Chapter 113:Crooked love
Meanwhile in the havan academy dorms right now was adam who was walking around the place to meet with lazuli for their outing though he coudln't help but have second thoughts on this. All his life he ever down is never really been on a real date actually before with anyone because of his duties with the fang and he even if he did the last girl…ended with blake run away from him and for what he did to her
Looking back now he doesn't actually blame blake for running away like she did. Be became a monster that was just out for blood against humans. He helped her own sister lose her leg then he chopped off her arm after all they've been through. Now he really doens't want to screw this up but he really doesn't know how to make it better. He ran his hands through his hair unsure of what to do.
"You look down"a female voice said next to him. He looked to see it was that sniper girl….may sedong was her name
"How can you tell?"he asked
"You got this brooding look on your face but also liek your trying hard to think of something. "May said as she said down next to him
"And you kinda remind me of nolan before he asked out scarlet. Care to chat about it"she aded
He doesn't know it it'll be any help but right now he was willing to try anything at this point.
"Well…tonight me and lazuli are heading into town for dinner. Though i'm sure how to go about it. She made it sound like a date"adam replied
"Og…is it bothering you that much?"may asked
"Its just. The last time i ever got close to anyone…i drove her away because of my actions. I chopped her arm off and she must be in pain because of me"Adam replied looking down
"But for some reason i feel comfrotbael around lazuli. Its like were one in the same we both lost our parents but had new families that took care of us. But i ruined it with ghira since that man took me in while i spit on his name"adam replied
"Uh huh let me guess. You've never had a real date with a girl haven;t you?"may asked as he slightly looked away.
"No unfortunately i have not."adam answered. This made may smile a bit almost like she knew what she needed to do as it reminded her of her helping nolan ask out scarlet. Last she recalled that rabbit and cardin helped her convince him he meant something.
And eventually after some time they left the two alone and got to talking, then he comes back to the house with the biggest smiles she ever seen on his face which delighted her. She patted him on the shoulder.
"Alright then adam my man. I'm going to help you out. I've been on a few dates myself here and there so I should know a thing or two about it. Get ready for a quick lesson on what to do on how to properly treat a girl on a date"may stated
"Not sure how you can help me because your not even dating anyone"adam retorted
"Oh trust me i'm great at this heck i even fancy someone in our little group"may said but blushed slightly letting that out as the two shared a look for a moment as he laughed slightly.
"Really? Kind of impossible since alot of people here are already taken the only ones who aren't are well…ruby…zephyra…thsitie and bombay i think and that tyra girl. Most of team BBNT i think…neptune"he said as she stared him down
"Yeah i don't fancy any of those chums since i swing both ways bull boy"may said as this peeked his curiosity for a moment as he cupped his for a moment eyeing her wanting to guess
"Don't tell me you fancy one of the many couples in our group"adam stated making the girl tan skin turn red a little as she covered his mouth mad blushing.
"I uh….yeah but uh i feel like now would be a very bad time to profess my feeling to them. Since uh well…one of them isn't the best mentally right now"may said as it clued him in for a minute
"You like…those three that are in the little polymary relationship?"adam asked as she shyly nodded which surprised him a little
"Which one do you exactly fancy right now because i want your help. But now i'm even interested"adam said as she sighed rubbing her covered eye
"Well kinda of different for each of them for that rabbit fell for her after i watched her back alot in shade. She's pretty smart not going to lie and its cute how determined she is with things. As for the wolf well shes a killer shot and i kinda dig chicks who can handle a sniper"may admitted blushing a little as she messed with her beanie
"Let me guess you feel for him for a good reason?"he asked
"Well he did save me and my best friend from dying from an uras. Thought nothing of it though while on menagerie. Kinda thought nothing of it though…kinda fell for him after hearing hes some special ops. And well him saving some little girl who lost both her parents was nice to see and…well maybe those three might be fine with it"she answered as the bull faunus eyed her down for a bit before offering her a hand
"How about we make a deal you help me….and i help you. I know that wolf better than anyone here. It might not be a bad idea with his current mental state though…i could help you out"adam said as the sniper eyed his hand for a moment shaking it sealing their deal.
"Deal you think…i should do it tonight maybe? To get it out of the way?"may asked as he tapped his chin.
