"All right, Ruby. We are alone as you requested. What did you want to speak with me in private?" Sonia asked, her back turned to Ruby as they were outside.
Ruby smirked, giggling evilly as she pulled out a dagger.
"You're far too trusting!" She threw it toward Sonia, but the knife was shot down with pin point accuracy. "Huh?!"
"Oh my. That is quite out of character for the Ruby I know." Sonia said as she turned around to face her. "But then you… are a puppet of Salem."
The real Ruby approached, Crescent Rose in hand and in gun form as smoke came out of the barrel.
"Did you really think we wouldn't listen to Ganondorf?" Ruby asked, her Secret Stone glowing as she held her hand out and Recalled it back toward the imposter.
The imposter smirked, giggling sadistically. "You're damn perceptive, you little shit…" She smirked as she disappeared.
"My, swearing is unbecoming of you." Sonia teased.
"Yeah, that's not my thing. That's more of Weiss's thing."
Sonia giggled, unaware of a Grimm spider crawling up her dress from behind. "Somehow I'm not surprised your wife has a mouth on her."
"Oh, she's not that bad, but… when she's flustered, she does let a few slip out. Sometimes, when I'm bored, I'll get her all flustered just to see what she'll say. It's so funny every time~!"
Sonia giggled again, this time a bit mischievously. "Oh you~" She smirked as she felt something sharp embed itself into her neck. "Ow!" She winced before she suddenly collapsed, her knees buckling.
"Sonia?!" Ruby rushed to her as the spider unhooked the necklace that contained the Secret Stone and scurried off with it while Ruby caught her. "Sonia! Stay with me…"
"Ugh… I feel… weak…" Sonia groaned as Ruby cradled her, then noticed the bite wound on her neck.
"A spider bite…?"
"Such is the power of a small spider." A voice said as she turned to see Salem picking up the Secret Stone. "Don't worry, the toxins won't kill you, but you'll wish it did."
With a snap of her fingers, Grimm arms rose up and held down Ruby and Sonia, preventing them from trying to intervene.
"I've been curious about this… you tap into it to call out your full potential. I wonder what'd happen if I were to use it. Shall we test it?"
Salem put the Secret Stone on her forehead, a headpiece appearing on her forehead as the Secret Stone was placed in the middle.
"Oooh, yeah… this power…"
"What did you do with Ganondorf?!" Ruby demanded.
"Ganondorf? He's no longer anyone's concern." Salem said casually as the blonde sorceress crossed her arms into an x, channeling the power as the blood red moon rose up from the horizon.
BGM: Desperate Situation (Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity)
"Yes… this power… hahahahaha!" Salem laughed as she swung her arms down, opening her eyes. "HRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!" She screamed as she was enveloped by the power, engulfed in darkness.
Once it dissipated, she was now her Grimm-like self. She smirked wickedly at the two.
"No…!" Sonia could only say while Ruby watched on in horror.
"Now… there was something else that caught my attention. Something that I saw while I was spying on your so-called meeting with dear old dad." Salem aimed her hand at the castle. "Come to me!" She ordered, shooting out a wave of darkness that shot through the castle, forming into a giant hand as it reached the throne room, destroying the thrones as it found a secret tunnel underneath Rauru's.
It burrowed its way into the passageway until it found the Triforce hidden away. It grabbed a hold of it and pulled away.
"The Triforce… no…!" Sonia said, realizing what Salem was going after.
The Triforce flew past Ruby and Sonia, the former managing to pry her arm away from the Grimm hands and aimed her hand at the Triforce, activating Recall to try and put it back.
Salem growled while Ruby grunted, both women desperately trying to pull the Triforce back.
"This power does not belong to you!" Ruby said.
"Like a mere child can harness the power of the Triforce!"
"Yes it can…!" Ruby grunted, closing her eyes.
"There's something special about your silver eyes, but I can't pinpoint what it is." Mineru's voice echoed in her head. "I can sense great power from it."
"As do I." Sonia agreed.
