Almost time for the big race and who knows what will happen, but for some shocking stuff to go down which has happened at Royal Woods High School. I wanna say thanks to "Marvelomac1010" for the concept to this chapter and many more to come. Enjoy reading this guys.

Chapter 533: The Race coming and more…

(March 8. Ketcham Park, Royal Woods Michigan.)

Another normal and calm day here at the Park. Lincoln, Luna, Jordan and Sam are here and talking about what's going down at High School and what the teenagers tell the preteens shocks them. "Whoa! Whoa! So, Jackie and Mandee are going on a date together?" asked Jordan.

Sam nods and explains. "Those two have been friends for a long, long time and they have held a liking for each other ever since Middle School and just didn't have the courage to tell the other. Heck even Leni didn't see that one coming and she's happy for them."

Luna then explains. "Truth be told, Jackie and Mandee have been dating each other ever since after this year's prom. They have kept it a secret and wanted to see if they're relationship could work and it did. Looks like the two hottest gals in High School are together and a thing."

Sam then asks Lincoln and Jordan "So, what's happening with you guys from school?"

Lincoln explains. "The usual normal stuff and some big time news for the Action News Team involving the discovery of a fossil in the back of the school and some FutureTech guys will come and investigate."

Jordan continues. "Kinda sucks that dodge ball has been cancelled for today due to the culprit raccoons now seen somewhere in the gym and responsible for damaging the vents nearby. But we're all still locked and loaded for next month and our next dodge ball tournament and against Hazeltucky too."

Luna nods and she is concerned. 'I don't think any of us have forgotten about the last dodge ball game and that coach. We need to be ready for when the next one comes around.'

The group continue their talk and then head to the nearest hotdog cart. Not too far from them and sitting on a bench and enjoying some ice cream are Leni Loud and her childhood friend Kurt Logann. Just enjoying each other's company and then Leni asks. "Are you totes ready for the race Kurt?"

Kurt nods. "Dang right I am Leno. Whether I win or lose. What matters is that I participated and it's gonna be an exciting one too." Leni is happy to hear this and then she has concerns and this is noticed by Kurt and he asks. "Leni, what's wrong?"

Leni then explains. "I'm sorry Kurt. But I have this negative feeling that something is going to happen tomorrow at the whole race. I don't want anything else bad to happen."

Kurt then places a comforting hand on her shoulder which kinda makes Leni blush. "Leni, that kinda feeling is normal and I have had those kinda feelings too when I got a race coming. But everything will be alright and fine. I promise."

Leni smiles and nods. But then both Kurt Logann and Leni Loud look down and see their hands touching and so they get their hands back and blush madly at what just happened.

Leni and Kurt look away and this whole thing feels super awkward. But Leni's thoughts speak something else. 'I just…. I don't know when I will have the courage… to tell Kurt how I feel.'

But she doesn't know that Kurt Logann is feeling the same way. 'Why can't I freaking tell her how I feel? I am brave and courageous when it comes to racing, why can't I be like that now?'

A/N: We did not expect that from Jackie and Mandee. As for Leni and Kurt… those two need to muster that courage if they wanna tell the other how they feel. I do hope that you all enjoyed reading this new chapter everyone.
