****THIS WILL HELP YOU!****
Youko's Thoughts: ^Extra Extra Extra^
Kurama speaking to Youko in his head/his own thoughts: *Not today, I tire of all this nonsense. *
Inner thoughts of other characters: 'Whateva floats ya boat!'
Feel free to flame me, I don't turn from the heat! (*´→ܫ←`*)
A Few Inventions from the Spirit Lab! (Really my creations...-cue evil laugh-)
Articulation gum: The user gains the ability to speak any language temporally if it is carved into the gum itself and spelled properly. This gum requires a bit of spirit energy. Over time it is possible to gain the ability semi-permanently. The downside is a horrible lingering bitter taste, and must be swallowed at exactly the right time otherwise one will speak the language backward. (The same thing will happen if it is spelled incorrectly)
Sprit Box Tracer: A special device that can locate any soul so long as a fragment of the soul itself is available, DNA also counts as a fragment. Able to produce images of a soul's shell. (current or final appearance, unless in limbo)
Healing Seeds: An exclusive Kurama invention and can only be powered by him! Light tan, tiny bean size seeds that heal minor demon injuries while for human injuries it heals drastically. However, overuse can render them useless. Kurama must apply a bit of his healing power for them to work. Side effects may include the taste of dirt, dizziness, confusion, and tiredness.
Demon Healing Seeds: Another exclusive Kurama powered invention item! Coffee bean-like in appearance and color these seeds pack a punch for healing. Made consistently of demon hybrid plants and requires larger amounts of Kurama's healing power to function properly. Side effects may include stinging in areas of healing, and apparently in humans weakens their sense over their emotions (Similar to the effects of drinking alcohol).
Healing Paste: Another one of Kurama's inventions, has the same consistency of Aloe Vera, slime, or green hair gel, but is a duller shade of lime green. This product uses a combination of human and demon world plants and minimal spirit energy. Depending on one's pain tolerance, endurance, and species stinging may range from mild to severe (Typically for humans the pain will be excruciating). This product can be used by anyone who has spirit energy.
To keep in mind (Non-spirit lab-related):
The Anrokku-Isei of pain [ An-roku-Is-hi] (Unlock the power of pain): An evil, rare, powerful, tiny red seed. Used by the demon enemy Aiden against Aisha. The seed forces any dormant abilities to awaken but also awakens the ugliest of irrational emotions. Pain, fear, hate, and anger only allow its host's mental destruction to grow at a faster rate. Side effects vary species to species however include weakness, dizziness, headaches, confusion, vomiting, internal bleeding, burns, consistent bleeding, permanent psychological damage, and death.

Chapter 14: Pain, Explain and Rain Part III
(DAY ONE)
Aisha's POV:
Y-you sure you aren't a cosplayer?" I respond weakly, and he doesn't look too tickled.
"Miss Aisha, I don't find your joke in the least amusing. Now explain yourself."
I sigh in defeat. This is not going to be easy. "Well, for starters- You and everyone in your world...they're anime and manga characters." I go on to state millions of people know the story of Yu Yu Hakusho, and they're quite popular. I flip through a joogle search and show him the results.
"As you can see, there's a lot of information about you guys. This world knows of your struggles, failures, and mostly Yusuke's journey." I peek a glance at him and his expression is relatively collected, but his face is slightly pale.
'I think he's going into shock, then again I don't blame him. Finding out you're some fictional character in another world would freak out anyone...'
"You okay? You look kind of pale..." I say, unsure how to comfort him.
"You know of my past...?" His voice drops an octave. "Millions...of humans know...?"
"Yep, you were called the "King of Thieves" when you were Youko Kurama the fox demon, and with your band of thieves you stole many artifacts and rare demonic objects for fun. Though you ended up retreating to the human world because a demon hunter hurt you badly. In your weak state, you took the body of an unborn child to gain enough power again. You planned on staying for ten years, but you ended up learning what love was, from your human mother."
For a moment, he doesn't say a word, but his eyes tell a different story; it is clear he's attempting to process everything.
"And to be sure I heard you correctly...you said millions of people know about this?" He looks a bit paler than before.
"Yes, Kurama you heard me right. You guys have a shit load of fans, all over the world might I add." I smile, he probably figured out I'm one of them too.
'This is kind of embarrassing. It's surreal...but strange.'
"I should let you know, even if you use your memory wiping pollen on me, there are literally billions that have access to this story. There's also the manga series, live-action plays, DVDs, movies, fan-art, fansites, video games, and tons of fan-fiction. Oh, and a ton of collectibles."
I continue to bomb-bard the redhead with a ton of website results, but he is speechless.
"I've actually been saving up for some of the figurines, they are really expensive."
'Maybe I 'm showing him too much?'
"So, you know about everyone's backstory in full as well?" His eyes have a scary look to them.
'I don't think he wants to believe any of this, his mind can't compute! Maybe he still sees me as a threat...? '
"I-I don't know if it's in full, but yeah? I know that Yukina is Hiei's twin sister, Kuwabara doesn't have a clue his love is related to 'that jerk-faced shrimp', Botan is a Grim Reaper, Yusuke is Koenma's Spirit Detective, Keiko is the only chick that has a hold on Urameshi, and Genkai is the reason Yusuke is so powerful now...man do I need to go on? Oh, and if you still think I'm a freaky demon trying to destroy the world- you're an idiot."