"I don't know what this power even is…"
"Then let's find out together and harness it. Because the goddess gave you a special gift." Sonia responded.
Hylia be with me! Ruby thought, calming herself as a silver aura surrounded her as she opened her silver eyes, a blinding light coming out of it.
"Argh!" Salem cried as the hands dissipated as the Grimm Spider evaporated instantly. Once the light dissipated, Salem was holding on to her arm as Ruby aimed Crescent Rose at Salem.
"This doesn't belong to you."
"That's the same light I saw earlier…" Salem grunted before smirking. "How interesting that it came from you…"
Suddenly, Salem teleported away as she backhanded Ruby in the back of her head to knock her down.
"Ruby!" Sonia called out to her as Salem slammed her heel on Ruby's back and put her hand out on the Triforce.
"Triforce, listen to my wish! I wish for ultimate power!"
Ruby grunted, reaching up and touching the Triforce, desperately thinking of a wish before closing her eyes.
"I… wish for her wish to be null and void!" Ruby desperately said as the Triforce glowed brightly before suddenly splitting up as the Triforce of Courage went into Ruby while the Triforce of Wisdom and Power started to fly away.
"No!" Salem used her power to desperately grab one of the triangles and pulled it toward her, absorbing the Triforce of Power while the Triforce of Wisdom vanished.

Salem snarled. "Petulant brat!"
BGM: Disquiet (Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity)
She swiftly kicked Ruby in the face, knocking her over to Sonia.
"No matter! I still have one of the three triangles… I'll just have to destroy your entire body in order to get that!"
"Sonia! Ruby!"
Rauru came running over and saw the women on the ground, but then saw Salem in front of him. "Who are-"
"The one who Ganondorf warned you about."
"Salem…" Rauru whispered.
"Indeed! And I have but just a piece of the Triforce! Your precious silver eyed warrior has another. Who knows where the other ran off to!"
"What?!"
Salem let out a sinister chuckle. "I wonder how I should test my newfound power…" She said, telekinetically lifting up Ruby and shoving her into Rauru. "Perhaps I should start with you two!"
"No!" Sonia closed her eyes, fighting the venom flowing through her body from the Grimm spider's bite as she slowly got up right as Rauru proceeded to form a barrier to protect them as Salem fired an explosive blast toward them, nearly shattering the barrier.
In an instant, Sonia got in the way, spreading her arms out.

"Sonia!"
BGM: Growing Sorrow (Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity)
"Take Ruby and get out of here! I'll hold her off as best as I can!"
"Not under your condition!" Ruby protested.
"Ruby… I'd rather see you live to fight another day. Weiss will be heartbroken if you don't go back to her!"
Ruby's eyes widened and then nodded. "Right…" She pulled out the Purah Pad. Sonia turned around and hugged the two.
"I love you both so much…" She whispered, kissing her husband and then planted a kiss on Ruby's forehead. "Now go!"
Ruby quickly grabbed Rauru's hand and proceeded to teleport out of there.
"Wait, Sonia!" Rauru called out to her as he disappeared as Sonia turned around, coughing as she weakly wiped some venom from her lips right as the barrier was destroyed.
"Throwing your life away? So be it!" Salem put her arms together and proceeded to unleash a powerful laser toward Sonia. She immediately put her hands out to block the attack.
"Nnngh!" Sonia grunted, sliding a bit but stood her ground, trying to add her own magic to try and fight back, but it was in vain. "Ruby… I'm so glad I've met you…"
A tear escaped her eye as she desperately held on as best as she could, her arms slowly losing color until they were both destroyed similar to Weiss' arm, both of them limply hanging as Sonia hunched over a bit.
"You… you will never… win." Sonia could only say as a powerful laser pierced through her chest before she slowly started to fade away as nothing but a tear remained as it dropped to the ground.
Salem pressed her foot against the ground where Sonia once stood, grinding her heel. "Weakling."

