Chapter 110:It has Silver
After they finished cleaning up their meal and the dishes for it. They were all still very troubled after hearing what exactly happened in menagerie. Because it was bothering alot of them right now hearing how their possible acting just like the rest did back in menagerie. Which some didn't even care about but it stuck to a few of them.
But right now they were traversing the halls of the academies heading to one place to discuss what exactly this flashdrive is. Along the way they grabbed the dossiers but right now they were off to the library. Though it was a rather quiet walk as no one really spoke up at all. As they all were in their own world bahsira groaned in annoyance
"Can you just tell us whats on the stupid drive. Or better yet just give it here and you can go search for your freak son"bashira said coldy making the tiger growl at her placing it back in her arm.
"Okay you gonna be a baby or something because big deal. You guys got at each other throats i don't care. Heck i don't even know the guy or any of you"tyra rudely added as eria shot her an ice glare
"Tyra was it?"she asked as she nodded as before she knew it the barrel of the girl shotgun was placed her chin as she pressed against it.
"Whoa….princess ice queen going into one of those moods again"neptune said backing up making miyuki curious
"What type of mood is that exactly? Because if she needs help teaching these jerks a lesson i can help"she offered as the waterphobe sighed rubbing his neck
"If you mess with anyone she cares about you'll get on her bad side. Especially if its her sister or…uh pyrrha."neptune answered a seria dug the barrel into the girl chin as she shot a glare back
"Shut your dam mouth….because if you don't i'll knock all your teeth out. That goes for you benkei i'm sick and tired of you bad mouthing my leader. Your a terrible person"eria codly said as team BBNT shot her a glare as bombay growled at her a little
"Hey we don't care if that thing is feeling guilt now. But you'll go through us if you touch our leader"bombay warned as rogue glared back placing a hand on the infernal gunalent for a moment as onxyia was reaching for equinox. As thsiite reached for her weapon as ozpin got invovled between the two teams
"Settle down. I understand you all are rather uneasy with whats going on. But infighting won't solve anything because i'm sure miss walker has answer that may give you clarity on the matter. Because I pick my allies wisely."ozpin said pausing before eyeing bashira down who noticed this
"Miss benkei….i suggest you stop it before you get on my bad side"he warned as she froze up seeing those eyes as they soon arrived in the library. Quickly getting seated in the place velvet along with ame were hoking up a holodisplay they brought with them. As the rest of them got in a small circle since their were a few chairs and couches in the place
"Okay so where here could you mind explaining to us what on this drive now please"dravan asked slightly imapitnet
"Hes right because uhhhh i kinda wanna go look for um…my partner"rogue added as it surprised some hearing her say that so quickly because they thought she be mad at him.
"Right that….don't worry he won't get far i'm sure. "Falk reassured but hope he didn't run away
"Alright but what is on this drive because how you guys are acting its significant to what you told us. "Perun asked
"Is that why you made us retrieve the dossiers becuases its connected to this topic?"raven questioned as yang sighed rubbing her face
"Look you know how we got those dossier right?"yang asked as they all nodded
"Sort of…didn't you say some doctor gave you those dossiers or something. An atlas scientist who was a main researcher on these things. But forced against his while correct?"ame asked
Lazuli hummed slightly"that would be merlot. Carmine mentor or whatever surrpied that guy is still alive even after a decade."she replied
"Alright but whats so important about some flashdrive"eria asked again as the tiger then sighed before announcing what type of intel is on the drive.
"This drive contains video log, medical files, secrutiy logs, interview tapes along with medical reports on about half of the knights of grimm."nadia answered which caught them all offguard hearing they have that much intel on the grimm knights on one small little drive.
"Are you serious?"zephyra questioned suspried
"Yours telling us we got a gold mine of intel on those grimm knights now. Seriously thats the best news i've heard all week right now. "Thsite added
"Finally! Seriously i was sick and tired of having to dig through old and dusty books to find out who they are. One of them being uhhhhh…"tyra paused glancing at the combat instructor who just looked down with an upset face right now. As some seen that look before which they dreaded telling that women what happened to her wife
Qrow chcukled"Well then plug it in then we get a leg up on them hand it over here"he said opening his hand for her to give it to him. But the women glared growling slightly at him holding it close. This confused them right now.
"Why are you being so territorialal about some stupid flashdrive"thsites asked annoyed
"Yeah what you scared where going to find something that will make us view him as a threat or something"bombay jokingly said earning several looks from people as the cat faunus slinked down in her seat.
