Chapter 10:Trauma
It has been almost two weeks now since blake and her company had arrived in menagerie as they began making preparations to make the long trip to the continent of anima home to havan academy and the white fangs next attack. Colt and declan were working hard to help train the volunteers that were willing to fight their upcoming battle that hopefully won't be their last or their too late. While saber assisted in as well providing some weapons to the faunus to train from their armory.
While yahto also assisted in training since he had some prior experience in training back in the knuckldusters. While her parents were helping with supplying whatever weapont why could find which mostly included spears and shield which wasn't much but it was better than nothing in her perceptive. But their was also jazmine and neo who both helped at a local orphanage to keep an eye on everyone kids for them. Along with mari helping her as verde was helping where he could in the clinic owned by a certain wolf faunus.
Although for her and sun with the help of aruna were making sure everyone stayed cool providing them water when they needed it. But for a few of them they were dealing with something else entirly right now. Mainly being ilia who now is a turncoat against the white fang is grieving for a love she lost. While for katherine and declan both of them are grieving for the loss of a son in their owns ways.
But their was also nadia who was struggling the worst right now that she just lost her son again. As from what she heard she was working herself to the bone lately which worried her aunt sienna immensely lately. While for zoey she was told to take a break to grieve for her lose of family but she keeps coming into work. Lastly it was her best friend whos dealing with it the worst.
As blake was currently looking over the entire village and to think about a week ago it wasn't like this before where people were hiding from the white fang and now they were wanting to fight against the fang even going to as far as risking their lifes to do it. Though it also worried her as well. Not just the for the villagers but for those who are helping her.
She looked toward ilia and only wondered what she is going through right now with the loss of akasha. The cat recalled back in the fang those two got very close with their shared history. All she hopes for right now is she can handle the grief. While she thought about onxyia who experienced the loss of someone she loved, she still has a girlfriend. But from sun told them velvet been getting bullied back in shade relentlessly.
It hurt her hearing one of her friends was experiencing that but she wondered if she was still traumatized from the event of beacon. Which didn't make her stop worrying for her best friend right now. She just hopes that she can recover from that loss loved she lost.
"Yoh to blake"sun called out next to her as she slightly flicnhed before looking at his and aruna direction
"You their cousin"aruna asked
"Huh? Yes do you two need something"She asked quickly
"Man you mus've been spaced out big time. I was half tempted to give you a wet willy just to get your attention"sun joked as aruna giggled
"I was half tempted to steal your metal arm and smack you on the behind with it"aruna cheekly said making her glare at them
"Do that and you'll see what happens"blake said rather annoyed at them now
"Okay sorry just a bit of comedy to lighten up the mood around her. Though it has been quite uhh chaotic"aruna replied quickly
"Though your dad wants you for something. Not sure what though said hes inside the house with lisa along with that guy miss walker asked for help"sun said relaying the message to her
"What about aunt sienna where is she?"blake asked as aruna rubbed her tail for a moment looking down
"Shes at miss walker place consoling her right now. Guessing cousin over their at some point after doing whatever she is doing right now"aruna answered to her concern
"Alright i'll be right there"blake said as sun went back to helping around the village as aruna followed her.
Without a moment to waste the two imemdialty made their way toward her home. Everywhere blake looked she saw the faunus of mengiere come together to help in both big and small ways. Wheathers its making food for others or helping with small projects they took everything they did with pride which made her swell up with the same pride. After a bit of walking someone called out to her.
"Heyya kiddio you need a quick snack. Got you and your sisters favorite"a male voice called out
The cat glanced over toward a small little stand as some of the faunus who were hard at work were relaxing at. But the owner of it was a man who seemed to be in his mid thriites along with that he had tan skin. Though his eyes were golden color as he had dark brown hair under a dewrag. As he wore a simple olive colroed t-shirt with tan khaki shorts wearing some tan boots with socks.
But for his faunus trait was gecko tail that swayed around side to side as she sighed walking over
"No thanks sir. I'll be fine just heading back to my house to talk to my dad about something"blake replied
Aruna noticed a small bowl of sushi with some rice"but i'll sure take some if you don't mind"she said taking a small bowl digging into it as her tail swayed in delight
The faunus laughed"course you can though soon enough i might start charging people for my sushi. You cats keep making me run dry over here"he said
"Well don't make such good sushi then shawn. Though…i take it you and riley are dealing with…you know passing"blake sadly asked as the man known as shawn looked down a little sighing rubbing his neck looking upset. Because this was the father of jae as blake recalled her and jazmine being close friends back in the fang. Since they knew each other as kids which pains her own little sister lost a friend.
