Chapter 17: Tricked
It was another brand new morning for the kingdom of vacou again today. As everyone was enjoying a nice day of peace right now. Though with nyx and her friends they where waking up bright and early right now with rio sighing as they walked through the halls
"Today is gonna be great I bet i mean its been nice that we haven't dealt with anything weird lately"rio replied as they stared at her
"Don't just casually say that then something weird will happen. Besides….weird how none of those assassin have came back to attack us"simone mentioned as they did forget about that
"Right i forgot you guys got attacked by some psycho. You think they just decided to leave us all alone now"miu suggested but vicktor shared a look with viola for a moment as she nodded to him
"Well were investigating rumors on the grimm knights and maybe find one of their bases in the desert"vicktor mentioned peeking their immense interest
"Wait as in your searching for a base full of people who want us dead"misam asked as viola nodded
"Its our best bet with dad just saying our siblings are just in atlas. I mean we gotta find them me and some of the others are thinking of heading their to check some things out"viola replied as their was a pause with nyx cupping her chin smirking
"I can help keep the family distracted today if you need help on that sis"nyx asked immediately with this plan as viola sighed smiling
"Thanks but lets not talk about here you know…eyes are everywhere in this place"viola said gesturing to some acolytes talking down the hall as they decided to head down for breakfast today. Once they where downstairs for breakfast everyone was already eating their breakfast with skully barking running by their side as simone petted his fur
"Heyya buddy you get some bacon for breakfast"simone asked as he barked doing a little happy spin as vicktor chuckled
"Its cute that he does that though whats on today menu. Let me guess more eggs"vicktor said as kirko laughed right now bottle feeding a small baby right now
"Its always gonna be that besides i'm gonna need some help later from a few of you on watching over your siblings"kirko said
"Uhhh some of us might have training later"brody spoke up but loki who was off to the side right now actually standing getting used to his leg right now as he was enjoying the ability to walk again right now
"Nah you kiddios get a break on my cousin orders"loki said as his cousin rolled his eyes
"Yeah orders more like i have a meeting today to uphold. Besides nyx i need you to come with me to discuss something"Zane said scaring his eldest daughter as she swallowed a mouthful of her food
"Am i in ummm…trouble?"nyx asked as close by her mother laughed
"God no. Since you've been holding nightshade hostage he'd like his weapon back and he decided to finally give you your weapon this morning"onxyia said as this made nyx a little excited as her tail started to wag at that
"It better be something cool or i swear i will claim that weapon as mine forever"nyx said as he laughed at that as miller sighed right now silently gushing over a tot with elm eyeing him as she rolled her eyes
"Lets see if anything new and interesting is on the news right now please because i'm dying of pure boredom"elm said as close by paddy grabbed the remote pointing it at a tv nearby. The tv came on as a live news report was on about something right now
"In todays news with the successful efforts of atlas restablishing our comms network. Today the atlas council told us something terrile as of today. As of today they are going to be honoring the death of an old soilder whos served his kingdom loyally despite being used during the fall of atlas. Today we announce the death of general james ironwood"the news anchor said
But once they uttered that word and who was on today news report alot of them went quiet right now. As miller eyes widden in complete shock hearing of the general passing with bonnet looking down in complete shock herself. Nadia who hated the man before looked down in complete sorrow for that man. While elm gasped covering her mouth with an upset look
"The…the general…dead…james is…dead"Carmine said in utter shock hearing this as their was some silence with vicktor staring at the news report
"Were you all friends with him?"Vicktor asked hesitantly as their was silence with elm taking a slow breath covering her face sighing upset now
