once again I'm behind on this one I am so sorry but I couldn't think of any for a long time of a story plot for this chapter so I waited a while. I know it's way past time for schools to restart so basically, this is not really about Cheyenne, but about Elizabeth starting her new grade 7th grade, she's a seventh grader now she feels confident about this new school year. We first started the story she was still getting ready or still in the middle of six now she's going into seventh. I hope you enjoy this awesome chapter.
and don't worry, her uncle Henry is also joining this year's ranks for this new school year so I hope you enjoy it.
let's have a good time OK.
OK, let's get going.
Cheyenne called for Elizabeth Elizabeth time to get up there. Elizabeth comes down the staircase. I'm ready Mom she says with her backpack and everything ready to go. Are you excited about starting a new school year? I don't know. Elizabeth says to her mother I'm a little nervous Mom it's OK. I know when I started middle school and when I started seventh grade, it wasn't what you expect, let's just hope you have a better life than I did in high school but I'm not going into high school and another year after next you will be commented Cheyenne OK Elizabeth all right then all right OK I believe you, mom.
and don't forget that your Uncle Henry will also be in the same school grade as you. Hopefully, maybe he'll be in the same class that'll give you at least a friend Elizabeth not knowing that her best friend who is her uncle would be in school with her and at least give her someone to talk to.
she had her lunch she had her backpack. She had everything ready to go.
She was dressed she had everything she had breakfast now she had to do was wait for the bus to come to the house to pick her up.
The bus came and she got on and she left to go to school the bus took her to school.
it finally got to her uncle Henry's stop.
he saw her and waved and sat next to her. Hi Elizabeth Henry she says putting in the seat next to her, but she sits by the window the two of them chat like crazy not about how their summer went because they sell each other a lot during the summer, are you nervous, I think so but I think I'll be OK. I think we're in the same classes so it'll make it a lot easier to comment yeah you're right. It would be now that we're in the same classes more than we have been before.
I forgot to mention that Henry and Elizabeth are only a few months apart. OK end of that two of them sat and chatted and chatted and chatted. They talked about her mother's new house and other things.
he also asked her what would it be like when you became a big sister I don't know. I don't know. She said I don't know how you feel about being an uncle again. I'm not sure what he says, but I think it'll be fine.
The two of them had controversies shredding around their names, but they tried to be as cordial as possible, not with each other, but with the people around them, Elizabeth was born of a teenage romance with teenage parents who were married teenagers in 1718 years old and Henry Well being born of having an affair it was very difficult to wrap their heads around and Henry wasn't always the most pleasant to be around all the time. He was nice enough to Elizabeth, but he was a little monster to everyone else at times he didn't bully his niece he bullied others, but it did hurt her. He'd stand up to those bullies for her, bully bullies for her sake.
he would tell them to leave my niece alone. It helped that he was bigger than her, and it made her feel safer to be around someone bigger. She was small for her age. The bullies would bully them and they always hung around with each other, but they didn't have any friends, do you know what activities you want to join? He asked her I don't know. My mother was a cheerleader, but I don't know if I want to be a cheerleader I'm not sure father wants me to be a football player, but I don't know if I want to try out for the football team, you seem like you could but you seem tall enough to try out for basketball more than football commented Elizabeth you think so Elizabeth just simply noted it's not football but it's a ball sport maybe Brock would understand that you wanna try out for basketball instead of football, you know maybe everyone's football in our family I don't know what father did in school, but I know that your father was a football player he was and was his coach awkward yeah I know.
And Jake tried different things like football, tap, dancing, and baseball.
and then karate oh yes, he's good at that. I think he's gotten to being a black belt already yeah but I don't think he's gonna stick with it. I think he got a black belt and then he quit karate after that I think he stuck with being a baseball player and now he's a big baseball player just like father was trying to be a big football player but now he's a real estate man I think it's a better job for him than football committed her uncle yeah you're probably right Henry.
he makes better money and mom is a nurse or not a nurse but a dentist and they both make great money. That's why we're able to the house that we live in now does she clean your teeth? No wouldn't it be awkward for my mom to be my dentist that would be awkward. Henry commented and agreed with her.
