Technically only the second loss, but I really wanted to drive home the difference between the two leaders of Team Plasma, with Ghetsis not caring what he has to do to meet his end goals when it comes to captives, where N only used captives to get Ash to talk to him, never intending to harm.

"Wake up." A voice said, tapping on the glass angrily.

"I'm awake, hard to sleep in your prison cells." Ash said, looking at Ghetsis.

"All you have to do is awaken Zekrom and join us, you don't have to be strapped up like that." Ghetsis commented.

"Let me make this perfectly clear. I, will NEVER join the likes of you." Ash said angrily.

"Then you will stay there." Ghetsis said, leaving Ash hung with his arms and legs separated.

"I'm sorry Riolu, you shouldn't be suffering like this just because you're my Pokemon." Ash said, seeing the small fighting type held like he is in a glass cage across the hall. "AND IF TEAM PLASMA WAS WHAT THEY CLAIM TO BE, HE WOULDN'T EVEN BE LOCKED UP!"

All that was the response was a slamming metal door further down the hall.

"Alright, enough waiting around." Ash said, focusing. "I just need enough to open these electrical locks." Ash said to himself, his eyes glowing as he tried to generate sparks. "Come on."

'SHATTER!'

Ash opened his eyes to see the cage holding Riolu was shattered open, as a fist struck the glass panel to his own cell.

"LUCARIO!" Ash exclaimed, seeing the fighting type walk in, pulling the cuffs open and freeing his trainer. "Alright, new plan. We find Zekrom and Reshiram and we get off this ship, what do you say?"

"Groff!" Lucario barked in agreement, yellow aura pulsing around his hands.

Ash and Lucario ran down the hall, stopping at the metal door that had been slammed shut.

"I don't think breaking this one is a good idea Lucario." Ash said, knowing if it fell the entire ship would be on them in no time.

Elsewhere

"Dude, dude, look at this!" A security guard said, pointing at his monitor.

"Is that Riolu Kid?" The second guard said. "Why does he have a Lucario though?"

"Probably a promotional thing by the boss to show we're the next step for Unova, like an evolution, I bet they're recording him freeing Pokemon for our movement." The first guard said.

"Well then open the holding units, and the doors, the boss would be pissed if we didn't comply." The second guard added.

"See I knew we were the good guys. Take that Cherry and JOSH." The first guard said, opening all the doors. "We're so getting a promotion for this."

Back with Ash and Lucario

"Umm, alright then. Let's keep moving, carefully though." Ash said, as they stepped into the next hall.

"Graa!"

"Goll!"

Ash and Lucario turned to see two other Pokemon also held like they were moments ago.

"We can't leave them like this." Ash said, running over to the Golett. "Just hold still and stay quiet for a minute." Ash whispered, electricity running through his hands enough to break the restraints while Lucario broke the restraints and muzzle on the other Pokemon. "Alright, you two stay with us for right now, until we can find a safe way off of this ship.

Back with the guards

"See, he's even taking care of the Pokemon, we're clearly doing our job right." The first guard said proudly.

Back with Ash and Lucario

"Alright, let's go." Ash said, lifting up the blue and black Pokemon, it nibbling at his head. "I can make you walk."

"De." The Pokemon responded, quietly removing its mouth from atop Ash's head.

"Okay, let's move it, we still need to find Zekrom." Ash said, as they turned another corner.

"Groff!" Lucario barked as they reached a fork.

"Any idea which way to go?" Ash asked.

Lucario's eyes glowed a yellow hue as his tassels raised, before pointing down the left corridor.

"Alright, works for me." Ash said, repositioning the one Pokemon on his back as he, Golett, and Lucario ran down the hall.

"They're beautiful, aren't they Ash." N said, as the quartet approached him.

"Lucario, next time I'm looking for an exit, don't send me right to the king of the whacka doodles." Ash said.

"Call me whatever you like, but my father has brought you and those Pokemon here for a reason." N said calmly.

"He kidnapped us!" Ash argued.

"He brought you here to help liberate Zekrom from his imprisonment, just like he liberated that Golett and Deino. The only reason you were allowed to keep your Lucario is because of my word." N responded.

"He threatened my mother!" Ash argued in anger.

"LIES!" N yelled out. "My father and Colress told me the truth, that she only wanted to help you see the way, why should I believe anything you say?"

Ash looked inside the room, seeing the dark and light stones on pedestals.

"Where's the third." Ash said.

"We have no third, there is no third stone." N commented.

"Yes there is. Your father, Colress, and his ninja strike team took the third when they took Zekrom from me in the Giant Chasm!" Ash argued.

"I have had enough of your lies!" N responded. "You are a guest in my fathers ship and I will not have you disrespect him as such!"

"I was a prisoner!" Ash argued. "Lucario, break the glass!"

"Groff!" Lucario said in agreement, sending an aura sphere forward, shattering the glass between the trainers and the stones.

"I'm taking Zekrom and Reshiram and leaving, or do you plan on stopping me?" Ash asked.

"I plan on stopping you." N said, holding his hand out, the light stone shooting into his grasp.

"Okay, I should be scared, but that was really cool." Ash admitted. "Which means I should be able to…". Ash said, holding out his hand, the dark stone flying into it as their sparks of blue and yellow electricity collided.

"Impossible." N muttered. "It doesn't matter, we're high above the Twist Mountain range at this point, you couldn't leave even if you wanted to."

"You wanna know something N? I started this journey with a nasty fall that led me right to being bonded with Zekrom, let's see if that works again. Golett, hold on, Lucario use Aura Sphere!" Ash said, pointing at the end of the hall where a window was.

"Don't let him escape!" Ghetsis barked, having finally seen the cameras.

"Oh this is gonna hurt!" Ash said, as he leapt out of the airship with Golett, Deino, and Lucario all hanging on for dear life, the snowy mountain scape below them.

"Father, the things he said." N said, as Ghetsis approached. "He spoke of being prisoners, and a third dragon, and of his mother."

"The lies of a boy in denial, you know how humans are they lie to get what they want. But not to worry my king, with Reshiram bonded to you, we will go to Dragon Spiral Tower and soon you will claim your rightful place, and the world will know our message." Ghetsis reassured.

"Of course father, we will liberate all Pokemon from the chains that hold them." N said, seeing the tower come into the distance from the horizon.