Several thousand years into the future later…
"Hmm?" A young Weiss wandered around Mount Lanayru, seeing something glowing coming out of the snow. She approached it curiously as she dug it up, seeing the Triforce of Wisdom buried underneath the snow.
"A golden triangle… glowy thing?" She wondered as she curiously picked it up, where it started to shine brightly. "Ack!" She yelped, closing her eyes for a moment. When she opened her eyes, it was gone.
"Aww… it disappeared."
"Weiss! It's time for your next magic lesson!"
"Coming mom!" Weiss said as she walked off, unaware of the Triforce of Wisdom glowing on her wrist before disappearing. "Wonder what that was about…"
In the present…
BGM: Tension in Goron City (The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom)
"Yunobo… what's going on here?" Weiss asked. "What's with the… luchador mask?"
"I have no idea what you're talking about with the latter, but YunoboCo runs Goron City now and the old timers don't belong here. If you don't have any business here, then you can skedaddle. Heck, we're in the process of removing that monument and changing it."
He pointed toward the Daruk monument built on the mountain wall with dozens of construction Gorons lazing about with red eyes.
"...Progress has been really slow, but still."
"Time out! You can't just remove Daruk like that. It's in honor of his great legacy!" Impa protested.
"I can and I will. Out with the old, in with the new. And besides, Rudania's nowhere to be seen, so why not take the opportunity to change things? The Marbled Rock was a good step."
"Dude! You're speaking absolute nonsense!" Weiss said. "What the hell happened to you?"
"I grew up. About time you did the same." Yunobo folded his arms. "You're not doing business with YunoboCo, so get lost. I've got an important business meeting with your wife. At least she's okay with all of this!"
"With her wife?" Winter raised an eyebrow. "Yunobo, that's not the real Ruby. That's a fake."
Yunobo grunted. "Fake, huh? Tch… you dare call the princess of Hyrule fake? After all she's done for us with kickstarting YunoboCo? You guys make me sick… away with you!"
"What the hell's gotten into you? You're not the Yunobo we know!" Weiss said.
"I said AWAY!" Yunobo yelled before he walked away. "Guards, escort them out of the premises!"
"Marbled rock for life, yooooo…"
"Yooo, is it normal to have four hands? Because I'm seeing double…!"
"Pretty flower…"
"Far out, brotheeeer!"
Yunobo sighed. "Just escort yourselves out…"
The group walked away, but when Yunobo's back was turned, they quickly hid behind a rock.
"I think the power's gone to his head." Yang said.
"That mask is ridiculous. I was this close to cutting it off." Raven admitted.
"Something's not right with him." Weiss said. "And I say we get to the bottom of this."
"What do you propose we do?" Impa asked.
"Get Nora to knock some sense into him." Weiss responded. "We just gotta get to that workshop first." She said, glancing over at a shrine nearby. "And… maybe find a way to get into that shrine."
Penny scanned the area. "Oh! Apparently Nora's not in town right now. She's currently near Darunia Lake. Not sure what she's doing over there."
"Then let's go get her." Weiss said as they took off on their bikes toward the dried up Darunia Lake, where they would knock down a few enemies and Grimm that were patrolling the area.

Once they got to their destination, they saw Nora hammering away at some ore deposits with Cinder gathering them up.
"Hey you two!" Weiss called out to them. "You mind giving us a hand here? Yunobo's acting a little weird!"
Both stopped what they were doing as they slowly turned their heads to look at the group, their eyes glowing red.
"Their eyes are red too!" Impa exclaimed as Nora approached them, taking out her hammer.
"Those who disrupt our work for YunoboCo will pay the ultimate price!" Nora said in a zombie-like state and then swung down, creating a wave of pink crystals shooting up from the ground as Cinder created a wall of fire, forcing them to dodge the attacks.
BGM: Boss Battle (Hyrule Warriors)
"Great, we gotta knock some sense into them too?" Weiss groaned.
"We'll handle Cinder." Winter said as she, Raven, Terrako, Zwei and Revali took off, the former putting up several glyphs to separate the two, leaving Nora to deal with Weiss, Yang, Impa, and Penny.