"I…i…he…he was my commanding officer for most of my career i…oh james i'm so sorry"elm said ready to cry as bonnet placed a hand on her back looking down as miles sighed heavily
"Dam…to think the mighty ironwood would fall"miles said with an upset look as the report continued
"With the recent reports coming in from the ace operatives of the raid and with ruby rose leader of team RWBY and beacon teacher. They lead the successful raid on the facility the comms station was at but unfortunately for them james ironwood layed his life down to protect his troops and kingdom one last time. Today we hold a funeral for the man who despite atlas reputation during the events after the fall gave it his all. May he rest in peace with his dear wife as the two join together in the afterlife. Sighing off"the new anchor said
Their was some silence in the room as zane took a heavy breath right now hearing that slowly clenching a glass in hand. Before enough pressure made it completely shatter in his hands startling them slightly as scotty looked at his brother
"You good man i…i know you and good old jimmy had your disagreement but–"he was stopped
"Don't call him that. That nickname i gave him is not going to be used right now…nyx be a dear and wait here i'll go grab your weapon"zane said getting up in a calm tone as he walked away it scared vicktor a little
"Okay hes pissed off right now i guess"vicktor said with audery sighing heavily
"Our husband had some spats with james in the past but over time the two became great friends. We even had him over for when most of the firstborns of the family came. It was so funny seeing him holding a baby"Audery said
"Yeah the general holding one was a hoot…guess we gotta honor that old dog at some point with a little party"harlow said
"You have a party for someone who died?"trey questioned as the spartan got silent with bonnet sighing for a moment nodding
"We did for my old squad back in the day on our way to atlas. Everyone back in atlas will do something grand for that man he deserves it. Despite everything he always kept a calm level head in any type of fight. Did almost loose his cool a few times"bonnet said with her tail swaying as nyla rolled her eyes
"That man always did seem to be rough on the edges but he was sweet at times"nyla said
Though soon enough returning from his trip upstairs was zane holding something in his hands. That being a long black rectangular case in hands with dark blue and white lining the edges of it with nyx symbol on it. The wolf faunus looked over as he planted it on the table with a thud being heard as their was some silence
"So what this little creation you got here"kristen asked as he sighed eyeing his daughter. Seeing this she began to examine the case for a moment trying to find a button before finding it. Pressing it the case started to undo its self before something appeared on the table for her. That being one of its weapon forms as it took the shape of a long katana that had a black colored blade with the hilt being dark blue with white lining it. But on the hilt guard was a silver wolf head as she picked it up examining it for a moment
"Whoa thats cool"desmond said close by as caveria frowned
"She gets something like that. Do we get a cool weapon like that?"Caveria asked as her father eyed her sighing
"Made lots of them in my workshop though that little thing is heavily based on nightshade design. Along with that it only has about thirteen weapon forms though for now i've restricted access to most of them"he explained making her wonder why he did that
"Why am i not aloud to use certain weapon form"nyx questioned as taika winced
"Heres a hint you might try them out in the house and blow something up"Taika said as she looked away telling herself that would never happen but then the thought of it happening popped into her head as she sighed
"Fine it could happen….but what can i use on it?"nyx asked as her father sighed looking at the weapon he just gifted her
"Like my other weapons i decided to adjust it to something you don't have with your other weapons. Mianly it has six firearm modes and seven blade mode but for the ones you have access to is a assault rifle, duel pistols, gaunlents, sword staff, katana and glaive. If you show me you can handle it i'll unlock the rest. Right now i need to go talk to vance"he said getting up leaving them as they quickly finished breakfast for the day.
Deciding to leave right now as nyx, viola, vicktor, rio and reva left the house they saw that where followed out of the house with reva sighing.