Shawn stood their for a moment before bouncing back"i'll be fine….i can handle it i'm just worried about my eldest is all right now. Still in you. But uh tell that wolf to come by sometime…got a free meal for her"he reminded as she nodded
"I'll do that but we need to be on our way"blake said bowing as aruna polished the bowl off setting it down
Though after a bit more of walking to her home as she was in front of the large wooden doors before going inside. Much has changed inide as some of the workers here here repairing some of the damage bone by the fire that nearly burned it the ground. Although their were a few men in suits with red sunglasses on helping as well. If you count a couple of them bumping into each other dropping some boards.
Aruna giggled slightly"man these guys that tiger chick asked for helped are oofs"she muttered at the sight. As blake entered the home as she took in the sight of the inside as she noticed the amount of burns on the woods slowly going away as she touched the wood guiding her palm on it.
"I'm sure it'll be fine from what i recall yang actually fought some of these goons. Heard she moped the floor with em"blake said
"Well sorry that my boys aint the best. But hey i need the work though that xiaolong girl still owes me for giving that intel. Along with busting my joint back up in vale"junior xiong called out as the boss and owner of juniors place was here. Along with ghira by his side along with another new face that belonging to a women
The women seemed to be in her forties right now along with that she sported light tan skin along with dark purple eyes. As she had a slender build to her but she wore a simple business style outfit to her. That being a long purple pleaded skirt that reached above her ankles while wearing a pair of black dress heels. Along with that she wore a simple tan blouse with a brooch of a bottle of ink on it. As she had a set of earring on her ears
But for her faunus trait was a pair of sabertooth ears with two studs on it. With a golden wedding ring on her finger as well.
"Hmpy well i still find it abtroious that were working with you common goons. Can't even believe im involved with this."the women spat
Junior eyed her down crossing his arms"hey a good friend of mine asked me to help rebuild this house. Since i owed her a favor"he retorted as the sbaertooh rolled her eyes.
Ghira sighed"come now lisa we need all the help we can get right now. Even though this may be considered low right now we appreciate your help "he said
"Please enough with the fomraliteis been here a few days now. Call me junior"junior corrected
"Well junior….i can agree that some of your hired help is well."lisa paused glancing over at two of juniors goons right now. As two of them were fumbling right now on some water as the tried to keep their balance for a moment. Until evneutally the twos heads collided with each other bonking their heads simultaneously as they groaned laying the ground
Junior sighed rubbing his eyes eyeing them down"quit goofing around and get back to work you idiot!"he shouted as the two shot up running off contiuing with rebuilding the house.
"Man those guys are pretty stupid….no wonder cousin girlfriend over here beat them so easily"aruna teased making blake blush slightly at that.
"Shut up…seriously go tease someone else right now. But do you need something dad?"blake asked
"Actually their is something i want to show you blake. Come with me"ghira replied gesutirng for her to follow him leaving the three to talk. As blake did just that following her father to what appears to be her fathers office that is closely being restored to its proper condition
"So what is it that you wanted to show me exactly?"blake asked intrigued
"Well i wanted to give you this a while now blake but i never had an opportunity too. But this might be the best time"ghira replied as he walked toward his closest and grabbed something out from it. It looked like just his coat except it was black with whtie fur trim. And it also had what appeared to be a gold shoulder armor
"What this?"blake asked
"I was saving this for whenever you were ready. Here. why don't you try it on?"ghira suggest. Blake did just that as she put it on before removing her other coat placing it close by. Then she slipped her arms through the sleeves as it fit perfectly on her. She then put on the shoulder armor that seemed to go on rather easy.
"How does it look?"blake aksed
"Like you're ready to lead. You have grown into a fine young woman blake. That is something i can be proud of"ghira said smiling
"Yeah. But will we be ready to face them. Colt and uncle are stilling training them right now along with the others. Its been going alright but some are nervous since their is that grimm knight ilia mentioned. But tomorrow the ferry should arrive to transport us their i feel like were not ready yet"blake added with some worry in her voice.