'I can't believe I just insulted his intelligence.'
"This is ludicrous..." Kurama holds his head with both of his hands, his face beaded with sweat. He takes in a few deep breaths and pulls out his phone; I'm assuming he's going to do his own online research.
"I-I'll get us some water." He nods his head, and I quickly head to the kitchen.
A few quiet minutes go by, and I return with two glasses of water. I take a seat next to him, placing his glass on the coffee table and sipping mine.
"Considering the fact there is another world in existence, I believe you and looking through my own device's internet results, It's no wonder you easily called me Kurama." He finally chuckles, looking less sick.
"You took it a little better than I thought you would. I know if it was me, I'd probably have a gigantic meltdown." I mutter.
"I did have a meltdown, internally that is, but let's face it- the truth can be stranger than fiction."
"Well, you are Kurama, a character famous for his ability to keep cool in dire situations. It's a good thing to have an open mind. Now, if you're w-wondering why I have those pictures of you and the gang... my little sister's a huge fan..."
'Wow, I'm a crappy liar sometimes, there's no way he's going to buy that...'
"Are you sure about that, Miss Aisha?" Kurama decides to push, clearly smirking.
'Crap, I need to learn to lie better...'
"Yeah, I-I'm sure, now you should probably explain what the hell is going on and why you're here."
'Ha, I pulled a fast one.'
"Straight to the point, now are we?" He grins and starts explaining.
He begins by saying he was sent here originally to find a half-demon girl who is supposed to have an amazing unknown power strong enough to create or cause the destruction of worlds. As well as stopping another demon that escaped from his world, who is also after this so-called half-demon. Apparently, Koenma's ancient documents were tampered with to throw him off, and the human chick is just a carrier of a fragment of a powerful demon soul. Kurama then pulls out his cell phone and hold a blurry picture up. A blurred picture of me!
"What...?!" I shout, "There's just no way, no fucking way- what proof is there?"
"Koenma was able to find traces of the soul, and with the use of a spirit box tracer, it led directly to you."
"So... there's a piece of a-another soul-in me? What's a spirit box tracer anyway?" I stutter, not sure how to react.
Maybe it would explain the weird memories I have from time to time. The strange thing is that every time I dream about dying, I always have pain in my right shoulder like someone is shooting me. Is it possible I somehow died that way? Ironic that I ended up stabbed in the same place today. I don't think I'll ever truly know. Maybe my trauma is just fucking up my mind...
"There's no doubt about it, Miss Aisha. This would explain why that demon was sent after you." Kurama states. "And to answer your other question a Spirit Box Tracer is a special device that can locate any soul so long as a fragment of the soul itself is available."
"A fragment of the soul...? What the hell could you use? And say I am this "important" soul, why the hell did he nearly kill me?" I yell, upset.
"DNA is one thing I know of that can be used with the Spirit Tracer box, it can produce images of a current soul's form, and from what Koenma informed me it doesn't work if the soul is in limbo."
"Well, that sounds insanely cool..." I comment under my breath.
He pauses for a second to take a sip of water and answers my second question; "I feel the reason that demon attacked you might have been to test your abilities, to see if you really possess any such power."
"And as you can see, I don't have shit!" I shout. "Just a new nightmare to keep me up at night." I tremble, not wanting to think of what just happened.
"I am sorry you had to go through something as horrific as that. Now, you shouldn't jump to conclusions, the other soul's fragment just may be dormant within you, and perhaps it has awakened slightly." Kurama calmly states. "Your survival is proof of that."
"But Why...why me? It's not like I'm any different from everyone else, I mean I'm just one freakin' person!" I somewhat shout at the cute but foolish red head.
"I don't have a proper answer to give you regarding that, but fate can indeed throw a curveball at any of us. In all honesty, not that I know the reasoning behind it, you feel strangely familiar to me." Shuichi adds.
"Would it be weird if I say the same about you?" I ask. "And I don't mean it 'cause of the anime and manga..." He stares at me, almost as if he's trying to figure out some random puzzle in his mind.
"Staring at me won't solve much you know." I say, breaking the silence.
"I realize that..." He softly says. I can't help but smile slightly. At least he's not going to be chopping me into bits, hopefully not anytime soon; he was pretty damn terrifying during snack break.
'Well, I guess he needs to be stern with the enemy...still I'm a normal person!'
"I'm no Yusuke either..."
"Pardon?" The redhead questions.
"Man, I so don't want to deal with this..." I reply with a sigh combing my hair with my hand in frustration.
"Neither of us have many choices in this matter now, after all these are the cards we have been dealt. And yes, I realize this entire ordeal is a terrible shock to you, but what happened exactly with that demon? Being able to gather all the information we can, will help us put an end to all of this, and protect our worlds, Miss Aisha."
To be continued...
My notes:
I was a bit stuck on this chapter, due to the fact, that I feel like I'm forgetting Kurama's personality. 0-o I hope he isn't cheesy because I don't want this story to do that. This chapter was 20 pages, but it's 8 now.
Rock out and Peace on!
