As Marth fought for her life, her teacher, her savior and new brother figure Apollo simply stayed in his new office provided by Kal'tsit. He moved various things from the Cube into the room: Books, tools and various other things. As he moved a faint glow came from his desk.

Resting on the desk laid another cube made up of a teal gemstone. Normally it's a perfect cube but now there was a clear and noticeable cut.

"So she used it, huh." Apollo said as he approached and grabbed the cube. It's soft glow not bothering his eyes in the slightest, after all he had to stare at brighter things. Suzuran being one of them. "I just hope I don't regret this. On the high chance of something happening to me, I hope she still grows and learns from it."

Apollo placed the teal cube down. Understanding his next phase of transforming the office into a mages workshop he needed the help of another person, or rather god. Apart didn't wish to bother dealing with the divine being but all of this is for Marth's future.

"To the engineering lab I go." Apollo said as he left the room. "Now that I think about it, perhaps Nian may help in fixing the Cube, whatever Musashi did a lot of damage to it. I'm an idiot for not noticing it early, so much stuff is missing from it now including my trusty spear."

Apollo traveled down the hall once again reminiscing about the past.

"So how long will it take for Marth to wake up?" Melantha asked sternly, if looks could kill then Melantha would be a class X felony.

However the person she asked didn't seem to be threatened by her, hell she even felt like bullying the girl. Yuki would have escalated the situation but she understood things needed to be done. She felt her vision clouding, the already dim colors lost whatever color they had.

Yuki looked at her arm as if she had a watch. "She will be back right about no-"

Mid sentence Yuki's head dropped causing everyone to stare at her. Her body looked as if her strings were cut, Warfarin instantly went to check Marth's pulse. There was a moment of silence as they waited for her results.

"She is going to be fine, nothing abnormal seems to be happening." Warfarin said letting relief rush over her.

"So now that Marth is ok, what should we do next? People invaded the building." Ansel asked.

"We should try to get out of here and work with authorities." Adnachiel said.

Closure placed her hand on Adnachiel's shoulder, on her and Alyssa's face was a devilish smile fitting. A smile filled with some much greedy intent that the two could look like the villain in a movie.

"Or we could go and get a handle on the technology. If we do that and protect it then all the other companies might decide to owe Rhodes Island a favor aka we become loan sharks." Closure said as if she was the most mind changing, life transforming idea that has ever graced the Terra.

Warfarin could only stare at Closure's and Alyssa's smug expressions. How did Kal'tsit and the others deal with Closure's wild ideas? However she can't help but see their train of thought perfectly.

"Somehow that plan is both ridiculous yet smart at the same time. I'm in."

"If Warfarin thinks it a good idea then with me being her junior in the medical field I'll follow her plan." Ansel said as he prepared everything he may need.

"Then it's decided. We will move inward where all the technology is at. Cardigan and I will be the vanguard. Adnachiel, Ansel, Steward, and Warfarin will provide support from the back. Closure frankly I don't know what you are able to do in combat so I'll leave that to you."

Everyone nodded as they prepared. She turned her gaze towards Alyssa who felt like a fish out of water. She wasn't someone that had combat experience or experience being in any battle where your life's on the line. Melantha approached Alyssa and pointed at Marth.

"Keep Marth safe and stay close to us. When she wakes up, brief her on what we are doing and tell her that she will join Steward and our mid range fighters for support."

"I-I can do that." Alyssa said as she placed Marth on her back.

Once everyone was ready they left the hallway and listened to Closure's directions as she scanned a large majority of the building with her drones. The group encountered a few groups of three to five but they managed to quickly dispatch them.

'I guess that man in white was the exception. While those groups of enemies had combat training we were able to deal with them. Even with our numbers advantage I feel as if the man in white could easily deal with us for a while' Cardigan thought.

After twisting and turning they soon reached their destination. The room contained various prototypes and relevant information regarding technologies that could easily cover dozens of families for millennials. Inventions large and small crowded the room, for a moment if felt as if everyone in the world shrunk slightly.

The Rhodes Island team sneaked into the room to find dozens of guards posted. All of them are clearly on high alert.

"Closure, do you have any idea what they are doing?" Warfarin asked while keeping her eyes peeled incase of anyone spots them.

"I was able to get a drone inside and record some of the audio. Just like Alyssa guessed they aren't looking for someone in specific instead they are grabbing anything they can including information regarding the machines." Closure explained.

Closure, Warfarin and Melantha decide what to do next; Alyssa who was somewhat lost in thought noticed movement on her shoulder.

