniel had sprung out of nowhere smashing the man's head into a neary pipe bursting it in two
Quickly ducking under his partners swing dodging the crowbar Daniel quickly opened one of the dogs cages before looking at the man
"Next time, feed your dogs" he said before Immediately the dog attacked dragging the man to the ground leaving Daniel to grab the fallen crowbar and run out the room so that he could lock it with the weapon
Turning around to head up the stairs Daniel had Immediately received a kick to the chest from a new mystery man making Daniel groan as he suddenly hit a nearby wall
"Where do you think you're going ?" the man had smirked as Daniel had gotten into his fighting position starting to move around the man who just held his hands up
Soon clapping his hands the man performed a Kata making Daniel roll his eyes in annoyance
"You know Karate, great" he groaned before Immediately blocking his jabs and strikes
Blocking his kick before dodging his spin kick Daniel grabbed his punch and kicked him in the lower leg before blocking his punch responding with a punch to the face
Blocking his attempted swing, Daniel had just wrapped his arm up trying to flip him to the ground but the man had just slammed Daniel into a nearby wall and kneed him before slamming Daniel into a nearby pole kneeing him again
breaking free from his grasp Daniel had punched the man in the chest moving him back before blocking his attempted swing punch
When Daniel tried to swing again the man had just ducked and punched Daniel in the gut before ducking under Daniel's swing again so that he could shove Daniel to the ground leaving him to grab at his shirt ripping off the sleeve
Immediately looking at his arm Daniel's eyes went wide in shock as he saw the Cobra Kai tattoo on his arm
"You're Cobra Kai ?" Daniel said in awe keeping the man quiet as Daniel started to connect all the pieces
"You work for Kreese" he growled getting up to his feet and throwing the fabric away
Bringing his hands up making the man smirk, Daniel had changed his fighting position soon dropping the man's face as he noticed Daniel's closed and balled up fist
The man struck first but Immediately Daniel hopped kicking him in the chest making him groan
Not stopping there Daniel took initiative of striking first punching the man in the face before ducking under his attempted swing so that he could punch him again
Grabbing at the man's arm Daniel elbowed him in the face and flipped him to the ground making him recover with a roll as he looked up at Daniel in shock at his offensive aggression
Letting out an angered yell the man tried to strike but Daniel had caught his arm, giving him an elbow to the face and a spin punch to the neck before ending the fight by picking him up and slamming him into the nearby table destroying it as a whole
Letting out a series of heavy breaths Daniel had bent down to the grab his phone before looking down at the man with a glare
"This isn't over" Daniel threatened before walking away running up the steps to freedom

"Robby we need to talk" Miguel said finally making him stop as he turned around with his oh so serious glare

"You obviously got some shit to get off your chest about me so just say it" Robby growled and Immediately Miguel's face scrunched in a equal glare as he wasted no time
"Your leading our team wrong" Miguel said making Robby lick his lips
"You're blaming Devon and Demetri for our current position, you're running in blind not caring about the consequences, You're putting everyone at your own sense of disposal. It's like you don't even care about what happens to everyone else !" Miguel suddenly said angrily
"You have the opportunity of a lifetime to be captain of our team and your making Hawk's choice define how you lead this team, that's NOT what a leader does"
Well leading you all isn't exactly the easieting thing Miguel !"
