21 years ago, Capt. Jack Sparrow of the Black Pearl and Angelica Teach( daughter of Edward Teach more commonly known as Captain Blackbeard) had a one night stand ending up with Jack taking full parental guardianship over the child due to the fact of Angelica wanting to travel the world and she didn't have time to take care of a child. Jack took the child and named her Rose after his favourite flower. Even though it may seem a sweet name, Rose was the opposite, strong willed, persistent but one good thing was that she was a lover and a fighter. And that lover part went to William Turner, son of pirate Bootstrap Bill Turner