For Marth the world seemed as drab as ever with different shades of gray and black. She felt clouded, her memories after being submerged by the snow were hazy but they quickly filled in with the events that Yuki experienced.

"Alyssa, you can put me down." Marth said,

Alyssa listened as she gently put Marth down and debriefed her on what's happening. Alyssa then informed everything that Marth is awake.

"Marth are you ok? Are you able to fight?" Melantha asked.

"My body still feels off in some places but I should be able to provide support from afar." She replied as she moved her body to wake it up fully.

"With everyone ready to go, we are able to see that their apparent ace, the white dress man Cardigan mentioned, isn't here. So we should be able to take them out. I can use my drones to distract them while you guys do your thing." Closure said.

"Didn't know you could lead Ms. Closure." Marth said.

"After hanging around that grumpy adoptive mother name Kal'tsit so I picked up a thing or do when it comes to combat planning." Closure said as she pulled out various drones from her back. "I can use these to help you guys while keeping a close eye on the hallways leading to us."

After some quick discussion the team broke up into pairs with one fighter and a supporter. They spread up enough to apply pressure to the enemy while being close enough to support another duo if needed. Marth paired up with Warfarin, while she isn't one that enjoys fighting, her blood arts allows her to defend herself when needed.

They spread out into their positions knocking out any guards that were in their way though there weren't many of them to begin with. Appeared that most of the guards were in the hallways or were closer to the center protecting whoever was taking the data. Once they were in position they waited on Closure's signal.

"You serve zero purpose, your life is nothing!"

Multiple units of Closure's drone repeat that line at what felt like it's highest volume, adding whatever the material the room was made out of to keep sound in. It felt as if the sounds were coming from every direction.

"Let's move."

Melantha and Steward were the first to move in as Cat closed the distance with the Vulpo providing covering fire. Cardigan and Ansel followed suit dealing with a small group of guards.

Since the room was largely uneventful the guard relaxed their guard, with the sudden attack caused a little disorderly movement among them. Luckily for them the lack of long term experience from many of the Rhodes Island members.

Marth and Warfarin like the other duo's engaged the enemy who in their case was another duo kitted out in back gear from head to toe.

Warfarin pulls out a pair of vials from her bag but they were thinner than wide, filled with a red liquid and those near the guards.

The guards dodge the vials and keep a close eye on them and the now two spots of red on the floor. A quick look of the liquid gave an easy answer that everyone can come to, within those vials were blood.

It was blood.

"Marth shot a low powered spell." Warfarin said.

Within an instant the small pool of blood on the floor quickly launched in the form of spikes piercing the guards arms and legs. Marth following Warfarin's orders shot out two small spheres of water, although they weren't fast the blood spikes caused the attack to connect to both guards.

Similar levels of success was seen between each of the teams as they soon closed in on the assumed mastermind of the operation. One woman was in the center both dressed in black from head to toe carrying a weapon on her hip.

"I recommend you stand down. We handled everyone in the room, if you stand down you could perhaps get a light sentencing." Melantha stepped up pointing her blade at the two.

"With how valuable the information here is, even if the government doesn't do anything. The massive companies such as Rhine Lab would have hunted us down like dogs, after all no one can affect their 'Colombian Dream'." One of them said,

"Of course, you guys will be tried in court. We in Rhine Lab worked hard to push humanity forward and make life better for everyone." Alyssa said with annoyance and anger in her voice.

"I tell you are a fresh one if you think we are going to be 'tried in court'. Believe what you want, I choose to not live in that cembalist world of yours.." The woman said in a casual way but her words carried pride in them.

"Marth, are you able to bind her?" Alyssa asked.

"I could but I need something to write with and some time." Marth turned to Warfarin. "Do you have any more blood I could write with.

"If it's going to help then take it." Warfarin said after pulling out another vile of blood. "Doing blood arts, never knew you had vampire blood in you."

"That's because I don't, it's something Mr. Apollo taught me." Marth explained as she began drawing a bounded field. "I'm sorry but this is going to take me some time, I'm not very good at it yet."

"Then we can buy you some time." Cardigan said.

As soon as Cardigan spoke a beeping sound started to come from the computer.

"Well I suppose we are out of time." The woman in black said as she pressed a button on her wrist that glowed a light red.

On cue the ceiling about them started to crack. One cracked turn to three and within seconds it was like a spider web.

Then it cracked open. Various people in black flew down as if it was an action moving, the debris seemed to effortlessly dodge them as they protected their leader.