"Maybe depends on the situation"he replied though someone cleared their throat next to the two
"Awww isn't this just cute you fancy my kid too….i knew he was a ladies man"nadia said startling the two as adam held his chest as may pulled her beanie down embarrassed
"How long have you been their?"adam asked as the tiger crossed her arms
"Not too long i overheard a little someone sayin they might wanna join in on the little cuddle train."nadia cooed to the sniper girls embarrassment as she crossed her arms mad blushing right now.
"I um y-yeah…you think i should do it tonight….kinda hesianting now since well he isn't mentally their i guess"may said as the tiger eyed her for a moment softly smiling
"Heres a deal breaker. I'm going off to help my niece with something in a bit then later i need to meet up with my kids uncle. I'll help you with it tonight might even ask some others for assistance alright"she said as the sniper gently nodded as they began to give adam a quick lesson about how to properly treat a girl as adam sprinkled in some things onxyia liked.
Meanwhile with lazuli she was getting help from thsiite and weiss for what to wear for tonight. She made it very clear their would be no dresses tonight at all. Thankfully thisite had something in mind for what she can wear as neo was off to the side sleintly judging them.
"Here try this out"thisite said giving lazuli a shirt and pants. It was a sleeveless navy blue tanktop along with a pair of black causal pants along with a white belt with a golden buckle.
"Try them on"weiss reeplied as lazuli went into the changing room. She was rather skeptical about the otudir but she didn't want to wear any dresses since she doens't like them that much she doesn't like them since she almost busted a job because of a stealth mission involving one. After a few minutes she stepped into her new outfit as she looked at herself in the mirror getting a better view of herself
The shirt empahzied her arms along with that her necklace hung out matching with it actually but it wasn't bad like she killed the outfit right now. It also gave her some room since she didn't like tight clothing at times.
"I…think this might actually work…uh thanks"lazuli thanked as neo zipped over with something else a white colroed jacket that reached down to her wrist.
"Hey sis try this it matches with your outfit really well"neo signed quickly as weiss gently too it eyeing it down looking down
"I don't know…i can't really wear a jacket since i dress like i go to the gym everyday. I do parkour and stuff but…well…"she paused looking down
Neo gently smiled taking her hands as she brought them to her face as weiss understood what she was doing.
"You'll be fine i'm sure thats what she saying. Because your not the only one that will be nervous. So just take things on step at a time and you'll be okay"weiss replied as from the corner onxyia popped into view
"And beside that just take it easy…i may hate that jerk but the look on blakes face when she get here will be priceless"onxyia added cheekly
Lazuli let out a claming breath to clam her nerves which helped but gave a confidence nod
"Okay i think i'm ready"lazuli replied
"Atta girl. Good luck tonight"neo signed as they left herself to herself for the night as all she had to do is now wait in her dorm room for tonight.
An hour later adam was walking toward the dorms. He decided to leave his weapons with ruby as she assured nothing would happen to them as she would take great care of it. Arriving at the dorms he immediately went toward the room that he left lazuli at and though he was nervous he wanted to see this through.
He approached the door he knew lazuli was behind it and gave himself a look over making sure nothing was out of place before knocking on the door. The door opened to reveal lazuli behind it. He stopped for a moment as he got a good look at how lazuli looked
"So um…what do you think?"lazuli aksed with a slight blush on her face
Adam didn't say anything at first until he finally found the words to say"You look great. Better even"he complimented
The compliment made lazuli smile as she brushed her hair by the comment
"Shall we?"he asked holding his arm toward her. She nodded and hook her left arm around his as the two walked out for their date tonight as they left the academy grounds heading straight into town. Meanwhilw hiding in a bush yang peaked her head out watching the couple leave.
"Okay they're leaving. Shoudln't be too hard to follow"yang said to herself
"So what are we waiting for?"falk suddenly aksed next to her which surprised her to see him, weiss, neo, onxyia and especially may which just caught her offguard.
"What…are you all doing here?"she quietly whispered
"Wanting to see if my sister is successful now come on we gotta go"neo signed as they all carefully snuck out of the academy following lazuli and adam with them right behind yang.
Thirty minutes later the couple arrived at a small restaurant that lazuli managed to point out. It was more like a bar & grill kind of place but it looked rather fienedlt which was a plus side. The two entered the restaurant and were greeted by a watier
"Good evening. Is it the two of you?"the waiter asked
"yes. Could we get a table please?"adam asked. The waiter nodded at this and grabbed two menus before guiding them to a table for the two of them.
