"Are you nervous?" Enzo whispered into Cass's ear as he tightly held onto her hand. She was thankful for it; it was the only thing grounding her through a sea of nerves. Enzo was her rock through all of the scary things that came with creating another tiny human.

Cass swallowed. "Would I be a baby if I said yes?"

"No," he breathed, cupping her cheek and running his hand through her hair. Her curls were more unruly than ever, something Cass's healer said was due to her changing hormones. Between that and the bloating and the acne and everything else, Cass wasn't exactly feeling her prettiest. But the way Enzo looked at her now—as if she were a precious jewel to be coveted—made all of her insecurities melt away. "Of course not, sunshine. All of your feelings right now are completely valid. I would never judge you for any of them. But I will say that there's nothing to be nervous about. I'm sure our baby is completely healthy."

Cass knew her baby was completely healthy—mostly because of her maternal instincts that insisted that the little bean growing inside of her was fine but also because of Tom Riddle. Tom was Mattheo's older half-brother and oddly fit into their little group of Slytherin Boys. Enzo seemed to be the only one that Tom somewhat respected—mainly because Theo turned into a wimp around him, Draco was a suck-up, and no older brother would ever respect their younger brother. So when Enzo wrote to Tom asking if he'd check on Cass, Tom had apparated into Hogwarts immediately and used his powerful magic to make sure that their baby was fine. He'd brought his wife, Evelyn, with him, who Cass really liked. To be honest, they might have been the only two people Cass actually trusted to watch the baby. Theo seemed petrified of the idea of children, Draco wouldn't be able to resist Astoria spoiling the hell out of them, and Mattheo still didn't understand why he couldn't give the newborn a Blast-Ended Skrewt for a pet.

"I know, it's just..."

"Just what?" Enzo squeezed her hand and smiled.

"Everything is feeling even more real. It's a little scary."

Enzo's smile turned understanding. "I know, Cass. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't a little scared too. But there's no one I'd rather do this with—no one who I could imagine as a better mother. Love. That will get us through all the scary parts. The love of you and me—for each other and for our little miracle. The love of our friends who will support us every step of the way. The love of your parents, who will be the best grandparents ever. It'll all be alright." His thumb stroked her cheek. "I love you, Cass. Through all the scary parts, and all the wonderful ones too."

Cass squeezed his hand back too because she loved him. She loved him more than anyone in the world. Her boyfriend, her partner, her baby's daddy. She couldn't imagine doing this with anyone either. So Cass smiled and said, "I love you too."

The door cracked open. A smiling blonde woman stepped out into the waiting room. "Alright, Berkshire Family. Are you ready to see your baby?"

Cass looked at Enzo. He gave her a gentle smile. "I'm ready if you are, sunshine."

Cass took Enzo's hand and followed him into the room.

"Everything looks great, Mrs. Berkshire. You're right about twelve weeks along," the St. Mungo's healer said as she waved her wand over Cass's stomach. On the far side of the wall, a moving picture much like one of the muggle films Cass had shown Enzo revealed what was inside her stomach. "There's the baby's arms... legs... that curve is its spine... its head... Oh! Looks like it's sucking its thumb. Sweet little thing."

Cass gaped as she stared at the little body inside of her. Perhaps she was just ignorant but none of the books she or Enzo read ever said much about the dating scan. She had no idea that the baby would actually look like a baby this early. And yet there it was, its little fist by its head.

Bum... bum... bum...

"What's that noise? Is the baby alright?" The thudding put Cass into a state of panic. What if something was wrong with her baby? Cass had experienced some maternal instincts before—mainly flaring up whenever Mattheo tried to suggest giving it something deadly—but for the first time, she felt herself become protective of the little body inside of hers. She could see how small it was, could see how much it needed protecting.

The healer laughed and Cass debated throttling her before she said, "Yes, the baby looks completely healthy. That's just its heartbeat."

"Its heartbeat," she breathed. Bum... bum... bum... A steady rhythm like the tiniest of drums. Its heartbeat.

She brought her hand to her stomach and caressed it. And just like magic, the baby raised its little hand, extending the fist into something of a wave. Cass laughed with disbelief. "Hi, baby."

