The next day at Haven Academy, Siavash sat on his bed inside his room in Team SLAA's dorm. He was looking down at a couple of photos in his hands, one of him and Amethyst embracing each other, and the other of him and David with an arm around each other. Many thoughts and memories had been going through his head since the events that had transpired yesterday. But one memory had been going through his head the most.

Flashback

Tehran, Iran

July 14, 2007

Walking through the streets of Tehran, a younger Siavash had wandered off away from his parents and was now lost in a busy street. He was worried and wasn't sure what to do. He stopped upon hearing someone crying. It was faint but it was close by.

Siavash followed the sound, which led him into an alleyway and behind a couple of trash cans, he spotted the source of the crying. He saw a boy, who was around the same age as him. He was sitting against the wall hugging onto his legs with his face buried into his knees as he was crying.

Siavash slowly approached the boy and crouched down to him before placing his hand onto his arm. The boy looks up to see Siavash crouched down in front of him.

"What's wrong?" Siavash asked.

"Just leave me alone," the boy spoke, slapping his hand away.

"Why?" Siavash asked.

"You're just like all the others," the boy answered.

"What others?" Siavash asked.

"The others back at the orphanage. I have no friends, and nobody wants me to be a part of any family. So just go away," the boy said.

Siavash felt bad for the boy, after a moment of processing, he then spoke.

"I can be your friend."

The boy looked up at Siavash in surprise.

"What?" he asked.

"I said, " I can be your friend. " Nobody should face their troubles all alone," Siavash replied.

Siavash stood himself up as the boy looked up to him.

"My name is Siavash. What's your name?" he asked.

"...Dawood..." the boy called Dawood answered.

"Well, what do you say, Dawood? Want to be friends?" Siavash asked, as he offered his hand.

Dawood was hesitant, but saw that Siavash was being sincere about wanting to be friends.

"Yes," he answered as he took his hand.

Siavash pulls Dawood up off the ground as they both give each other a smile.

"We'll be best friends to the end," Siavash said.

Flashback End

Siavash sheds a tear upon looking back at the memory of when he and David first met. He wondered how things would have gone if had stayed with David on the day he had left. He then realized that it wouldn't have made a difference no matter what he did since David had been completely fixated on making everyone suffer the moment Mayura was killed.

"Why did it have to come to this?" he asked himself.

The memory of the start of his and David's friendship wasn't the only thing on his mind. Ever since Siavash had finally merged with Mitrandil, the memories and knowledge of the wizard had been flowing through his mind. His thoughts were interrupted when a knock was heard at the door.

"Who is it?" Siavash asked.

"It's Athena," his cousin answered.

"Come in," Siavash said.

The door opens as Athena steps inside to see Siavash.

"I thought I'd find you here," she said.

"What is it, Athena?" Siavash asked.

"Mr. and Mrs. Whitlock want to see you," Athena answered.

"What do they want?" Siavash asked.

"You'll just have to get over to the Grand Hall and find out for yourself," Athena answered.

Siavash sighed and stood up from his bed as he and Athena walked out of his room then out of their dorm.

Grand Hall

Later outside of the Grand Hall, Siavash and Athena approached the front doors of the building. The two opened the doors and entered inside as Siavash was caught off guard by what he saw next, while Athena smiled at his cousin.

"SURPRISE!"

Inside the hall stood Professor Bellerose, the Whitlocks, Mitra, Lloyd, Deriko, Yasu, Atar, Team SAFR, and the staff and Student body of Haven Academy. The hall was also decorated with colorful streamers, and balloons. There were tables with refreshments on them.

"What is all this?" Siavash asked.

"Did you really forget? Today is your birthday," Lloyd answered.

"Oh right, it is. With all the stuff that's happened for the past few days, especially yesterday, I'd completely forgotten all about it," Siavash said. " But is all of this necessary?"

"Well after everything that you had gone through yesterday, we think that you deserve something big to cheer you up," Samuel answered.

"Thank you guys. I think I might need this after all this," Siavash said as a smile grew on his face.

"Let's get this party started!" Atar exclaimed.

Everyone cheered as they all began to enjoy themselves as the party began.

An hour had passed as the party continued on. Lloyd stood around next to the statue of Jinn as Mitra approached him.

"Hey, Lloyd," Mitra greeted.

"Hey Mitra," Lloyd greeted back. "Great party isn't it?"

"Yes, it is." Mitra replied. "Lloyd."

"Yeah?" Lloyd asked.

"I had been thinking for a while. About us. With everything that had been going on, and everything we had gone through, perhaps we can work out our problems that we face. Together like we had back in Iran," Mitra said.

"So wait... does that mean you want us to get back together again?" Lloyd asked.

Mitra grabs Lloyd by the collar before her lips locked onto Lloyd's. The couple had kissed for a few seconds before pulling away.

"Does that answer your question?" Mitra asked with a smirk.

"It was nice to feel your lips onto mine again," Lloyd replied.

Siavash stood by a table with a drink in his hand as he watched the students dance on the dance floor. Samuel and Laura soon approached him.

"How are you enjoying yourself?" Samuel asked.

"Pretty good. I'm starting to feel a little better," Siavash answered.