"Of course the acolytes followed us out of the house shocker"reva joked
"Come on their just protecting us besides i think its best that me, rio and reva distract them"nyx suggested as they eyed her
"Why can't the rest of us come"rio questioned
"They'll think these two are going on a date someone and might not wanna ruin it for them. Us where known troublemakers in the family. Besides…i gotta test out my new weapon"nyx said as reva grinned at her sister
"Smart idea sis so lets spilt on…now!"Reva said before running off in one direction with rio running off in another. As nyx waved to the two running away sticking her tongue out as the three acolytes following them saw them
"After them! We have orders to keep an eye on them"the bodyguard said as the three split off with vicktor eyeing them for a bit laughing
"Man this is just intense lets meet up with the others"vicktor said as the two walked to meet them
As they walked for a while for maybe twenty minutes right now they soon ended up where nedra wanted to meet up at. As she was waiting with umber, mazon, RJ, jingliu and chris as they noticed them. But they where near their mode of transportation that being a desert jeep it seems as umber waved to them
"Bout time you guys joined us we thought you were gonna dip on us"umber said
"Well we had to ditch our bodyguards from the family besides is this everyone?"viola asked as chris nodded
"I told jingliu here about what were doing shes all in"chris said as jingliu sighed
"I would like to have some good faith with my girlfriend family. Besides my mother and your mother saeko are very good friends actually"jingliu mentioned
"Oh really how so?"viola asked as she sighed
"They knew each other as children and my grandmother knows your grandmother. But i'd like to teach these cultist a lesson they took a couple of my friends during that attack that day."jingliu said with a determined look as nedra smiled
"Then lets all get in and it'll be a pretty long drive before we get their"nedra said climbing into the driver seat. But as she did vicktor had a sneaking suspicious about something as he quickly grabbed mazon and RJ taking them to the side right now. As he did he eyed the others
"Hold up we gotta talk about something private real quick"vicktor said
"Okay but hurry up we gotta get going soon before the guards notice what where doing"chris said as he took them to the side they where confused
"Whats your problem man? Why are you dragging us over here?"mazon asked as he eyed the two for a bit
"Look i don't trust nedra little lead on finding intel at these ruins right now"vicktor said making the two teens share a look
"Whys that?"RJ asked as vicktor eyed the girl for a bit waiting for them as she was checking over the car as after yesterday she was very weird
"I don't know. Maybe because she keeps pointing us toward specific topics saying that she got this stuff from the internet and books. Along with now saying their could be a lead at some old ruins that cult used to hang out at. I don't buy this one bit shes acting weird"Vicktor said as the other two shared a look coming to a conclusion on what he was suggesting
"You think shes a spy just like holmes, morgan and jane aren't you?"RJ asked as he nodded
"I aint taking that risk i'm trying to get on my girlfriend good side. You two should hang back and maybe let a nearby patrol know what were doing"vicktor said as RJ quickly puled his scroll up as it showed a list of patrols
"How'd you get that?"mazon asked as he stared at him
"I'm the commander son and my mom left her password out when she was changing it one day. Though the closest patrol in that area would be carmines she runs the patrols most of the time. I can let her know"RJ said as victor nodded
"I'll let them know you aint coming because if anything bad happen you know who to check out"vicktor said as the two nodded walking away as he returned to the others as umber watched the two leave
"Hey they aint coming?"umber asked as he looked down for a moment
"I told them about keeping an eye out on the radio for patrol besides the less of the better. We can attract less attention"Vicktor said with nedra eyeing him for a moment chuckling
"Smart move cat boy get in. were going on a roadtrip"nedra said as he got in eyeing her the entire time as she ignited the engines on the jeep. They began to drive out of the city at that moment passing through the checkpoint with ease as they made their way into the desert dunes of vacou right now
Their was some silence between them as they made sure to keep a close eye out for any grimm in the area. But their was some dust being kicked up making chris spit out some from his mouth in complete disgust
"Man this is nasty! The one thing i hate about vacou and cars the dust clouds from it"chris said
"Get used to it! Besides we should be getting their soon anyway"nedra called out focusing on the road as umber narrowed her gaze for a moment to avoid the sand in her eyes
"Are we sure that this is smart? I mean i wanna help find your guys siblings and stop these punks. But what if that cult still their!"umber called out as viola looked down with nedra speaking up
"Hey its been abandoned for years! Heard from a friend who parents a miltia member they always patrol this area and their hasn't been a sighting of the cult in a very long time"nedra said making vicktor continuously eye her the entire time for that
After maybe a full half hour of driving right now soon enough they reached a mountain side entrance. Slowly their jeep began to make their way through the narrow passageways of the canyon. As they did slowly but surely they were making their way through avoiding the rocks that fell down but it didn't look like they would do real damage
"Whoa this place looks creepy its like where in a horror movie"chris commented on the atmosphere
"I'm pretty sure the camp we'll find is going to be much creepier"viola replied as they should turned a corner finding something. That being the old unseen eye compound and base back during the time of the shadow war. The entire place looked to be in ruins as their were nearby destroyed huts that weather away from the years. Along with their even being a few old looking sleketons around the place with them having purple rags on their rotten bodies.