"I'll shatter your legs."
Yang pumped her gauntlets, punching a pink crystal to break some of it off. "Weiss, see what you can do with your fusing ability!"
"Okay!" Weiss nodded, proceeding to fuse the crystals together with Yang's gauntlets right as Nora jumped over toward them.
Once the light faded, Yang was decked out in pink Gauntlets as she jumped back to avoid Nora and then swung into Nora's chest, hitting her with an electrical punch that sent her flying.
"Oooh, lightning punches~!"
"Why do I feel like that would doom us in another life?" Impa wondered as Nora got back up and proceeded to launch herself toward Weiss, who quickly brought out her Boulder Claymore and swung at Nora, both of them clashing against each other, only for Weiss to kick her in the shin, making her kneel while wincing, where Yang jumped in and slugged Nora in the cheek.
Nora got up, her body crackling with pink electricity, switched to her grenade launcher and fired at the group. Impa got in a stance and slashed through the grenades, slicing them in half as they exploded behind her as Nora switched to the Megaton Hammer and swung down, creating an electrical storm that shot pink lightning bolts toward them.
"Hup!" Penny immediately got in front and absorbed the lightning bolts. "Nnngh…!" She grunted, wincing from the pain, seeing a message pop up in her eyes.
Volt Capacity at 400%
"Heh… how about that…" Penny smirked, summoning her blades and firing a massive electrical laser into Nora, pushing her back as she let out a growl, trying to push her way forward but dropped to the ground and dropped the Megaton Hammer.
Nora sprang back up, only for Impa to summon a few clones to surround her as they all lunged at her, slashing through her as they built up a few explosive barrels as Impa put her blade into her sheath right as the barrels exploded. "GRAAAAAAAAAGH!" Nora cried as Weiss immediately swooped in with Yang, the latter grabbing the Megaton Hammer.
Nora delivered a swift punch toward Weiss, who immediately weaved her head as her eyes turned draconic as she immediately countered with a Din's Fire Punch to the gut, making her hunch over as Yang swung down, smacking her in the head with her own hammer.
"Ooooh!" The others winced right as the other side knocked out Cinder by Revali dropping the Zwei Bomb on her.

Winter dismissed the glyphs as Raven dragged an unconscious Cinder over to Nora, where Weiss splashed water on them.
"Uuuugh…" Nora groaned, having a massive goose egg on her head. "Why do I have a splitting headache…? …Oh! Hey guys."
"Mmm…" Cinder shook her head. "Oh Hylia, don't tell me I was saying anything stupi-... agh!" She winced, looking behind her to see her Fire Lizalfos tail having been chopped off. "What happened to my tail?"
Earlier…
Terrako walked around Cinder and slowly approached her from behind. Cinder breathed fire at Winter and Raven right as Terrako pulled out his blades and swung down, chopping off her tail.
"Gragh!" Cinder cried, her fire breath interrupted.
Back in the present…
"Boop boop." Terrako looked away while pointing toward Raven.
"Me?! Alright, listen here, you little-"
"It doesn't matter. At least we were out of that funk." Cinder groaned.
"According to my databanks, you have the same characteristics of a Lizalfos, so… theoretically, your tail should grow back, right?"
"Yes. I've had my tail cut off a few times before. You'd be surprised how often it happens…" Cinder groaned. "I'm just going to have a very unpleasant night…"
"So how did you two get brainwashed?" Weiss asked. "Did you eat some of that marbled rock?"
"Not really. After some of the Gorons got possessed and Yunobo suddenly started acting authoritarian, I decided to steal some Marbled Rock and took it to my workshop just to see what made it tick."
Some time ago…
Nora swung her Megaton Hammer into a Marbled Rock, shattering it into pieces. She pulled up some dust to get a better look at it.
"How's it going?" Cinder asked.
"Red dust…" Nora whispered as she licked her hand. "Mmm… tangy with a hint of… some strange substance. It might be a bit minty too."