Placing the menu down on the table the waiter left telling them a server will be their shortly to help them. Lazuli went to sit down but adam pulled the chair out for her just to be nice
"Oh…thank you"lazuli thanked as adam sat down across from her
The two sat in a very awkward silence almost wanting the other to say something that would make their date any less awkward right now.
"So..?"adam started not sue to even to say
Lazuli figured with her necklace not sure what else to say but then remembered something from earlier.
"Well me, falk and weiss talked about something you would never believe that we discovered"lazuli started
"Really? Like what?"he asked
"That apparently she got a half sister in atlas. Different mothers but the same bastard father"lazuli said growling at the end of it as he looked down in complete annoynace
"Honestly not surprised he would to that. That girl has been through much though it seems she has another sibling. Guessing she quite shocked by all this right now"adam replied
"She was for a bit. But i figured out how the girl named yuri she works at this homeless shelter run by robyn. Sweet girl she was found aboaoned on joahanna doorsteps on a winter night took her in like her own daughter. Told her what we knew about her"lazuli added
"I have no doubts about that i'm sure her siblings know which might be shocked themselves. I haven't met her but she sounds very nice"adam replied
"Well then maybe when we get their we find her and have those two talk"lazuli said
Though a though crossed her mind for a moment
"Say adam….we talked alot in the anima but you never mentioned sibling. I mentioned mine alot"lazuli asked
Adam paused for a moment almost trying to think of an answer as he spoke.
"No. father told me i was an only child actually. He told me that my mother had a complication at giving birth to me and it nearly kileld her. They both agreed to not take the risk of another child so they only had me. Though it made them happy knowing that i was all they needed"adam replied before looking right at lazuli
"I'm sure they would've loved you if you got the chance to see them"adam added
"Why would you think that?"lazuli asked
"Because of how you approach things differently than other people. You want to get to the person first and not judge them based on appearance alone. Plus a person believes can make a huge different in how someone sees someone else. That is something to hold onto no matter what others say"adam replied
"Yeah. though its rather hard to standby and watch my family be in pain and worried if they'll be alright since my real parents tossed me away"lazuli added
"You mean the last name you were given blackburn?"he asked
"Yep those two just up and aboaned me just like that like i've said before. But after my dad took me in i was so happy. I don't know lately i've been actually thinking about him more…wishing i saved him in time…then my siblings would be happy"lazuli replied. Adam then just took his hands placing them over hers making her blush slightly
"Hey…you;re a strong woman. I'm sure that hes proud of where you are right now your their for your family now"adam replied
Meanwhile outside the restaurant in the allway. The others were watching the two of them inside more like may was using her porthseitc eye and was spying on them as falk used his semblance since it gives him enhanced sight. While onxyia detached her scope from her sniper to spy on them as well.
"So what do you guys see?"yang asked
"Well nothing was happening. They started to talk for a bit from the look of it"falk answered
"Wait…wait we got something their holding hands"may answered which surprised yang and onxyia as neo was giggling trying to fight it as weiss was helping her by covering her mouth.
"Seems those two are hitting it off well actually."weiss replied
"This is just hilrioau blake always mentioned how bad he was at romance. Guess hes praticed'onxyia joked
"Why are we doing this again?"may qeustioned
"First off she her sister and i'm her friend. Secondly literally everyone at camp kept seeing the spark but they were always at each others throts"falk added
"And thirdly you guys were all following me for some reason"yang added
"Good point. Though you weren't that subtle walking out guessing you wanna mess with him and tell your girlfriend"may replied
"Oh yeah because i will…hey!'yang shotued but falk dragged her down shushing her quickly
"Shut up or we might get spotted everyone get down"falk said as they did but they were in a small space with each as onxyia got a little close to may who blushed a little as neo noticed with the two sharing a look. The mute sneakily gave a thumps up making her wonder if that tiger told her. They continued the stakeout
"Okay it looks like their ordering food right now"onxyia added looking back inside
Inside the restaurant the two had finished ordering what they've wanted and now making small talk.
