We all do things in our life that we later regret but it's important to remember that, no matter how great your regret, you need to talk about these things with the people you love most. It's important to remember that you will always be able to find your way home so long as you try. Catra and Adora have a long overdo conversation as they confront some of these regrets.

Catra rarely let herself feel vulnerable with others. To have sex with Adora she would need to be the most vulnerable she'd ever been with another person and with herself. She knows Adora won't reject her, they love each other and want to help each other learn how to feel good. But it was still both of their first time, some nervousness was normal.

To most hot springs are relaxing, to Catra it's very much the opposite. However Adora wants to help her overcome the fear of water by taking a nice vacation. A few kisses should help.