"We'll be ready to face them and they need someone that'll lead them into battle that is ahead of them. They'll be looking to you to lead them"ghira stated to her surprise
"Me? But i'm no one special"blake said
"You are special blake. Someone that is more willing to pur yourself on the frontline and defend what they believe in. you have epxienrced several hardships but you've couqunered them everytime. You are that person blake to help lead them"ghira replied wisley
As blake thought for a moment on this new resposnibiltiy she been given she nodded gently"i'll do the best i can to lead them"blake siad as he smiled
"I know you will. Come now lets return downstairs"ghira added as they began to walk down the stairs to where the others were right now. But as they did he glanced at her with a worried look
"Although how is onxyia fairing? I hope that she is taking it easy right now"ghira asked
"Why? Is something wrong? Did something happen to her"blake questioned back
Ghira folded his arms and gave a concerning look"Well just the other day when the sun had just risen i saw her outside on the training field early. Pratciing with that sword of hers along with that new side of her semblance"he said
"Really? Shes probably just trying to get a good grasp on what she can do with it since its eovled"blake said since her friend semblance evolved after the house fire incident.
"Yes but when i confronted her about it she told me that she was up before dawn pratcing even more. Along with visiting his grave along with her brothers. But i'm getting worried about declan along with naida family"ghira said as they reached the stairs to where the others were as they joined in on the conversation
Lisa sighed covering her face"your not the only one hurt about someone your husband knew his entire life"She said upset
Ghira nodded"yes that man already grieved for your husband death . But he seemed better about it now but to lose your own child. I can't imagine and pray i never go through that pain"ghira said eyeing his eldest worried a little.
Aruna sighed looking down"your not the only one who misses that dumb wolf faunus. Seriously i…miss messing with him. Can't believe that psycho spider faunus did that"she growled in anger as blake internallty laughed for a moment. Though junior had a very worried look messing with his sleeves.
"Though something happen to walker? I was their for her when she lost that dumb kid the first time"junior siad with much worry
Ghira thought of how to respond"from how i've seen it shes been training the recruits lately nonstop. Mari even told me shes barely been helping at the orphanage she runs since my wife has been helping their more. Along with jazmine and neo"he answered
"But from what i heard from sienna shes been starting to drink again to deal with her guilt. Even her daughter won't stop saber told me just two days ago she passed out in the midst of patrolling the deserts even. As for declan…the man is…well"ghira paused for how to phrase it as lisa sighed crossing her arms.
"Being stubborn…i've seen it before the man is hurt about his son being gone. He keeps taking his aggression out on the training dummy and has smashed and shredded about nine of them"lisa added
"Yes that is worrisome. But right now i'm also worried about most of them i feel like you should go check up on him dear. I'll be here oraganziing things with . Lisa could you go with her"ghira asked as the women was about to answer
Until suddenly from behind someone called out over to them running over right now with something urgent
"Sir! We have a problem right now and its serious!"saber called out rushing over right now panting like he ran half way across the island it seems
"Did something happen? Whats the rush are we under attack?"blake aksed concerned as he shook his head
"No one of our supply convoys from the nearby settlements hasn't reported in. i sent some guards with them but they still haven't come back yet which worries me right now. "Saber answered which did sound troublesome
Blake hummed for a bit and she had noticed onxyia and some others pushing themselve a little harder every day after her home was attacked. But with it being repaired right now things were starting to look up right now. But she was worried about her if things got worse.
"We can settle that i could grab a couple people from the training grounds to help me. Do you…know where onxyia is?"blake said
Saber racked his brain around it sighing"i think the kids at the training field right now. Heard from your sister that she was training with her."he replied
"But i also heard my second in command still is refusing to take a break. Poor kid….seriously she pushing herself to the bone right now"he added concerned as junior sighed rubbing his face.
"Dammit…okay heres the deal i can go check up on fox tail. Babysat that girl when she was kid alongside lil miss girls. She at the training field as well?"he asked as he nodded
"Good we'll head over their to check up on them. "Blake said as they began to leave but lisa called out to them
"Hold on i'll come as well i've known dec a long time. I understand what it means to lose a family member. But i'll go check up on his wife as well since i heard she back in her clinic working again."lisa said as they all started to head off toward the training field right now to check up on their friends.