Velvet glared as she finished hooking up the holo display"this is no joking matter because whats on here is just terrible"she said with tears forming which weiss noticed wondering how bad it is scaring her now.
"Alright if its so bad then we just avoid them. Just plug the stupid thing in so we can call it a night"bashira siad very annoyed but they needed to set some ground rules.
"No because starters their going to be some rules when looking over these files and your going to follow them"cardin warned firmly as this annoyed those who didn't trust him.
"Okay are we children or something because we need to get a leg up on the grimm knights"tyra argued but the tiger stomped her foot firmly on the ground.
"Your going to follow them weather you like it or not. Rule one your not allowed to watch any of this when my son around"nadia said firmly on that rule making them all look confused again
"Why shouldn't we watch them around him?"nora asked
Raven sighed rubbing her temple knowing why just by theorizing it"because lets just put this to thought. Everyone has their shared type of trauma linked to certain events. "She said as dimaona knew where she was going.
"Mainly being because if someone sees something that might be linked to their trauma. They'll mentally break down or have a panic attack by just seeing it. Which i'm supporting that rule"diamona said backing it up as bashira rolled her eyes.
"Okay we don't watch them when the freaks around. What other childish rules do you have"she smugly asked as this just angered some but they kept their emotions in check.
"Rule number two….just please be prepared when watching whatevers on this drive. Along with that the last rule is…don't watch his videos or anything related to him"Cardin said as they were some who found that annoying.
"Alright buts let get this over with because we gotta make sure the guy didn't run away. Again"yang said as velvet had the scroll in hand as she hesianlty handed it to the closest person that being raven. The women eyed the file on the scroll tapping it opening the files as it displayed on screen. To their shock several different medical reports, securit logs, interivew tapes, medical reports, combat logs and CT scans showed up with several others.
"Oh my god…this..this is a gold mine of intel"neptune said as his jaw went slack.
"Indeed it is that….that looks like the deathstalker knight. "Ren said in shock by all this himself.
Ruby was caught offguard by all this surprised"their are medical reports, CT scans, interview tapes, grimm biology, combat logs….theirs so much we'd be here for days going through it"she said in complete shock. Qrow for one was surprised by all this even ozpin was as he wondered who gave them this.
"Who exactly gave you guys this because…this is more than the stuff i gathered in a month"lazuli said surprised all the stuff she collected coudln't even match this.
"Merlot gave him it saying that it contains info on some of the grimm knights with a few medical reports on other ones who he couldn't copy down"cardin replied as raven focused on one being labeled theta that being her very close friend melissa. Insitvly she pressed play on the video at that moment.
Some static happened as on the screen it showed the same interview room with the table. But instead of him it was someone with lancer like features that being melissa bines. But her lancer stinger was cuffed down to a table along with her normal arm being free. As next to her was kiyo along with arthur standing infront of her. It startled a few of them seeing her again
"Oh my god…its her…its…melissa"weiss said in complete shock
Adam looked a little hurt seeing that women he killed actually sighing"well its seems you want to learn the fate of your friend i take it?"he asked as raven nodded a little
"What that creepy freak is your friend….thank god shes dead"tyra stupidly said earning a look from raven who growled at the girl suddenly grabbing her by the throat. This caught her family offguard immensely seeing this side of her.
"That women is a very good friend of mine you dam brat! I helped her through her pregnancy while she had her daughter!Say anything like that again and i'll break your legs!"raven growled in anger as tyra pounded on her arm as quickly qrow tore his sister off the girl as she coughed and hacked for air.
Qrow sighed before forcing her into an embrace"calm down sis…i know you miss her….it'll be fine deep breaths"he said as raven took a deep breath before sighing walking over helping tyra up clutching her throat rubbing it
"Sorry…i…just don't like-"she was stopped
"Nah your good….dam you got a grip i'll keep my mouth shut"she said as they all decided to see what this was about. The video then played out
Arthur walked toward the table"now theta i'm hoping today you'll be more cooperative. We have another test for you today and it'll be combat test against a huma–"he was stopped as melissa growled swiping at him with her normal hand.

Though it shocked a few seeing her act so normal as lazuli felt content still letting her see her family still but this looked terrible. She wondered what happened to her cousin.