"So wait let me get this straight. Yahto slept in a pile of ants and woke up the next morning with bites all over his….well you know"Adam asked
"You have no idea how hirlairous it was that night. Seriously he screamed at the top of his lungs alering the camp. But hey hes a good guy seemed to keep my promise for my baby sister which i appreciated"lazuli replied making him chuckle at that
"That seems nice you two must have been good friends with each other"adam said
"Oh we were after i convinced them to become you know art brokers."lazuli added making them both laugh
"You must have quite the adventure their and at beacon academy i'm sure"adam replied
"Well at first i wanted to protect my sister. But i actually made friends their. Found my dead cousin and well it was akward at first"lazuli started
"Oh. how so?"adam questioned
"Well when i first got their all i thought was to do daily checkups on her but eventually i was in classes with her. First impressions of everyone was oh boy…not the best in my opinion"she began starting to recall a few things back at the academy.
"First their was yang actually. I pegged her the steeotypicaly ditz on her team at first to punch things ask question later tupe. But turns out i was way off she actually quite smart and she doesn't like to show how smart she is. She really cares for her family like me…though those two are technically cousin i guess"lazuli replied
"Then their was that pyrrha that girl seemd rather popular in my opinion since she had so many adorning fans everywhere she went. But she actually made time to learn ASL for my sister and she was just a normal girl. Just like everyone else"she added
"And what about blake?"adam asked
Lazuli paused a moment thinking about that cat faunus girl for a moment"Well..she seemed very mysterious aura following her around. From what i heard closed herself off from everyone except aht wolf. Then again i wouldn't blame her takes time for that…she opened slowly to me. Though glad that she was a friend hope shes okay wherever she is. "Lazuli replied
"Blake has been been an enigma but i guess i see where your coming from"adam stated
Just then the waiter came back with their food placing it right in front of them.
"Enjoy your dinner." the waitr said before walking away as they smelled the food that was in front of them making their mouths water a bit.
"No this smells really good"lazuli replied as they both began eating their food.
Outside the restaurant yang and the others still watched very carefully incase they spot anything strange.
"So nothing yet?"yang whispered
" wait a minute looks like your sister is going toward the bathroom"may answered making neo looked relived
"Cool. that means things are going well for her"neo signed with a grin
However may then spotted through her prosthetics eyes that a rather tall womenw as heading toward adam table
"Oh boy. Hes got trouble coming"may replied
"Oh now what let me guess bounty hunters"falk asked
"Lets just say this might not end well…proabbly a cougar"may said as they continued to watch on.
Inside the restaurants adam watched lazuli step away to the bathroom for a moment to relieve herself as he wiated for her to come back. Adam was actually rather enjoying himself having dinner with lazyli was helping him greatly right now. As he continued to eat he ehard footsteps coming in his direction.
"Well hello their hot stuff"a women voice said as he turned noticing a red haired women standing heir in a black dress that barely went to her knees while epxressing her figure along with showing enough clevage that her chest looked like it was spilling out of her dress.
"Now whats a nice looking guy like you doing here by yourself?"she asked sweetly almost too sweetly
"Actualyl i;m with a date thank you. Could you please leave"he said but that didn't seem to bother her as she sat across from him.
"You sure your date didn't just ditch you? Cause i don't see this date of yours anywhere"She said trying to play dumb
"She went ot freshen up now can you please leave…now"he said again trying to this….woman to leave
However instead she got up from her chair and now was standing next to him rubbing his shoulders.
"Oh come on. A strong, handsome, burly man like your self should have only the best of company. Why don't we ditch this place and go somewhere so we can have some real fun?"doesn't that sound nice?"the woman said trying to seduce him but his patient was wearing thin
"I think you should his advice and hit the bricks ma'am"lazuli voice was heard as she walked back to her table standing across from the women. The woman stared at her and then she laughed at her
"Don't tell me this is your date? Shes probably not even eighteen yet"the women laughed as lazuli eye began to twitch in annoyance
"Actualyl i'm nineteen for both of your statements. Now poltietly remove yourself from my boyfriend or guess what i'll do…snap you little leg"lazuli growled
Hwoever it didn't seem to affect the woman much"aw is the little girl mad at me. I'm so scared"she mocked before looking at her for a moment before eyeing the neckalce on her neck giving her an evil idea
"Why would anyone every go out with someone like you? Your sporting a necklace that looks very childish"the woman jabbed. Somehow those words seemed to stung lazuli as she flicned away from that
"Now be a good little girl and stay put. Were leaving come on we'll head back to my place"she said trying to drag adam away but suddenly he grabbed a hold of the woman wirst and shrugged her off before staring at her intensely.