Although at the training field right now it was busy right now as several faunus were very hard at work in their regiments. The place was very well made compared to ones that the huntsman acadmeys had to train those preparing to become the next generations of huntsman and huntresses
Their was a small obstacle course with a few tires that people used for the first part of the course. Their was also a wall that had a rope on it that was sued to climb up the wooden wall then jump down. Along the way on the track their was also some targets that would pop up occasionally as someone had to hit all of them to complete the course. Along with being timed for their finish.
But their was also several faunus praticing on training dummies right now as they used their swords and spears jabbing at them. Along with bashing them with their shield as overseeing this miltia of faunus right now was colt. Who was hard at work right now overseeing everything as next to him was yahto who was in the process of sharpening his tomahawk with a sharpening stone.
Yahot scraped the tomahawk a few good times before glancing at it nodding before twirling it as he pcoketed it.
"Welp my blade isn't dull and rusty anymore. Though your fiairng alright in the heat out here old man"yahto asked as the boxer chuckled
"I'm fairing alright out though i could go for a nice glass of water or something. Seriously surprised its this hot outside today"colt said fanning himself as close by jazmine was their laying on her back right now groaning stretching her leg out as it felt very tight.
"Well i just ran that dumb obstable course you guys set up. Seriously i…literlaly ate it near the end"jazmine groaned rubbing her sore leg.
Yahot and colt eyed each other for a quick moment"well next time heres a suggestion kiddio why don't you do some stretches before you start jumping around. It'll do you some good"colt retorted to the panther annoyance as she glanced up narrowing her gaze.
"Har har i didn't stretch sorry i just didn't have enough time because ummm…"jazmine paused for a moment blushing slightly as yahto snickered at her leaning down
"That you and feathers little sister have plans to head to miss W daycare. And help the kids out and spend time together"he teased with a whistle in as well making the cat go flush as her ears flopped
Colt gave a hearty laugh"oh man…oh i can't believe you told us that you had a dumb crush on–"he was stopped as the panther jumped over covering his mouth with her hand red as a tomato
'Shut up….seriously okay i got a crush on that girl. But seriously you try confessing to someone who ummm well….grieivng for the loss of their parent"jazmine sadly replied as the two knew what she meant. As neo has been struggling a little dealing with the loss of two family member while her two siblings are no where to be seen still.
Yahto rubbed his arm sighing"look i get what you mean hearing that dumb lynx is getting in fights back in vacuo. It hurts to hear hes going through that"he replied
"But to also hear that a certain person took him in relieves me. Fen is a great guy believe me, we used to drinking buddies back in the day. Till i went sober"colt replied
Jazmine nodded rubbing her prosthetic knee for a moment sighing"yeah but well i'm getting worried about uncle and cousin. Because those two have been going at it for the past four hours now"She said as she gesuted to something close by. That being declan and his daughter in the midst of sparring right now along with pratcing.
The two wolfs were fighting each other in a power struggle at the moment as their blades clahsed with one another. Sparks where flying as onxyia gritted her teeth pushing back.
But eventually delcan pushed back harder breaking power struggle as he flipped his rignsword as he began to deliver a flurry of slashes at her. But the girl raised up remorse beginning to block each of the strikes as they bounced of the blade repatly. Sparks were flying now as she needs to switch up he rstragies
As she backed up dodging his strikes as he chipped at her aura with a few of them as she stumbled a little. But eventually delcan swung at her as she side stepped it before she lifted the katana slahsing at his side for a moment taking a decent bit of his aura away. Then she quickly spin kicked him in the side as it barley phazed him. Swinging his fist into her launching her back as she stumbled on the ground kneeling now panting a little. Declan tiwlred his blade placing both hands on it.
"Come on now little cub….you need to be quicker than that. Do a better job with that sword or are you going back on that promise you made"he taunted slightly making her growl as she dug into her pouch pulling out a red dust cartilage
"Oh i intend on keeping it"she muttered before lifting the slot jamming the cartilage in then closed it shut. Pressing on the button the katana blade then emitted red hot as flames shot out of the holes in it. Grinning she placed one foot back and one forward placing both hands on the katana.
