I'm so sorry it has taken me this long to upload something and I'm sorry its not the best but I promise it will get better and I will see this story till the end.

"Are you okay?" Fili asked concerned and startled but hugging her back as she continued to cry.

"You all have been the best thing that has ever happened to me" she hugged him tighter burying her face into his hair. "You're right I have been worried lately" she huffed "I'm scared, scared for all of us."

Fili gave a small grin and hugged her waist a little tighter "don't worry about that stupid dragon, for all we know that worm is long dead."

"I'm not worried about Smaug" she said in a low voice and released him from her hug.

"Then what are you worried about?"

"I-" she tried to find the right words, I'm scared because you are going to die, but of course she couldn't really tell him that. She pulled away slightly to face him, her arms very loosely draped around his neck, the smell of cinnamon that radiated from his skin filled her soul. As she gazed into his crystal blue eyes and couldn't help but think of how much she adored that man. She had spent her entire life being in love with someone who she had believed was only fictional, only now to have him holding her almost naked body and looking at her with a stare that rocked her soul.

"Cheyenne" her name left his lips thick and sweet like honey, her body quivered slightly involuntarily. He was looking at her in a way that she could never remember anyone looking at her like that before. She released her arms from his neck allowing them to slide gently down his chest before stopping by her side. "You know this is a good look for you" he said in a rather roughly gentle sounding breath that came out in a sort of whisper.

Cheyenne could feel the sensation of heat radiating up her neck to her face, "what look might that be?"

A smirk tugged at the corner of his mouth, "you wearing nothing but my coat" he ran his eyes down her body and back up again finally fixing them on her eyes.

She involuntarily looked down and realized that she was still only wearing his coat and that it only skimmed the very bottom of her buttocks. She quickly looked up again, oh dear gods say something cool, "you do huh? Well is there any other look you might find better on me?" not exactly what I was going for but I can roll with it, I hope.

Fili raised an eyebrow, his smirk transforming into a wicked grin worthy of Kili "I can think of one look that would be better" he placed his hand on her waist firmly. Before she realized she had even moved she felt something hard and rough against her back, a tree. She inhaled deeply as he moved his hand slowly from her waist to her upper thigh, running a finger along the hem of the coat.

"And what might that be?" the words came out before she had even realized she had said them, why do you do this to yourself?

Fili placed his other hand on her waist, again rather firmly, he moved his head down so that his face was growing increasingly closer to hers. Her mind was racing, her pulse quickened, her face reddened and all the while his face grew closer. "Me" the word left his rough lips and cascaded over her like a waterfall of ecstasy. By this time his lips were so close to her that when he spoke his warm breath hit her immediately.

"You think so?" the words escaped in a breath, her eyes were half closed as she spoke, the back of her head resting against the bark of the tree.

"There is always one way to find out" Fili spoke this time in her ear causing every fiber of her being to begin to melt as his warm breath against her skin sent shivers down her spine. His lips brushed the curve of her neck and it sent shock waves through her body causing her to start to go weak at the knees. His hand disappeared beneath the hem of the coat and

Just as he said this a voice came from behind them "I'm sorry I didn't realize you two were having a moment" it was Kili who was beginning to walk away.

"Don't be sorry" Cheyenne said quickly stepping toward him "he was just worried about me but I think I'm done bathing so you can go now." With that she left Fili looking back at her with a mixture of confusion and a feeling that he couldn't quite place. Cheyenne quickly made her way into the tree lining and to the area where the remaining dwarves were. As soon as she walked into the clearing all eyes fell upon her, which after a moment was beginning to make her feel uncomfortable. It was only when Bilbo turned bright red did she realize that they were staring at her because she was only wearing Fili's white tunic.

She turned red enough to match her hair began to fidget with the hem of the shirt which covered everything but just barely. For the next half hour she sat against a tree trunk with her legs tucked in trying desperately to keep everything covered. What was she doing? She found that she had been asking herself that a lot lately and every time she was not getting the answer that she wanted. She had almost let it slip to Fili just what was going to happen, she wanted to tell him so much it made her heart ache. Maybe if she told them what lay ahead they could avoid it all together and no one would be hurt or killed. "Bad things happen to wizard's that meddle with time" Hermione Granger's words rang in her head like she had spoken them straight to her. Even though Cheyenne didn't have a time turner she was still changing the past just by being there so she did need to be careful. With her luck she would tell them what fate held for them and in an attempt to avoid it, they would all get killed.

Her mind was spinning when Fili's voice sounded from somewhere close "why do you look like that?"

She turned to him quickly "what do you mean?" she snapped, the seeing the look on his face said in a more gently voice "I'm sorry I didn't mean for that to sound so harsh."

Fili gave her a reproving look "I only meant, why are you so red and clutching my tunic for dear life?"

Cheyenne's face got even redder if that was even possible, she thought to herself that if this kept up she would probably turn into a tomato. If that was the case then Bomber would probably eat her by mistake, being eaten, she shuttered, definitely not a way she wanted to go but an all too real possibility. Fili snapped his fingers bringing her back to reality, "sorry" she muttered taking his outstretched hand and standing up.

"Where do you go when you have that look?"

She blinked at him again then decided to change the subject "how was your bath?" she let her eyes flicker ever so briefly over his bare chest and a rush of longing engulfed her. The way that sun glistened against his sun-kissed skin, his blonde chest hairs and how she wanted nothing more than to curl her fingers around them.

"It was good, better if you had joined in" he said slyly giving her that world famous smirk.

"In your dreams" she said coolly giving him a wink, "i'm going to go change"
