A short while later, alone and no longer trapped, Lancex found himself waking. His systems felt rested but he also felt like something was a bit off. He could almost feel the kisses that had been planted on him. Both by dominant bots, but the feel was still different. One felt like complete domination while the other felt like a gentle, loving dominant feeling. Thinking it was foolish to think of such things, he shrugged his shoulders, got himself out of the huge berth and then went to grab his sword. Finding it hanging in a safe place made Lancex believe Optimus had placed it there, as Grimlock would have seen little value in the sword from what Lancex knew. But since his tanks were rumbling, he decided not to think on it any further and headed out.
After a short jaunt, he made it to the area where the energon was stored. Seeing that he was famished and that no one was around, Lancex grabbed a cube of energon and went to sit at a table nearby. While their, he quietly spoke with Ryu, though no one could really tell.
Shortly afterward, Optimus and Grimlock, in his robot mode, came into the area. Both scanned the area and soon found their crush, Lancex, apparently sitting alone at a table enjoying some energon, though he really wasn't alone as Ryu was there. Optimus and Grimlock headed over. "May we join you?" Optimus asked politely even though Grimlock just found a seat and plopped down. Lancex nodded, not sure how else to answer.
"You mentioned at one time your katana is a spirit weapon, as you called it. What form does that take?" Optimus asked, his ignorance showing, but Lancex also realized that Optimus hadn't even heard of such a weapon before. Lancex carefully explained about Ryu and his form of an earth dragon, a red and black one. Both Grimlock and Optimus nodded.
"Me Grimlock want know what Ryu dragon like" Grimlock spouted off. Lancex glared at the bot a bit as Grimlock was being rude, but did explain that Ryu was strong, caring, intelligent and overprotective of Lancex. Both nodded in understanding and were slightly disappointed but for different reasons, Optimus felt he would never measure up and Grimlock didn't like having another barrier in the way. Ryu sensed all of this and was quite pleased with himself. He wouldn't make this easy because it was his job to protect Lancex.
Optimsu was going to ask another question when Ratchet barged in with the announcement that Captain Fanzone called and demanded that the Autobots come and clean up the debris field surrounding Sumdac tower. Optimus sighed, that was a tall ask.
