Authors note: New chapter of "Stolis" as I mix the book and the movie which I hope people likes.
Chapter 2: Searching for a book and a practical lesson
In the background the song "Send me on my way" played as Stolis throws away the can of soup on the stove and got a bowl and several ingredients as he cracked some eggs in a bowl and poured in flower and some blueberries and mixed them all together with a hand mixture as after prepping and buttering a skillet he poured the mixture into pancake sizes on the skillet and once one side is cooked he flipped it over and minutes later the owlet flipped them off the pan and onto a plate as he took the plate to the table and placed a flower on a small vase and begin to eat his nicely cooked pancakes as he read one of his sisters lititure books of great Gapsy.
Narrator: by the time he was four Stolis had read every magazine in the house and every book his sister read for school and college courses
It then went to the living room where the family was watching TV and eating TV dinners, Chen wasn't much of a cook and was to lazy to ask his Daughter to make a proper meal the same with Lilita who finds it beneath her to cook full meals, and so every night they have to eat TV dinners and watch TV. Stolis walked up to his dad.
Narrator: One night he got up his courage and asked Chen for something he desperately wanted on his own.
"A book? What do you want a book for solar?" Asked Chen "Its stools and its to read" said Stolis "Reading what would you want to read when you got the television setting in front of you? There is nothing a book can get you when you can get it from a television faster, you are getting spoiled" said Chen as CJ got annoyed that Stolis was blocking the TV "Get out of the way stupid" he complained as the Owlet returned to sit next to his older sister who was temporary staying in her parents home until she earned enough money for a down payment on a apartment as she gently patted his back as he smiled.
Narator: Stolis already knew he was diffrent from his family not just his species, he also knew that what ever he needed in this would he'd had to get it himself and not always have to depend on his older sister.
The next day Stolis watched his family leave the house "Bye" said Lord Chen "Chao! There's fish fingers in the microwave if your hungry" said Chloe "Stolis call me if you need anything or there is a problem" said Skylor as she left for her college classes. Once alone Stolis got a phone book to find a library in his area
Nariator: the next morning after his parents and siblings left he set off in search for a library
Stolis scrolled down until he found the library name with the address as he memorized it and set out. Walking down the street careful as the came to a group of people near a traffic light as he waited patiently for the light to change as once it did as he followed the group across safely as he managed to find the public library. Inside it was well lit and cozy as many demons, angels, sinners and human acolytes, humans who can cross over to hell to be protectors or mediums, all over reading or studying if they were in college as the owlet walked over to the desk where a horned pink skinned sinner named Mayberry the librarian was at her desk.
"Excuse mame, i would to find the children books please?" He asked as Mayberry looked down at the little owl "Its right over there do you need help picking out a book with lots of pictures in it?" She asked as Stolis shook his head "No thank you I can manage" he said as he walked over as watched in awe at the young owlet who picked out a book and then sat on a small comfy chair and started to read it.
The next day Stolis did the same walking through traffic lifes 10 minutes from his home as he continued to read another book.
Narator: From then on everyday, as soon as his mom went to Bingo, Stolis walked the ten blocks to the library and devoured one book after another
to watch the little owlet as he continued to read all the children books giggling at times with the books as watched smiling at the small owlet as he continued to read as he placed a pile of books on the table as she picked up the finished books as she smiled at the owlet. Seeing such a intelligent owlet would cause a fuss but believed to keep to her own buisness and not cause such a fuss on such matters.
Narator: When he finished all the children books he started to wonder around for something else as Mayberry watched in fascination for the last few weeks offered valuable library information
As it shows the two walking in another section of the library. "You know you can have your very own library card and then you can take books home and not have to walk here every day and can take home as many as you can" she said as Stolis face lit up with joy at that "Really ?" He asked excited as she smiled "Really".
It then shows little Stools carrying a number of books in his pull wagon as it then changed to show diffrent books placed in his wagon as he walked home
Narrator: Now Stolis armed with a library card only goes to the library every two weeks to replace the books he had with new ones as his young not so feeble mind continued to grow and prosper, natured by the voices of all the authors who had sent there books out into the world like ships upon the sea.
Soon a 4 year old Stolis walked to the park with his wagon as he sat down but time passed as it showed a now 6 year old Stolis a bit taller and older as he sat under a tree as he read his book watching all the demons, sinners, angels and Human mediums playing around with there families or having a good time.
Narrator: these books gave Stolis a hopeful and comforting message that said this…
You are not alone.
It then changed to show at times Stolis making a hot drink for himself as he took it to his room to read as he was reading "Counte Crisaro" as Lord Chen "Did any packages come today?" Asked Chen as Stolis shook his head no as the snake sinner looked around his tail knocking a few books away "Where the heck did these books come from?" He demanded "The library" said Stolis confusing Chen "The library? You never set food in a library your only four years old!" Said Chen "Six and a half" said Stolis making Chen mad "Your Four!" "Six and a half" said Stolis calmly "If you were six and a half you'd be in school aready" said Stolis as Lord Chen grabbed Stolis by the arm and dragged him out of the bed room "Get up! Out you go get out of here! *Takes stools book* and give me that" he barked tossing the book aside getting Juniors attention as Lord Chen took Stolis to there room as Lilita was applying Peroxide to her hair. "Oh foxie pie how old is Stolis?" Asked Chen cutely "he is four" said Litia "Mom I'm six and a half" said Stolis "Ok 5 then" she said as Stolis sweat dropped "Didnt you hear me? And I was six in August" said Stolis as Lord Chen got red in the face "DONT YOU LIE TO ME!" He yelled but Stolis stood strong "I want to go to school" he said but his mom and dad just laughed "School? That's out of the question, who's gonna be here to sign for the packages? *Takes his hat off revealing messy red hair and applies hair oil to it* we cant leave valuable packages sitting out on the doorstep now go watch TV like a good kid would" said Lord Chen as Stolis started to look upset as he turned to leave the bed room "You know there is something wrong with that owlet" said Lilita as Chen rolled his eyes "Tell me about it" he said as in the hallway Stolis picked up his book but Chen Junior started to bully him "Hay beak face! Have a marshmallow or another beak face, have another and another stupid Beak face" he said throwing marshmallows as he walked to his room and closed and locked his door as he started to tear up with tears falling onto his book as he hugged his precious imp doll.
Narator: through hardships and problems sometimes a spark burns and becomes a inferno as Stolis after reading many books felt a great knowledge and wish that his parents weren't so mean and could experience the world like he does.
Stolis laid on his side in bed in his PJs as he pondered and felt a spark of hatred. He hated being called stupid by his family minus Skylor who was always kind and supportive, but she is in collage now living her life so she cant help anymore. He hated that he was to little and to young to do anything and have to obey his parents no matter what.
It raged and frothed and boiled and churned until he got an idea "If I can do little punishments on my parents when they are mean to me it should help me out a bit" he said smirking already an idea swirling around is brain to punish his father for not sending him to school and being mean.
Authors note: And that is chapter 2 and it looks like Stolis is plotting revenge on his dad for being a bully. I am taking shots from the book and movie to make it interesting
Next chapter Stolis pulls his first punishment on his dad by pouring his moms peroxide dye in his fathers hair tonic to change his fathers hair.
