The Loud House in Royal Woods; a household of 11 children and the only boy Lincoln Loud was choosing the time in the morning to look at his new comic books.
The Louds couldn't believe that it started out as such a normal day and it quickly became the worst day that they ever had.
"Still can't believe that you have so much siblings Link..." Angel Dust commented as Lincoln just shrugged.
He had a bit of busy morning till early afternoon for him; he was asked by Lola to help with one of her pageants which included bringing some equipment with her as well as help her with one last practice of her routine before the competition started. Then there was helping Luna and her band set up for a gig that he had booked for them and then Lynn Jr had badgered him about coming to one of her soccer games so he could do one of her new weird rituals with her.
"Weird? My rituals are not weird!" Lynn Jr snapped out as her siblings stared at her.
"Sounds like things were really busy in your household." Sibella said as Lincoln nodded thinking back to when he just wanted some time to himself...
Was busy work being a brother some of the time... Wellmostof the time but as long as he got time for himself; he was happy to help them as they go on with their achievements and winning trophies for themselves and he was stuck having not won one proper trophy for the cabinet...
The Louds frowned at what that was in reference to and Charlie and Vaggie stared at Lincoln's direction as he had his head down with a sigh with Lucifer and Lilith glaring at the Louds. Emily sighed along with Sera and Angel Dust along with Sibella began to think that it sounded like Lincoln was a black sheep of the family.
No need to dwelve into that; just looking at his comic book...
While there were noises coming from Lucy and Lynn Jr's room...
Getting up he went to the door and then opened up to find that Lucy had an open old trunk and she was putting up some creepy decorations while putting stones into some sort of symbol on the ground along with lit candles.
"She a Satanist or something?" Angel Dust joked as the Louds glared at him.
"No... Lucy just likes being scary and wants to tap into other worldy forces and it led to... You know..." Lincoln replied.
"If I just left well enough alone..." Lucy actually sighed and not just said the word but Lincoln gave her a reassuring smile.
"Lucy... What are you doing?" Lincoln asked despite thinking that he didn't actually want to know the answer. Lucy however had an old book open along with a notebook.
"Lincoln hello. I was looking through Great Grandmother Harriet's old stuff and found these items including a book... It seemed that she performed a ritual to summon the king of the realm of darkness and I invited the mortician's club over so that we could perform it. They will be here in about 5 minutes." Lucy explained as Lincoln heard it over and had to admit... It sounded exciting though he didn't know if he thought it would work.
"But it did..." Lincoln then said as the Louds looked at him.
"What went wrong though? Was it you being in that circle son?" Lynn Sr asked as Lincoln shared a look with his Hell parents.
"See soon enough I presume..." Lucifer then told him in response.
"Wow cool Lucy..." Lincoln said flashing her a smile as he was about to head through the door when Lucy went up and got his wrist.
"Do you want to help me finish setting it up and you could watch with us?" Lucy asked as Lincoln thought about wanting to finish his comics before having to go to Lola's pageant.
"So focused on that stupid pageant when..." Lola muttered to herself as her twin put her close.
But then again; it should be neat to watch even if the set up so far was kind of creepy. Plus if they were only here in 5 minutes and he should still have time to finish his comics before Lola's pageant.
"You know what... This should be fun..." Lincoln then said agreeing as Lucy flashed him a brief smile before showing him what to do.
"I still can't believe that it worked... How did Great Grandma Harriet get a hold on such a book..." Luna asked as there was scoffing from Sera.
"Because SOMEONE was careless enough to allow grimoires to be carelessly sent to the living world and be found by cults and Satanists..." Sera said as Lucifer glared at her direction.
"How about you try a fucking week running my realm Sera and see how easy running such a place is!" Lucifer snapped back as Rita quickly covered her children's ears.
"Dad please... There are human children here..." Charlie reminded her dad as Lilith put a hand on her husband's shoulder.
Deep in the confides of Hell itself was the Ring of Hell that was known as the Pride Ring; the home and domain of the overall monarch of all of Hell itself Lucifer Morningstar.The Ring where the souls of sinners were damned to for all of eternity after their death; unable to leave the singular Ring while the Hellborn were free to travel across all of Hell provided that they had the means to get there.
Lucifer gave a smirk as the Louds were creeped out; "Pride Ring?" Lucy asked in interest.
