Lincoln's expectations for the day:
Read his comics and and then help some of his sisters with their events.
What actually happened on the day:
He gets sent to LITERAL Hell; ends up only half human permanently with his other half being some sort of angel demon clown thing and finding out that he has to stay in Hell to learn to control the new powers that he has.
"No matter how many times it has been brought up... I am still wrapping my head around it..." Luan said with the Louds nodded and Lincoln thought about how long it took for him to get used to it.
He was in the an angel and demon in their hotel who as it turns out are now as much his parents as Lynn Sr and Rita!
Rita and Loud Sr visibly cringed at that which Lincoln noticed and frowned at. This wasn't making this easier...
Well they were doing their best to make him feel welcome and Vaggie took him to the have a seat in the lobby; putting on the TV to find a funny animal slapstick violence kids cartoon. Still it was rather violent with blood and teeth being shown with the characters more mean spirited than he was used to (which he had to admit that he was drawn to).
"Yeah those Itchy and Scratchy clips from the Simpsons... They were Care Bears considered what the kids shows have in Hell..." Lincoln told his family and they just had an idea about it.
"Figures he would be drawn to that..." Lori whispered to herself.
It seemed that the standards for what considered appropriate to kids was much different than Earth.
"Standards for Hell and Earth being different?No...," Angel Dust joked and Alastor and Husk snickered as Lincoln, Charlie and Vaggie just sighed amused at him.
He found himself having fun there and Vaggie watched it with him; "I know this is... A lot to take in and I know that I am still taking it in now... We will get this sorted out..." Vaggie said with a reassuring smile as Lincoln looked at her grateful.
"Okay then... Vaggie... Wait; should I call you Mum now?" Lincoln asked thinking about it and Vaggie looked in response looked like she would have done a spit take. If she was drinking anything anyway.
"What happened later..." Charlie whispered to Vaggie with a bit of a look and they nodded and Rita looked like she was about to have a heart attack with her daughters and husband consoling her. Emily managed a smile and Sibella as well while Lucifer and Lilith were smirking.
"Come on... They couldn't be that close... Just genetics now..." Lori told Rita reassuringly and it was about a minute before Rita calmed down.
"Just Vaggie is fine..." Vaggie then replied getting over the shock and Lincoln then found that alright; he still was getting used to the idea that this place was to be his home for the forseeable future and he basically just met Vaggie.
Lincoln thought about how she and Charlie quickly became family to him and it made him feel guilty...
"Anyway Lincoln... Better be on your guard around Angel Dust who was that patron before... Because... Well... Just steer clear of any patron that ends up checking into this place... It' s a special hotel..." Vaggie then told him as Lincoln raised an eyebrow.
"Special how?" Lincoln asked as Vaggie thought over her words carefully.
"Well... This hotel is seeking certain demons to check in on their own free will... Damned souls who became demons here upon their death... We call them sinners..." Vaggie then said as Lincoln was being remembered what is known about Hell.
"How did you get into Hell anyway?" Lynn Jr asked curiously causing Vaggie to blanche as Charlie comforted her and Lynn Sr admonished his daughter.
"Serial killer." Alastor said quite proudly causing the Louds to blanche.
"Came from a mob family and forced into the family business." Angel Dust explained.
"...Many things I did could be what got me sent down here in this stupid cat body..." Husk then said.
"Rather not go into it here with people I don't really know..." Vaggie said as the Louds decided to leave her be as Charlie hugged her.
"The souls of bad people?" Lincoln asked as Vaggie looked uncomfortable. Lincoln looked at her oddly and said apologetically "wait... Were you... Oh... So sorry Vaggie... Didn't mean to..."
"Again; don't want to get into it..." Vaggie sighed knowing they would probably find out later as the Loud parents looked proud of theri son for trying to be tactful about this.
"Don't worry about it Lincoln... An understandable way to clarify things... Yeah I was a human before coming here and I made bad choices... But anyway..." Vaggie explained shaking her head with a sigh. "But the sinners who check in here... We hope to rehabilitate them... Help them redeem themselves and quite possibly ascend to Heaven.." Vaggie then explained as Lincoln was surprised.
"That's possible... I thought that this place would be the end of it..." Lincoln asked surprised.
"It is. The chance we had was the one we were given on Earth."Alastor said matter of factly and Sera gave a slight nod and he got looks.
"Yet you help out the Hotel anyway... To see sinners fail at redeeming themselves..." Sibella noted as Alastor just nodded in agreement.
