Chapter653: Another Dodge Ball Brawl…

(July 6. Royal Woods Gymnasium. Royal Woods Michigan.)

A lot of folks are gathered here, and even folks from Great Lakes City since this is another Dodge Ball Competition between Royal Woods Middle School vs. Chavez Academy from Great Lakes City!

The Lewis' and Loud's are here to see this and Amanda Bright snapping some photos of this and some of their friends here to watch this and even the Logann's. Of course we see Ronnie Anne, Sid, and they're friends also tagging along.

But they do notice that Sid Chang has two signs, one to cheer for Royal Woods and another to cheer on Great Lakes City. This has them confused but then again… this is Sid Chang, she's always an odd goofball and a bit of a weirdo. Ronnie Anne finds this sweet.

Everyone here is excited for this, mostly Lynn Jr. because she wants to see how skilled Lincoln and Jordan and the others have been. Lola on the other hand is feeling impatient. "Ugh, when is it starting?"

Luna replies m "Please be patient Lola. Seriously, just calm down." But then she asks. "But I gotta ask, why are they having this in the summer? I thought the whole thing would be when school is around."

So Michelle Lewis answers. "Even though there aren't any classes going on, they still wanna do this thing and see how skilled they are when facing other dodge ball skilled kids. Also, it's just a special sport to all dodge ball players." They don't know if that makes any sense. But to Lynn Jr. this is exciting fun.

Meanwhile, Lincoln and Jordan are talking to the rest of the team. "Alright gang listen up. The Dodge Ball Team from Great Lakes City is just as skilled as we are and have been doing this a lot of times."

"But we've been practicing a lot lately and improving our skills" replied Jordan. "But we are still going to be good sports in this and respect the competition even if we do lose. Alright team?" They all nod and feel motivated and so they head out and prepare for the big game!

Everyone cheer seeing the team from Royal Woods and the announcer/commentator is a guy from another world, Sergei Dragunov Spellman. "And here we are folks, as the dodge ball game is about to commence!" They did try and ask WWE Superstar Xavier Woods/Austin Creed, but he had other plans involving his YouTube channel and a small tournament going down.

The referee is pretty much Boomer and he sees both teams are ready. "Alrighty you dodge ball psychos, I want a clean and dangerous dodge ball match, but then again it's gonna end up with either team in a world of hurt. So, Let's get ready to Dodge Ball!"

They all get to their stations and both Lincoln and Jordan spot the team leaders of the other team, Becky and her girlfriend Dodge. They can tell that they are the best on the team and also in sync when playing. Jordan looks to Lincoln and she nods and he knows what to do.

Lincoln then signals to the others and they all know the plan, and so they all throw their balls at their opponents, and the other team prepares to catch it but then Jordan throws her ball at the incoming dodge balls and they all trigger into a chain reaction and knock down the opposing team.

Boomer blows the whistle. "First round win, Royal Woods Eagles." This surprises everyone and even Becky and Dodge could not believe it. They lost the first round!

The second round is about to begin and so Lincoln and the others throw their dodge balls all together and Jordan does the same and it's a curve ball. But Dodge and Becky nod and they catch the dodge balls from Lincoln and Jordan.

Though Jordan's dodge ball hurts when Dodge caught it but she shrugs it off and tries to stay strong, and this means Lincoln and Jordan are out, and the rest of the Great Lakes City players dodge and then throw and they take down the other team mates from Lincoln and Jordan.

Boomer blows the whistle. "Next round, Chavez Churro Fighters win!" this surprises everyone. They did not see this one coming.

And so the third round Begin, but this one is two versus two. Lincoln and Jordan facing Becky and Dodge. Their Team mates have all agreed and chosen to let the Team Captains finish this match. Lincoln and Jordan know that Dodge and Becky are skilled players.

Lincoln and Jordan throw dodge balls at them, and same with Dodge and Becky and both sides are also evading the others attacks and it seems like they're fighting clones of themselves. This is a total surprise for everyone.

But then Jordan has an idea and she grabs several dodge balls and she throws them into the air and this makes Becky and Dodge cautious and ready, but then Lincoln throws his dodge ball at the wall and it bounces around and this makes Dodge and Becky confused.

But all of that was just a diversion, because Jordan has a ton of dodge balls with her and using both arms she goes into rapid fire mode.

Dodge and Becky didn't anticipate this and before they can do anything, both preteen girls are struck by the Dodge Ball barrage and they hit the wall. Jordan and Lincoln stop and then Boomer blows the whistle. "Game, set and Match!"

Sergei then announces. "The Royal Woods Eagles take the match! Royal Woods is the victor!"

Everyone cheers from this and the team heads over and they congratulate their team captains who did an amazing job with the strategy and win. Lincoln then catches the dodge ball he left to bounce around and they are surprised and impressed.

The Lewis' and Loud's go over and congratulate them for the big Victory but then Dodge and Becky show up with some bruises and then Dodge speaks. "Gotta say, that was a pretty sneaky and smart move. I respect that and congrats on the win you two."

Becky also agrees despite the fact she didn't like to lose, and so they shake hands with them, but both parties look forward to when they might face each other again.

They all continue to cheer and are planning to celebrate for this epic win, but while that is happening… something large, snowy and hairy walks by the Gymnasium and then wanders away and disappears.

A/N: And another dang win for Royal Woods again and against Great Lakes City too, but what the heck was that big snowy creature? I do hope that you all enjoyed reading this new chapter everyone.
