"Wow, Opelucid City has rebuilt quick." Rosa admitted, seeing most of the damage from Team Plazmas attack was fixed or in the process.

"When I spoke with Drayden he said the current league champion pulled some extra funds to help with the rebuilding and temporary housing for the cities citizens." Ash said.

"So this Drayden, we are meeting with him about the stones?" N asked.

"As far as dragon experts in Unova go, he's the only one I know of, so I figured we could discuss with him on what we should do." Ash said.

"Are you sure you can speak this openly about what we are carrying here?" N asked.

"N, the whole city watched as your father and his team rained down a glacier on the city, threatening to destroy it and kill Ash's mom unless he handed over the Dark Stone and himself." Elliot reminded.

"Elliot." Ash half hissed.

"No what my father led me and many others to believe in was wrong at the level, I am not afraid to admit my past actions were wrong, and am doing my best going forward to be a better person and ally to Pokemon." N admitted.

"And our next step is at the Mayor's office, meeting with Drayden about what we should do." Ash reminded, as they turned down Main Street.

Inside the Mayor's Office

"It's good to see you all are doing well." Drayden said in his usually tone. "Now let's see what they look like."

Ash pulled out the Black and Grey stones from his bag while N pulled out the White Stone.

"So what do you think Drayden, how are we going to hide or protect them?" Ash asked.

"I think we continue as is." Drayden said. "We can't take back the reveal that these stones and the dragons inside are real, so we have to protect them."

"So is there a vault or a guarded area you will be keeping them in?" N asked.

"No." Drayden said. "I will keep the grey stone as it is not bonded, however keeping the three stones together is the more dangerous option."

"What do you mean by that?" Rosa asked.

"Any one of these dragons can cause great terror, or great virtue depending on who holds their power. If all three were kept together and someone got to where they were held, it could be untold destruction." Drayden said. "Instead the fact that the stones are kept separate does not leave this room unless necessary, and we tell none of us where their stones are kept."

"That seems a bit excessive." Elliot admitted.

"If we don't know how to get to the other stones, we can't use them ourselves, or let our enemies know how to get them." Ash realized.

"Are you sure that you trust me keeping Reshiram?" N asked.

"These dragons are far more knowledgeable than we humans, rather than judging by our actions, they judge by our hearts. If Reshiram didn't believe you were trustworthy she never would have listened to you." Drayden said.

"If this is the smartest decision I can't argue it." Ash said, grabbing the Black Stone from the table.

"I can't argue that if any of my fathers more loyal followers or the other sages were to come after the stone after we part our ways it would be smart for none of us to know how to get to the others." N said, picking up the White Stone.

"Then it is decided, while this will not be goodbye we will have to remember to take care going forward." Drayden said. "I assume you will be heading through Twist Mountain towards Icirrus City next?"

"That's the plan, I finally want a fight against Brycen!" Ash said with enthusiasm.

"In that case feel free to spend the night, we have plenty of rooms and the journey is much easier with a full day to start with." Drayden said.

"Is that okay with you Ash?" Rosa asked.

"Yeah, we're not in a huge rush anymore, so we can get a safe and early start tomorrow morning." Ash said.

"Alright, I'm going to see the city a bit now that it's not under attack." Rosa said, standing up with Minccino.

"And I've heard of a battle house focusing on triple and rotation battles that I'd like to check out." Elliot said, taking his leave as well.

"What about you two, I'm sure you don't want to spend the remainder of the day with me here in the office." Drayden said.

"I suppose I can go and see if I can do anything to help with repairs to the city, I feel partially responsible for what happened, even if I didn't know the extent my father had gone through." N said. "I will see you later Ash."

"And what of you Ashton, have any plans for the afternoon?" Drayden questioned.

"I was actually hoping I could talk to you about something related to the Vertress Conference. It's not about the dragons, I just could use some advice on it I guess." Ash admitted.

"Of course, tell me whats on your mind." Drayden said.
