I faintly recall a RWBY fanfic called "The Three Immortals" or something. And I watched a YouTube short called "What If Godzilla Part 4" with MonsterVerse Godzilla meeting Final Wars Godzilla at the end of KOTM plus the Battle Royale by Slick Animation and add on a few fanfictions covering a battle royale (Even my own) and a one-shot fanfic that gave me an idea.
All the Godzilla variants from the movies (Showa, Heisei, Millennium and Reiwa) and animated series (Hanna Barbara included) with the Marvel variant (And maybe the DC variant) along with their sons (Minya, Minilla, Junior, and Filius) all in the same world.
Then I remembered that I thought of this idea for a RWBY crossover around 2018 or 19 but didn't get a chance to write back when I was GodzillaFan455515.
So then came this idea.
This first trailer is for the Showa Era Kings
Tokyo Bay, Japan.
November 4th, 1954, 16 hours after Godzilla's first rampage in Tokyo. . .
The Kamone ship floated just above where they had picked up the radiation signatures of the great Kaiju called Gojira by the islanders of Odo and Godzilla by the world. On the deck, along with a dozen reporters and government officials as well as Dr. Yamane, Dr. Daisuke Serizawa opened a case containing the Oxygen Destroyer which was held in a glass cylindrical detonator.
"We only got one shot with this," Dr. Serizawa told everyone on board. "As soon as it's activated, you are to pull us up immediately."
The sailors nodded. Serizawa breathed in and out at what was about to happen. "Are you sure this will work?" An American reporter named Steve Martin asked the scientist. "Are you certain this 'Oxygen Destroyer will dissolve Godzilla?"
"No living creature I've tested with the Oxygen Destroyer has been able to survive," Serizawa replied. "Whether he holds the powers of a god or not, Gojira is still an animal, so even he has to succumb to it. If not. . . well, we've just wasted our one and only chance of killing him."
That was a pill nobody wanted to swallow, but it was better than the alternative of letting Gojira do to the rest of the world as he had done to Tokyo.
Serizawa made sure the device was properly secured as he didn't want the compound leaking out while he and Ogata were on their way down.
"Alright," he gave the thumbs up. "We're ready to go."
Emiko Yamane gave a hug to both Serizawa and Ogata before they entered the water and sank below the surface into the depths of Tokyo Bay.
Once they reached the bottom, Ogata turned on a flashlight and the two divers walked ahead before pausing. Serizawa inspected the Oxygen Destroyer to make sure it was ready for activation. After a moment, he felt Ogata tapping on his left shoulder. He glanced at the other diver and saw the man pointing at something.
Looking in the direction he was pointing, a few meters away from them, resting against an rock cropping, was the Kaiju that attacked Tokyo. Gojira. Godzilla. The giant beast was still as the rock it was leaning against, sleeping and unaware of the doom approaching him.
But then as Ogata waited for Serizawa to activate the Oxygen Destroyer, he faintly sees the Kaiju left its head up, eyes slowly opening. He could barely make out its coal black pupils were zeroing on the two of them. Gojira let out a muffled growl and proceeded to make its way towards them.
Suddenly, Serizawa tapped him on the shoulder and then tugged on his tube, a signal to be pulled back up to the surface. Ogata was silent until he saw that Serizawa was not moving.
"Serizawa, come on!" he called but it didn't seem that the scientist was following him. "Serizawa! Serizawa! SERIZAWA!"
When he breached the surface, Ogata climbed up the ladder and urgently told the others to get ready to pull the scientist back up. He picked up a radio and tried to contact the scientist just as he noticed the water beginning to boil like it was being cooked. "Pull him up, pull him up!" he said to the others urgently.
"Serizawa, where are you?!" he said frantically in the radio in hand.
"Ogata, it is working," Serizawa's voice spoke softly in the radio. "Live happy together, you and Emiko. Goodbye, my friends. Goodbye."
Eyes widening, Ogata turned to the others. "Hurry! Pull him up! Now!"
"Sir!" one of the sailors held up the cable to show that it had been cut. Everyone stared down at the boiling water as they realized that Serizawa wasn't planning on coming back.
Dr. Yamane took off his hat with a somber expression. "Serizawa. . ." he muttered sadly.