"7 Rings for the 7 Sins and each ruled by the embodiment of each Sin." Lincoln explained for his sister.
"All answer to yours truly..." Lucifer bragged.
"All the damned souls in a single ring? How overcrowded must it be there..." Lori said as Sera looked tensely.
"It is even without the culling."Alastor said as the Louds gave him stares.
"Definitely a pace I would get sick of if I was confided to." Sibella said as Luna looked at her.
"So you were born in Hell?" Luna asked as Sibella nodded wondering how they were going to take the reveal when it comes and Lincoln was wondering the same...
The capital city of the Ring was Pentagram City and a new location set up was the Happy Hotel; set up by Lucifer's daughter and the Princess of Hell Charlie Morningstar and her girlfriend Vaggie who would be acting as the hotel's manager.
Charlie gave a big beaming smile as she held Vaggie's hand.
"A hotel? Wait... You're the princess?" Leni asked as Charlie nodded enthusiastically.
"My passion project for helping sinners; help them rehabilitate themselves and go to Heaven!" Charlie explained as the Louds took this in as Alastor shook his head and Sera sighed quietly.
"Has that happened?" Lucy asked as Charlie and Vaggie stared at eachother.
"They are working to prove that..." Lincoln said optimistically as Charlie and Vaggie nodded.
Right now they were going through the front door; showing the first new patron of the hotel inside as Vaggie held his luggage for him.
Charlie was excited and with a smile bursting out as Vaggie was telling the patron "so welcome to the Happy Hotel... You will be free to go explore the hotel as you see fit... No need to pay for rent or anything else; stay as long as you need to or want to and we will be at your service..."
"You were raised in Hell and you ended up so chipper?" Lynn Sr asked bewildered and the Louds had the same feeling.
"Here you come Angel Dust..." Charlie said as Angel Dust snickered in response.
The patron Angel Dust didn't look impressed as he looked around; "This is the Hotel? It's kind of a dump... If you're supposed to be the princess then could you have sprung for a better looking hotel?" Angel Dust asked as Charlie kept a nervous smile on her face as Vaggie glared at him.
"Wow... I forgot how even more of a fucking asshole you were before Angel..." Vaggie said to Angel Dust who just shrugged as he got looks.
"Lincoln has been a good influence on him..." Charlie whispered to her and she nodded in response.
"Well... It' s a fixer upper..." Charlie then said as Angel Dust looked at the pictures on the wall and found a family picture of Charlie, Lucifer and Lilith. "Oh... That's me... My dad your King Lucifer... My mum Queen Lilith... She inspired me to create this hotel with her love and hope for Hell and it's citizens!" Charlie then explained with a smile.
"10 thousand years of trying to inspire them and they still don't even respect me as their queen..." sighed Lilith with Lucifer shaking his head.
"Why not?" Lynn Sr as he got looks from the Hell residents.
"A place filled with damned souls and monster born of darkness... Politeness and respect for authority are a rarity down here..." Husk then told him matter of factly.
"Still... Even if I don't think that you are doing yourself favors with what you are trying to do... I'm glad to have inspired you to pursue goals Charlie dear." Lilith said as Charlie smiled at her.
"How about this one..." Angel Dust asked asked looking to one that had her in a dress smiling with another demon as this made her look awkward.
"That was taken at my Prom... I went with Seviathan... He was my ex-boyfriend and we were still together at this time..." Charlie said as something was going off on her phone and she looked.
"It ended badly huh..." Lori said picking up on her tone and knowing the answer already.
"I really would rather not talk about it..." Charlie sighed as Vaggie held her hands as Lincoln thought to his only meeting with Seviathan so far; at least he wasn't as bad as his sister...
"Sorry... That's my dad... Please make yourself at home Angel Dust!" Charlie said before running off to have a private phone conversation.
"You know you could do well to be more polite and grateful; we came to you and offered you a safe place to stay and help you become a better you." Vaggie told him glaring with her hands on her hips and had dropped his luggage.
"I am a fixer upper like this place; that's why I am here... So that I can go up to Heaven and shit..." Angel Dust said with a smile as Vaggie grumbled.
"You don't believe it changing yourself and just wanted a free living space; didn't you?" Rita accused as Angel Dust stared at her.
"Give him some space; you don't know what he had to go through!" Lincoln snapped back as Rita and the Louds were surprised to find him reacting like that.