"Gross. I don't want a part of it."
Nora picked up more of it. "But take a look! It looks so… so… ah… ah… ACHOO!" She sneezed, accidentally sending some of the particles into Cinder.
"Ack! Hack!" Cinder coughed a few times. "Bless you…"
"Aw man, that was the last sample."
Suddenly, Nora's eyes turned red. "I want to extract more of it~"
Cinder's eyes turned red too. "I'll help you out."
"YunoboCo for life!"
Back in the present…
Winter facepalmed. "You licked… the rock dust."
"I just wanted to see what was so special about Marbled Rock. Seriously, the consumption of the Prime Rock Roast went down and it was all about this new Marbled Rock. So I was just wanting to know what all the fuss was about. Not to mention everyone was acting weird too."
"We were going to ask Yunobo about it after the fact. We even saw him talking to Ruby at some point."
"That's a fake." Impa said.
"A fake?! That's quite bold to calling Weiss's lady a-"
"It's true. The Ruby I know wouldn't cause a near mass extinction to the Rito or get the Gorons so high on… drug rocks." Weiss said.
"...We gotta warn Yunobo! He's been had!" Nora exclaimed.
Cinder got up. "Those two Goron kids won't let anyone near him though."
"Alright, first things first… we go to my shop. I've made tons of Biggoron Swords so feel free to pick one of your choosing, Weiss! On the way there, you can tell us WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON! Seriously, what happened to your arm?"
Weiss chuckled. "Long story. Let's go. By the way, what's with the new electrical powers?"
"Must be a side effect to taste testing the marble dust." Nora said, electricity crackling through her hands. "Well, at least I'm fireproof and an electrical princess to boot!"
"Jury's out on the "Princess" part." Cinder teased.
"Mmmph…"
Later…
The two Goron kids patrolled a cave entrance as Terrako approached the two. "Halt! No one is allowed in. Only Master Yunobo is allowed!"
"Boop beep." Terrako pulled out his blades and suddenly started to juggle them.
"Ooooh!" The Goron Kids looked on in awe as Terrako started to breakdance in front of them, causing them to clap in amusement, unaware of Revali swooping down and wing chopping them on their necks, knocking them down.
"That bald eagle is something else." Raven said as they approached the entrance, as Weiss soon joined them with a Biggoron Sword strapped to her back as new and improved Fireshield Earrings were clipped onto her ears.
"So, you enjoy that shrine over there?" Nora asked. "What was even in it?"
A few moments ago…
"Hmhmhmhm~" Weiss hummed, built herself a car with a makeshift plow as she gave it a kick as it started to plow the balls into a switch, opening the door forward toward the shrine.
Back in the present…
"Eh, had to drive through some lava and plowed through some orbs. I even got a Strong Construct Bow out of it. The usual."
"Aw man, I'd kill for a lava bath…" Nora said as they walked in to see Yunobo talking with "Ruby".
"Hey!" Weiss called out to him as Yunobo turned around, forcing "Ruby" to turn around and disappear. "I hate to cut your conversation short, but I'd say it's time we throw you out of business!"
"I asked you nicely and you dare show your faces around here again? Not only that, but you're overthrowing me?!" Yunobo growled. "Princess Ruby warned me about you… and she was right! I'll prove to everyone that I'm top of the chain!"
BGM: Hammer of Stones - Focus Spirit (Hyrule Warriors)
"Here he comes!" Weiss said as Nora took a step forward.
"Leave him to me." Nora said calmly, readying her Megaton Hammer.
"RAAAAAAH!" Yunobo charged directly at Nora.
"Swing batta batta swing!" Nora swung at him directly, sending him flying toward a cave wall as he dropped to the ground to stun him. She switched to her grenade launcher and fired a few grenades to hit him.
"Argh! You little traitor…!" Yunobo curled up into a ball again, this time activating his Protection and launched himself toward Nora, who swiftly dove out of the way as Yunobo ricocheted off the wall, his barrier breaking as Nora swung at him to send him flying again.