"The dude is creepy... Does he ever stop smiling..." Luna asked and the Louds nodded.
"Wait until they hear what he may have done to Great Grandma Harriet..."Lincoln thought.
"Well... That's what Charlie and I are trying to prove... That it is possible but it's not a popular idea... That it is the end of the road... But not gonna stop us from trying! This whole hotel is Charlie's idea and her passion! I wanted to hep her every step of the way!" Vaggie then then answered as they heard a knock on the door.
"That's the spirit! Don't give up on your goals!" Lynn Sr said smiling with Emily nodding and Lucifer, Lilith and Sera sighed but Charlie looked flattered.
"Thank you!" Charlie said with a smile; him supporting her goals like his son does.
Then there was Charlie rushing to the door and gave a smile to the sinner demon delivering a parcel but he just slammed the door in her face.
"Well... Shouldn't expect manners down there from sinners..." Lana said as the Louds took this in and Emily frowned.
"He's one of the more polite ones..." Charlie admitted with a sigh.
Charlie excited came up to Lincoln and opened the parcel and then opened the box to get out a phone. She then looked to her own one as she quickly went to set it up.
"Here you go Lincoln... Ordered special delivery within the house but the latest model of the VoxTek phone! I already put in my and Vaggie's numbers as contacts if you ever need to get into contact with us!" Charlie said cheerfully giving Lincoln to it with his eyes widening.
"First day of being a mum and she buys Link a phone... Yet when I ask to upgrade..." Luan sighed with Lori and Leni nodding and Rita and Lynn Sr groaned.
"Well it would be something to help him out in an emergency..." Rita said as Lincoln shot Charlie a grateful smile and she returned it with a smile of her own.
"Charlie... I don't want know what to say..." Lincoln said surprised to find that she would already do this for him.
"Don't worry about that... As you're my ward; I need to look after you and... FUCK!" Charlie then said as she then jumped. "You're here and technically speaking... You have no papers and stuff... I need to call my dad to get you registered as our ward legally!" Charlie shouted jumping.
"Don't even want to imagine what would have happened if there was no record of him and no one knew that he was here and in my care..." Charlie said with Vaggie dreading the idea as well.
"Your dad runs all of Hell; you said..." Lincoln said remembering from earlier and Lincoln nodded.
"Yeah... I am the Princess of Hell and it shouldn't be too much trouble to get my dad to get us the papers... Dad is usually more than happy to do a favour that I ask him... As long as it's not related to me wasting my time trying to redeem 'lost causes who blew their chance'!" Charlie then said with a smile as Vaggie frowned and so did Lincoln at Charlie bringing up her dad like it.
"If you're the princess... Were's your dress?" Lola decided to ask as Charlie shook her head.
"Don't need one and being a princess is a big responsibility and not something to show off with fancy dresses and jewellery... The needs of my subjects are more important." Charlie then replied as Lola was just open mouthed at that and the Louds including Lincoln snickered at how Lola took hearing that from the first real princess she had ever met.
"What is her dad like..." Lincoln thought as Charlie motioned for Lincoln to come up with the stairs and they ended up did curiously as at the top of the stairs was a pair of little goat demons that went up to Lincoln all friendly with him surprised.
"Razzle and Dazzle; my pets and you will like them so much! Come on; I have a surprise for you..." Charlie then said going to where Lincoln's room was and opened the door.
"They are great!" Lincoln then said with a smile as Charlie nodded beaming.
"They sound so cute..." Leni then said with Lana wondering what they would be like as well. Emily was imagining how cute they were as well.
"Charlie; I was just in there..." Lincoln said as he was lost for words as he looked in and saw a near replica that was enlarged of his room in the Loud House. All of his stuff and it seemed like his carpet was magically stretched to cover the entire floor. "This is my room... Bun-Bun!" Lincoln said running to the bed where his favourite stuffed toy was.
"Was a nice surprise even if the idea caused my living family to freak out..." Lincoln said as Charlie was embarrassed again.
Lori and Lisa plus the Loud parents noticed him saying 'living family' and hope that it was just a slip of the tongue.
"Charlie... Please tell me that you didn't go to his home and took all of his stuff from there..." Vaggie pleaded despite knowing the answer as Charlie had a smile that was frozen on her face.
"Okay; I won't..." Charlie said as she then stayed silent afterwards causing Vaggie to sigh while facepalming.
Vaggie sighed as Charlie was sheepish and everyone else bursted into laughter except for Sera who just looked amused.