The little bean wiggled, though Cass could hardly feel a thing. Enzo smiled, squeezing her hand. "It loves you, Cass."

Cass felt all of her worries fade away. For the first time, she looked at the baby inside of her—truly looked at it. This was her child, the product of her and Enzo's love. With a wave of its little hand, it had wrapped Cass's heart around its fingers. She would do anything for this child. The love everyone had promised her exploded inside of her at that moment. This was her baby. Her baby.

"I love you too," she whispered, her eyes welling with tears for the child that she would give her life for. "I love you so, so much."

. ..

Enzo's arm was wrapped around her waist as he helped her down the stairs from Dumbledore's office. Cass didn't need his help, nor did she need him to carry her bag for her, but he insisted on doing whatever he could for her. He fetched snacks for her at all hours of the night, he spoiled her with gifts she didn't need, he rubbed her feet after the end of every day, he carried all of her books, he massaged her shoulders when she was stressed. Cass would be lying if she said she wasn't looking forward to her foot rub when they finally got back to his dorm.

Yes, his dorm because between Cass's midnight hankerings, her extreme horniness, and her early morning sickness, she couldn't stay at her and Margot's dorm without Margot's patience thinning to dangerous levels. Cass would have felt worse about the situation if it hadn't meant snuggling up to Enzo every night.

"How are you feeling?" he asked once they reached the main corridor.

"Good. A little nauseous."

Enzo fumbled around in the bag before procuring a tiny bottle. He had so many things packed in there that she had no idea what it was. The liquid was a glimmering silver that she didn't recognize from her classes. "Here," he said before he held it below her nose. "Breathe it in."

"What is it?"

"Theo made an anti-nausea potion. We've got tons of these little bottles."

Cass smiled. Theo was a tough one. He was a brooding, angsty boy who was devoted entirely to her future sister-in-law. Aria was ecstatic about her new niece or nephew but Theo was clearly terrified about being an uncle. Still, Cass knew that she loved the baby in his own little way. The potions clearly proved it.

Her rising nausea disappeared entirely with just a few sniffs of the potion. Cass smiled and thanked Enzo. He was always so prepared. She would bet that he had every single one of her cravings in that giant bag of his, plus all the baby books they'd been reading. When he wasn't at Quidditch practice, class, or doing his Head Boy duties, he was studying everything he could about becoming a father.

"How did you feel about the appointment?"

Cass gave him a pointed look. "You know how I felt. I can't hide a single emotion from you these days."

He grinned because most of the time, the emotions he got to experience was desire. Cass's temper was reserved for their friends and the tears had faded almost as soon as she told him. Now, all she wanted was to jump his bones. Any time she saw him reading a book about parenthood or felt his big hands rubbing her shoulders, Cass felt a wave of desire crash over her. And Enzo, the cheeky bugger, didn't even attempt to fight her off.

"I know. But you were still crying so I wanted to make sure you were okay."

"Trust me: those tears were nothing but happy." Cass smiled as she looked down at the pictures in her hands. Her little baby. Enzo had already insisted on making a dozen copies to give to everyone they knew.

"You're not upset?"

Cass looked up to find Enzo biting his lip nervously. "What? Why would I be upset, babe?"

"I swear, I had nothing to do with the 'Mrs. Berkshire' thing. I wrote down your name. I have no idea why she called you that! I would never want to pressure you into thinking that you need to be my wife. I respect your decision and your reasoning and am totally willing to wait until you're ready, whenever that may be!"

He was doing that babbling thing he did when he got nervous. Cass smiled because she always thought it was adorable. "Enzo, I'm not upset about that."

He stopped mid-rambling. "You're not? Really?"

"Really." Now, Cass was the one biting her lip. Because until that moment, she hadn't realized how amazing it felt to be called Mrs. Berkshire. She thought that she wanted to wait to get married, to just focus on the baby. But when the healer called them "The Berkshire Family," it had felt so right. "Actually, that was something I wanted to talk about. What if we didn't wait to get married? What if we got—"

Enzo stopped Cass mid-sentence with a passionate kiss that left her stomach in knots and her core aching for more. Cass was panting when Enzo broke away. "Are you serious?" he breathed.

