Its and average day at camp halfblood until percy hears some commotion up at thalias pine tree. Grabbing his trusty sword riptide he runs up the hill to see grover and a new demigod fighting their way up.
"this must be a powerful demigod." Percy thinks to himself. "Theres at least three cyclopes four dracanea two hellhounds and five lastragonian giants."
As grover and the new guy start to get overwhelmed percy rushes down the hill and starts taking out the Canadians, who are currentl the biggest threat. While he does that grover takes the three cyclopes have a bone to pick after the sea of monsters. The new guy is struggling to fight off the remaining hell hound so percy goes to help and they take him down.
Percys about to tell him to run to past the tree and yell monster atack when he hears a blood curdling wail. When he turns he seas grover severely injured on the ground so he runs over and slices through the last cyclopes and the four dracenea. He picks grover up and starts to carry him ove the hill.
"just like last time eh buddy." Percy says.
Grover lets out a wheezy chuckle and says " yeah but i dont think I'll make it this time."
" Dont you say that your not dying today."
"I am though" Grover interrupts " its time prcy but you need to know hes more powerful than you can imagine. He could be more powerful than you Thalia and Nico put together. I found him from three states away. Be careful."
At this point a crowd had gathered and from he sees will come foward to check hus pulse but before he can grover glows a bright gold and turns to dust on the wind floating towards the bay.
"we need to follow it to find his plant" she says and walks a sullen percy along behind it till they reach the bay, where along the forest in the water are a grouping of water reeds.
"Grovers reincarnation is a water reed he'd like that" says percy. " subtle but not to subtle."
"C'mon percy lets go for a swim calm you down a bit." says annabeth.