"IT WAS NEVER SUPPOSED TO BE EASy !" Miguel suddenly yelled making Robby step back as Miguel showed him truly just how angry he was
"You KNEW what being captain would've meant for me, It would've changed my life"
Bringing back his glare Robby had just shook his head
"Well it's not all about you, it can change my life too more than yours ! and as long as we're here. I'm Captain of this team. Not YOU. And you can whine and complain about it all you want but that's not gonna change anything. So if you don't like the way I lead my team. Than you can buy a ticket and head home" Robby said before walking away making sure he gripped his Captain's headband tightly leaving Miguel to simply watch his brother walk away as they both held resentment towards one another

"We have no entered the elimination phase of the Sekai Taikai" the woman announcer said looking at all the Dojos before her as she stood on a platform above them all
"The dojos who do not win tonight will be headed home. The previous rounds have determined your current rankings. The number 1 team will face the number 16 team the number 2 team will face the number 15 team and so on and so on
The team had just looked at their standings spots and Devon quickly did her calculation to see their matchups
"Ok, that means at number 12 we're facing number 5, Dublin Thunder" she confirmed making Demetri sigh
"Great, I heard last night they started a fight with some locals at the beach. Those adrenaline junkies are always looking for a brawl" he said as they all turned their heads to see their Dojo matchup just laugh at them in their orange gee's thinking this would be easy
"Now for the rules of the event, Fighters will again face off on a platform" the woman announcer said before pointing behind her leaving everyone to watch in awe as a platform had raised from the ceiling
"This platform, but this time, two fighters from each dojo are allowed at one time"
Starting off the event everyone watched as the Iron Dragons the number 1 seeded team faced off against the West End Warriors the 16 # seed and it was nothing but a slaughter
"If one of your fighters falls…"
Both Zara and the Male Captain kicked their opponents off the platform causing them to fall and plummet to the safety pads below
"They are out"
Everyone around had just cheered in awe while the Miyagi-Fangs didn't share the same enthusiasm as the Iron Dragons proved to be a serious force
"But another teammate can climb up to take their place"
Climbing atop the platform the two Iron Dragon Captains just stared down their newfound competition as they both did a simple spin kick knocking them both off the platform
"However, the fight never stops, so get up there quick to not leave your teammate alone two-on-one"
Getting atop the stage the Male Captain for the West End Warriors had looked at the Iron Dragons duo in hesitation before Immediately attempt a twist quick that the Male Captain dodged
Grabbing his arm so that he could chop him in the neck he Immediately dragged his opponent around as Zara watched as he was passed onto her
Catching him Immediately, Zara had kicked him in the ribs before quickly blocking his jab and striking his chest even faster leaving him to stumble back as the Iron Dragons Male Captain had caught him with one hand holding him up
Immediately pouncing, everyone watched Zara run up to him and hit him with a flying kick knocking him off the stage before the two high fived leaving everyone to clap and cheer for the duo
"When all the fighters of a dojo have been knocked off, the team is out"
"Advancing to the next round, the Iron Dragons !"
Soaking in their glory of victory Zara had cutely waved at the crowd and blew a kiss while the male Captain beat on his chest and let out a victorious roar spooking the Miyagi-Fang team
"What was this dude made in a lab ?" Kenny mumbled making Demetri scoff in equal fear
"He's like a mix between The Winter Soldier and Frankestein's monster"
"Don't calm him a monster" Sam said gaining Demetri and Kenny's eyes
"You don't know him or what he deals with" she said causing Robby to just look at her with a raised eyebrow before looking back at him squinting his eyes
"Next up, Korea's Cobra Kai versus Sweedon's Polarsaget"
Tory and Yoon continued to fight their individual matchups blocking and kicking sharing their fair trade of blows
Yoon had struck a punch on his opponent causing him to daze while Tory had flipped her to the mat
Before she could deliver a final blow through the Male Captain for the other team had kicked her attempting to knock Tory off but that's when Yoon came in saving Tory as he grabbed at the him sending a series of strikes at his chest making him move back before giving him a spinning back kick so that he could finish him with a jumping kick knocking him off the platform
Pushing her opponent back, Tory struck a kick dragging the girl to the ground before throwing a fake kick keeping her off balance so that she could jump in a spin kick striking the girl directly in the face making her spit out blood as she was knocked off the mat
Immediately the watching crowd cheered as the announcer had his own to say
"Wow. Impressive performance by Tory Nichols of Cobra Kai, They advance to the next round"
Looking at the mat Yoon had picked up the girl's fallen tooth making him smile as he had Immediately came up to Tory, grabbing her arm so that he could raise it high before letting out a proud "YEAHHH !"
Tory had originally been confused by the gesture but it must've done something right as soon enough the crowd started cheering directly for her. Even chanting her name over and over again making Zara look around as her face had suddenly dropped
"Next on the platform, Dublin Thunder versus Miyagi-Fang" The announcer said making the team all look at each other with mixed emotions that just made this more complicated than it had to be
Breaking apart from the group Sam tried to look around for her Dad but she didn't find him only leaving her more considered with a deep rooted feeling in her gut she didn't like
"Hey" a voice said making Sam turn her head to find Johnny
"I wish your Dad was here too" he said making her close her mouth in a quiet sigh
"I'm sure he's ok…..I hope he is. But I'll try my best to fill in his shoes while he's gone, ok ?"
