Maryse and Alicia have their heads ducked down over wedding plans, trying to figure out a seating chart that works well for both of them and their guests, when Alicia realizes that Maryse hasn't said anything for a few minutes. She looks up and frowns, finding Maryse staring off into nothing. "Hey, everything alright?" she asks, brows furrowing when Maryse still doesn't respond. She gets her attention when she snaps her fingers in her face, Maryse casting her a woeful glare.

"What do you want?"

Alicia rolls her eyes. "Alright, what's wrong? You were fine only a few minutes earlier, but now you're not paying attention and snapping at me. Is it the wedding?"

"No, the wedding's fine," she sighs. "It's just... I'm supposed to wrestle alongside Mike at Hell in a Cell and I haven't really been training or anything." She stares over at where Heath and Ricardo are watching soccer, Monroe Sky fast asleep on Heath's chest. "I don't know what to do. I feel awkward asking Heath for help, and I only see Mike once a week, and..." She closes her eyes. "This is going to be a disaster..."

Alicia stares at her for a minute. "I have an idea. Come with me!" She grabs Maryse's arm and pulls her up, the two of them rushing past the couch as Heath and Ricardo look over at them, confused.

"Should we be worried?" Heath asks.

"Probably," Ricardo says, choosing to turn the volumn on the TV up a little higher than going to see what their better halves are doing.

After changing into comfortable work out gear, Maryse follows Alicia to the trampoline set up in the backyard. "Don't look so concerned," Alicia says with a smile, running her hands over the base. "This baby helped me a lot when I was training for my comeback! Now just get up there." She helps her hop up and Maryse bounces uncertainly for a few moments, frowning down as Alicia gets in too. There's netting around, so it's as safe as one of these can be. "Now let's do this," she says, guiding Maryse through a few simple moves, the woman feeling like she's floating as Alicia helps her to bump against the canvas, it giving around them just right and leaving Maryse more comfortable than she might've been in a regular ring for her first time trying to get limber enough for wrestling again.

They work through what Alicia remembers of what she practiced with while rehabbing her tailbone fracture, and Maryse holds her own quite well, the two of them eventually relaxing as they sprawl out, sweaty and tired. "That was perfect," Maryse says, staring up at the sky overhead. "Thank you so much, Alicia. May I come back and train some more later on?"

"Sure," Alicia says. "Just make sure either I or Ricardo are here to help. He's really good with it now, he helped me through it since the moment I had the idea to buy one." She smiles. "At this rate, you're going to be ready for your match long before time."

"I hope so," Maryse says with a small smile. "After everything he's done for me, I don't want to make Mike regret it all."

"I'm sure he won't," she says, tangling her fingers in the netting. "He's a really good guy."

"Yes, he is," Maryse agrees. They lay for awhile, side by side, quietly thinking of the next few weeks, before going to join their fiancees, content to lay in their arms and drift quietly while they watch soccers.

While Maryse trains, Mike mulls over things. "Do you ever talk to Paige?" he asks AJ once she finishes putting Sara down for her afternoon nap.

"No, not really," she admits. "We both kind of gave up after awhile there. I guess we've both just been too busy and drifted apart. It happens." Her hand is warm and comforting as she presses it against Mike's jaw. "Sorry I can't be more help with her when it comes to this Daniel Bryan situation, but she probably wouldn't listen to me anyway."

Mike nods. "No problem, I'm not mad about it. It just... kind of feels personal, how she's been acting."

AJ nods, grimaces. "I've been wondering that myself but I don't think my calling her to question her about it would help you much, it might make things worse." She leans closer and kisses him. "You know how my temper is."

He smirks at her, leaning in to softly kiss her. "I like your temper," he chuckles against her lips. "It always makes things really interesting."

She laughs, resting her head on his shoulder. "That's true," she says with some fond exasperation. He runs his fingers through her hair and she sighs, closing her eyes and leaning into his warmth. "I don't think she's that petty to use everything with Ricardo against you, but I think she is protective of Daniel considering he's her motivation to not lose hope completely with her own retirement." She crinkles her nose and kisses him lightly. "I'd just keep doing what you're doing and not take her actions or comments personally. She's going through a lot right now too."

"That's true," he concedes. "I knew you'd see it in a way I didn't." He smiles down at her, holding her close as he presses teasing kisses along her jaw. "Thank you."

"Any time, husband," she murmurs, interlacing her fingers with his. They cuddle for a few minutes longer, enjoying the silence of the house, when Mike leans in and softly kisses her again. "I love you," she murmurs against his lips and he grins.

"I love you too." There are things he needs to do- media, and get ahold of Maryse to discuss their strategy, even pack for the weekend's events but he feels more content than he has in a long time just by sitting here for a few minutes longer and being soothed by AJ's warmth.