Mom wants me to be a cheerleader, but I don't know if I wanna be a cheerleader. I think I'll join the band. I think I'll be a band kid that would be cool. I guess I mean Keira was a band kid. Oh yes, Aunt Keira was great and now she's a big superstar.
are you gonna do marching band or concert band probably concert band I don't wanna be in the marching band. I think that's what I'll do. I'll be in a band. She said great choice. You be in a band and I'll play basketball and that'll be good for us.
You at least joined a sport I don't know what father would think about basketball, but I'll see what he thinks. I think Mom would be fine with me being in a band. I know she be disappointed that I didn't pick cheerleading, but I'll try out just for her sake, if I don't make it, I don't make it, I can try out for her sake. I guess you could and I'll try out for football just for father's sake, but I'll probably mostly try out for basketball. I'm probably too small to join football. You're right.
if neither one of them works, you could try out for a band and you can join a band with me. Yes, that would be a plan he says.
They already come to the school. There was already signed in so all they had to do was find their homeroom classes once they got off the bus they did. They didn't need to go to the cafeteria because they already had breakfast Elizabeth brought her lunch and Henry brought lunch money boys already were trying to get his lunch money. He said no you will not take my lunch money and you will not take my niece's lunch now get They were afraid of Henry. He took her niece's hand and they walked talking as they found their lockers and then after they did, they walked to their homeroom class.
yeah, they finally got there. They weren't late and they sat down and their seats and the teacher began their lessons.
after that, they went to lunch and then they had more classes after lunch. They also signed up for their respective activities. Elizabeth got into the band. She tried out for cheerleading, but the cheerleading squad was full so she tried out for band and it was not full well I'm a band kid Donald Elizabeth, I don't know what mom will think but I'm better at it and I would be cheerleading anyway got basketball. We got what we wanted he said as they left and went home.
when they did, they told their families what activities they chose. Henry told his father that he joined basketball instead of football. He's like it's some kind of ball so I'm fine with it.
But for Cheyenne confronting Elizabeth of her choice was difficult. I thought I said try out for cheerleading. I did. Elizabeth said to her mother, but I never made it and I didn't try out for an activity last year for sixth. Dutch chose band instead fine fine Elizabeth Cheyenne said disappointed.
you'll probably end up like Keira what's wrong with being like Keira? I just think you're too taking too much after her and not I said to Cheyenne she told her fuck she told her father though Elizabeth said Mom didn't like my new idea or my new activity choice I'm not expecting you to try out for any ball sports he says because you are a girl I mean, I didn't want you to do cheerleading because of your mother, but if you wanted to be in the band that's fine said, hugging his little girl you are my little girl and you could do whatever you'd like he said smiles thank you, daddy, I'll do you all proud and be the best and just like Keira.
Van talked to his wife about it. It's OK Cheyenne let her be in the class let her be in a band. It is OK. It is OK for her to be in a band. I might have a boy for your next child and maybe he'll be a sports person.
Cheyenne was worried what if I had another girl so what said Van what if I end up like mother and have all the girls until the last one and the last one is a boy would you be disappointed? I have three lovely girls and a boy no, I'm fine with it, he says I'd be fine with it. I'll be fine if you have two girls and a boy he says.
I love them either way he says smiling at her. I love you. He says to her. I love you too. Van said, Cheyenne.
The family had dinner and then they went to bed. The first day of school for Elizabeth was wonderful. She was happy. She hadn't made any new friends, but that was OK. Seventh grade just began at six. She didn't make any friends either so the grade just started.
Ending here I hope you enjoy this one. I know I'm good at these family stories huh? Well, I don't know what I'll do for the next one. It might be a while but I think it'll be OK. I hope you enjoy this next chapter of starting over a new family I hope you like it.
I'll see you in the next one