"Lincoln..." Rita yelled out as Lincoln was surprised but stood his ground.
"Thanks Link..." Angel Dust told Lincoln with a smile as he returned it.
"Sorry... Angel is kind of Lincoln's best friend here in Hell... Besides Sibella off course..." Charlie then said to Rita taking in what Lincoln had just done.
"There are conditions to you staying here. You have to behave yourself and no indulging in sin... No murder, no drugs, no alcohol and nothing like that." Vaggie told him and Angel Dust's eyes widened. Vaggie gave him a wide eye as Angel Dust sighed.
"I swear on the soul of my shitty dad I won't indulge in fun stuff." Angel Dust then said as Vaggie grumbled some more. "Say... For my job; if someone hires me out for services during the night... Am I allowed to invite them here?" Angel Dust asked as Vaggie looked stern.
"Services..." Lynn Sr, Rita and Lori asked slowly and some of the older sisters were staring but the youngers were confused.
"Guilty as charged..." Angel Dust said smirking as they were paused.
"Lincoln is friends with an older..." Lynn Sr asked as Vaggie stared at him.
"Don't judge him for it..." Vaggie warned as Angel Dust was surprised at her sticking up for him like that.
"Absolutely not!" Vaggie said as Charlie excitedly came up to Vaggie taking her hands. She then called her pets Razzle and Dazzle to take Angel Dust's luggage to take to his new room with him following.
"You should see them sometime..." Lincoln told his family as they then became interested and scared of what they could be like; pets in Hell?
"Charlie... What is it?" Vaggie asked as Charlie calmed down.
"Dad said that someone on Earth is setting up a ritual that can summon him. He asked if I could go instead." Charlie said excitedly as Vaggie's eyes widened. "I rarely get to see the living world and meet humans... Ask how it's like to be an alive human and help convince them to stay on the straight and narrow but if not then I could help them after they are damned..." Charlie said as Vaggie got her to calm down.
"Yeah... Every so often I get summoned down by some cultists who don't even have decent food for me when I arrive... They go through the trouble and think that i want some human sacrifice?" Lucifer explained shaking his head.
"Hold on... Summon during a ritual... Those can work?" Vaggie asked as Charlie nodded.
"Yeah but it's rare and the ones who do are goths who got lucky with a grimoire that somehow got lost to Earth or a Satanic cult and dad said they could get really annoying... I filled in for him once about 5 years ago... Turns out it was a toy company executive who wanted some inspiration for some cool monster toys... He was disappointed but said he could make plush dolls of me through the kids division... Said that if I ever come back; then I could collect royalties but I told him to keep it..." Charlie then explained as Vaggie took it in.
"I thought that I recognised your look..." Lola said as she and Lucy had seen dolls that looked like Charlie in stores and she then nodded.
"What if it's an actual cult... The things they get up to..." Vaggie said as Charlie looked at her assuringly.
"Don't worry Vaggie; Dad assured me that it's nothing that I haven't already seen just walking through the streets of the city." Charlie assured her as Vaggie sighed.
The Louds gulped in terror at this and thought of Lincoln being in such a place; "Not that bad... Almost..." Lincoln said realising that he wasn't really reassuring them.
"Just be careful hun..." Vaggie told her and Charlie smiled.
Lincoln thought that it did look spooky as she helped Lucy finish off the set up for this ritual along with the pentagram made of stones; Lucy's friends had come over and they were gathered in a circle standing behind the candles. The lights were out and Lincoln gulped in fear but Lucy holding a candle and the book began chanting someone thing and the others had their eyes closed.
Lincoln was in awe as the pentagram was glowing dark red and Lincoln was wondering if it was actually going to work...
The Louds sighed and braced themselves for what they knew what was coming...
Lisa was listening still in denial about the whole thing.
His phone went off and Lincoln quickly answered it to hear Lola's voice say "I hope that you haven't forgotten about today! I need everything to be perfect and one thing out of place in my routine will mess everything up!"
"Sounds like a brat..." Angel Dust said as Rita and Lynn Sr then stared at him and Lola just groaned at how she was acting that day...
Sibella gave a frown and Lincoln just sighed.
"Don't worry Lola; I haven't forgotten... You reminded me before you left..." Lincoln said sounding a little annoyed as he was getting into this ritual but found his trouser leg accidentally got to the flames of the candle as he shrieked upon noticing while dropping his phone.