As the jeep came to a stop nedra turned the engine off as they all slowly got out with jingliu eyeing a nearby corpse that was of a large cat like beast with her studying it
"Do grimm usually turn into giant skeletons like this?"jingliu asked as umber winced at it
"No clue though this place is creepy. "Umber said as nedra sighed walking out toting her rifle right now at the ready
"Well this place is abandoned. Lets all split up so we can cover some ground quickly"nedra said but that was when vicktor had enough of her
"Okay we aint doing that. Were sticking together as a team because i aint listening to someone whos acting pretty suspicious"vicktor suddenly said confusing the others with nedra side eyeing him as chris stepped forward
"Dude what are you talking about? Me, alvin and hiyori have known her our entire lives i mean she went through obsurco with me even"chris stated as umber sighed
"Yeah you acting paranoid like your girlfriend family now"umber added but he eyed her down drawing his katana pointing it directly at her
"I'm gonna be paranoid after the crap with holmes and his teammates. I mean….leading us to an old abandoned cult camp. Along with suggesting we make sure the guards don't follow us"vicktor said making jingliu slowly draw her blade eyeing her down now
"That does sound suspicious. Because we should be working with the others on this…not hiding it"jingliu said as nedra sighed rubbing her face but then the sound of two more jeeps could be heard right now. As they looked back to see a small squad of miltia and despardos stepping out as carmine esducladoes jumped out with her daggers at the ready
"What the…ummm who called in the calvary?"umber questioned with the women stepping forward eyeing their surrounds before staring at nedra
"Don't worry about kid. What are you all doing here because little cat told me how someone is acting very suspicious. I mean…telling a bunch of kids to come to some abandoned cultist base. Kinda strange"carmine said approaching her as nedra slightly backed up before sighing
"Come on i'm just trying to help my friends. I mean viola come on…i mean right now your siblings could be getting experimented on and tortured somewhere in atlas. Along with rumors going around about watts wanting to use them for revenge for your grandmother killing his arthur watts. Heck maybe one of them is an archangel"nedra said but that made viola flinch for a moment as she didn't really say that one of them could be archangel to her
"I…i never mentioned that to you…i…i never mentioned that one of my siblings could be an archangel or was one"viola said as nedra realized her mistake before smiling at them. Then suddenly from above something came crashing down onto a jeep as a loud crashing noise was heard startling them.
Looking back the dust began to settle as standing their was sloth who towered over them as he sighed picking himself up. As a mitlia fired into him the assassin stared at him before easily picking him up by the head as he began to squeeze on their skull
"So annoying…i just wanna go to bed"sloth said before fully crushing their skull in sending blood everywhere startling them. As from close by laughing as from the ruins a few talon operatives emerged with lust laughing as she leaned forward staring them down
"Ohhh your all cute your all going to be my plaything"lust said laughing as carmine growled drawing her dagger out
"Dammit! Call in support! Get to the jeep kids i–"carmine was stopped as in a swift motion something happened. Nedra leaped onto carmine back drawing out a dagger before slitting her throat. Jumping off carmine let out a painful gasp as she dropped her knife to the ground as she covered her throat
But bleeding through her fingers was blood as the women stumbled for a moment falling to the ground choking on her own blood scaring chris who aimed his rifle at her in utter shock
"You…you…you…"chris stammered as nedra laughed right now smiling at them as she aimed her rifle
"For my queen salem"nedra said opening fire onto them as chris dove for cover as she filled a soldier full of lead killing them. Immedialty the talon soilder opened fire onto them as one of them steady their aim putting a bullet through a miltia members head. Vicktor immedialty tackled viola and jingliu to the ground as umber ran to cover but a soldier took aim at her
As they did they steadyed their shot but a despardo fired into their head killing them but their rifle still went off. The gun recoil sent it upward but a bullet came forward hitting umber in the leg as she cried in pain falling to the ground
"Umber!"chris called out running to her as he began to drag her to cover. As he did lust laughed as she leaped down into the battlefield dodging a miltia sword swing as she reached toward her hips pulling out her razor sharp fan blades. In a swift motion she swung both fans down as the miltia stood motionless for a moment before spliitng into three pieces falling to the ground dead
Immediately she tossed her fanblade into another head cleaving it in two. Another soldier came at her swinging their rifle to try and bash her brains out. Though dodging it she laughed as she kicked them in the stomach as they coughed in pain falling to their knees. Once they did she dragged them to the ground wrapping her thigh around their neck
The women smiled under her mask putting pressure on their neck before a loud crack was heard. As right now they fell to the ground dead with a limp bodie
Sloth was walking forward tanking the bullets from two miltia members seeing them nothing but annoyances in his way. Reaching down he grabbed both of them by their heads as they kicked their legs to be free. Though reeling both his large fist together he slammed both their heads into a red mushy paste killing them
Behind cover umber cried as her leg was bleeding right now with chris tearing off a piece of his shirt with viola checking her leg seeing it went through
"It went through you'll be fine…god…god…no…no…we need to call my parents and the others"viola said as jingliu was guarding them as a cultist came at them but she dodged a swing from their blade. As she kicked them back driving her sword into their leg as they cried in pain before she swiftly dragged it out as she reeled her leg back kicking them to the ground knocking them out.
