"Guys, guys, I know you wanted to be in that gym battle, I'm sorry, but you can all watch the filming of this and I promise after this and the next gym there will be plenty of big battles for all of you in no time." Ash said as he left Serperior, Darmanitan, Braviary, and Larvesta with Rosa, Elliot, and his Mom.

"That costume still looks ridiculous." Rosa commented.

"Smile Ash and Riolu." Delia said, pulling out a camera.

"Seriously mom, now?" Ash groaned.

"You are a movie star here in Unova, I want to at least have proof of it when I meet back up with the ladies in my book club." Delia commented. "Now get together and smile."

"Fine." Ash said, kneeling down, putting an arm around Riolu.

"Alright you two, let's make us a fourth movie!" Stu Deeoh said, walking over.

"Alright Pikachu, you keep an eye on Mom while we're gone." Ash said.

"Pika!" Pikachu exclaimed with a salute.

"Vesta!" Larvesta exclaimed, scurrying into Delia's lap, even if he wasn't included in that command.

"And Action!"

"Riolu Kid come in!" The voice said over the coms.

"I'm here HQ, what do you have?" Riolu Kid responded.

"We've found Queen Bellelba and Brycen Man in uptown, they've taken the mayor hostage!" The voice responded.

"I'm on my way! Let's go Riolu!" Riolu Kid said, running off with Riolu hot on his heels.

"Ri Ri!" Riolu called out, running aside Riolu Kid.

Riolu Kid and Riolu rushed through the bustling city streets towards the mayors office where they saw Mayor Drayden held captive by the villainous swines.

"Alright you two, we can do this the easy way or the hard way!" Riolu Kid exclaimed, pointing at the villains. "Let the mayor go and I'm sure I can get you both down to two life sentences each."

"Not a chance Riolu Skid!" Brycen Man taunted. "Bellelba take care of this pest." Bzrycen Man commanded as he took Drayden and leapt off with him.

"Time for revenge little boy." Queen Bellelba said, as her Woobat and Swoobat flew above her.

"We've taken you down once before and we'll do it again." Riolu Kid said with confidence. "Riolu you handle those two with a Blaze Kick and Force Palm Combo, I'll handle Queen Bellelba."

"Ri!" Riolu said in agreement, engulfing his leg in flames as he launched at the Swoobat.

"Give it up Riolu Child, you can't stop us all, sooner or later we will always come back and continue our reign of terror." Queen Bellelba said.

"It's Riolu Kid! Now taste the Force Palm of Justice!" Riolu Kid said, slamming his palm against Queen Bellelba's armor, knocking her down. "HQ come in, I have Queen Bellelba incapacitated."

"Great work Riolu Kid, we've tracked where Brycen Man has gone, head towards the gym, we'll have someone collect the Queen in the meantime." The voice said.

"Copy." Riolu Kid said, as he handcuffed Queen Bellelba to a light post. "Let's move Riolu!"

"Ri Ri!" Riolu said, as the duo ran through an alleyway towards the gym.

Inside the gym

"Headquarters come in, I'm here in the gym, but I'm not seeing anyone, just the one giant statue." Riolu Kid said in confusion.

"What did you say Riolu Kid?" The voice responded.

"The gym is empty, just the giant statue is here." Riolu Kid commented.

"Riolu Kid, get out of there! The statue should be two dueling dragons!" The voice said, as lines began to glow across the statue as it whirred to life.

"Oh distortion." Riolu Kid said, as a revamped Mecha Tyranitar stomped towards them.

"Do you like my work Riolu Skid, I found your company's spare and made some modifications!" Brycen Man taunted from above. "Now taste his searing flame attack!"

"Riolu, move!" Riolu Kid shouted, as the two leapt out of the way of the flames. "We need to get closer! Use Bullet Punch!"

"Rain down your Thunder MT2!" Brycen Man exclaimed.

Riolu rushed forward, deftly dodging bolts of electricity that were coming off of the improved Mecha Tyranitar before striking the mech with a quick punch.

"You think your silly punches alone can stop them this time! I told you it's been upgraded!" Brycen Man taunted.

"He's right, a direct attack won't work, time for a special twist! Riolu use Aura Sphere!" Riolu Kid called out.

"MT2 use your Gamma Pulse!" Brycen Man commanded.

The Mecha Tyranitar released a pulse of energy, shaking both Riolu and Riolu kid, before the blue fighting type launched an Aura Sphere directly into the mouth of the mech.

"No, it can't be!" Brycen Man exclaimed, as smoke began pouring out of the Mecha Tyranitar.

