Optimus and his crew soon arrived back at their base, unaware of having a stowaway. Prowl needed attention. "What in blazes happened to him?" Ratchet asked, even though he had seen most of it.
"Well, we met up with a huge blob" Bee muttered.
"I know that. I know I sent something to help you but you didn't seem to use it - at all!"
"Well, we were fighting that thing, our weapons weren't working against it. It roared at us and nearly destroyed us" Bulkhead added. "Boy that thing had some kind of burning powers inside it."
"I know" Ratchet said. "I was asking about how it was destroyed without my help, you know, the device I sent to help destroy that thing?" Boulder just shrugged, not knowing how to answer that question.
"Well, as you saw, that was a massive blob and it kept eating everything it could get ahold of. Then out of nowhere, this strange bot like individual appeared in front of us. The bot seemed to have a strange sword. He shouted out something like 'flame sword…blazing rings or something like that. Before we knew it, the blob was exploded, Prowl was handed back to me in the condition you now see and the bot like individual vanished into thin air" Optimus explained, the appearance of the mysterious bot causing more than one kind of confusion in the young Prime.
"Well, that explains a lot from what I saw" Ratchet explained as he attempted to repair Prowl. Ratchet had seen all the fighting in all its glory and it had not been pretty.
"Is Prowl going to make it?" Bee asked, hoping just like the others that Prowl would be okay, even if the ninja bot was often aloof with his teammates.
"I'm doing the best I can" Ratchet barked, clearly stressed from the whole situation, especially with the lack of good medical tools he once had on Cybertron. Bee and Boulder remained silent after that. Optimus didn't add anything more, as his mind was divided. Part of it was worried about Prowl and their team, but also about that mysterious bot who had appeared with that powerful sword. Something about that bot just struck something deep in the young Prime.
