Twilight was beginning to turn the sky orange and violet as the large group of teenagers gathered in the forest clearing just outside the Valentines' house.

The place was shrouded in an air of mystery; a circle of candles had been carefully arranged in the center of the clearing, with strange symbols etched into the earth within it.

The wind gently rustled the leaves around them, creating an eerie yet expectant atmosphere.

Podcast, always with his camera in hand, could not hold back -What is this exactly?- he asked as he focused on the circle with a mixture of fascination and skepticism.

Cooky, the youngest of the group, came forward with enthusiasm -It is a circle that can harmonize spiritual energy- he explained, his tone laden with an unusual confidence for someone his age.

Danielle continues - Allow the energies to concentrate in one place, so that we can better communicate with the ghosts or expel them, if necessary - with some reverence in her tone.

Podcast, interested, focused his camera on her before moving to capture the atmosphere, the glow of the candles reflecting off the serious faces of the others.

Tommy, meanwhile, approached Jacob, who was observing the circle with an absent and somewhat tired look, leaning on his cane and asked with a mix of curiosity and caution - Do you have any idea who the ghost could be? - despite his casual tone, everyone in the group knew that the situation was far from ordinary.

Jacob looked up, his eyes revealing an undercurrent of hidden pain as he said - probably my grandfather, he died in jail a few days ago... right before the supernatural events began to happen in my house - apparently keeping some details to himself.

Phoebe, who had been watching the scene from the side, frowned, processing the information quickly and asked, -Your grandfather? Why was he in jail?- in a soft but analytical tone.

Jacob pressed his lips together, visibly uncomfortable with the question, and replied, -murder... he was convicted years ago... for something he always swore he didn't do- in a tone so low it was almost a whisper.

Phoebe exchanged a quick glance with Trevor, who nodded discreetly, understanding the seriousness of the situation.

The Spengler siblings knew well that ghosts could hold on to guilt, anger or injustice. If Jacob's grandfather had died without finding peace, this situation could get worse.

Phoebe mutters - that explains a lot - more to herself than to the others and then, addressing everyone, she added - this is not going to be easy, if the ghost is here for something he believes was unfair, we may have to do more than a simple harmonization ritual - saying the last with sarcasm.

Tommy, nodding, takes the floor - yes, but this is the first step, we need to stabilize the energy to see if we can really contact him, if he is willing to talk... maybe we can find a way to help him find peace-

Sarah, who had remained silent the whole time, finally spoke with a sigh of resignation - I hope this works -

There was a moment of doubt in the air, but Megan, with her usual confidence, broke the silence - we'll find out, that's why we're here, right? -

The others nodded, although the weight of uncertainty was felt on their shoulders.

As Podcast continued to record, the candles began to flicker more intensely, as if an invisible force was already affecting the environment.

Phoebe, who had been silent as she listened to the conversation, approached Trevor -Come- she whispered, gently tugging on his sleeve to attract his attention.

Trevor, still tense, looked at her curiously. -What's wrong?-

Phoebe, making sure no one else was looking, lifted her sleeve a little, revealing a proton bracelet strapped to her wrist and commented -I'm prepared in case this gets out of hand- seriously.

She then leaned over to her backpack and discreetly unzipped it, revealing an empty container hidden inside.

Trevor nodded slowly, although visibly uncomfortable, he muttered reluctantly -do you always have to be one step ahead?- although deep down he knew that having her prepared was the best.

Phoebe answered quietly -it's our responsibility- without losing sight of the circle and continued -I just hope we don't have to use it-

Trevor snorted softly, but nodded again. He knew his sister was right, but the idea that things could get complicated like that made him more nervous than he wanted to admit.

The atmosphere grew even more tense when the candle flames began to flicker irregularly, as if an invisible current was playing with them.

Something was about to happen, and both Phoebe and Trevor knew it.

The ritual was about to begin, and everyone could sense that what was to come was going to change everything.

Not much to say here except that everything is ready now I wanted to make it longer but I think it's fine here for the sake of dramatic pause.