"Give it up Brycen Man!" Riolu Kid called out.

"Good thing, I always have a trick up my sleeve. Time to self destruct!" Brycen Man said, pressing a button on his gauntlet as he escaped once more with Drayden.

"Riolu look out!" Riolu Kid shouted, blocking his partner from being struck by the final attack.

"Don't worry Riolu Kid, we managed to hack into the Mecha Tyranitar and shut it down before it could go off." The voice said through his coms. "But you still need to find Brycen Man and rescue the mayor!"

"Right!" Riolu Kid said. "But I can't catch him on foot!"

"Don't worry, your ride is waiting for you." The voice said, as Riolu Kid and Riolu left the gym to see their motorcycle and side car were parked out front.

"Alright Riolu, I'll drive, you get ready to attack!" Riolu Kid said, as he hopped onto the motorcycle.

"Rio!" Riolu exclaimed, hopping into the side car.

"What does it take to get rid of you?!" Brycen Man exclaimed, from a flying ship, firing a beam from his staff as Riolu Kid moved the motorcycle in time to get out of the way. "Get them!"

A Mandibuzz flew out of the ship, heading straight for Riolu Kid's motorcycle, forcing him to take a sharp turn to avoid the impact.

"HQ, we've got a big bird problem on our tail, any ideas?" Riolu Kid asked.

"We're sending in some backup, just keep on Brycen Man, we can't let him escape again!" The voice said.

"On it." Riolu kid replied, taking another sharp turn, grabbing Riolu to keep him from flying out of the sidecar as the flying ship and Mandibuzz came back into view.

"We all know your Riolu is no longer capable of stopping my mighty Mandibuzz so just give up!" Brycen Man taunted.

"You should know by now, I never give up, and I have backup when needed!" Riolu Kid said, as Ash's Braviary flew at the Mandibuzz, knocking the flying type away long enough for them to get an opening. "Ready Riolu!"

"Ri!" Riolu exclaimed, slamming his hands down on a button launching the duo at the airship.

"It's over Brycen Man!" Riolu Kid said, running at the villain, grabbing his staff at the same time.

"I'll never concede to the likes of you!" Brycen Man said, knocking RIolu Kid back with his staff and superior strength.

"Ri!" Riolu said, as a second Brycen Man appeared.

"You handle that one, the one with the staff is mine!" Riolu Kid said running forward.

"So much like your father, so much potential, such drive, such a pity it will all go to waste." Brycen man said, swinging his staff at Riolu Kid.

"You may have bested my father, but you won't defeat me so easily!" Riolu Kid said, his eyes glowing as he grabbed the staff on it's follow up swing.

"Careful where you point that end, you wouldn't want to end up like dear old dad, now would you?" Brycen Man said, sending a blast from the tip of it, sending Riolu Kid flying back to the opening of the air ship.

"Riolu!" Riolu Kid exclaimed, holding onto a handle. "The staff, it's where his power comes from!"

"Ri!" Riolu exclaimed, as the Brycen Man he was fighting turned out to be a Zoroark.

"Riolu use Aura Sphere!" Riolu Kid called out, his hat flying off into the sky.

"Olu!" Riolu exclaimed, firing a yellow orb that sent Zoroark crashing into the controls of the ship, sending it and the passengers crashing to the ground.

Back on the ground

"Enough!" Brycen Man exclaimed in anger. "Seeing as you are so insistent on being like your father, I'll have you join him!"

"Over my dead body!" Riolu Kid said, pushing himself back up.

"Oh good, you know the next part of the plan!" Brycen Man cackled, pointing the staff at Riolu Kid.

"Your reign of terror ends today!" Riolu Kid said rushing forward, grabbing the staff and pointing it upwards as it shot up. "Riolu now!"

Riolu leapt forward, tackling Brycen Man to the ground.

"For your crimes against Pokemopolis and it's citizens, Brycen Man I place you under arrest!" Riolu Kid said, slapping the cuffs on the villain.

"Thank you for your work Riolu Kid, if there's anything you need, just let us know." Drayden said, thankful for being rescued.

"Of course." Riolu Kid said, pulling Brycen Man up. "Now let's get you into a cell."

"You may have stopped me, but my plans are far greater than even you could imagine Riolu Skid!" Brycen Man taunted as a beam shot down from the skies, covering the city in ice.

"I didn't agree to this." Drayden said.

"I don't think this is part of the movie." Brycen commented.

"Can anyone hear me?" Ash asked, tapping his earpiece as Team Plasma's airship came into view. "We've got trouble."