"Do. not. Insult. Myy. girlfriend"he growled glaring right at her scaring the woman as she backed away.
"F-fine. See if i care! Have that childish little girlfriend then!"the women shotued before leaving the restaurant entirely.
"Well now that she left we can…"adam started looking toward lazuli who had a hurtful look on her face grasping her necklace
"Hey lazuli…you okay?"he asked
"Can we…just pay and go back to the academy"lazuli said her voice low
He decided to pay for their dinner as they began to leave the restaurant. The others followed them quickly heading back toward the academy so they weren't spotted
The two of them made it back to the academy as it was a rather silent walk as lazuli stayed by adam side the tnrie time. Though he couldn't help but wonder whats bothering her. They noticed everyone was still up and about since it was only eight o'clock. Though they arrived toward the room she was bunking at.
"I had a great time tonight"adam replied though she didn't say anything yet
He rubbed her back of his trying to see how to keep going in the conversation but lazuli beat him to it as she faced him.
"Adam…am i really childish?"she asked which surprised him.
"What? No. why would you ever think that?"he questioned
She gripped her necklace almost nerovusly as she spoke again
"I mean everything i do though my life has been very childish. God i named myself after some stupid superhero name i gavemyself as a kid for my codename. I've been abandoned by my own parents…my adoptive dad is dead…and…and i…"lazuli voice sounded shaky as it tyring not to cry infront of him but tears threatened to break out.
Seeing this he placed a hand on her shoulder which mader her flinch slightly looking up at him.
"Your not childish lazuli. That women doesn't know what she was talking about so don't take her words seriously. I've seen for myself you have some flaws you them in stride without fall. Your a smart girl you may act childish but thats your perosanlity. In fact your who you are and don't tell anyone otherside"he siad before pulling her into an embrace
"If you ned anything to talk about your problems let me know or your family. They'll help you too"adam said before letting go
"Thanks…i needed that"lazuli replied
"Anyime. Now i'll probably go do something for a bit before i retire in for the night. Still got time before the white fang get here"adam replied as he was walking back the thief sighed before rushing over suddenly and pulling him down as the two lips interlocked with each other. As they held it for a bit until she released
"Thats for sticking up to me so…yeah see you later bullboy"she said skipping off to her room as he smiled a little before walking away. Once she was back in her room she began to internally and quietly freak out to herself that she just did that hoping no one saw.
But watching from down the hall were the others as falk jaw dropped including neo right now as onxyia blinked rather surprised.
"Well that was….uhhhh okay i did not expect that"weiss said shocked baffled even
"You and me seriously shes got guts….like neo and jazmine were when she hugged her naked"onxyia quickly said ratting the mute out who blsuhed heavily as the wolf had a cheeky grin as she began to run away as the mure began to chase after her to their amusement
"Oh man that is priceless so anyone else wanna do something i might go spar for a bit later"yang asked as weiss nuzzled against falk
"Were probably going to go relax somewhere right now and just explore. But we'll be back in the room later"weiss said as the two locked arms walking off as this just left yang and may their. As the two stood their for a minute she spoke up.
"Sooo i heard from miss walker you might need help with something"yang said making the sniper eye her down sighing
"Sure whatever kinda wanna do it now since i might not get the chance when we start investigating the white fang and the relic"may replied as the two began to venture off to somewhere else right now.
Although in one of the larger dorm rooms actually since they had a few of them for when teams visited and had them room for festival or visits. Right now mainly rogue and eria where in their with some others right now as they were just talking. Though right now they were just talking about this and that
"Man i can't believe you guys have your own pool all we got was a weight gym and training field"nora said surprised
"Belive me it was quite a surprise when we first came here because man i'd like to take a nice dip. After a long day or class we even got our own hottub"zephyra replied
Though eria was all smiles right now which creeped some of them out a little as she was nuzzling against perun right now at that moment.
"Though i've missed you lighting boy alot. Because seriously i was starting to go crazy after the week i've had"she replied
"Oh really because you guys just told us how yang and the others got to fight a legendary grimm."rogue cheered as someone corrected her

Dravan was laughing holding his stomach rolling on the ground gaspign for air right now
"Oh…oh i can't even breath right now because this is just priceless at this…ah ha ha ah ha"he said laughin contsiounly as cardin kept running around as he passed by jaune who lifted his foot up before tripping him as he tumbled to the ground. The boy looked at the knight who smirked at him.
