Yes, yes, I know Ash not being able to summon Zekrom is getting old, but if he was able to summon it first try, what would be the point of everything else? We are going to go into the why and how, and a few other things about it soon, especially why Zekrom has kept reverting back.
"Alright, the controls should be just ahead." Elliot said to himself, looking around a corner to see a room full of computers and a window overseeing the battle going on below. "Oh this is going bad, I need to stop this quick. Porygon2 let's work together. Find the controller program and shut it down!"
Porygon-2 shot themself into the computer as Elliot began typing away at one of the keyboards.
"Wait, what is Project Paleozoic Drive?" Elliot asked, as sparks flew across the keyboard.
"Nothing that will matter to you in a minute child." Colress said walking in with his Magnezone and Klinklang.
"Colress!" Elliot exclaimed. "Come on you have to see how wrong this is, we're both men of science."
"We are, which means you should see how useful tools like this can be, it's just the next step in humanity." Colress said.
"You're controlling Kyurem against its will!" Elliot argued.
"And what do you think Pokeballs do?" Colress questioned. "I've only gone the next step forward, and you helped me do just that."
"I was mistaken, and I'll make sure to undo any work Porygon and I inadvertently helped create. Porygon-2, Klang, get out here!" Elliot called out, sending out Klang, only for Porygon-2 to not come out of the computer.
"Wait, what's going on?!" Elliot asked in shock.
"Please, I created the code that made Porygon-2 what it is, don't you think I would have created a firewall to stop it from exiting my own systems?" Colress argued.
"Klang keep them at bay with Gear Grind, I need to get Porygon-2 out." Elliot said, typing away at the computer.
Klang shot out his two halves, bouncing at Magnezone and Klinklang, the two larger steel types caring little for the attack as they closed in on Elliot.
"Just quit now Elliot, your schooling will not be enough to win this." Colress said.
"Blueberry Academy might not have trained me for this kind of a fight, but Ash certainly has." Elliot pointed out. "Now Porygon-2 come back out!"
"I already told you, your Porygon can't get back out of my computer system." Colress commented.
"Not from your computer, from mine!" Elliot said, opening and connecting his laptop, the screen illuminating to life as Porygon-2 shot out, it's body flailing about.
"No! My dubious program should have shredded that artificial code brought to life!" Colress exclaimed.
"Not Porygon, or Porygon-2, I'll call you Porygon-Z, and since you saw my new code, use the Ash program!" Elliot called out. "Use Pikachu's Thunderbolt!"
Porygon-Z reformed themself, firing a bolt of electricity at Colress's Klinklang, pausing the grinding gears as Elliot's Klang reformed next to him.
"Now use Duosion's Psychic! And Klang you use Discharge!"
Porygon-Z sent out a psychic blast, discombobulating the two steel types as Klang fired off sparks of electricity out across the room and all of the control panels.
"No!" Colress exclaimed, as the computers went up in flames, the lights and ship itself shaking. "Magnezone, Klinklang return! We need to get to my lab!"
As Colress and his Pokemon fled, the teleporters turned back on, Rosa and Hugh rushing in quickly.
"Elliot, what's going on?!" Rosa asked, as Meloetta flew next to them.
"The controls are shot, this ship is sinking." Elliot said, pulling on the controls to try and pull it up.
"There's too many Pokemon here to get out safely, we need to aim for water." Hugh said pointing in the distance.
"Alright, thats the plan. Porygon-Z use Psychic!" Elliot said.
"Meloetta do you think you can help steer the ship?" Rosa asked, the mythical Pokemon nodding as she flew out a broken window to push against the ship.
Outside
"Rosa! Elliot! Hugh!" Ash exclaimed, as the ship began to fall out of the sky.
"Kyurem!" Ghetsis proclaimed, as the dragon shifted and shuddered, its form failing.
"I'm following the ship, handle this." Virgil said, as he raced to go find his brother.
"Zekrom it's now or never." Ash said, the dark stone glowing yellow.
"Reshiram if you can hear me break free! My father and Kyurem have no control over you!" N called out, his eyes glowing a brilliant red-orange.
"No! Obey me Kyurem! I am your master!" Ghetsis said, the staff in his hand shining a grey light.
"What's happening?!" Georgia asked in shock.
"Don't ask questions just run!" Stephan said, grabbing her out of the way as the three trainers were engulfed in the lights.
