Chapter 706: The dead beat dad aftermath…

(August 28. Lewis Residence, Olive Street. Royal Woods Michigan.)

Michelle Lewis is in the living room and she just finished her paperwork, she then closes the briefcase and then she sees her kids, Lincoln and Luna headed down the stairs. "Hey there kids, headed off to see Taylor?" Also, Amanda is not here, she is at work to inform her boss of the drunken bastard from the other day, it will be news worthy.

Lincoln nods. "Yeah we are. We're gonna go and see if she's doing alright after what happened the other day. I thought her dad was dead by now, how the heck is he even alive? Is he some sort of cockroach?"

They all chuckle hearing that. Luna then asks Michelle. "So, what's gonna happen to drunk and stupid now?"

Michelle explains to them. "Terrence Griffin, the former father of Taylor Delaware and the ex-husband of Melissa Delaware is going to be locked up in a rehab facility located in Tuscola, but they will transfer him someplace else when the time comes. He is a total addict to alcohol and everything that he said, was his entire fault. All evidence is from Taylor and Melissa and the truth of what he's done as well."

Lincoln and Luna are glad that man is dealt with, and yet they feel like he should be locked up forever and never allowed to return.

(Delaware Residence.)

Lincoln and Luna show up, and then they knock on the door, the door opens and they see Taylor's mother Melissa Delaware. "Hello, kids. Taylor is upstairs, you can go and see her, and her girlfriend Delilah is also here." Lincoln and Luna nod, and they head inside and up the stairs and towards Taylor's room, but they did notice some concern in Melissa's eyes.

Lincoln and Luna enter the bedroom, and they see a ticked off Taylor, with Delilah and surprisingly Jordan is here too. "Huh, looks like we got ourselves one heck of an emotional support group" replied Luna. They sit down on the chairs and Taylor is happy to see them here.

Lincoln then asks. "Are you doing okay there, Taylor?"

Taylor sighs and she tries to calm down. "I don't think I am, but then again I have had better days and I just cannot believe that bastard came back and wanted to just rant out to me and mom, but we didn't do anything to him because he has done so much horrible stuff to us. He's just some dead beat dumbass drunk who should've died in the streets from an overdose or something, I don't even know if he is into drugs."

They all felt bad for Taylor, and then Lincoln and Luna tell them about what's going to happen to Terrence Griffin and this makes Taylor a little bit better. "It should stay that way, in fact if he ever tries to escape, they should shoot him on site and make sure he doesn't walk ever again. Damned bastard."

Jordan then asks. "Has you're dead beat bastard father ever done anything else bad to you?"

Taylor knows what she means. "No, he's just an abusive, yelling, drunk, demented, stupid and complaining bastard. I honestly don't know how he became that way, but the time when he became a little too abusive and started hurting my mom… I begged her for us to move away, and get away from what he might do to us. At least he doesn't have a gun." That one concerns Delilah the most.

"But there are times when, he would do something so stupid like complain about lesbians, gays and other folks who are different, he would get angry at foreign folks and start to become racist. It's like he evolves into this horrible man with a mind to hate everything and he even hates basketball players. He even tends to yell at me, and calls me a mistake who should've been aborted." Taylor wipes away some tears and she tries to calm down. "I never wanna see him again."

Delilah goes over, and she embraces Taylor and soon Lincoln, Luna and Jordan do the same. They don't want Taylor to feel this way and just calm down and be happy for what she has now, friends and family and a whole new changed life away from her past.

Delilah and Taylor share a small kiss, and then embrace each other, and she can hear Taylor sob. She knows that she is shattered inside of the memories of the past, and all because of that man who was once her father. 'Don't worry, Taylor. If he does come back around, then we'll make sure he never ever returns. We will do whatever we can and put that fool out of his misery.'

Melissa overhears all of this and she feels upset and guilty for not being there and getting Taylor out of that mess. 'We moved here, to get away from him and he just shows up?! God damn it, I should've know that son of a bitch would try and come back to ruin our lives. I can't let this man come back again. I have to do something… As a responsible parent, for my daughter and our lives.'

Melissa heads to the living room, to contact someone who might make some changes and send her bastard ex-husband someone else; she's calling the best lawyer she can find, Michelle Lewis.

A/N: Let's hope that Taylor and her mom don't have to see that horrible man ever again, but if he does come back then Taylor will be ready to give him the beating of a god damn life time! I do hope that you all enjoyed reading this new chapter everyone.