"Then someone do it now their destroying the patrol that came here"jingliu said as vicktor quickly got his scroll out trying to call for help. But to his shock nothing happened as he pressed the call button a few times and nothing happened
"My scrolls not working!"vicktor shouted as close by someone laughed as approaching them was lust who seductivly laughed in their direction
"Thats because jammers are in place sweetie. Now be a good little plaything and surrender for me…or we can get rough"lust said as jingliu growled reeling her blade back before sprinting forward
Immediately she reeled her sword back as she swiftly swung it forward slashing at her chest. But the assassin stared down at slight torn fabric making her laugh as jignliu began to deliver a barrage of swings toward her. Though she brought her sword down again to kill her immediatly she dodged it before tearing her sword from her grip. Before jingliu knew it she was grabbed by the head before lust drove her knee into her face
A loud crunch was heard as jingliu cried in pain with a broken nose but lust kicked her in the jaw again as she groaned falling to the ground becoming knocked out. Immediately chris aimed his rifle firing at a nearby cultist approaching them but someone drove something in his side. Chris cried in pain looking down to see a throwing knife in his side curiosity of nedra who laughed at him
"Just lay down your arms or else pest"nedra warned but he growled running forward swinging the butt of his rifle at her. But easily nedra dodged it before wrapping her arms around his neck as he was scared she might break his neck. Though she had the opposite as she began to slowly choke him out until he was knocked unconscious
Then the last of the soldiers where killed as approaching them where the cultist as viola held out a pair of dueling swords from her gloves as vicktor stared them down as umber panted trying to stand up with her hurt leg as from a corner someone stepped into the light that being conri who smiled at them
"I suggest you give up now children or i can just kill you all right now"conri said smiling at them bearing his large fangs with vicktor scoffing
"Screw you mutt! You killed a few of my friends during the attack on this kingdom!"vicktor shouted as the man sighed snapping his fingers. Close by a operative tossed a canister that landed by their feet before emitting out a purple gas as viola recognized it
"Sleeping gas! Cover your mouth!"viola called out but it was too late umber took in some of the gas as she groaned falling to her side going asleep. With viola doing her best to keep the gas away but she coughed for a moment before falling face first onto the ground knocked out
While vicktor inhaled some of it he was trying to stay strong as he fell to his knee grunting as he slowly fell down with nedra approaching him smiling at him as she simple bopped him on the face as he groaned falling to the ground becoming knocked out.
As the five layed their on the ground conri smiled as nedra walked over kneeling to him as he smiled at her
"You did a good job girl. Now help me load them up i got a message to deliver to omega"conri said with a grin on his face as they began to load the knocked out teens into some trucks as hey began to sped off leaving their message to their little friends right now.
