Chapter 196 Sole Crusher
I don't own Kamen Rider Ryuki or Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug & Cat Noir.
Jin was walking down the road and he was thinking about what to do since everyone is now getting curious.
He stops and sees Carrie coming out of a store.
"Hey Carrie." he waves.
She looks and smiles. "Hey."
"So how are you doing?" He asked.
"I'm doing fine. Just ajusting to my time in Paris." She said.
They bumped into someone and Jin saw it was the girl from New York he saw.
"Oh it's you again." He said.
She noticed. "Oh your that guy."
"Yes, my name is Jin."
"My name is Carrie."
"I'm Zoe." She said.
"So what brings you here Zoe?" He asked her.
"I'm- uh- here to be with my family." Zoe was nervous.
"Oh I see, well welcome to Paris. Hope you can enjoy your time here." He said.
She nodded at him.
He then noticed a smiling clown with a orange afro keychain. "Hey I know that character."
"Oh, it's a clown I met back at New York, he was doing magic tricks and it put a smile on my face. It made me... Happy." She smiles.
She had good memories of meeting that person.
"It was just one of the moments that made everything... Better."
Jin stares at her and it seems she's having problems with her family.
"I better go since I have to see them." She walks away.
They wondered what just happened now and Jin was a little worried. Zoe hides the keychain since she doesn't want them to see it as her family won't like it.
Next day at school
Jin was sitting near the railings in the second floor and he wondering what's going to happen.
Then he saw a red carpet with Chloe coming with... Zoe?
"What? Why is she with Chloe of all people?" He said.
"Hey you nobodies! Stop your meaningless chatter for a minute and listen up! This is uh..." Chloe whispers to Zoe. "What's your name again?"
"Zoe."
"We'll buy you a new name later." Chloe looks back at the crowd. "This is Zoé. She's only my half-sister for now but you must still treat her with respect, so bow down...uh, I mean give her the welcome her status deserves."
"She's Chloe's sister?" Jin got shocked.
He saw her go with Chloe and he can't process what's happening and he goes off.
Iris and Hitoshi were waiting for him.
"This is getting strange, since when did Chloe have a sister?" Iris said.
"That's not the problem, Zoe was the girl I met back at New York and she doesn't act like a snob." Jin said.
"Strange." Hitoshi said.
"Did Chloe make her do that?" Iris said.
"We'll have to see about that later." He frowns.
Later
Jin was back at home and he was thinking what to do.
"I have no ideas. I didn't even get her phone number to talk to Zoe. It's just a strange thing that's happening."
He rubs his head since he wanted to talk to her but something was off.
He then felt the ground shook. "What was that?"
Jin then noticed Chloe go upstairs to Marinette's room.
"How did she get in?!"
Then he saw a golden giant outside ripping the rooftop and tries to reach in, she grabbed Marinette.
"No!" Jin got worried.
"Who are you?" Marinette said.
"I'm Sole Crusher!"
Chloe runs and he said: "You sent her out as bait!"
"Yeah so what!" She said.
He frowns. "I'm gonna kill you!"
She shakes her head and waves her arms.
"I'm gonna!" He chases her as she runs again.
Chloe goes outside and Sole Crusher goes after her.
Jin groans and goes inside the bathroom taking out a deck.
The belt appeared and he poses. "Henshin!" He slots it in.
He then transforms into Kamen Rider Verde.
He rushes out and searches for Sole Crusher and tries to save Marinette. "I gotta find her."
He goes to Mirror World through a window to get his bike and drives off to find the villain.
He reaches the bank of the Seine and saw Cat Noir and Ladybug fighting against her as they tripped Sole Crusher to get some space.
"Well good thing the cat came." Verde said.
Sole Crusher reaches out to them.
HOLD VENT!
Someone grabs her arm and pulls making them look at Verde.
"The gecko came." Chloe frowns.
"Hey!" He looks at her.
Cat Noir and Ladybug came to his side.
"Good to see you again Verde." Cat Noir said.
"Yeah, good thing we managed to stop her for now." Verde said.
