Barry Allen was never caught as a thief after the accident until he was on a hist in Gotham and ran into batman he got away then
Crash
"The fuck." Barry asked dazed "Superman shit!" Barry ran but looking back and forth he almost hit a kid and their parents. "Sorry in a rush." He gave money and ran but got tackled
"I'm going to give you too Bat's now." Superman said
"Wait." Barry said squinting. "Damm is everyone at metropolis blind or dumb Clark." Barry started laughing
"What!" Superman held tighter
"Come on you are so clearly Clark Kent. I'm not gonna tell anyone though." Barry said as he phased out his grip.
"You better not." Clark said speeding to Barry but he gained to much speed and got away. "Bruce start the dampener in Barry's hideout."
"Ok I'll tell Waller."

This is surprising I can't feel my speed. When did I last eat. * Barry thought as he went to the fridge made a dinner to feed four*How am not hungry anymore*
Crash
"Bartholomew Henry Allen you are under arrest." They read his right's to him (no clue what they are) and took him to a van
Couple hours later
"So you aren't taking me to prison we would be there an hour ago." Barry asked exasperated
"No I also cannot disclose that information with you." A soldier said
"Ohhh mysterious. You know we should get drinks I think we could be great friend's." Barry said
"No." He said
"It's gonna be a long ride if no one wants to talk." Barry said
"Prepare for a long ride at least 3 hours more." He said (He is the unnamed soldier for now)
5 hours later
"You said three hours." Barry said
"We're here." The driver said