Kiyo simplyed laughed in the video placing her hands on her"dear sister just give up. You,zeta, epsilon and omega are the last one. Sto-"she was stopped as melissa bite her hand as she pulled back rubbing it.
"I'm not your sister you monster! I…i just wanna see my family…my little girl…please"meliisa begged with tears. As dravan looked down hearing that as weiss looked away hearing that as adam hung his head.
Raven just buried her hands into her face trying to keep her composure"you got to see her one last time old friend. This is very painful to see happen to her"she sadly said as qrow rubbed her back.
"We told you this stuff is messed up because–"velvet stopped as a loud slamming sound could be heard as kiyo was cotniosunly banging melissa head into the table several times. This startled all of them as inbetween each slam their was a cry of pain. Yang looked horrified seeing that done to her aunt. As even adam couldn't even hide the fact this was terrible to see watch.
Raven tried to keep her stoic nature but couldn't as she let a few tears flow down her face as her daughter just embraced her tight trying to tell her everything will be alright. As qrow closed his eyes clenching a glass in hand tight taking very deep breaths.
After a bit of time kiyo stopped pulling her face up to reveal a bruises eyes along with her nose gushing large amount of blood. Then she threw her to the side as arthur sighed disappointed.
"Sometimes i'm getting sick and tired of telling you all to not damaged the subjects further."arthur warned as kiyo bowed.
"I'm sorry sir. But dear sister is taking her sweet time with her. Soon enough she'll join our ranks"kiyo replied as the video ended right their as they process it for a moment
Mercury rubbed his face"okay for starters that was just screwed up. "He said
"I..I gotta agree with you on that. That poor women do you think he went through that"adam said scaring the twins and lazuli extensively right now
Rogue hugged herself worried"maybe…probably why he never talked about it. That was sad"she said.
Raven just set the scroll down crying right now as her daughter did her best to comfort some time it passed as she took some very deep quivered breaths.
"I..I can't even image the horror on this drive. My best friend who I thought died was getting torutred while i did nothing to help her. God dammit"Raven cried as qrow sighed walking over hugging her in a comforting embrace.
"We didn't know sis…she at peace now and she got to see her little girl one more time."qrow said before looking toward adam nodding as he returned it. As cardin stood up eyeing them all for a moment.
"That why we were a little hesitant to show you guys look this stuff isnt right. Imagine a little kid going through this"cardin said as it scared some though bashira eyed the scroll for a moment not really wanting to believe them because she doens't trust him at all. Swiftly she snatched the scroll up as she began swiping through it.
"What are you doing bash?"perun questioned still shocked at what he saw as she eyed them all..
"Well i'm going to see if that thing is hiding something"bashria said earning several glares from them right now for pulling this. Nadia growled at the girl smacking her fist together in rage.
"Girly we gave you one rule your not watching his because i'm sure no one wants to see something–"she stopped as a familiar interview log played out for them right now.
"now subject omega, you need to to take another test today. If not miss. Rupal and alpha will have to teach you a "athur warned in the video as they turned as some of them flinched right now. Because mainly showed a younger zane with several bruises across his arms and face with a shock collar on his neck. This scared alot of them.

Neptune blinked with shock"thats…thats a little kid…god is that what happened to the guy?"he asked concerned as diamona looked toward her friend.
Nadia looked toward the polar bear faunus as the women began to sob at that moment losing feeling in her legs as she just held her friend close.
"Walker…i…oh my god i'm so sorry"diamona soothed as the tiger leaned into it right now.
Eria just gripped her metal knee tight right now"i..i…is this why he never talked about it. Those are alot of bruises"she said in shock as it showed him begging to go home making lazuli heart ache hearing that.
"This…this is just sad seriously that where he was for a year…i…"lazuli stopped before a certain grimm beowulf mentioned something as he slammed the younger zane head into a table. That being that her dad and siblings sold him making her eyes bulge out her head as she began to seeth in rage before roaring punching a nearby wall.
"Dad would never do that! I'm going to fucking kill him!"lazuli said in rage beginning to punch the wall several times until she started to have blood drip from her hands.
"Lazuli stop!"weiss shouted as falk got up tearing her away from the wall as she was wriggling to break free. Adam walked over placing hands on her shoulder as she faced him.