Rushing forward she intended to rush at him as the man wanted that as he prepared to block her strike. But as she got close she swung the blade launching a wave of fire at him as he jump back from the flames. What he wasn't epxecitng was from the flames a brith bolt of light hit him in the gut making him be pushed out of the rign immediately telling him he lost.
The old wolf rubbed his side as the flames died down to see his daugther with her hand glowing at that moment. As overtime she figured out she can fire a condense bolt of light at her opponents now since yang evolved. But their is a major downside that it drains 33% of her aura with each blast giving her three shots.
"Good job sweetie…your getting better with that sword you've been lugging around"declan said congrualting her as onxyia smiled walking over stumbling a little toward him hugging him.
"I have a great teacher…and..i intend to keep that promise i made for the twins. Along with bun"onxyia said softly as the man hugged her back gently patting her back. As the two walked back over to the others as onxyia sat down grabbing a bottle of water twisting the cap off taking a swig of it feeling refreahsed
"You two were pretty good our their though you gonna call it quits or what? That was your third match in the last hour."jazmine said worried since they took a half hour break but did some training still.
"I'll be fine…gotta get prepared…for when we fight at havan"onxyia said panting a little though soon enough from the side blake and company arrived
"Their you all are we were wondering where you all were right now"blake called out as they all waved to her right now as they took some seats at that moment. Mainly with aruna hoping onto a crate sitting next to yahto as decan smiled at lisa
"Oh heyya taupe let me guess you coming to show us how you get things done. On the account from my best friend saying you whooped his butt for his shengaginas"he teased as the women laughed slightly at that.
"Honeslty dec…i may be the owner of a dye business on our lovely island. But seriously my husband dotted more on that daughter of ours. But maybe i should since even your scared of your own wife"lisa said back making the tough wolf slink down upon hearing that for a moment.
He wasn't that scared of his wife, but at times when shes very anger she a whole different person. But blake does recall that lisa does run a local dye business on their island thats been around for the past eighty years. Apparently it was some small shop at first until it grew into a major dye manufacturer that most business and clothing store demand. Since her business procedures and procedures the fintest types of dyes.
"Well you all are here for something i take it. Though junior how the rebuilding of the house right now"Colt replied
Junior shrugged his shoulder"prettty good right now take it your excited to be running your own training field. On the account of your gym being desotyred back in vale"he replied to the old man annoyance as he sighed stretching his shoulder until a loud crack could be heard which satisfied him immensely right now.
"True but i'm also very upset about one thing i forgot to nab when i was packing up my truck"colt said peeking their interest
"Oh and what would that be exactly? Let me guess a million lien…no a golden boxing glove that was gifted by the brothers themselves"aruna joked earning some laughs to their amusement as he shook his head at that.
"No…no my good friends championship belt. Left it in my care their but unfortunately i couldn't reclaim it since i well lost the key to the case a long time ago. Though things suspsned up pretty high on the wall sucks that its just gaining dust right now"colt answered upset about that
Yahto chuckled as he moved one of his knives through his fingers for a moment before throwing it at a target hitting the second ring near the center
"Well if you want i could head back their and grab it. Heck maybe even head to vacuo to grab fish boy"yahto suggested but paused sighing
"But i also promised to keep an eye on feather sister for her till she gets here. Wherever that girl is right now"he added as juniored eyed him down for a moment sighing as he didn't wanna say it but might be regretting this right now.
"Kid that girl is busy going all over remnant right now. Mainly using her dad favors to get intel on people. Last time i saw her was in my place after she strangled one of the twins for talking ill of her cousin. "Junior replied making onxyia growl a little as her tail thrashed
"Let me guess they said that their glad someone is gone. Because if they ever come here i'll tear them a new one. Because i'm getting real sick and tired of people bad mouthing him right now"onxyia said with complete malice as this hurt blake.
Because she been getting in spat herself recently because she told her to keep her cool about it. Since some of those rumors about her dating zane isn't here luckily but shes gotten into a few fights about it. Which is worryinging her right now because shes going to get herself hurt right now.