Landing on top of the pentagram...
The louds were listening intently and Emily was wishing that she was there to help stop this...
Vaggie watched as there was a pentagram around Charlie who gave her a thumbs up to her girlfriend; Vaggie watched as it started glowing as Charlie stood ready but then gave out a shriek. "What's... Going on? This... This isn't... Supposed to feel this way..." Charlie screamed out loud.
"What happened to you? So was Lincoln being there interfering with it?" Lori asked as Charlie frowned and nodded.
"CHARLIE!" Vaggie said in fright jumping to push her girlfriend out of the pentagram but got caught and they both screamed and fell to the ground feeling pushed out by the pentagram. "Charlie... Are okay?" Vaggie asked checking on Charlie as they both helped eachother up feeling funny.
Lincoln remembered what happened next and wondered how they would be taking this; Charlie and Vaggie held eachother as Charlie's parents frowned at hearing what they went through.
"Must have been some feeling..." Sera then said as Charlie nodded.
"Yeah... How about you?" Charlie asked as Vaggie gave her a smile. "I don't know what happened... Should have just sent me but we never even left the hotel..." Charlie said as they then heard a young boy groaning and they then found Lincoln on the other side of the pentagram. "Oh my gosh... A human child? Are you okay?" Charlie asked as they both then rushed to check on him.
Lincoln saw then and screamed at them; "what's going on... Did I get sent to the realm of darkness?" Lincoln asked as Charlie and Vaggie shared a look.
They all listened intently knowing what Lincoln was going to learn about...
"Kind of yes..." Charlie then said flashing a smile to Vaggie who looked at her. Charlie gave her a nod as she helped him up "Are you okay... Something went wrong with the ritual..." Charlie asked as Lincoln groaned.
"I say... I was helping my sister Lucy and her friends... To summon the king of the realm of darkness... I'm Lincoln..." Lincoln explained as Charlie flashed him a smile.
"Well; I think they were trying to summon my dad and he asked me to go instead. I'm Charlie and this is my girlfriend Vaggie." Charlie explained as Lincoln then stared.
"Sorry but... I didn't think the daughter of the king of darkness would look like a clown doll..." Lincoln said sheepishly as Charlie snickered behind her hand as as there was Angel Dust coming to meet them.
Charlie and Vaggie smiled at Lincoln's statement and the Louds and Sibella snickered as well.
"What... Is that an insult as she got her looks from me..." snapped Lucifer as Lilith soothed her husband.
"What's the ruckus... I can't even start to try out my new bed and... Holy shit; is that an actual fucking human child?" Angel Dust asked as he then saw Lincon and then stared right down at him closely and then felt his stomach.
"Yeah.. Angel Dust... Lincoln; this is Angel Dust who is now staying at this special hotel that we set up. Angel Dust; this is Lincoln... Seemed his sister wanted to summon Charlie's dad but something messed up and he was sent here instead." Vaggie explained as Angel Dust stared at him.
"This is a bit creepy..." Lincoln said as Angel Dust looked at him.
"Sorry about that... Haven't seen any humans in like fucking forever... Anyway welcome to Hell and maybe seeing the place will help you not do bad things so you won't come back." Angel Dust then said as Lincoln jumped at his casual swearing.
"If it wasn't for you then we would have been able to break it to him gently..." Vaggie sighed as Angel Dust then stared at her.
"If you and Charlie had it your way; he would have learned about the Exterminations while it was happening..." Angel Dust snapped back as Vaggie sighed as the Louds wonder what those were. Emily and Sera gave eachother a look at hearing the Exterminations being brought up.
"Thanks Angel... Sorry what now? Welcome to Hell... You mean this place is so bad it's like Hell..." Lincoln asked sheepishly as Charlie looked nervous and Vaggie was glaring at Angel Dust. "So... This is more than a realm of darkness... It's Hell... Where bad people go when they die?" Lincoln asked as Vaggie sighed.
"Wished you could have found out slowly and carefully..." Vaggie said as she then gave Angel Dust a glare. "But yeah... Sorry... We can send you back..." Vaggie said as Lincoln was freaking out.
"My poor baby..." Rita cried out as the Louds imagined how he must have thought.
"Wait... Why haven't you sent him back?" Lynn Jr asked accusingly as the Louds stared at them and Lincoln, Charlie and Vaggie just sighed at this.