"Come on." Ladybug takes them away as Sole Crusher chases the heroes.
Jurassic and Alternative came as the former blasted her feet making Sole Crusher crash to a building while they hide behind a bus stop.
"Well good thing you both came." Verde said.
"We're not getting anywhere with this. If worst comes to worst... I might have to cataclysm her before she destroys the whole city!" Cat Noir told Ladybug.
"You idiot!" Alternative slaps him.
"You could kill her!" Verde said.
"Let me try something, Lucky charm." She throws her yo yo up and gets a shoe horn. "A... shoe horn? Of course! The akuma must be hiding in her shoes!"
"Wait!" Jurassic stops her. "I blasted her feet before and no Akuma came out."
"Oh, then where could it be then?" Cat Noir said.
"Even as a supervillain, you're still a loser. Just look at how you're treating my priceless shoes! Go back to your sad, ugly sneakers!" Chloe yelled at her.
Sole Crusher walks towards Chloé. "Why, when I finally know what it's like to be in your shoes!"
Chloé tries to escape, but Sole Crusher stomps her and she disappears.
"Sneakers? What if the Akuma isn't in these shoes, but in the sneakers Chloe was talking about? Follow me!" Ladybug swings away as the others followed her.
Later
They arrived at Chloe's room and looked around.
"If Chloé lended those shoes, the sneakers must be here somewhere." Ladybug said.
Jurassic opens the cupboard and sees Sabrina working.
"Five more minutes, I'm almost done!"
"Did you see a pair of sneakers?" He asked.
"Huh? What? I don't know!" She closes the door.
They went out and tried to search for Zoe's room but Andre came out. "Oh you came to save us."
"Mr. Mayor?" Ladybug said.
"I hid in here when I witnessed poor little Zoé getting akumatized." Andre said.
"You mean you saw everything?" Cat Noir said.
"Do you know where her sneakers are?" Ladybug asked.
They went up the elevator and came out to the rooftop.
"Don't you find it strange that Sole Crusher didn't follow us here?" Cat Noir said.
"Don't jinx us please." Verde said.
"Let's make a run for it. " Ladybug said as they ran to the door.
Andre looks at them. "Promise you won't tell my wife about this?"
They nodded.
They then saw Sole Crusher and she was bigger than before. "You can't measure up to me! I'm going to crush. You. All!"
She raises her fist to punch at them.
Ladybug tries to open the cellar but had a hard time but then remembers the shoe horn. "Of course." She uses it on the door.
The fist goes down but they managed to opened the door and Jurassic punches the sneakers freeing the akuma. Sole Crusher stops and changes back to Zoe.
Ladybug opens her yo yo. "No more evil doing for you little akuma. Time to de-evilize!" She catches the akuma. "Gotcha! Bye bye, little butterfly!"
She throws the shoe horn into the air. "Miraculous Ladybug!" Everything then got fixed.
"Pound it!" They fist bumped.
Ladybug then takes out a charm and gives it to Zoe. "This is a magical charm, Zoé. With it, Shadow Moth can't get to you any longer. Always keep it with you to remember what you overcame today. "
"Thanks Ladybug. You really are Miraculous." She smiles.
"Bug out." Ladybug leaves with the others.
Later
Zoe walks down the streets and she saw Jin lying next to a wall.
"Jin?" She got surprised.
"You wanted to be accepted right?" He said.
"Oh you saw. Yeah but it's hard to live up to her expectations." She refered to Chloe.
"Well, be happy to what you want to be. Also..." He pulls out the keychain.
She got surprised and checks.
"You dropped it and I found it when you turned into a villain." He said.
Jin found it outside the hotel most likely she transformed and it fell off.
She takes it. "Thanks."
He smiles and rubs her head. "Just be yourself Zoe. Your perfect the way you."
She smiles at his words and they exchanged phone numbers before leaving.
Note: Heres Sole Crusher and Jin saw Zoe again, also for those wondering about the Japan visit, it won't contradict the Tokyo special since remember Jin's old school is from Tokyo and he wants to avoid that place so he picked another city with the designers there, now those from they're class can come, with a few extras.
