The members of Mystery Inc. had previously read online about the Krampus ghost, and remembered some information on how he can be stopped...

Velma: First, we have to gather some goat weed.

Cantaloupe: Does this mean we have to go outside?

Velma: To catch Krampus, we have to.

Soon, everyone was walking through the forest, and found where the goat weed was at. Mystery Inc, Ned, Dave, Cantaloupe, and her parents gathered as much of it that they could carry.

Dave: How is this goat weed going to help us stop Krampus?

Velma: Well, first off, the goat weed has to be dry.

Ned: But the snow is wet out there! How is all this weed going to dry off?!

Fred: Let's bring it all into the resort.

The whole team carried all the goat weed into the lobby.

Shaggy: All this weed will take a long time to dry off. (scared) And the ghost might come back here before it does!

Scooby: (also scared) Res, re rould! (Yes, he could!)

Dave: Hold it, there's a fan up there.

Dave pointed to the fan on the ceiling.

Dave: The wind from it would blow in here, and make that weed dry off faster.

Daphne: (perks up) I just remembered, I have a hair dryer in the Mystery Machine!

Cantaloupe: (perks up as well) I brought my hair dryer as well! Let me go to our room to get it!

Daphne and Cantaloupe went out of the lobby for a few moments, and returned with their hair dryers. Ned turned the fan on, and Daphne and Cantaloupe turned their hair dryers to the 'high' setting. The hot air from them was helping to try the goat weed off quickly.

Velma: It's a full moon out tonight. On the full moon, we have to start a bonfire outside.

Ned: Alright, everyone, go out and start the bonfire. We'll stay here and get that goat weed dried off.

Ned, Daphne, and Cantaloupe stayed inside, while everyone else went outside. While working together, a talk between Daphne and Cantaloupe happened...

Daphne: So, Cantaloupe, what's happening?

Cantaloupe: Well, Daphne, up until we heard that there really is a ghost here, me and my parents have been relaxing.

Daphne: Have you ever hung out with common people before?

Cantaloupe thought for a moment, then says, 'Yes, I remember one person. Her name was Tilly Green. And let's just say... we didn't exactly get along a short time after we met.'

Daphne: Why? What happened?

Cantaloupe explained the events of that tea party with Tilly, and the food fight that happened. After she told Daphne everything, Cantaloupe states, 'That wasn't one of my best days. I guess I was a brat that time, huh?'

Daphne: Well, Cantaloupe, I like my friends for who they are, not because of money or status.

Cantaloupe: (suddenly remembers something) Wait, I just thought of something important. What's your last name?

Daphne: Blake.

The rich girl immediately lit up after hearing Daphne say her last name...

Cantaloupe: Daphne Blake, I have heard about you! (realizes) Oh, I'm sorry I called you a peasant!

Daphne: It's okay. But while my other friends might be 'peasants', we're friends out of our own accord.

Cantaloupe thought about the whole conversation...

Cantaloupe: Wow, I haven't thought of friendship that way. I might have to consider getting to know people outside of their social standing. Not only do I need to apologize to your other friends. but I'll also need to apologize to Tilly, if I ever meet her again.

Daphne: The real gift of the holidays isn't material things, but spending time with friends and family. You needing to apologize is the first step in that.

Cantaloupe smiles, and says, 'I may like this holiday for more than just presents,' then chuckled. Daphne smiled back at the rich girl. Soon, the goat weed was completely dry, and Daphne and Cantaloupe went over to Ned while holding it.

Cantaloupe: Ned, could you please feel if the goat weed is dry.

Ned felt the goat weed that Daphne and Cantaloupe had brought over, then said, 'It's completely dry.' The rich girl and mystery detective sorted the weed while Uncle Ned went outside.