Licking her lips Sam had soon nodded her head and smiled
"Yes Sensei" she said leaving some reassurance to Johnny as he too nodded his head before approaching the team
"Alright guys let's bring it in"
Grouping together in a small huddle all eyes were suddenly on Johnny
I know it's been a tough day. But I want you all to know that I believe with every bone in my body that you can do this. I've trained each and every one of you to some degree so I know what you all are capable of. I know I'm supposed to be the aggressive Sensei. But sometimes being Aggressive isn't what we need. Right now we need Balance, we need a perfect split of both. Trust your skills, your instincts, Your training, use all your Miyagi-Do skills to stay up there and than use all your Eagle-Fang skills to Knock your opponent down"
Nodding their heads the team started to form something worth of confidence as Johnny had clapped his hands
"Ok we were thinking of starting strong" Barnes began looking at their roster
"Captains, Robby, Sam-"
"Actually" Johnny said cutting Barnes off
"Let's change it up a little bit" he began confusing everyone
"Lee, Payne" Johnny said looking at the duo
"How about we let some of the undergraduates shine huh. They haven't been having the best day" Johnny proposed only continuing everyone's confusion as Johnny pitched the lineups
"Lee and Payne go first followed with Demetri, that why we can save our Captains for last and have Miguel as our anchor"
Still completely shocked and dumbfounded at what Johnny was pitching everyone secretly knew Devon, Kenny and Demetri weren't having the best time at the tournament yet and maybe this could knock some fears loose
The trio had only received supportive looks from Miguel and Sam while Robby held his arms closed but the 2/3rd vote was enough for them as Johnny's mind was made
"Alright, let's do this" he said before they all bowed
Standing atop the platform the lights were the brightest they've ever been as everyone in the crowd watched Kenny and Devon stand on the stage
Devon had visibly shown her nerves and Kenny had noticed
"Hey" he said getting her attention

"LET'S GO LEE ! PAYNE ! YOU TWO GOT THIS !" Johnny yelled as two Dublin Thunder members had Immediately jumped on the stage
No headbands which meant no Captains, Pretty good sign
Immediately getting into their fighting positions Kenny and Devons truck defending themselves against the two opponents as they both blocked their attacks as Kenny jabbed his opponents chest while Devon kicked hers
Going back and forth with blocks and attempted jabs, Devon had grabbed her opponents arm and Kneed him in the gut before swinging him away
Immediately following her attack up Devon jumped and spin kicked him in the air causing him to back up close to stage ledge
Hastily approaching the guy Devon weaved his attempted punch before ducking under his swing. Striking a fast and serious uppercut that launched him off the ledge getting their first elimination
"YES !" Barnes yelled clapping his hands while the crowd had cheered and the rest of the Miyagi-Fang team clapped their hands as well happy to draw first blood
Their first elimination had officially started the fight as now it quickly started to ramp up
Blocking his opponent's jabs, Kenny had Immediately kicked him in the lower leg. Before Devon came in attempting a flying kick that the boy dodged before catching Devon's leg
Doing a back kick knocking Kenny back, Devon's opponent had immediately flipped her to the ground getting her to the mat and before Kenny could try and help the newest Dublin Thunder member had stepped on the stage Immediately kicking Kenny in the back getting his attention
Blocking her opponents jab, Devon rolled out the way dodging his low kick but she didn't see his high one getting kicked in the face before getting kicked in the leg causing her to hit the mat and roll off making the team drop their heads
"Alright get in there" Johnny told Demetri leaving him to nod his head as he wasted no time running up on the stage
Immediately getting into his fighting position Demetri threw a low sweep that was dodged before trying a high kick that was also dodged
Devon attempted a spartan kick that her opponent dodged and she tried to follow up with a high kick but her opponent had just blocked that before striking her in the gut, chest and doing a spin kick knocking her off the platform
Blocking his opponents punch, Demetri punched him in the gut before dodging his attempted swing grabbing his arm but once he tried to follow up offensively the free Dublin Thunder Member had jumped and kicked Demetri in the face finding himself in a 2v1
Blocking one of their punches Demetri grabbed his arm but Immediately the other member kicked his hand away before soon enough both members spun and kicked Demetri launching him off the platform already eliminating 3 of their teammates