Meanwhile inside the main academy office discussing a plan right now was vance, fenix, sun, carmine, dakota, emma, matt, harlow, june,nix, declan and zane. All of them were trying to figure out a plan as just walking in was cardin with nebula who seemed in much better spirits right now
"Well lookie here someone doing better right now. How you feeling kid?"fenix asked as she sighed
"Like a million lien right now though i guess everyone heard the news this morning"nebula asked as they all did
"That the mighty ironwood is dead. I mean…dam i went to the academy he was a pretty great headmaster. Shame what happened to him"Emma said
"You and me both kid i mean to think that guy is gone….first glynda…decker and…now him. Jeez"cardin said as their was silence as zane rubbed his face as dakota placed a hand on his back
"Pretty pissed what happened to him i guess"dakota asked her husband who sighed looking down as june sighed placing a hand on her cheek
"I would be surprise if you are uncle. I mean you and the mighty jimmy hated each other when you were a kid"june said but he had a sort of respect for the man
"Look i'm pissed that ironwood is gone right now. We had our brief disagreements and spats with each other. But…he tried to help me with my dumb semblance and finding my family despite him always saying he hated me. I knew he didn't want some punk kid to be treated like some monster his whole life"zane said with a brief pause as carmine sighed
"Well said dear…but….look we should discuss the assassin right now since well i decided to invite a couple people to our meeting"Carmine said pressing a button as a few holograms appeared around them. With one being winter schnee alongside her was adam and jaune to some surprise
"Well lookie here bout time we saw your ugly muggs again. "Cardin said but winter sighed already guessing they know
"Cardin…i know all of you saw the news this morning it…it was a shame what happened to james. That old bastard decided to do one last mission for his kingdom. And it costed him his own life"winter said as vance sighed closing his eyes
"Well its nice we got comms back up and running. How are things in menagerie tarrus"vance asked as adam eyed them for a bit scoffing right now
"Bad. right now jazmine is quelling the faunus public because someone is back from the ashes. The white fang are back"adam said to their utter confusion with them recalling what happened at havan long ago
"Wait…but…after havan we dismantled them. Why would they be back?"Sun questioned as he sighed eyeing the monkey faunus who groaned as he smacked his face
"Got something on this little return terrorist cell kid"harlow asked but declan figured it out
"Corsac. I thought we made sure he was locked up in a jail cell for his crimes during the attacks"declan said as adam sighed
"Apperenlty he broke out of jail. Right now hes seeking revenge against the faunus cheifitess for her…apparently killing his brother. But even with the faunus getting their own kingdom and a spot on the council. Where still investigating it but my guess is the faunus from the old white fang want payback still for the crimes atlas commited and the schnee dust company"adam said as fenix rubbed his face
"Great a terrorist group is back. Any more bad news"fenix joked but the bull sighed as nix eyed her friend who winced
"Well i have some good news kiyo is dead again. We locked her remains up pretty tight though seems shes just like the rest of the clones from that project. "Adam said with carmine cupping her chin eyeing trish in the room for a brief moment who looked at her
"If your wondering if i knew about that i didn't. All i know are half the assassin from the programs"trish said as harlow looked down
"Which we appreciate the help kid but how are things in atlas schnee"harlow asked as winter cupped her chin before explaining
"We figured out that where someone jamming the orbital station we used for the new global comms network. Like we did with amity arena long ago hijakcers where involved. But what i didn't put into play was abigail pyre attacking the manor she alongside maya attacked. "Winter said to their shock
"Did anyone get hurt?"dakota asked as she shook her head
"Klein got shot for protecting the younger child. But…well weiss had to kill abigail after she held a knife to my youngest niece throat. She dead but maya escaped from the attack"winter continued with jaune humming
"Let me guess you got attacked too?"vance asked as he nodded
"Chizome attacked us along with selket we held her off but both escaped us while we obtained the leafs for the cure your all using"jaune said
"Which we thank you greatly for kid. Though anything else you wanna let us in on"emma questioned them further as adam looked away which declan noticed staring at him
"What happened boy? If you don't answer me i'll personal have ghira or kali make you talk"Declan said as the man sighed looking at them
"Pochikaka lost control and awaken her archangel form here when they attacked us. Along with that we ran into meena on the way here we dealt with her but…my daughter got hurt i'm just worried is all"Adam said seeming to be hiding something from them
"We understand but right now were dealing with seven assassin. From what girly here told us their names are gluttony, lust, pride, sloth, envy, greed and wraith"vance said making winter stare at him weird