"Calm down….i know this hurt but…hurting yourself isn't going to make things better."adam calmly said as the girl just had tears flowing down her face before starting to cry into his shoulder heavily. Soon in the video it showed arthur trying to sedate him as he freaked out. But then to their horror it showed him bitting sangie as that part happened as she pistol whipped him to the ground
"You stupid brat! This is what you get for biting me"sangie said as it showed her beginning to beat the life out of him. They all just sat frozen in shock as weiss covered her mouth with shock right now. As eria just covered her face beginning to have some tears flow. Rogue sat their shaking a little before hicking beginning to sob into her knees.
Mercury pulled her over to comfort her shocked himself right now, as ruby just looked disherteaned seeing that done to someone right now with tears slipping covered her eyes as ren looked utterly horrified what he was watching. Lazuli began to cry even more as bashira just stood their shocked right now dropping the scroll to the ground. Not before it showed her breaking his arm as the video just stopped.
"I…i..i don't even know what to say right now"nora said crying a little as ren pulled her over with an upset and horrified look
"It'll be fine nora"he softly soothed but looked upset. Raven just composed herself before snatching the scroll then tore the flashdrive out of the holo display pocketing it. As she covered her face sighing rubbing tears away.
"Thats why you didn't want us to see it…god..i…that was done to a child"raven said horrified as cardin glared at bashira who looked straight ahead as he shoved her back
"Hey!"thsite said about to get involved but her leader put a hand up.
"Are you happy? We told you not to watch his videos….we wanted to make sure no on else saw that stuff. You gonna eat your words"cardin growled as bashira stared at him with a devastated look covering her face sitting down.
"I…i…just didn't trust him….god…i…i"she fumbled her words just wondering what horrors she just played. Diamona pulled her friend back who clamed down as the polar bear had tears herself but she was curious about one thing.
"Where is that bitch. Because if shes apart of that merc group i'm going to teach her a dam lesson"diamona growled as she cracked her knuckles together as miyuki began to laugh for a moment which confused them.
"Why are you laughing? That was messed up…how can you even be laughing right now. "Jaune asked in anger as she relaized her mistake.

But were sworn protector back in the day against grimm slaugthers of hundreds…thousands of them. Know to have about four forms in their family although…sometimes for certain ones. They actually would have a fifth"ozpin stated which peeked their interest at that moment hearing five which confused them alot right now
"Whoa…this is freaky…is he in a cult?"rogue asked confused but shocked.
"Thats what your interested in he just said five forms. That doesn't make sense the book back in argus said four"lazuli replied
Ozpin simply laughed as he walked over toward qrow"no its a very rare part of their semblance every fifty or so years. Someone is blessed with another form but it also functions as a curse. That women wanted to do to him what happened to an old friend of mine 500 years ago. Because i lost their trust letting one of their archangels fall into her hands…dying. "Are we all going insane because on the way here you said it had blue. Not silver"draven said baffled himself
That was when qrow eyed the file labeled chimera grimm as he quickelt picked it up before shifting around it before finding something that just shocked him. A pure white grimm with eyes made completely of silver. The man couldn't even believe what he was seeing….he didn't even know about this.
"oz…I…this doesn't make sense…james said that dam thing always had blue eyes. Why does it show that one with silver?"he asked very shocked right now as he placed it on the table as they looked at to their compelte shock seeing silver eyes on a grimm.
"Oh my god….it…i how would a grimm have silver eyes?"bombay asked very confused seeing her rare genes on a grimm. Ruby looked confused as well but glanced at the information that was readable on it picking it up scanning it.
"Umm it says here that…these grimm are able to hijack a host body functions compelty from their own will. The process is more suitable when….s-someone awake…while they implant the grimm inside them"ruby said which made all of them look pretty scared right now hearing someone has to be awake during that process. This made velvet flinch shaking a little which weiss noticed.
"Why are you shaking?"wiess asked scared as the rabbit faunus just balled up holding her ears.
"I..i don't want to talk about it…i don't want to imagine a little kid getting their back torn open while their awake."she cried with tears starting to form as the wolf held her scared herself that she even saw that. Rogue looked horrorifed that her own partner was awake while they cut him open.

Lazuli hugged herself tight"carmine never mentioned that…she never said they were awake…i…i"she stopped shaking now. As ruby read more into it horrified at what happens if it fails

As they composed themselves for a moment but that was when bombay decided to drop another bombshell.
"So that weird guy me and thsitie ran into saying he was a gravekeeper is related to him"she casually mentioned at that moment making all eyes on her.
