Chapter 17: Hydrocity Washout

Hydrocity Zone, Exeller Dimension

As for the other team, they arrive at the Hydrocity Zone of Exeller's world.

"So we've arrived back in my world." Exeller said.

"Hey, remember this place, Precious? Dad said this was the, uh, the um, I don't remember the name, but I remember this place." Karson said.

"Hydrocity Zone." Precious told him.

"Yeah, what you said."

"Yes. According to Exetior, one of the Tails Doll's minions is here and we need to find it." Exeller said.

"Well, let's get it, then." Karson exclaimed, ready to roll.

The group proceeded to advance through the area, surviving the underwater sections, dashing through the slides, and dodging the spikes. They soon reached a bridge over spikes.

"Uh, this doesn't look safe." Precious pointed out.

"I know. I made this trap." Exeller said.

"Figures." Shadic said.

"Shadic, you talked!" Sarah exclaimed.

"I have nothing to say most of the time." He replied.

"Makes sense." Karson said.

Then an EggRobo appeared.

"What the? It's a robot." Precious pointed.

"That's who we're looking for, right?" Shadic asked.

"Yes." Exeller nodded.

The EggRobo noticed the heroes and took off, but not before shooting his laser gun at them. It missed and the group gave chase. The path was a straightaway so there was no drama until there was a drop off.

"He has to slow down here in a second, there's a cliff ahead." Karson pointed out.

The EggRobo continued onward.

"Uh, he isn't slowing down." Sarah said.

"What the heck is he doing?" Precious asked.

"I have no idea, but I'm about to put an end to this chase!" Exeller dashed ahead and tackled the EggRobo.

The robot and demon were at the edge of the drop off.

"Exeller, watch out!" Sarah called out.

Exeller then noticed how close he was to the edge.

"Damn. Thanks for the heads up, Sarah." He called out.

The robot shot the demon.

"Ack! You little pest!" Exeller then destroyed the robot altogether.

"Well, that finishes that." He said.

"That wasn't hard at all." Karson pointed out.

"No, it was not. We should return to Exetior's cave."

Exeller opened a ring portal back to the Judgement Cave.

As they left, another demon Sonic was watching, and it wasn't Sark.

"Enjoy your mortal victories." He growled as he went to collect the robot's remains.
