This is after that attack from that damned man, and to see how Lana is doing and her Pokémon that evolved. But also, what they look forward to for when summer vacation is over. I wanna say thanks to "Marvelomac1010" for the concept to this chapter and many more to come. Enjoy reading this guys.

Chapter 682: Checking the Loud's for this month…

(August 04. The Loud House, Franklin Avenue. Royal Woods Michigan.)

Lincoln, Luna and Michelle have arrived in Luna's car. Amanda Bright is not with them, she's at work. The trio head to the house and they knock on the door and they see Lucy answer it. "Hey guys. Come on in." They all head inside the house.

Rita is also here and she comes out from the dining room. "Hey guys. Everyone else is doing they're own thing and if you're Wonder where Lana is, she's at the backyard with her new buddy. I didn't think it would turn from a caterpillar then to something covered in leaves."

Lincoln chuckles. "Next evolution gonna be tall and insect like."

Luna then asks. "Is Lana doing alright after what happened?"

Lucy is the one who explains. "She's doing fine. After being saved by her Swadloon, she's fine and no longer scarred. She's super happy that her Pokémon helped save her life and then evolved."

Then Rita has concerns and then she asks. "Guys, we need to know. What happened to that horrible racecar driver whom I can't quite remember his name?"

Michelle explains. "That wretched fool's name is Donald J. Korridor, and he's going to be sent to a special and heavily fortified Mental Hospital somewhere in Connecticut and let's hope he doesn't come back. Bobbie Fletcher has been informed and she's planning on suing him for the attack on Lana. Also, some other race car drivers wish to have that man locked up in prison, and I also signed in on that one."

This makes Rita sigh in relief. She's glad that man is dealt with and Lana safe and sound. Luna goes up the stairs to check on the others and Lincoln goes to the backyard with Lucy and her Banette to check on Lana and Swadloon and also Lincoln brought along Servine and Metang.

Rita then looks to Michelle. "The only ones here in the house are Lana, Lola, Lisa, Lynn, Lily and Lucy. Lynnard is working in the restaurant with help from Lori. Luan is off doing another birthday gig and Leni is spending time with Kurt Logann. Are Lincoln and Luna ready for the return to school?"

Michelle nods. "Pretty much. Lincoln and Luna are both stepping up the grade and I know they'll graduate soon enough, well mostly Luna. But there is something I gotta ask, what about Leni? Has she said anything lately about what she has planned for when summer vacation is over?"

Rita then thinks about this. "I honestly don't even know. Leni never told us anything lately about what she's gonna do when summer vacation is over. Yet I feel like she's planning to tell us something. She's not the same ditzy and airheaded Leni, she's smart now and I believe she may have chosen her college without us knowing."

Michelle finds this confusing. Rita then asks. "So, are we going to have more new plans for the remaining summer vacation?" Michelle chuckles and so she tells her about the special road trip and thankfully there is nobody else around to hear this.

(The backyard.)

Lincoln and his Servine and Metang watch as Lana is training Swadloon, but he doesn't seem quite fast and mobile and he just climbs the tree and rests up there. Lola is in her pink car and she sees this. "I thought he could move fast or something. I mean, he did save Lana and was fighting fast right?"

Lincoln explains. "Swadloon can move fast when threatened and they're senses are quite strong and they can detect when something comes to be a threat. Most of the times they'd rather lay around and just rest. Kinda like a sleeping Rowlet."

Lana nods. "Still so cool that he evolved and I am so excited for when he evolves again. I guess we'll put the training session on hold." She then looks towards Lincoln. "What is Swadloon's final form?" Lincoln smiles and he shows Lola and Lana the Pokédex entry for the next evolution of Swadloon.

Lucy then shows up. "Hey guys." As usual, this startles them. "Sorry about that, but there is something I wanna know. About Banette, does she have another evolution or is this her final form?" Now that is something Lincoln will also show and explain to her soon.

A/N: Glad Lana is doing fine, but it seems like Leni is up to something and there is going to be another vacation fun trip inbound for all of them and I think we all know what it is. I do hope that you all enjoyed reading this new chapter everyone.