"On the seven sins…hmmm my guess is their quite deadly to earn those names"winter said with trish slowly stepping forward but gently carmine encouraged here as she sighed
"They are…all of them are skilled in their own fields with some of them being weapon experts or experts in stealth. Their a deadly group of assassin and in tandem their strong but they should. Since their former atlas spartans that where spies from the past if i recall"trish said surprising the spartans hearing that right now
"Wait…those assassin used to be spartans?"june questioned as trish thought for a moment wincing in pain cltuhcing her head for a moment
"Dear if you can't remember its fine."carmine reassured with jaune sighing as he covered his face
"Well i'm sure your all dealing with that. We could come with you to assit in this little problem right now"jaune said but zane sighed speaking up
"No stay where you are and rest up. Because winter i need you to moblize your troops in atlas"zane said confusing her for a brief moment
"Why should i moblize my troops?"winter asked as he was about to tell her but bursting into the doorway was nolan panting right now as they stared at him
"Nolan what are you doing here?"sun questioned as he stared at them with a worried look
"You gotta get back to the compound now we…someone sent us something"nolan said scaring them as vance eyed the holograms
"We'll update you if need be we gotta head over their"vance said as the three disconnected as they quickly took the nearest shuttle back to the compound right now
As they where their right now nyx was staring at something that being a simple box on their doorstep. With several others crowding around it as they where just arriving right now as nebula was confused
"We get called out of a important meeting for a stupid box"nebula asked as velvet looked at them with a worried look before eyeing down RJ and mazon who looked away
"Not after this morning i got a call from my father telling me someone logged into his files using his password. And i think i know who did that"velvet said as mazon cracked
"We just did it to help! I mean…come on it was just a little snooping"mazon said as rio opened her mouth
"Dude shut up! Now they know about what we've been doing!"rio said covering her mouth staring at her father who glared at her as declan crossed his arms
"What did you all do?"Declan questioned as the three acolytes from before stepped forward
"These three made us chase them down while watching over them sir. We expect they tricked us were sorry"the acolyte said bowing to zane as he eyed the three involved being rio, nyx and reva as the three slinked down in fear. But cardin approached the box opening it seeing something in it that being a circular like ball.
Though once he opened suddenly it projected something before them for them all to see. That being conri who smiled at them as bombay flinched slowly starting to panic as loki held her close with the man laughing as he grinned
"Well well well…been a little bit my prey how have you all been"conri grinned as most of the tots where inside as alot of the grave siblings where outside as nova stared at the screen finding this guy creepy as carmine scoffed
"Hello their conri…been a long time since i last saw you how have you been being dead"carmine growled as the man grinned on the other end laughing right now
"Better with watts little experiments. Besides…i have some demands that need to be met or else"conri said as sun rolled his eyes
"Your gonna blow up the kingdom aren't you"Sun joked but he slowly moved the camera on his end to show something that startled them. That being the knocked out viola, vicktor, chris, jignliu and umber right now startling them as nova covered her mouth
"Umber!"nova shouted as mazon and RJ shared a scared look right now with zane staring at conri right now as he slowly clenched his fist in complete rage right now
"You are going to be getting a little message tomorrow because it'll show you where i want you to meet me. I want you to come to that spot omega and hand yourself over. Watts personally wants to kill you himself along with that….bring that one"conri said pointing at someone that being wanda as everyone stared at her as she slowly backed up scared with hex holding her close
"Wait…why…why the hell would you want her?"vance questioned but the man grinned at them with him saying something strange
"She is the return of my queen. She is the return of the queen of the grimm…salem"conri said confusing them with sun rolling his eyes at the mutt
"News flash buddie my friend here killed her. Shes dead and their now way shes going to come back"Sun said but slowly wanda groaned clutching her head right now falling to her knees right now as she slowly began to cry in pain which hex noticed
"Wanda…wanda sweetie are you okay"hex said but wanda began to cry out in pain clutching her head in utter agony rolling from side to side crying out in pain startling them with carmine running to her side as zane eyed her for a moment as conri smiled toward them all
"I'll be giving you the address soon boy see you all then"conri said before the feed cut as they all shared some looks right now wondering what to do right now. As velvet was being held by her sister as she panicked right now for her daughter that was taken from her too soon. Though right now zane had a cold look in his eyes as you don't mess with his family.
