"I'm sorry. I couldn't save anyone."
*crying louder*
"I wish I would've known how to save them. I couldn't even protect Na–"
*choking*
"H..he di..ed trying to save me."
sobbing hard*
"Gene, please talk to me, don't stay turned away from me."
sob*
"I'm sorry! I'm sorry! I'm sorry!"
*Hand reaching forward desperately*
*Flash of a bright light*
Normal POV
*Ambulance Sirens*
"We're losing her! Quick! We've to make it quick."
"What's the situation?"
"It's a terrible road accident."
"The girl has gone into cardiac arrest."
"Are there other casualties?"
"Yes. One teenage boy and two adults. We're suspecting that those adults are the girl's parents."
"How are their conditions?"
"The boy was almost hit by the car and is in a shock state, otherwise, some minor injuries. But the parents are spot dead,
presumably due to a heavy hit to the head."
"Ok. Keep moving the stretches!"
"And continue the CPR. Nurse, prepare the defibrillators quickly."
...
"Ok then. One. Two. Three. NOW!" *zap*
...
"Again. One. Two. Three." *zap*
Beep. Beep. Beep. Beep*
"That's a relief. Move her to the OR and get ready."