"My knights in shining armor are here so I must take my leave. Deal with them Simon, don't be late this time." The woman said.

"No you don't. A6!" Melantha shouted.

Instantly Melantha and Cardigan pushed forward with Adnachiel and Steward providing long range support. As the two vanguards were about to attack the closest person a white flash passed everyone and intercepted the attacks.

"Sorry, but I have a job to finish."

Simon appeared again with his melancholy voice. With both Melantha's sword in Cardigan dagger in each hand, he twisted his arms in a way causing both of them to lose their footing. He pushed Cardigan away then kicked Melantha in the stomach, launching her back towards the group.

With his vision cleared Simon was able to see the projectiles rushing towards him. He simply raised his arms to guard.

"Get out of here Boss

A smokescreen formed upon impact of both the spell and arrow. Rhodes Island stayed somewhat far from the smoke.

Marth and Alyssa were behind the duo of Adnachiel and Steward. Marth wanted to jump into help but she understood that if she left Alyssa would be defenseless. Marth pulled out the small teal gemstone and channeled mana into it as best she could.

She normally isn't deep in the heat of battle. Even when her and Warfarin started the attack the guard were mostly taken care of by the vampire doctor, Marth only made sure they were down. However not being able to see the enemy was causing any attempt to focus her mana to fail which only caused her panic to increase.

Alyssa looked over Marth's shoulder to see the teal gem, it would glow weakly before disappearing just as fast.

'Wait a minute. Isn't that the same gem as the cube found in the cube?' Alyssa thought.

As Alyssa tried connecting the pieces, Marth tried and failed to connect to Yuki. Marth couldn't hear her voice or even her presence but yet she could feel that Yuki was laughing at her attempts.

As if things could get worse Marth and Alyssa could hear movement within the smoke. As for why so much smoke was created from just an arrow and spell is beyond those two. The footsteps soon stopped as now they could hear the clanking of metal and shouts from others.

Marth tried to listen for the footsteps she tried to see.

Without warning a guard in black rushed out the smoke sword in hand. Their mask was cracked showing one eye. Their eyes full of determination as they swung their sword which shone in the room's light, akin to a holy relic.

The world seemed to slow down as the sword continued to fall. The only thing Marth's brain could comprehend was the sword and her heartbeat.

Marth's heart raced.

Marth's body became stiff with fear.

Marth's eyes only followed the weapon that would bring her end.

Marth always saw herself as a devil, someone who should be rid from the world. The people of Kazdel must have committed a grave sin for the world to hate us just by our race.

Memories of the past few months flowed in her mind.

The days she spent in the landship were not clearly hated for being a sarkaz or an infected.

The days she spent hanging out with Suzuran, Angelia, and other classmates.

The days of peace, fulfillment, struggles she spent with Apollo.

Those days filled her heart with so much joy looking back on them.

Then a realization dawned on her.

She wanted more memories.

She wanted to spend more time with everyone.

She wanted to live.

The mana inside Marth flared up, the rush of new intense emotions threw what little focus she had out the window. Marth raised her hand pushing more mana than what was needed as the red magic circle appeared.

The sword started to dig into her shoulder as an unfamiliar pain spread across her body. Before the sword could go any deeper a fire straight from hell fired out of the magic circle. It's fire engulfing the guard.

"Shit, it burns!" The guard yelled, flailing their body trying to put on the fire as best as they could. "Someone help! Simon! Boss!"

The man's screams only got louder as he could feel his skin chipping off like wood as the fire consumed him. He cried and cried for help." Mom! Dad! Marie! Anyone! Please!"

Marth could only fall to her knees as she watched the results of her actions. The pain in her shoulder and the bloody curling screaming drowned out whatever was happening around her.

Marth could only sit and watch as he rolled around on the floor watching their skin chip off like burnt wood. The familiar smelling burnt flesh caused some many memories to surface of her running away.

Out from the smoke came Simon, his normally spotless white clothes had small spots of black smolt. He placed his hand on the guards body, the fire that raged on the guards body like a wild inferno started to flow into Simon. The fire looked as if it danced into him as if this was planned by fate.

Pain was clear in Simon's eyes but he pushed through it. This process while it seemed like an entirety for many, to Simon it was over in a flash. He grabbed the guard and looked back at Marth.

While the smoke didn't give Simon a perfect view of Marth he could see three key details. Her wide eyes, tears rolling down her check and her deathly pale face. Simon could only think one thing.

'You don't belong on the battlefield, child.'

He vanished back in the smoke.

