As always, the last one standing wins...

Peeta is promised to marry Delly but she ends up getting pregnant by Gale. Peeta must marry to keep the bakery in the family, but there is no one available but Seam girls. His mother tries to convince Mrs. Everdeen to let him marry Prim, but she is too young but Katniss isn't and a marriage contract must be made.