Charlie and Vaggie then reached out to Lincoln was started glowing and then suddenly his turned to as white as Charlie's with the red circle cheeks as a shot of dark energy and a little of golden color to it came out. Then Lincoln looked back to normal as they stared at him.
The Louds were speechless and Lincoln sighed as he got up and then transformed himself to his Hellish state as they stared.
"Linky... You look adorable..." Leni squealed as the other sisters looked amused but Lily was in awe at what Lincoln looked like now.
"So... You got magic powers now?" Lucy asked as Lincoln frowned wondering how they were going to take the explanation and the Louds didn't like that frown.
"What the fuck... You sure he's human?" Angel Dust asked as Charlie and Vaggie were speechless and Lincoln was confused.
Lincoln shook his head thinking that he wasn't completely now and right now Rita thought that trying to cover the ears for all the swearing would be a lost cause.
"What... What did I just do?" Lincoln asked as Charlie came up to him as she kneeled down and put a hand on his shoulder while smiling.
"Don't worry; we will fix this..." Charlie assured her as she got up and got her phone out. "Vaggie; can you please take Lincoln to a room so that he can relax and calm down... I think that I know who can help..." Charlie said as she got to her contacts.
The Sloth Ring; the home place of most of the hospitals in Hell and where Hell's healthcare came from... All the bad healthcare in Earth's history got it's origin from here and the art of terrible healthcare was perfected here.
"Really... So I know who to blame now..." Lynn Sr said as Lucifer and Lilith stared at eachother.
"Yep... Belle really perfected bad healthcare with her laziness..." Lucifer said.
"Come on Dad... Aunt Belle is great..." Charlie told him as the Louds wondered about this belle.
At the centre was the mansion where the Ring's ruler stayed and 'worked'; Belphegor the Sin of Sloth. A demon who looked like a massive sheep.
"Belphegor?" Lucy asked eyes widening and the Hell residents nodded.
She was at her office and usual she was barely sitting on her seat while nesting her cheek the edge of her desk which was filled with towers of paperwork waiting for her signature. The towers had dust and cobwebs on it as Belphegor was slow in mustering up the slowest amount of effort to actually get work done.
"That sounds about right... She turned up so late at our wedding and all the Sinsmas parties... Really it was a fucking surprise to have her turn up EARLY for Charlie's first birthday..." Lucifer saif as Lilith nodded.
"Did you say Sinsmas?" Lori asked as the Louds thought about what sounded like the ultimate pracinstator.
She was basically asleep and her eyes slowly opened as she heard her phone going off; she looked annoyed as she brought out her phone to her eyes and saw the oncoming caller...
Lucifer's daughter Charlie and instantly Belphegor sat up straight in her seat with her eyes open; a call from the darling niece of the Sins was one of the things that could command her attention quickly and get her high alert.
"Yeah... All the Sins love Charlie..." Lucifer said wiht a smile and Charlie smiled at the thought of her aunts and uncles.
Belphegor then quickly answered it "Aunt Belle... I am sorry for calling at a short notice and... I think that I kind of need your help in person... Sorry if this is inconvenient as I know you must be busy..." Charlie said in an apologetic voice.
Lucifer and Lilith both gave a scoff at this.
"Not at all Charlie dear; tell me where you are and what you need me to do and I will be there..." Belphegor replied as she then used her free hand to sweep the towers of paperwork right off her desk and onto the floor.
Snickers at this from even the angels.
"You see Dad asked me to take his place for a summoning on Earth; somehow it went wrong and it brought a kid here... The poor dear freaked out when he learned where he was and something weird happened... He sent out dark magic with him confused... If you could come to my new Happy Hotel in Pentagram City then I would be so grateful to find out what is wrong..." Charlie explained as Belphegor nodded.
"I will be there in no time Charlie!" Belphegor then said as she called for her assistant as she was smiling brightly. "Clear my schedule for today; my niece needs her favourite aunt to come over!" Belphegor said smirking as her assistant rolled her eyes.
Gabriel wondered about how his and Lucifer's sisters would feel about that comment.
"What's the point? When was the last time you did anything on your schedule?" retorted the assistant.
Some looks of amusement at this.
Changed Belphegor's appearance to her canon appearance. Plus I changed my mind about only putting up the first chapter up here.