"That's good to hear," Laura said. "To be honest, being around you guys for a while now makes me see you all as the family Samuel and I had wanted."

"Why is that?" Siavash asked.

"Several years ago we had a child, but Laura became infertile sometime after his birth, preventing us from having any more kids. A few years later, our son was killed by a grizzly bear. That day really broke us," Samuel explained.

"I'm sorry, you two," Siavash said.

"It is fine, Siavash," Laura said, wiping her eyes.

Siavash looked towards Mitra, Lloyd, Athena, Deriko, Atar, and Yasu enjoying themselves before giving out a smile.

"You know, in a way, I kind of do see you both and my friends as family to me," he said.

"I'm starting to feel the same, Siavash," Samuel replied.

"Professors, I've been thinking lately," Siavash said.

"Of what?" Laura asked.

"Of what Amethyst and Lysander had said about the artifacts," Siavash said. "When they said that the artifacts can be used to help people all over."

"You're starting to think they're right," a voice cuts in.

Siavash, Samuel, and Laura turned to see Arrastra standing next to them.

"In a way they are. But there are also those that would want to steal and use them for their own gain as we had brought up," she said. "So if we actually decide to use them to help the people, we have to be discreet and secretive about it."

"Wait. Are you starting to consider we start using the artifacts?" Siavash asked.

"That's something we're all going to have to discuss with the others later," Arrastra said.

"Alright then," Siavash said. "Perhaps now we can make steps on implementing magic in the future."

Unknown Location

Meanwhile within a forest, a camp was set up as the Angra Corp had started to settle themselves. Inside one of the tents, Lysander was laying on a mattress as he looked down to his bandaged stub to where his arm was. The doctors tried their best to reattach his severed arm, but it proved to be futile. Another permanent change to his body was made thanks to his friend turned enemy.

An Angra Corp rebel enters the tent, catching Lysander's attention as he sits up from the mattress.

"What is it?" Lysander asked.

"A man just walked into our camp. He says he wants to talk to you regarding the magic artifacts," the rebel answered.

"Anyone we know?" Lysander asked.

"No, sir," the rebel answered.

"Send him in," Lysander ordered as he got up from the mattress.

The rebel exits out of the tent and a moment later, a man in a pig mask steps inside. That man was Vermillion Raddock.

"Hello, boy. I have seen your actions regarding your attempt to retrieve the magic artifacts of the past," Vermillion spoke. "And I have a proposition for you when my master returns from captivity."

Mistral Swamp

Time has passed as the world is currently locked into conflict on a global scale. Siavash and Athena were near the temple within the Mistral Swamp from their initiation.

"So why are we here, Siavash?" Athena asked.

"I had felt a great power here and I want to investigate it," Siavash answered.

"We had already checked out the temple and there was nothing there," Athena said.

"Maybe there is someplace where we missed," Siavash said.

Suddenly, the ground beneath them breaks away as they fall down several feet below. They both slowly got up from the ground groaning in pain.

"Are you okay?" Siavash asked

Yeah. I'm fine," Athena answered.

The area they were in was dark, so Siavash and Amethyst pulled out a couple of flashlights. They saw that they were in a large underground cavern, with stalactites and stalagmites everywhere among them. They felt lucky to have not fallen on any of them.

"Is this an underground cavern?" Athena wondered

"Let's check the place out. Maybe there's some artifacts here," Siavash said.

The two cousins started touring around the cavern to see if there was anything of use. Athena notices a small cave and walks inside it. As Siavash was checking out some stalactites on the ceiling of the cavern, his cousin called out to him from the cave.

"Siavash, you need to take a look at this!" Athena said.

Siavash ran over into the small cave and approached Athena as she was looking up at something. Siavash looked up to see what his cousin was staring at. And what he saw stunned him as he spoke two words under his breath.

"Sweet lord."

The Occultic Huntsmen will return in RWBY and Earth IV.

Author's Note: I hope you all enjoyed The Occultic Huntsmen. All that is left is the three stories in one before I move on to RWBY and Earth IV. I have the due date of this story come up later then usual because I have never written three stories at once before, and I will try the very best of my abilities to get this done. Enjoy this final trailer.

"I am here!" Sonic String declared inside an airport.

An eagle Faunus swung her wings at a couple of human supremacists, knocking them down.

"This 'animal lover' is about to express some rage," Watson said.

Roman and Neo sit at a table, counting a large pile of money.

"For better or for worse, I just can't stop," a man in a suit said as Genji angrily held him by his collar.

Jacket looks down at a baby that he held in his arms.

The Ferrer twins, Roman, and Neo all watched as the see a homeless man pull down his pants before squatting down.

A cat Faunus stared at Watson as she placed her hand on his chest.

"Oh, now I get it now. This is a gay thing is it?" a man tied up said as Jacket who stood in front of him angrily scoffed.

"This dumb motherfucker!" Jesse said.

Sonic String runs away as a large mech shoots at her.

Watson rides on a three headed dinosaur-like Grimm as it tries to shake him off.

"Eat lead!" Kelly yelled as she was shooting at a few gunman.

Jesse laid on the floor as he shoots at a gunmen standing over him.