Aruna tail swayed for a moment"cousin are you still getting into fight with people over him?"she asked concerned as the girl glared at her making her flinch
"I'm going to be mad when someone talking ill about someone i loved. Seriously a few of them need to keep theirs mouths shut"onxyia growled back as junior eyed the girl down chcukling
"Nah don't worry those two twins didn't mean it. One of them just said that she was shocked he was one of them but corrected herself. Though i don't even know where that girl is right now. All i know is that she went to atlas or whatever to do some jobs for a few people. Then well…nothing after that"junior answered which earned some concerning looks mainly yahto.
Because he guessed imemdialty what that girl was doing mainly hunting down the people who made her adoptive father die in the fall of beacon. That being team BRAS guessing she hunting them down and is planning on doing something terrible. Which worries him since one of them killed her cousin which he guesss that a few people here wouldn't mind getting their hands on them.
"Okay though you all doing alright. You two look pretty tired you take a break yet?"saber asked declan along with onxyia. As blake noticed onxyia head dipping now and then suggesting she was exhausted it seems which worried her immenosuly.
Declan waved his hand"i'm fine…just been praticing with my kid here. Rather have her be prepared and not lose her like i did with my boy. Who probably smiling down on us right now as we speak"he said with a forced smile as lisa looked heartbroken seeing that walking over taking the man hands for a moment holding them
"Declan…you look terrible you should take a break right now. What is your aura at right now?"lisa asked as the man eyed his scroll taking it flipping it up showing he was at around fifty right now which was surprising.
"Your still at fifty percent of your aura! But you look like you crawled out of a grave right now"jazmine said in complete surprise as he chuckled flexing his arm
"I'm a tough man to take down kiddio. I got alot more to spare since i took a nice dirt nap after my little girl clocked me in the jaw early"declan said rubbing his jaw since they also praticed the girl hand to hand combat.
"Hmm well shes been getting lesson from walker lately which is nice. Though you sure your doing okay over here kiddio"colt aksed concerned as well
"Hes right because maybe you should take a break right now"blake said
"I'm fine i need to keep working hard. I'm planning on heading over to the orphanage later to help out mari. Maybe help the kids and check up on piper aren't you going to be babysitting for her this week jaz?"onxyia asked the panther who nodded
"I am that little uras won't stop following me around the place. Seriously its like she thinks i'm her sister or something"jazmine replied but actually didn't mind it.
Junior chuckled crossing his arms"Well its nice to have something like that but i know we've barely met. But you should take a break"junior said as blake decided to get a look at her. She looked shocked seeing the dark circles under her eyes which was a sign of lack of sleep and she even noticed her aura was flickering every now and then which meant onxyia barely gave it time to recover
"Have…have you had a chance to sleep?"blake asked
Onxyia shook her head"not really but i feel fine…i'm going to keep training"onxyia answered but blake was no fool to it as she remembered doing the extract same thing back at beacon. She remembered how she nearly worked herself to near exhaustion if it weren't for yang and her stopping her. Now it was her turn to do the same for onxyia.
"Well then you're getting some rest before you do anything else"blake said firmly
"She right cousin look you can talk about you know"aruna said as the wolf glared slightly standing up walking away.
"I'm fine. Besides i just can't sit around here and do nothing right now. I'm going to cotnineut training"onxyia replied as she turned to leave but her groggniness made her stumble losing her footing making her drop remorse on the ground as she fell on the ground which worried blake immeidlaty rushing to aid to see if she was okay. As the other were about to get involved as lisa stopped them.
"Why don't you two take her to talk i'll explain the situaton that saber told us alright."lisa said as aruna and blake nodded as the two guided her away as they did blake looked worried.
"This is exactly what i'm talking about. You're exhausted and you need to rest"blake said guiding her away to somewhere secluded but she pushed her away.
"I told you i'm fine"onxyia said standing up but her legs felt weak as she nearly fell again as blake caught her holding her up.
"Look we can tell you;re tired and exhausted. You need to rest. Keep going like this and you'll burn yourself out"blake said as the wolf snapped back.
"I know that! But if i don't give that one hundred pecern everyday then what good am i to anyone?! What use am i just sitting her doing nothing?! My own brother is dead and i didn't eve stop him because i was a complete idiot!"onxyia shouted looking away from the two
"Onxyia…"aruna said upset as blake eyed her prosthetic arm for a moment holding it with her other hand.
