Chapter 535: The crash aftermath…

(March 10. Royal Woods Hospital.)

In the hallway we see the Loud's, Lewis' and Janette Wilder and Kurt Logann waiting. They're concerned about what had happened earlier. Leni looks to Lana and she rubs her back. "It's going to be alright Lana. Bobbie Fletcher will be fine."

"But this is the first ever time she crashed during a race and usually she's smooth in driving and cool minded and focused. I don't wanna see her never driving again."

Kurt Logann sits next to Leni. "Lana calm down. Bobbie will pull through. She's strong and determined and I know she would never wanna stay down and be held back."

Lana feels comforted hearing this but then the door opens and Dr. Kendrick shows up. They all head over and the doctor speaks. "Bobbie Fletcher is doing alright. Her head injury is not serious and the only damage she got was from her right arm. She's gonna have a cast on for a whole month."

They all sigh in relief hearing this and Amanda Bright writes this down. Lincoln then asks. "Can we go and see her Doctor?"

Dr. Kendrick nods. "Go ahead folks. Also she's awake."

They all head into the room and there they see her. Bobbie Fletcher and she has a cast on her right arm and some bandages. She smiles seeing them. "Hey guys. Looks like I'll be out from racing for a while."

Lana heads over to her idol. "I'm sorry that you went through this Bobbie. But the good news is that jerk who sabotaged you're racecar is no longer going to be racing and I think he's also going to get locked up too."

Bobbie Fletcher is confused. "Wait. So the whole thing was no accident?" this means she doesn't know and nobody even informed her yet.

Michelle explain. "Donald J. Korridor used a wrench from his crew to sabotage the rear right tire and then pierces through the back to do some more damage. Apparently he thought he could get away with his crime and win. He is now arrested and sentenced to ten years in prison. Janette and I made that one possible."

Bobbie Fletcher is surprised. "Well dang. I never thought he'd be a dangerous killer next to being a big jerk racecar driver. At least he's never gonna be a problem to anyone ever again."

Janette Wilder scoffs. "would have been better if he was sentenced for life for his actions."

Kurt Logann then speaks to Bobbie Fletcher. "We're glad you're okay. The rest of us didn't even cross the finish line and went to get you out of that wreck. Even the pit crews came to aid. Also Korridor's pit crew and chief quit, since the accident he caused also harmed them."

Bobbie Fletcher nods and she looks to her cast. "Good to know and with my current condition, I think this is the right time for you to improve and outrace the rest. You've got skills on the racing track to match my speed and even surpass me. Looks like it'll be the Logann's racing season."

Kurt nods and understands. Bobbie then looks towards Lana. "Thanks for noticing what really happened and I know for sure that you got yourself an awesome and amazing future when it comes to automobiles and racing. Perhaps when you turn 18, I'll recruit you within the pits."

Lana is excited hearing this. "Wow! Really? Thank you!" she goes over and hugs Bobbie Fletcher. Bobbie chuckles and she hugs her back and makes sure her cast is not gonna get hurt.

Everyone else is happy that Bobbie Fletcher is doing alright. Lincoln on the other hand is concerned. 'That damned racing man pointed out to attack Lana. This can't be good and chances he'll try and come back for revenge on Lana Loud.' But he's not the only one, because Michelle Lewis and Janette Wilder also feel the same way.

They know that after what went down, Lana Loud may have made an enemy from that wretched racer, and they need to be sure that he will not come back and do something horrible.

A/N: Looks like Bobbie Fletcher won't be able to do any racing until she's all patched up, at least Kurt Logann can take this chance and improve as he continues to race. But they gotta be careful to the fact a certain horrible racer will one day return, to go after Lana Loud. I do hope that you all enjoyed reading this new chapter everyone.