Letting out a cringe Johnny had shook his head and by the glare on Robby's face he made his intentions clear
"Alright I've had enough of this shit" he growled before he and Sam stepped out the line taking the stage
Seeing the Dublin Thunder duo dab each other up as they continued to encourage each other and hype each other up Robby had only clenched his fist
"HEY DICKHEADS !" he yelled getting their attention as they saw him and Sam
"Try that shit on me"
Getting into their fighting positions Robby didn't wait
Immediately rushing to them both he did a twist flip over his opponents kick, kicking the other Dublin Thunder member to the ground
Immediately blocking his opponents jab, Robby punched him in the gut before kicking his leg away in a attempted block
Keeping her opponent low to the ground Sam swept his foot making him drop to one knee back on the ground
Striking his opponent in the gut again Robby easily dodged his attempted swing giving a fast and harsh uppercut that left him dizzy
Kicking her opponent in the chest, Sam dodged his attempted uppercut, just kicking his lower leg before grabbing his arm flinging him forward
Pushing his opponent back Robby made him clash into his teammate before Immediately doing a spinning back kick knocking both his and Sam's opponent off the platform causing the crowd to go wild at their effortless defeat
Waiting for the next opponents to take the stage both Sam and Robby didn't need to wait for long as finally the Male and Female Captain for Dublin Thunder approached with smirks on their faces ready to test their rival Captains
"Ya two think ya so tough ?" The female Captain said looking at Robby and Sam
"We'll show ya tough"
The two Captains had gotten into their fighting positions and Sam and Robby had looked at one another and nodded their heads before standing back to back
Leaving their separate matchups to approach them Sam and Robby had Immediately stayed on the defensive blocking their opponents jabs and countering the strikes
Blocking the male Captain's Punch, Robby grabbed his arm and struck a knee at him making him groan while Sam caught the female Captain's high punch and jabbed her in the chest making the girl gasp
Immediately picking up Sam, Robby swung her so that she could kick the male Captain in the face as he didn't hesitate to Spartan kick the female Captain dropping her to the mat
The newfound appresure from Robby proved to be a struggle for the girl as Robby went full aggressive
Striking a punch hitting the girl across the face, Robby threw a gut jab and a side kick hitting her in the rib
Immediately dodging her swing before stepping back to dodge her jumping spin kick, Robby grabbed her leg and kicked her in the chest before kicking her leg dropping her to the ground
His line of sight was clear, giving him full view access to see Hawk's glare within the crowd and his face had only fuel Robby's actions more as he picked the girl up by the collar of her Gi seeing the terrified look in her eyes as he struck her in the gut and maneuvered her around so that he could flip her off the stage
Blocking the male Captain's jab. Before raising her leg to block his leg. The male captain actually landed a lower leg kick on Sam making her drop to a knee
But Robby had Immediately caught his leg quickly spinning around so that he could elbow him in the face busting his nose
Sam's eyes immediately went wide at Robby's aggression but he didn't stop there as he did a back kick fully dropping him to the mat with a painful groan
Immediately grabbing him by his hair Robby pulled him up to his feet so that he could clash his knee to his face and flip him to the mat again but before he could deliver a final kick that would've sent him off the mat Sam got in the way
"Robby stop !" she yelled getting in his line of fire making his eyes go wide
"Sam what are you doing !"
"He's down ! He's had enough !"
"Sam, get out of my way !"
It wasn't a plead, wasn't a request, wasn't a beg
It was a statement
One that only scared Sam as her eyes went wide in reaction of it
Too distracted by their own dilemma the last and final Dublin Thunder member had hopped on Stage Immediately Kicking Robby into Sam
Causing the couple to trip and stumble, the already beat up and attacked Dublin Thunder Captain swept their legs dropping both Sam and Robby off the platform making the crowd gasp while Johnny and Barnes shook their heads
"Shit…." Johnny said now seeing their odds but Miguel's face of determination spoke something different
"Don't worry Sensei" Miguel said confidently as his team looked at him
"I got this"
"FUCK YEAH ! COME ON !" the Dublin Thunder member said showing his eager as he did a front flip landing on his feet before clashing fist with his team Captain
Immediately getting into their fighting positions the boys saw Miguel approach them and he said no words

"AIS !"