Once he was stunned, Nora's eyes turned pink as she quickly fired bolts of lightning at him. "Bzzzzt! Hgrrrk!"
"Sorry!" Nora called out to him as Yunobo got up and growled, proceeding to charge at her again, where Nora either dodged or deflected him away as Nora would then swing one more time to knock him toward a wall.
However, Yunobo un-curled himself and latched onto the wall, launching himself toward Nora head first like a missile. Nora took a step back, transferring her electricity to her hammer and swung at the right time, hitting his head that cracked open the mask in two as they were both knocked down to the ground.

"You okay?" Weiss asked as she helped her up.
"Never better~!" Nora smiled.
"Oooogh…" Yunobo got up with a groan, rubbing his head. "What happened…? Why am I wearing these clothes? And… why is Weiss' arm different?"
"To bring you up to speed-" Nora began. "Ruby and Weiss uncovered an ancient mummy from Kohga's request, it turned out to be a really pissed off mummy, destroyed the Master Sword, and sent Ruby to the past while sending Weiss up to the sky. Weiss wakes up a few weeks later to see everything whacked out, she skydives back to Hyrule, gears up, goes to save her bird friends from a perpetual blizzard, she stops it but it destroys Vah Medoh in the process. The pissed off mummy kidnaps her and tortures her until her friends bust her out and she wakes up at Kakariko, then comes over here and sees everyone wasted on rock drugs and you having an empire that we just crumbled."
"...Uh, shorter version?"
"That was the short version!"
Yunobo grimaced. "Goro almighty, and I understood all of it. Ah geez, I gotta make it up for-" Yunobo spotted the tailless Cinder. "Oh no, Cinder. Your tail! I'll go get the ointment!"
"Now's not the time. We gotta figure out this mess first before I have a sleepless agonizing night."
"Ah, right! Death Mountain was starting to cool down and I was starting to investigate the cause, but Ruby showed up and showed me this Marbled Rock and… well, everything got fuzzy after that."
"So let's go to the volcano and see what's going on in the caldera." Raven said. "As I recall, some of you guys jumped in there to deal with Rudania."
"We can do it again." Weiss said as she turned toward the volcano. "Let's go."
"Right behind you!" Yunobo nodded, but before that, Weiss's Purah Pad activated as she pulled it out to see more summons being re-added.

Weiss smirked, putting it away as they headed off, and once they got to the top of the mountain, they would see tons of Marbled Rock sitting there.
"Ah, that explains it. It got plugged up." Yang said.
"Hold on! I'm picking up on some signals…" Penny said. "We got some alive ones!"
"How? We just slaughtered some monsters on the way up here and-"
Impa was immediately silenced when the Marbled Rocks began to move, as the three "pillars" formed into gigantic dragon/wolf-like heads spewing out lava rocks.
Moragia.
BGM: Moragia Battle (The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom)
"...Oh, now I get it!"
"Yunobo, with me!" Nora said as he nodded, then they both ran into the center… where Nora proceeded to use Yunobo as a golf ball, the latter activating his Protection as Nora proceeded to swing him into the "necks", causing Moragia to howl/roar.
"Should we do something?" Yang wondered.
"I… think they got it." Weiss said as Yunobo occasionally pinballed into another "neck" as Nora proceeded to hammer him back until all were destroyed, then Yunobo landed near Nora.
End BGM
"Booyah!" Nora high fived Yunobo as the ground started to crack underneath them. They quickly ran away right as the plug caved in, falling deep into the volcano.
"So… ready to volcano dive again?" Yunobo asked.
"Yeah!" Weiss nodded. "Looks like it might be a bit deeper this time…"
"Well, let's just hope we don't land in lava." Weiss said, applying the Fireshield Earrings for herself as the others put them on, courtesy of Nora giving them the earrings.
"Lookin' stylish~!"
"Alright, let's go."
One by one, the group jumped into the volcano.
Ah yes, Moragia... the one boss that's completely forgettable.