Soon the fighting died down, it was replaced by the turning on of the fans clearing the smoke.

All that remained was the Rhodes Island team and Alyssa. The room was a mess yet as if a miracle happened none of the expensive equipment was damaged badly, at most a scuff mark here and there. Blood was on the floor but there were no bodies.

However none of them mattered to Marth, the smell of burning flesh stayed in her nose. She slams her head in her clothes so she could smell anything else, but the smell of flesh clung onto her like a rabid stalker.

"Marth, come back to me. It's over."

Marth turned to see Melantha and Cardigan moving towards her. They weren't in perfect condition but they didn't appear to have any major injuries.

"Everyone else is fine, Warfarin is healing our injuries but we should probably head outside. The police are likely already outside so we just need to talk to them."

After answering questions and providing whatever help they could. Rhodes Island was cleared to leave the area. Alyssa had to stay for Rhine Lab related reasons.

Once Rhodes Island reached their hotel room it would be a statement to say everyone collapsed. The only one left standing was Warfarin as she is used to combat although she rarely ever willingly enters it.

Marth POV

I took a shower and collapsed on my bed as I quickly drifted to sleep. The warm marshmallow touch of the bed was soon replaced with a chill that sent a shiver down my spine. I opened my eyes to see a familiar snow filled wasteland.

"I see, so you are here."

I turned to see a child swaying back and forth on a run down hut. Unlike the woman who was dressed in obsidian black, the child was dressed in a snow white suit that didn't fit him. I couldn't see his arms or legs, the only part of him you could see was his face. He looked similar to Apollo in every way.

His face was the same as Apollo.

His hair is styled the same as Apollo.

His demeanor is the same as Apollo.

Looking at the child was like looking at a younger version of Mr. Apollo. The only difference being his eyes. While Mr. Apollo's eyes were red; the child's eyes were a dark teal, the same color as the gem I was given.

"Hello! "The child said while waving their hand.

Unlike the person in the dark armor the child seems so peaceful. The armored person was so rude.

"Thank you for thinking that, but isn't it rude to call someone rude?" The child asked.

"So you can also read my mind. Then would you be so kind as to tell me where I am. The armored person said we were-"

"In your insides, while she isn't wrong the way she said it was very misleading and weird." The child said.

"I agree, so who are you and where am I?" I asked.

The child rubbed his head causing the extra space in the overly large suit to dangle from his head. It was something small but I could not but smile a little. It was like the child was a small bit of warmth in the snow filled wasteland.

"Well I can't tell you where we are for various reasons. I can tell you who I am. You can me-"

As the child was about to finish his sentence the ground rumbled like an earthquake was coming.

"Oh, it seems like you are waking up. Then I guess we have to do this another day." The child said.

"Wait, just say it before I wake up!" I shouted at the child making sure they could hear me about the rumbling.

The world shook even harder causing the already destroyed buildings to crumble to dust, in the moment nothing but snow reminded.

"Actually, I changed my mind. It will be more fun for you to find out my name." The child with the most innocent grim ignoring how important the question was to Marth.

"That's not fair." I cried out as I grabbed hold of the child and lifted him surprised by how light he was, it was as if he was air.

The child's grin stayed as he patted my head.

"Bye bye."

The snow quickly rises, engulfing me and the child. I tried to say something, anything but to no success as my vision was dominated by white.

Before I knew my vision soon became my room. I looked to my left to see Melantha and Cardigan sleeping in the same bed. Melantha was tucked under her covers while Cardigan was sprawled out taking up most of the bed. She had a wide grin on her face, I leaned in closer to hear her muttering something.

"Marth, Melantha, everyone. Let's go get some food. I know a really good place."

Hearing Cardigan say that filled my heart with joy. I look at my desk to see the phone Mr. Apollo brought me to light up. I looked over to see it was a message from Alyssa, I opened it to see what she wrote.

'Marth, I hope you are doing well after everything that happened. However I know you might still be tired but I need you at Rhine Lab. It's super important and I need you to bring whatever your older brother gave you. I'll be in the main lobby'

-Alyssa.

'Brother? Who are you talking about? I don't have a brother.'

-Marth

'You don't? It was that Apollo person you were talking about.'

-Alyssa

'Well he isn't my brother, it's complicated. But why do you need everything he gave me? Seems kinda random.'

'Marth.

I placed my phone down and looked for the gem she used during the fights. Yet once I looked back at my phone I felt my heart drop to unknowable depths as I read the message.

'Apollo may be the person who knows the most about the Cube than any of us.'

-Alyssa.