"Wait…you ran into one of his family here?"velvet asked excited
"Uhhhh that might be his uncle even since bastet mentioned he lives in the capital"cardin added on
"Wait…he has an uncle?"lazuli aksed intrigued now
"If you count an uncle here, another one in vacuo along with another aunt. And shockingly one in atlas seriously guy was really close to finding his blood family but never knew it"may replied
Bombay scratch her head digging into her pouch"yeah thug almost killed me and knocked one of my contacts out. Then some guy in a bodysuit appeared in some cloak. "She paused before retrieving a small looking device resembling a gravestone.
"Gave me this saying if i'm of silver eyes we have a common enemy. My family is an ally, told me to call him up when i can"she added as the tiger eyed her down for a moment excited
"Can you please tell him to come over….because that will probably help him cheer up"she begged but the cat walked over to a nearby halo screen plugging it in though someone decided to point something out on that.
"You know they might disown him since he did start a huge tragedy. You sure its a smart move to call one of his family here?"neptune bluntly said as that made them pause upon hearing that for a moment
"Right forgot about that maybe we should hang up and–"onxyia was stopped before suddenly on the halo screen the scroll number came on and someone answered on the other end as a person appeared. That being a man with fair skin with brown hair slicked back a little as his eyes were dark blue. But he wore a simple maroon t-shirt with a pair of jeans on as he leaned in a chair. As he was in a study room from the look of it as he grinned
"Well well well so your asking for my help my fellow grimm slayer. What do you need bout to spend time with my son and wife. And wherever my eldest is right now"he spoke up before eyeing a few other faces with her as they were silent for a moment
"So…you have alot more faces than i expected. Oh well guessing this lot are you allies i take it?"he asked as the cat voice hitched as she swallowed
"Ummm you can say that shes got silver eyes like me. See"bombay said pointing to ruby who waved in the video call right now as he smirked a little. But noticed raven off to the side in the call as he let out a sigh of relief.
"Alright you got a fellow silver eyed sister with yah. What do you need intel? Got a few sources here in mistral but i can't help much. Don't wanna risk my family"he asked like a gentlemen as they paused for a moment as nadia stepped into view taking a seat composing herself on how to respond as velvet was quickly drawing a picture of two people
"I asked her to call you because well i was wondering if you knew someone. She said you could help"nadia answered peeking his interest
"Look i do charity work but if your missing a family member. I could help but some of my contacts…nevermind. Who you asking for?"he replied as velvet handed the drawing to the tiger who exhaled before presenting it to the screen as he went wide eyed
"I was wondering if you know the two in the picture. Their my son I adopted parents, hel and azaril. Are you a relative of his i'm sure you've seen the news about someone named zane graves"nadia said as he stood their silently for a moment just staring into the screen as tears were slowly forming in his eyes asking something shocking
"Why do you have a picture of my brother in law and my baby sister hel?"he asked as his voice cracked heavily right now which caught them by surprise hearing him say sister which means hes his uncle.
"Wait…wait hold on! Are you saying your my friend uncle?!"jaune asked excited
"What…what are you talking about? I've only got two npehews and the rest of them are my nieces. My baby sister kid is dead…new said he was some grimm hybrid or whatever. Some knight of grimm which i don't buy"he replied surprising them how he prhazed it

"Uhh kid i got contacts word is that he was under mental suggestion or something. But..i…um…uh where are you right now? Because i um…haven't seen that kid since he was a baby. "he asked excited it seems
Cardin chuckled"were at havan academy though uhhhh how soon?"he asked
"I'll come by a bit later. I gotta tell my wife whats happening along with my eldest. We'll be by later"he said quickly hanging up as they where shocked by that interaction as they began to head back to the cafeteria to reconvene.
"Sooo…he has family visiting that should make him not be moopy. Lets go tell him the good news"nora said walking toward the door but cardin grabbed her by the collar
"Hold on lets keep this a little surprise for him. It will cheer him up i'm sure but lets not ruin it."cardin advised as some nodded at that. But once back in the cafeteria dravan quickly fixed up a plate of rice, chicken and some fish. With a small bowl of soup on the side
"Depsite that kid probably hunger and starving right now. But we still gotta find him…whos going"Dravan said offering the tray as ruby sighed stepping forward taking it.
"I'll go…might as well apologize…lets just hope he doens't…hit me"she said about to leave until she was stopped.