"What good am I if i can't save one person!? I hear my partner loses her leg to some psychopath along with now hearing rogue went on some…murder quest?! "If your going to say your useless just stop. You're not useless to me. Not anyone here so just stop with this in harming yourself. I know its a large burden to carry but you need help. I know its hurts to lose someone you love. But right now be strong for them and everyone else we lost that day. All i'm asking is for you too get some rest alright"blake replied as she almost had to laugh at herself as she remembered yang doing the same thing for her.
Onxyia cried into her shoulder for a moment as she rubbed her back until it eventually passed as she composed herself wiping the tears away.

"Hey anytime cousin. But lets head back to the house to rest up and see what the others are up too"aruna said but the wolf had a request actually
"Umm before we could i go visit their graves…zoey should be over their i think"onxyia replied as aruna softly nodded as the three returned to the others as lisa was just fisnhing up explaining to declan and the others what happened early from what saber told them.
"So your telling us that a supply convoy went down near one of the settlements. And they haven't reported back since"colt asked as lisa nodded
"Yes ghira asked his eldest along with hoping a couple of you can accompany her on checking it out"lisa said as the frist one jumping up was jazmine with her weapons at the ready.
"Oh oh! Let me come along because i know those deserts just as good as uncle here. Because the daycare can wait just a couple hours for me because i'm in the mood to pratice with my semblance on some actually targets"jazmine said exactly though her older sister had the opposite idea
"No your not going to do that. Because for starters you are still recovering from the fire you didn't have any scarring from those flames. But you almost died and you need to keep training"blake firmly said as her sister groaned because everysince the fire shes been becoming a tad bit more overprotective of her.

"Fine i'll go! But at some point this week i'm going on a mission or somethings. It been very boring around here lately"jazmine said sauntering off toward the orphanage as declan stood up cracking his neck sighing in relief.
"Well then if were heading to the dunes lets go grab us a ride. You all can do whatever because i need to let some aggression out"declan said grabbing his weapon as him , yahto and blake walked away. Although soon enough they all split up as junior along with aruna followed onxyia somewhere.
They were walking around the place as a few passerbys greeted them but eventually after twenty minutes they got to the cemetery. Though they were passing by the place because they planned to visit that later at a different point. Because they were going somewhere else as they traversed passed the woods for a bit until they followed a dirt path that lead to something.
That being a small overlook of the ocean right now along with it showing the entire village below them right now. Their was a small little set up here suggesting someone uses it to hang out here though right now their was someone driving off a few faunus who were running down the hill.
"Crap run! That psycho fox is mad at us"a female faunus said
"Well shes just upset that we messed with that freaks grave"a male faunus added as soon a spray can was thrown hitting him the back of the head making him tumble down the hill.
"If i see any of you back here again i'm going to tear off your traits! Then mount them to my wall leave my baby brother resting place alone! Or you'll deal with me!"zoey shouted at the hooligans who ran away from them before the fox noticed the three as she smiled a little waving to them. Junior walked over with a soft expression.
"Heyya kiddio you doing okay….let me guess those dumb kids messed with that nephew of mines headstone?"junior asked as she nodded glancing close by to something.

May he rest in peace"it read with some candles already light for it but with some red spray paint on it of the symbol of omega with more words reading"good riddance for the monster of beacon"it read as the fox fought the urge to cry seeing it.
"I…wish people would stop coming here descrating his grave…those dam punks keep coming back. My mom getting sick of it"zoey cried as junior hugged the poor girl as onxyia eyed it down for a moment before seeing the fox brought a small bucket full of some cleaning supplies. She took some of it beginning to wash away the spray paint on it as it took her a bit of time but eventually after twenty minutes she got it off making it look clean before she knelt down infront of it as zoey eyed her taking a spot hugging herself trying not to cry her eyes out.
Before she knew it the wolf pulled her into a side embrace fighting the urge to cry herself.
"Its okay…at least hes probably smiling down on everyone right will be okay"she softly said as the fox leaned into it crying into her shoulder for a moment. As the wolf plans to made good on her promise and hopes that her brother is somewhere nice right now. And she hopes the love she lost is watching over her right now wherever he is.
Seems the faunus of menagerie are preparing for a war with the white fang to save havan. While onxyia is dealing with the grief of losing someone she loved but unknown to them that person is alive. Thanks for reading!