The Male Captain had struck throwing a high kick Miguel moved out the way of so that he could move and block the other Dublin Thunder's kick
Switching back and forth between the two Miguel held a strong stance as he blocked the first two jabs thrown at him before blocking the Captain's high punch
Blocking the other Dublin Thunder's jab, Miguel had simultaneously stopped both their low strikes and high strikes blocking with his arms and leg before kicking the Captain away dropping him to the mat on his back
Throwing a punch at his opponent striking him in the face, Miguel blocked his high punch with both his arms before moving them down Immediately following up his attack with a quick jab to the face dropping him to the ground
Not being able to stay one on one too long Miguel blocked the Captain's kick with his own leg and followed his attack with a kick to the chest and a knee to the face dropping him to the mat
Going back to the other Dublin Thunder Miguel had Immediately dropped down to the ground. Doding his high kick so that he could tangle his legs with his dropping him to the mat
Immediately back kicking the Captain dropping him to the ground again, Miguel spun on the ground and kicked the Dublin Thunder launching him off the mat before ducking under the Captain's high kick so that he could get up to his feet
Everyone watched in complete awe as Miguel did a flying kick launching the Captain off the stage making himself the true last one standing
The moment didn't feel real but it did once the cheering started as everyone in the building practically yelled Miguel's name
"Incredible performance by Miyagi-Fang's Miguel Diaz ! absolutely incredible ! his triumph sends Miyagi-Fang to the next round"
Robby didn't know what to say as he was left completely speechless but that didn't stop his team from cheering before the Immediately ran to join Miguel on stage
Looking at the crowd before him Miguel had only let out a raging yell in victory as he soaked in his well deserved glory before his team could celebrate with him
Immediately approaching Miguel, Kenny, Sam, Demetri and Devon jumped at Miguel hugging him and cheering as they celebrated in all kinds of ways as below the stage the Dublin Thunder's weren't as happy as they were polar opposites yelling at each other as their female Captain screamed "What the feck was that !?"
With his arms behind his back Robby walked on stage and said nothing, only held a blank face as he joined his team in their line and bowed to the crowd but more specify their Sensei's while Johnny and Barnes smiled and bowed back
Clapping his hands absolutely proud nothing less Johnny's phone started to ring getting his attention
"Hey Rosa, You won't believe what just happened-wait…..What ? what ? slow down. Slow down"

Opening the door to the hotel Daniel had felt more tired then he ever did in his life as all he wanted was a nice warm bed to sleep in
He continued his walk through the lobby with his one goal in mind but of course something had to stop him
"Well, well, well" a voice said making him turn around to find Kreese sitting on the arm of a couch
"You were missed at the events today" he smirked getting up from his seat
"Did you uh, get yourself caught up in something ?"
Not having ANY of Kreese's shit Daniel h ad grabbed at the man pinning him to a wall before raising his fist up ready to strike
"Think you can fuck ! with me huh ?"
Kreese had only chuckled
"Take it easy, Danny boy. It's only a tournament"
Huffing his breathe heavily and hard Daniel was ready to punch his teeth loose
"Dad ?"
Quickly turning his head Daniel saw Sam Immediately dropping his face to a smile
"Sam…."
Letting go of Kreese Daniel had Immediately approached her leaving them to hug as Sam held her father tight
"I'm so sorry I wasn't here today" he apologized as the two had soon broken apart leaving Sam to look her father up and down
"I was so worried….wh-where were you ?"
Not knowing exactly how to answer that question Daniel shook his head
"I uhh….I,uh, I wish I had a good reason-" he gasped only confusing Sam more
"I went out for lunch. I got in a …..a cab, and we…we…umm….it's a long story" Daniel shook his head
"But how'd we do here ?"
"It was….rough" Sam admitted her own shiver and cringe
"But we made it through to the next round" she confirmed with a smile leaving Daniel to smile as that was true good news he needed, especially today
"good….I….I promise, I'll never, never let you down again" Daniel said just making Sam smile and nod her head

Throwing his clothes into his suitcase Johnny moved in a hurry as Daniel had opened the door to their room
"Hey, Listen, Johnny. I got your voice-"
Daniel had came to an immediate halt once he saw Johnny throwing his clothes in his suitcase making him raise an eyebrow
"What's going on ?"
"I got a call from Rosa, Carmen's been rushed to the hospital….I guess something went wrong with the pregnancy" Johnny said folding his jacket
Daniel was only left speechless not knowing what to say
"What ?...When ? is….is she gonna be ok ?"
Johnny just shrugged his shoulders
"I don't know, I talked to Miguel. We're leaving tonight. I haven't told the others"
Now Daniel shook his head
"I'll take care of it, don't worry. Just focus on getting there. Alright leave everything to me"
Zipping up his bag Johnny had nodded his head as he started walk to the door
"Thanks man….good to have you back"
Watching Johnny leave the room Daniel's mind only thought on what could've happened today but more importantly
What would happen tomorrow ?