"Hold up i'll come. Right now hoping this will cheer him up to actually meet his own family. Lets keep it a surprise"nadia said as some joined her mainly being jaune, dimona, cardin and raven. As they walked through the academy eerily quiet looking for any sigh of him at all as it was just pure silence. Until it was soon broken

Ruby carried the tray looking down"look i'm sorry i…i just missed her is all. I'm happy she alive but…i really shouldn't have said that to my friend"She said as nadia felt relived that this wasn't developing like it did like last time.
Nadia sighed patted her head"your fine kid just…please don't give my kid crap. Hoping that you wouldn' treat him like the faunus did back in menagerie or people in vale"she said making her feel slightly better
Raven huffed"i can tell someone is depressed just by looking at them. Must be a mother instinct"she joked slightly with the other two mothers. diamona chuckled at that sighing.
"I've got a better eye for it hence me being a therapist. But…just gonna say it i'm worried your kid might be considering offing himself right now. And he looks very troubled"dimaona said as some dreaded that thought right now
"You've all probably seen the bags under his eyes…he hasn't slept that great honestly"cardin answered but a thought crossed diamona mind at that moment.
"You said that kid was in a coma right?"she asked to their confusion
"Ummm what does that have to do with anything right now? Because it does explain where he was i guess"jaune replied before it came to raven as it didn't even click with her.
"People are technically in a dream like state in comas. So…he..he might have been having severe nightmares for the past two months. One of those months being unable to stop them"she said in shock as it clued them in as cardin smacked his face.
"I should have pressed him more on it…dammit. Seriously the only reason i didn't was to make sure he didn't have a mental brekadown"cardin said hurt as jaune chuckled slightly.
"Funny how us three became like best friends praticualry since were all leaders. You taking your teammates death alright"jaune soflty asked as cardin sighed pulling out his dad pocket watch carssing it holding it close.
"Sort of….gets tougher by the day that their gone. It hurts alot that russel died in my arms, i could feel his life slipping away from my hands"Cardin begun as a few tears began to form in his eyes since he saw one of his teammates die in his arms.
"I…i had to see my own teammate die in my arms…something i wish no one goes through. It hurts alot to see someone you know die infront of you. But i…i kept messing with faunus like an idiot over the years. Thinking they killed my dad…nope just a bunch of assassin and gangster making it look like they did. I miss those three so much but i…"he paused covering his face as some tears slide down as he exhaled heavily.
diamona placed a hand on him but he put one up stopping her as he composed himself.
"I'm good"he said fighting the tears.
"Sure you are kid, though its gets hard hearing someone died. I um…heard amber died walker guess your old makeout buddy dead. Shame you never got to propose to her"diamona sadly said as nadia sighed.
"She properly did it to protect me…seems my girlfriend was one of those stupid maidens. Died protecting her little girl…i still wish i got to see her again"nadia said slightly teary eyed as they kept walking for a bit. Their was no progress after twenty minutes of searching making some worry if he ran away again. But after a bit of time raven found something.
"Over here and i suggest you all be quiet about it"she called over as they walked on over to see someone sitting under a tree all curled up right now as a cold wind blew through the night. Ruby wanted to go first.
"Oh you found him maybe i should go apologize first before we try to welcome him back."ruby said trying to step forward but raven stopped her grabbing her by the hood.
"Hold on kiddio just hold your horses. Because you've never dealt with something like this…i would suggest taking it easy. He may be very emotional"she warned as ruby lookded down stepping forward before she stepped on something lfiting her foot up revealing a crumbled up ball of paper. Handing her aunt the tray she picked it up unfrialing it.
"whats this…it looks like a drawing of two people"she said confusing them walking over as it showed a drawing of hel and azaril graves.
"Oh those uh would be the guys parents…hel and azaril"he answered but raven felt like she seen those face somewhere but coudlnt' place it.
"Thats nice that he finally got to see his parents faces. I'm sure that put a smile on his face"jaune said but it was the opposite.
"No…he…he saw his own mom get shot point blank in the head…he watched her die"he sadly corrected shocking them he watched his own parents die.
Ruby looked at it with an upset as a wave of regret washed over her because she has both of her parents. While he does have a new family he probably never got to meet any of them. Jaune looked over at his friend walking over to comfort him before they could stop was like his body was on auto pilot as he walked over toward him as he didn't even react to him. Jaune soon got close before he decided to call out.
"Hey you doing okay out here?"jaune asked making him jump up slightly as he still stayed balled up looking away from him.