I found herself in the main lobby, while I would normally be nervous to travel alone especially considering how late it is but the answers I could learn from Alyssa quickly outweighed them.
"I'm glad you're here. Follow me." Alyssa said.

I quickly got up and followed her. We took many twists and turns and before we knew it I found myself back downstairs where Alyssa first showed me and the others the Cube. Once inside I was greeted with the oppressive Cube once again, yet to its side stood a table with a small cube but I could make much out of it.

"So what are we doing here? What do you need me to do?" I asked.

Alyssa simply walked forward and stopped next to the table, she then proceeded to point at the smaller cube. "This right here."

I walked to the table and as I got closer details about the smaller cube became clear, but what I saw took my surprise, the cube looks familiar.

"Familiar isn't it, it looks similar to the small gem you had in hand." Alyssa said.

I failed to notice earlier but her normally energetic voice wasn't there, she sounded tired. Hell I could see eye bags forming under her eyes.

"Hey Alyssa are you ok?" I asked. "You look horrible, even worse than me."

Alyssa could only sigh. "I'm fine, it's just been a longer week than I thought. But Marth I need to ask you something?"

"Of course." I replied.

"I consider you a friend. Frankly I came from a rich family so I always had the resources needed for what I need in life. Books, toys and such so I never really branched out so I didn't have many friends growing up. So I wanted to know if you see me as a friend." Alyssa said, maintaining her low voice.

It was unnerving hearing her talk in such a way. "I do consider you a friend, after all you never seemed to judge me for being a Sarkaz and that's all I could ask for."

"Then I'm sorry for what this could reveal. Apollo seems to be a major part of your life so I hope that I'm wrong." Alyssa said as she pointed she handed me a journal and two cards.. "In this journal there are notes left behind from someone named BAS9, you already know this but it might be important to remember them and their actions. I also found these two cards, if we find anything I want you to keep them. All I need from you is to do what you do to that gem to this cube."

I nodded my head and followed her instructions. I placed my hand on the cube and channeled mana into it. As I summoned mana from my body I could feel the cube sucking the mana right out of me. I barely needed to push mana into them as the cube did most of the hard work.

As I pushed mana into the cube its body started to radiate a light teal light.

"Good job Marth, keep doing what you're doing" Alyssa said as I could hear a small hint of anticipation in her voice.

A minute or so passed as the glow got brighter and brighter. It never reached the point of blinding any of us but I did have to squint my eyes a little. Another passed and the cube didn't accept anymore mana from me, it was like a dam keeping in water.

"The cube isn't accepting any more mana from me. It might be full." I said.

"If that is the case then let me try this."

Alyssa picks up the smaller cube and walks over the Cube. As she moved closer the Cube started to glow slightly too but unlike the smaller cube thin lines ran across its surface. Once Alyssa made physical contact with the Cube lines made a pattern all too familiar to me.

"It's a magic circle, no, no, no." I said.

"Magic circle, those exist?" Alyssa asked.

"It's something that Mr. Apollo taught me. It came from his homeland." I walked towards the Cube. I took the smaller teal cube from Alyssa and placed it in the circle of the magic circle inscribed on the Cube. The more like a gel the Cube absorbed the smaller Cube.

Once fully absorbed the sound of machinery could be heard coming from inside the Cube. Steam started to flow out wildly from the Cube, as more steam left the Cube started to back down. Alyssa and I could only watch as the once unmoving Cube started to come alive as it opened itself to us so we could see the secrets that lay inside.

All that was inside were more materials. Books, tools, some weapons even. However the main thing that caught my attention was a cross similar to what Mr. Apollo has but it was colored white instead of the dirty gold that his cross is colored.

"I'll send all this to the R&D teams. I can already hear the higher ups losing their mind over this stuff." Alyssa said as she walked towards the cross.

I followed closely behind her, the more I looked at it the more I wanted to touch it. It felt as if it would give me some answer as to how Mr. Apollo was connected to all of it. I reached my arm and touched the cross, as a result a blinding light engulfed Alyss and I.

I could say how long I was blinded for but once I regained my vision I looked to my left to see Alyssa was still with me.

"Never again touch something without thinking about it, you could have broken something or at worse kill us." Alyssa said.

"Sorry about that, I just felt like touching it would give me an idea as to what Mr. Apollo has all this." I said.

Alyssa didn't say anything, probably understanding where I was coming from. I looked away from her to see that we were in a room of sorts that resembled a church. Before I could make any more observations a loud thud was heard that startled Alyssa and I. We both turned towards the entrance of the church to see two people. I could make out their faces since the lighting inside was poor. The only source of light came from the stained glass.