Just then, as the water boiled to extreme heights, they saw something rising up from the depths. Emiko's eyes widened as she recognized what it was instantly. She had seen him back on Odo Island herself.
Gojira. The Kaiju's body was already showing signs of chemical burns over its keloid scars. Before the Hydrogen Bomb Monster began to sink back beneath the waves, the boiling water rapidly burning away his scaly skin and flat out vaporizing his flesh and organs, the now dethroned King summoned to let out one long, last final roar that echoed across the sky.
SSSKKKRRRRRRREEEEEEEEEOOOOOOOOOOO-OOOOOOOONNNNKKK!
Then the first Kaiju sank back beneath the boiling foam, its shadow disappearing beneath the depths of Tokyo Bay.
Everyone had taken off their hats and saluted the ocean for respect for the sacrifice for Doctor Daisuke Serizawa.
And so, with the passing of a great man, humanity and the world at large could wake up to live and breathe again, knowing that the terrible monster, Godzilla was gone.
Or so they thought. . .
Tokyo, Japan. 9:15 pm
November 3rd, 2004
Tokyo, once a proud and bustling bright metropolis, was nothing more than a barren, smoldering radioactive wasteland of rubble. The clouds were dark gray and foreboding, lightning flashing across the sky every now and then.
This apocalyptic sight would have been unnerving to some, but it was considered a norm now since 1954 when humanity was starting to experience many of their cities attacked by giant monsters called Kaiju. Over the years, most Kaiju have destroyed cities because they were searching for food, like Gorosaurus. Others were more malevolent and came from other planets. It was different in this case, however.
It was as if it was Mother Nature was telling him that this was it.
The humans have a saying that Death comes for all.
Godzilla understood that and did not brush it off like other Kaiju. Many would consider him a harbinger of death given his history of sending many, Kaiju, alien and human alike to the realm of the dead.
Tonight though, with most of his allies injured heavily, dead or dying, including his son Minya, Godzilla realized in the back of his head that this was going to be his final fight. But even so, his fear was eclipsed by determination, and he would fight without hesitation until his last breath.
What the hell. He was the last of his kind since his son is dead and that was the biggest curse he had ever carried in his life. It was about time to be rid of it and reunite with his long-lost family in the afterlife. One thing was certain, Godzilla will not go quietly into the night. And he would bring as many enemies as possible he could bring down with him. He let out one final earth-shattering roar that would have made his ancestors proud before charging to battle one last time, his spines glowing blue like azure flames.
SSSKKKRRRRRREEEEEEEEEEEEEE-OOOOOOOOOOONNNNNKKK!
This would make for the greatest stories to be told for generations to come. Songs would be sung on this night, the tallest of tales of this night where Godzilla, at long last met his end in battle. Battle against all of his enemies gathered and the Three Headed golden dragon himself.
Then there was light then it faded. Later, Godzilla's allies and the world awaken when the sun rise on the new day and found many dead Kaiju and two skeletons. One a dragon with three heads and two tails. The other a Saurian with a row of maple leaf shaped dorsal fins.
King Ghidorah, the Golden Terror from the stars and Godzilla, King of the Monsters and the closest Earth had to a god, had finally been laid to rest.
Many would mourn the death of Godzilla, remembering all the times he had defended the Earth and humanity from aliens and other Kaiju. Some would be glad he was gone, recalling all the points in history when Godzilla was a threat to humanity.
His allies, especially his most trusted, Anguirus, Rodan, King Cesar would mourn his death, as any good friends would, but they would know that his legacy would live on through his memory. They also knew that Earth would still have a powerful Earth Defender in Mothra who had laid an egg before dying in battle. They would all agree on one thing about their friend.
It was a good death.
NGL, that last part got me a bit emotional.
This trailers will serve the same way the characters of RWBY were introduced way back in 2013.
Despite the directing the movies went, Showa Godzilla (1955-1975) is in the same universe as 1954, so there's that in case you didn't know.
Destroy All Monsters was said to take place in 1999, so Showa's last stand took place in the early 2000's in this trailer.
Next Trailer will be for the Marvel and the H.B. variants followed by Heisei and then Millennium before the Reiwa Era.
Until then.
Take care.
Peace.