"Oh..um…i'm fine…sorry i ruined e-evertyhing inside. You s-should go back inside to have some fun. I'd rather not ruin everything '' Zane said with a very horased voice meaning hes been crying for a while. Jaune sighed taking a seat next too him looking at the city below the sighing a little
"You don't need to stay out here. We should catch up…I know some people are scared of you. But it'll take time for everyone to adjust"jaune reassured as the other stayed far away for now.
"just go away…i wanna be alone…a-all i do…is …c-cause misfortune around everyone i know."he slgithy cried
Jaune shook his head"come on its fine look i know we all just got back together …look i don't blame your for pyr death"jaune started making him flinch again with that ebing mentioning.
"What are you talking about..i..i don't blame myself…..j-j-just leave me alone. A monster really doesn't deserve pity right now….already wanted dead by everyone. R-r-rather not cause any problems"he said as his voice cracked again with each word. But someone cleared their throat getting the two attention seeing diamona standing their with the others.
"Take it easy kid. Seriously for starters thats a clear sign of depression, PSTD, Guilt…do i need to stop?"diamona smuggly asked as he growled at her slightly. It was a standoff now as ruby stepped forward with the plate of food.
"Umm look…i'm sorry for what i siad inside. I was just…upset penny was gone but hearing she alive is nice. We brought some food if you–"ruby was stopped as he knocked the plate out of her hand tossing it to the ground to her shock right now.
"Go away…j-just stay away from me….your eyes can probably kill me…and i know everyone will just try to act like they aren't scared of me. I wanna be alone right now"he cired again as from his hood tears dripped onto the ground.
Nadia sighed stepping forward placing a hand on his shoulder making him visible jump back"sweetie just come inside…we…told them about the drive. They know…lets just head inside and maybe you can spar for a bit alright"she said as he just relented following them inside now but kept avoiding their gazes now hearing they know about that.
Inside the dorms right now everyone was dropping off their things in the dorms before they headed off to the training field. They all got sigutaed into unused dorms at that moment as shen mei helped them get comfortable.
"Alright so here are some of the dorms you can all share. A few of them are actually big enough for more than eight of you. A few even have their own living room and a small kitchen."she explained
Yang dropped her bag off in her room with her two teammates"great because i'm beat and could use a good shower and a workout tonight"she replied
"Same here though i can give you a tour later if you want snow angel?"perun asked eria who chuckled leaning against him
"That sounds nice…it'll be nice having some peace before we start the defense for havan"eria sweetly replied. But with rogue she was carrying her partners thing but looked down the entire time with an upset look which her boyfriend noticed
""Heyya sunshine you good over here you keep staring at the floor"he asked as she was startled before leaning forward then dropped a couple of his things along with a long case that slide on the ground as it unclipped open spillings its contents.
"You good over here?"neptune asked helping her up with mercury as the blonde rubbed her head for a moment. She just was startled is all but she groaned a little.
"I'm fine just…a little hurt right now still that everyone is gone and ummm…uh..um.."she paused thinking about that video which scared her as dravan patted her head gently.
"Don't think about it kiddio though think your broke your friends weapon"dravan said confusing them before some eyed the contents of the case to their shock that being the snapped in half remorse on the ground. Walking over she picked it up caught offguard seeing ti destroyed which worried her if she broke it.
"Noooo! I broke that stupid katana…crap..i..um…i can fix this…maybe…uh no. crap…god hes going to kill me"she said with worrie as the wolf sighed correcitng her
'You didn't break it…i was fighting conri while i borrowed his sword for a while. He broke it snapping it in half, your upgrade still intake"onxyia answered as bombay flinched about to have a panic attack but stopped realzing somethings he dead
Bombay sighed in relief"oh right that psycho is gone….oh i'm happy that guy is burning in the pits of hell right now. Though who did him in"she asked eagerly creping them out slightly.

Well he did kill her entire family which is understandable. Though seriously hearing that those guys are the people who's been taking people over the years. Not surprised"bashira added
"Yeah though who killed the mutt anyway? Because for starters he always creeped us out back in the day. "Merucry replied as most of them didn't see who did the deed though onxyia decided to speak.
"Oh well miss rose was the one who put him down. After uh zane used a syringe on him to stun him"she answered which didn't surprise bombay but it did for qrow internally chuckling that his wife was the one who did that thing in.