"Yes, Enz. I want to be your wife. I don't want to wait."

Enzo wasted no time taking Cass in his arms, picking her up as his steps quickened. She wrapped her legs around his waist just as Enzo began to kiss her with a fevered frenzy. "My wife. My baby's mother. Fuck, Cass, that's so fucking perfect."

"My husband. My baby's father." Cass smiled against his lips. "Yup. That's perfect."

That familiar sense of hunger began to build inside of her. "I need you, Enz," she whispered. "I need you right now."

"I'm hurrying, baby." He laughed as he pushed his way into the Slytherin Common Room. "I've gone way too long without you."

"It's been a couple of hours."

"Yup. Way too long."

Cass dug her hands through his hair, kissing him even further. She couldn't wait until they were alone in his bedroom and she could rip his clothes off his body.

Soon, there was a cacophony of wolf whistles and cheers. Cass ignored them and continued to kiss her soon-to-be-husband.

"I take it the scan went well," a dry voice Cass recognized as Draco's said.

"Hey! Be careful, Cap. Use protection. We don't want the baby to become a twin."

"That's not— Nevermind," Enzo whispered against her lips. "Don't care. Just want to be inside you."

Theo stepped in for Enzo, saying, "You are the dumbest piece of shit I've ever met."

Cass laughed just as Enzo took Cass down the stairs. He fumbled with his dormitory door for a moment before pushing in.

They were a tangled mess of clothes, lips, arms, everything. Cass stripped as quickly as she could while Enzo did the same. Within seconds, she had pushed him back onto the bed, grabbed his erect cock, and lowered herself onto it. Enzo groaned. "Fuck, sunshine. You feel like heaven."

"Enzo," Cass moaned. She arched her back and Enzo took the opportunity to bring her breasts to her mouth. His tongue swirled around her nipple, licking and sucking it in a way that drove her mad with need.

"I love these so much," he murmured as his lips moved to her neck and his hands cupped her full breasts. They fit perfectly in his large hands, something Enzo used to his advantage when he tweaked her nipple with his thumb. Cass moaned again. "Merlin, they've gotten so much bigger. Every time I think you can't possibly get any sexier, you go and prove me wrong."

Cass felt her heart clench. Or maybe that was her pussy. Probably both. Both of those body parts were absolutely desperate for Lorenzo Berkshire. She hadn't known how much she needed to hear those words until he was saying them while inside of her. Cass wiggled her hips and Enzo groaned. "Yeah, our baby is going to have so many siblings if you keep this up. That's it, baby. Look at you taking me so well. Like a fucking queen."

His teeth latched around her neck. Cass knew she was going to have a hickey and though she might have been embarrassed about that, it wasn't as if she didn't have a much more noticeable sign of their lovemaking. "Here's what's going to happen: you're going to ride me while those amazing tits are in my mouth. Then, I'm taking you to the shower and pushing you against the wall. And then I'm going to rub your feet and eat you out. Got it?"

He pushed his hips up and into hers. Cass whimpered because it felt like she couldn't get enough of him. Of her sexy baby daddy. Of her future husband. "Got it," she breathed because all of that sounded so good. She loved it when he talked dirty to her, telling her what he was going to do to her before praising her endlessly.

"Bloody hell, Enz, I want to marry you. Like right now."

Enzo smirked. "As much as I would love to be inside of you during our wedding day, I don't think that's legal. Plus, Astoria might kill us if she misses out on planning a wedding. And... fuck, Cass. That thing you do with your hips is so fucking sexy."

Cass kissed him again before doing the thing again. Spelling out I-L-O-V-E-Y-O-U with her body while he was buried inside of her. Enzo moaned, raking his hands down her spine before burying them in her hair. "I love you," he whispered. "I love you so much. Fuck the wedding. Let's get married. I want to be yours as soon as possible."

She smiled. "I couldn't agree more."

I realized I probably didn't have enough spicy scenes in this story so here ya go hehe, a little present between all the fluffy. Hope you're having a good time :)))
