"How come if if's December, there's no snow. How're we gonna have snowball fights, or build snowmen." Dudley heard Maya asking along with Moony agreeing with the female-kit. It was December meaning Christmas was approaching and in the Pimperton house, the family had gotten a tree but had brought decorations that Freya had sent from the Labyrinth as Deadly had caused chaos in the castle turning the throne-room into a winter wonderland with his restored magic.
"Because LA is hot guys. It'll still be Christmas even if it's not snowing." Kaley reassured them.
"You know you or Daphne could use your frost-goblin magic to make it snow." Deadly said in a very perasusive tone making Dudley frown, knowing that was the tone he used, to get his way knowing if it snowed, humans would get curious about them shooting Deadly a look that suggested it was a bad idea.
"We'd love to do that, only Dudley has a point, it would also mean messing with Nature." Daphne said.
Deadly frowned, wearing his new cardigan which Dudley had made him which was Halloween themed and he loved it as Dudley had made the family holiday sweaters knowing Deadly's would never wear one, so had made him a cardigan instead only Crystal knew that Casey was taking a timeout, as she was the Demigoddess of Feelings besides being Raccoon Girl so she was in her Calm Zone in her room which Oreo had explained to them.
"My big sis is in the Calm Zone right, after what Deadly did." Maya asked making Crystal nod
"Yes, she just needs some alone-time and Deadly shouldn't have grabbed her mood band as that's how she keeps her Feelix magic in control." Crystal said knowing Casey loved decorating for the holidays and hoped Casey was feeling better and knew she was still adjusting to her new normal but Casey came downstairs in a better mood making her relieved plus Rowan had texted Crystal, telling her Kristy Kreme had opened in the Goblin City making Deadly excited as he had a sweet fang deciding to go there tomorrow making Kaley smirk secretly at him.
"Mmmmmj, these donuts are great, and get why humans love them. We should bring some back for the others." Crystal heard Deadly saying making her smirk. They were in the Goblin City but Freya wanted help with the holiday parade that would delight the citizens on Christmas plus Deadly was helping Freya but she was allowing him to make a float which Sneaker was excited about making Crystal notice Freya was pregnant making Freya and Sneaker nod.
"It's a royal secret and only our family knows, yes Deadly, Constantine knows." Freya said eating food
"Don't worry Freya we'll keep your secret." Crystal promised seeing Deadly nod. He already had some ideas for his float and needed Kaley's help.