As the two people came closer to us, more features came to light. One of them was a middle aged man being carried by the other on their back. Blood was running down his body, his limbs were limply swaying with each step the person carrying them took.

"He's dead." I said.

"Mostly likely." Alyssa said in agreement.

Alyssa and I moved our attention to the person carrying the man. As their features became clear I felt my heart stop for a moment. Their normally clean white hair was stained in blood causing streaks of it to be red. His normally bright eyes had a heavy downcast on them, he looked exhausted. Mr. Apollo looked so exhausted that he could pass as another person.

Mr. Apollo set the other man on a bench and he sat next to him.

Once Mr. Apollo and the other man were in full view the state of their bodies was brutal. Alyssa stepped forward.

"What happened to them?" Alyssa said as she studied them.

Both of their bodies were damaged beyond what should be possible. The older man wore a tight shirt allowing his well built body to be seen for the world. He had strikes of blood running down his face. His arms and legs had multiple wounds that looked as if he was stabbed multiple times.

Mr. Apollo was in worse shape, just like the older man he was bloodied all over but what caused the most shook to Alyssa and I was the injury he has in his torso. A large chuck of his left torso was missing, a puddle of blood quickly formed under him. His chest quickly rose and fell as his rugged breathing was the only sound competing with the dripping of blood.

"Damn, so this is where it ends." Mr. Apollo struggled to speak. He turned his head to the older man. "Guess you'll be seeing me in the afterlife Kirei."

Mr. Apollo pushed himself off the bench, blood rushed out of his wounds as the puddle quickly expanded. He struggled to stay upright as he stood in front of Kirei.

"While you are a psychopath. While you beat me over and over again when you trained me as a member of the church. Even though by every metric we have you are a terrible person. I will always see you as my father, and I'm not ashamed to say that. I wished you were alive for this."

After Mr. Apollo said that he dragged his body towards the exit. Alyssa and I didn't say anything but upon looking at each other we both agreed to follow him. Mr. Apollo struggled to open the door as it was clear his body was starting to fail him.

"Angra just gives me a little bit of power, to open this door. You lived inside me for years, cut me a little slack." Mr. Apollo said as he managed to open the door.

The world was covered in snow, the only spots of color was the trail of blood left behind by Apollo and his father figure. Mr. Apollo leaned against the door of the church and slid down onto the floor leaving a trail of blood on the wall as well.

"Ha, ha, ha."

The sudden laughter from Mr. Apollo caught Alyssa and I off guard.

"It seems the fact that he's dying is driving him into insanity, or perhaps this is his way of coping with that reality." Alyssa said.

We could do nothing but watch as Mr. Apollo continued to laugh, the movement of his body only caused more blood to leave his body but he never stopped laughing. As I looked into Mr. Apollo's eyes however he no longer seemed exhausted. Rather he looked as if it was a normal day and someone told him a joke.

"Is this really where you want your story to end?"

Alyssa and I turned around to see a white orb shine into existence.

"What's happening now? This day has been one surprise after the next" Alyssa said.

"Who are you?" Mr. Apollo asked as he applied pressure to the wound in his torso.

"I already know who I am, how could you forget me? After all, I was the one who allowed you to survive that fire ten years ago." The orb spoke with a feminine voice.

"Oh, so that was you. Now I remember, thanks for that." Mr. Apollo said.

"Good, now I ask, do you want your life to end here?" The orb asked again.

"..."

"I see, too weak to speak now? Then I will take that as a yes for now." The orb said.

Soon tentacles came from the orb. Once they touched Mr. Apollo his body started to break apart into small shards of light. Within seconds the only trace of Mr. Apollo being there was the blood he left behind.

"You have impressed me many times Apollo, your body adapted well to the Cube I placed inside you, hell you even managed to store a lot of things in there. I know following you will bring out your true potential, maybe even greater. The new world you'll find yourself in will push you beyond what you thought was possible."

The orb disappeared and soon the world collapsed as we were once again blind by a bright light.

While lost in this light so many questions formed in my mind.

Where was I just now?

Who was that orb?

Did Mr. Apollo actually die?

If he did, how is he alive now or rather all we all already dead?

Where is Mr. Apollo's home?

Who are you Mr. Apollo?

Why did you choose me to be the center of your attention?

Are you truly an evil person?

Are you really that 'BAS9' person?

Who are those people inside me?

All these questions flowed in my mind as the light continued to blind me.