"Not surprised that my wife did that thing in….but i'm guessing that things been hunting her down. Still shame what happened to wu shui"qrow said
"Whos that?"eria asked as nora and ren looked down, as nora looked toward bombay for a second who noticed this.
"What are you staring at gingy?"she asked slightly annoyed
Nora tapped her finger together"well do you have a brother that goes by the name of dimtri?"she questioned confusing them but this made bombay tail go droopy wondering how she knew her brothers name.

Zephyra gagged slightly"that just disgusting are you some creep who dug them out of someone skull"she asked making he ginger hair glare at her and some of them.
"No! I…i…that selket women…when we rescuieng rogue we…i…saw a bunch of jars. They…they had peoples eyes in them…they were all silver"nora said scared thinking about it before it clicked with some.
"Oh..oh…that psycho collected peoples eyes that isn't right at all."tyra said walking over to a trashcan beginning to gag into it right now. As bombay walked over taking it seeing her brother name on it before it clicked with her, that her own brother was tortured having his eyes removed as she fell to her knees beginning to sob right now.
"No….no…you should have come with me…why did you have to go back..you could have lived"bombay quietly cried holding it like some scared object as thtisite looked down upset walking over hugging her partner with a somber look.
"Look this is….creepy but we can bury that somewhere nice for him. At least their killer has been stopped now."thsiite soothed as the cat faunus leaned into it slightly as the girl comofrted her.

Qrow sighed shutting the scroll off rubbing his temple"he was summers old mentor back in the day. Heard from her he taught her how to control her eyes. Along with that heard from these two that he took them in after kuroyuri was destroyed a long time ago. But…he layed his life down to protect them"he said as the two looked upset but were glad they had a proper burial for the kind soul who took them in. that was when adam noticed someone on onxyia hip
"It seems you got your own sword after borrowing his."adam said but the wolf unclipped it peeking their interest before someone said something
"Actually uh she got that made by someone…a certain blonde might want to see it"may suggested as rogue picked it up examining it right now. She was actually amazed she had this seeing how well made it was undoing the sheath as it gleaned slightly in the light.
"Whoa…alright not going to lie i think this might be on par with dad weapons. I mean seriously the blades thin buts both sides are very sharp. and…"She paused before sheathing it pressing a button as it changed into a hunting pistol making her starry eyed.
"Its turns into a hunting pistol! And its got…an adjustbale scope along with a tactical grip for easier hold. The muzzle even balancing the recoil by stabilizing it and reduces it. It even has enough stopping power maybe to take down a beowulf in one shot"rogue said enamroed in it surprising them a little as some where curious how she got it.
"So how'd you get your hands on this let me guess you paid a bunch of lien for that thing"merucyr asked but it was the oopiste.
Velvet giggled a little"no uh try our boyfriend he made it back in vale. He wanted to make an apology for wolfie dad. But instead she got it"she said amazing rogue that he would make something like this. Making her wonder how he would apologize to her.
"He made that? Seriously that looks like something on par with our fathers craft. No wonder he mentioned something about a sword"eria said though close by dravan noticed a notebook on the ground peeking at one passage marked surprising him.
"Birthday gifts for the twins…..is he planning on making something for my nieces. Well…this is something i could assist with"he thought closing it before they picked some things up until suddenly the others arrived
"Their you guys are we went back to the cafeteria and you weren't their. Guessed your dropping our gear off and luggage"cardin said
"Yep though um…."bashira paused as all eyes were on zane for a moment as he noticed it keeping his hood down as it was a very tense atmosphere right now as soon enough someone spoke up.
"Look are you doing okay right now? Because you can sit down and talk–"weiss was stopped
"Shut up…i don't want to talk about. Don't have time to go over my dumb feelings right now and i'm not talking about the lab. We got more important things to worry about…havan"he demanded walking away as they didn't give up just yet
"Come on look i'm sure getting that stuff off your chest will–"falk said grabbing his arm but he spun around before leg sweeping him as falk landed on his back. Then a foot was placed on his throat as he undid his hidden blade as his hood fell back.
"I said drop it…i wanna just spar and get tonight over with. Because we have work to do tomorrow"he said releasing him walking away toward the training field as jaune looked very worried becuases hes pushing people away. As team ZERO was also worried for their leader as well.
Seems they managed to prevent another incident like menagerie from happening again. Along with that it seems zane is rather tense around the group right now. But it seems a relative of his is coming to the academy. Thanks for reading!