"That's my girl..." Lucifer snickered.
"Plus Lincoln... You do know that your room in the human world was basically a closet... Right?" Charlie asked as Lincoln nodded.
"You all must have done some serious shady dealings and tax fraud to afford to house so many children." Husk then said as the Loud parents looked aghast at the accusation but Lisa coughed at that.
"Take what you can get with 10 sisters..." Lincoln said as their eyes widened and Angel Dust chose at that moment to come in.
"So what... The human kid is staying now?" Angel Dust explained as Vaggie looked at Angel Dust sternly.
"He is and I expect you to please and try to leave him alone... No trying to feed him bad habits as we try and help you..." Vaggie told him as Angel Dust waved her off.
"Hate to say it but glad that he didn't listen to me..." Vaggie whispered and Charlie smiled.
"Yeah... Kind of half demon and angel now... Kind of Charlie and Vaggie's biological kid now..." Lincoln explained as Angel Dust had his eyes widened and looked at them which gave him the answer.
"Well shit... The big cheese of Hell's daughter and you're her kid now... I guess that makes you a prince now..." Angel Dust said as Lincoln's eyes widened.
The Louds had their eyes widened as it dawned on them as well.
"Yeah... Prince Lincoln Loud-Morningstar..." Lincoln clarified as they were silent at this.
"Dude..." Luna said.
In the Pride Ring; the tallest structure in Pentagram City and the whole of Ring for that matter; Morningstar Mansion the home of the royal family. The supreme king of Hell himself Lucifer was at work in his station.
"Oh my... I hate to imagine what vile things he must be doing..." Rita said covering Lily's ears and the Louds braced themselves along with Emily for quite possibly the most horrific descriptions of activities ever...
Lucifer and Lilith smirked.
"Yes... It is complete after all this planning... The amazing eyes bulging out head extending rubber duck!" Lucifer called out to the latest of his creations completed in his hobby of making rubber ducks.
The Louds blinked and slow looked towards Lucifer.
"What are you fucking looking at? What's wrong with rubber ducks?" Lucifer demanded as the Louds were taking hearing this in and stayed silent.
"Nothing at all my short king." Lilith assured her husband as she patted him on the shoulder soothingly while he folded up his arms with a huff.
He then put it away and something on the wall of his study didn't look right.
Something was off about his family tree on the wall; he took a close look. The branch from the Lord to the branches of him and his siblings...
"Wait... Your Dad is God!" Leni then said as she got some looks.
"Is she seriously only figuring that out now..." whispered Angel Dust with his arms folded.
Him and Lilith connecting to Charlie...
And Charlie connecting to someone called Vaggie to...
Lincoln Loud-Morningstar?
"This is you finding out Dad?" Charlie asked Lucifer and he nodded.
He recalled Charlie mentioning a girlfriend during his calls who was a sinner... How could they have a kid? Did they adopt since otherwise; it was pretty much impossible as while there were workarounds to biological... Sinners just couldn't have kids!
"Yeah... Sinners are unable to get pregnant; it's part of the punishment in being down in the Pride Ring in Hell..." Charlie explained as the Louds took that in.
"So... People who get to Heaven can when they die?" Luan asked as Sera, Gabriel and Emily nodded.
His darling wife could be considered an exception but she never really technically died so...
Wait; if they had a kid then why didn't Charlie bring it up when he called her earlier to take his place for one of those human summoning?
"I would have brought it up dad." Charlie then clarified and Lucifer thought that he knew the reasoning now.
He went to his phone that he put on silent and saw that there was a block of text from Charlie saying that she tried to call; saying that during the summoning a kid was stuck in the ritual. Vaggie tried to pull Charlie out of the ritual but it summoned the kid to Hell who now had essences of them both and now had powers he would need to learn to control.
Plus his new half being their child now?
The text saying that she was hoping he could get him registered and now under their ward now.
Something like that was simple for him but he had something else to do first.
He called a number on his phone and it picked up saying "Lilith honey... I know you're on vacation but... I think we just became grandparents..."
"Yes... Certainly a call I never expected to receive while on vacation..." Lilith then said as Charlie sighed remembering how she reacted upon getting to the hotel.
"Wonder what vacation spots are in Hell?" Leni wondered and the rest of the Louds didn't want to think about it.
"How was your vacation anyway?" Vaggie decided to ask as Lilith then smirked.
"Lovely; definitely needed the time after all these years; thank you for asking..." Lilith then replied.
