Emma Hemstead. A girl surrounded by strange occurrences. A daughter of two orphans. Mother gained a deadly unknown disease after Emma's birth. Dad seemed to commit suicide. Uncle figure faked his death to get away from the military. Now, she's embarking on a path that will change both her mind and soul with an unstable state alchemist and empty suit of armor. Her goal? Unknown.

Envy loses everything in a matter of minutes. He thought death was the worst that could happen... Edward watches it all go down and is forced to confront his definition of humanity. How did it come to this? An alternative plot line for Fullmetal Alchemist. Background details are a mash up of both versions of the anime.

The Ishvalan war may be over, but the scars that remain will forever haunt its participants. Oneshot, Royai, pre-canon. T for slight violence.

Finally, during the recovery after the Promised Day, Riza and Wojciech get to visit Alphonse and his daemon Anima in the hospital and come to an understanding about Roy and Shula's forced severing.

While dealing with the aftermath of Ed's and Al's attempt at human transmutation, Winry meets Lieutenant Riza Hawkeye and her unusual wolf daemon and learns a few things about the real world.

It's almost comical how quickly their heads whip around to the source of the noise and Bethany thinks perhaps she shouldn't have let them know that she had seen them. However, they don't spring apart, or look nervous, or even react beyond the Colonel shifting his body better to see her. (A look at the Colonel and Lieutenant through a different set of eyes).

Edward has not shown up to work for more than a week. He ignores any form of contact, until he's forced to face Roy. What was assumed to be another stubborn act of insubordination, turns out to be something far worse, and Ed seems to be lost within the whirlwind of dangerous thoughts invading his mind. Warning: contains self-harm, and other sensitive subjects. Parental!Roy.

Brotherhood / Riza had a spare key to his apartment, for emergencies. Roy, no doubt, made all sorts of jokes of feigned self-absorption. It was every bit light hearted at the time. But, when she finally did use that key, Riza's heart was pure led. / Royai, very much rated T

Oneshot. Ed is sure he has the answer this time, the perfect solution to getting Al's body back. But Equivalent Trade isn't so easy to avoid, and often the alchemist must give up more than he ever dreamed would be asked of him. No pairings.