"Ohhhh jauney boy when i get my hands on you your dead"cardin threatened as a shadow loomed over him as he stared at rogue who was grinning at her right now. The two exchanged looks as she began to place her hands near his face. He closed them expecting his eyebrow to be gone but instead she booped him on the nose.
"I'm just messing with you man seriously your so gulliable"Rogue said snorting laughing as he grumbled getting up at that moment.
"Oh man this is just funny i haven't laughed like this is so long. Tonight is nice right now"perun admitted happily
"Yeah though uhhhh still someone is not here deciding training would be better than hanging out with us. Seriously that guys is uh got a one set mindset"meurcyr said as ruby was their messing with her sniper for a bit as adam weapon was close by but she polished her sniper rifle down for a little bit sighing.
"I…look i'm sorry what i said early still….i…didn't know it was that bad"ruby said close to crying but nadia sighed bringing the girl close patting her atop the head gently.
"Calm down sweetie it'll be alright….i'm just worried about my dumb kid. I'm wondering when that uncle of his is suppose to be here its almost ten o'clock in a couple hours."nadia said very antsy on the topic
"Well he must be running late though where is everyone anyone because last i saw lets see. Bashira and her team are catching up right now along with visiting bash mom who probably very happy to see her right now."perun begun as others continued
"Velvet and asani ran off to the forge to try and see if they could fix my partners katana. Though i wanted to help too"rogue grumbled peeking a little bit of their interest
"Why do you wanna help i thought you'd be mad at him for what he did. You punched him in the face"cardin stated as the blonde messed with her cloth around her wrist for a moment looking down for a moment sighing as she twirled it
"I…i'm sure he was just trying to protect us….i'm mad but….i don't know i just have a feeling that he has some grand gesture to make it up to me"rogue said as dravan looked at her internally laughing before he eyed nadia close by as he leaned close to her.
"I peeked at a little notebook your kid had….he planning on making some gifts for my nieces to make it up to them?"he asked to her surprise as she thought for a moment smirking like a cat
"He is. Even asked your brother if they'll like it he kept dorking out over some dumb little blueprints"nadia whipsered back making the man tail wag hearing that though as they sat their for a bit soon enough yang and may came in as the blonde praticualr dragged the sniper in placing her on a couch.
"Hey guys we need the room for a bit to talk please leave"yang said as some of them shrugged their shoulder beginning to leave but some of them were stopped by her mainly being rogue, cardin, nadia,zephyra, eria and nora for some reason. As the others left as she closed the doors which confused them for a moment.
"What are we talking about right now because i'm very confused right now?"nora questioned
"Yeah let me guess you want help us all to figure out how to help grimm boy admit hes got a problem. Because frantically god that guy is sad right now"Cardin admitted as the blonde hummed with a teasing look
"Oh well it seems that beside lazuli and adam sucking face early someone else in the group needs help asking someone out"yang said as they all stared at her for a moment before eria bursted into laughter slightly hearing that as nadia held her stomach laughing herself right now upon hearing that
"Oh…wait they actually asked each other out?!"eria shotued in complete shock
"If torch was here right now he be rolling back into his grave. Two crimianls dating each other please tell me you guys recorded it. Please"nadia asked intently as yang pulled out her scroll because they did to the women amusement. Though nora sat their crossed legged for a minute staring at the sniper

"Your not killing anyone grunts. Because if you lay a hand on anyone here your dead"yang threatened as eria grabbed her bat covering it in ice giving a very stern icy glare to them.
"Let my boyfriend go or else your going to be turned into a popsicle"eria threatened beidou who stared at them for a moment before snickering going into laughter at that moment as paddy released perun who held his throat as he was laughing himself
"Oh…you kids just got punked! The captain already told paddy here a few of the kids friends know about his time with us. But made sure to tell them to keep their mouth shut or else"beidou sweetly said dragging her fgner across her throat as they collecitlvy grasped their for a moment. Though soon enough nora begun their previous conversation

After maybe twenty minutes may soon was walking down toward the training room very nervous right now. As she was in her usually attire but kept covering her eyes like crazy right now very self conscious because the only reason she dated some people for not that long. But for some reason since she finally relaxed now and hearing nolan was walking now relived her. Though she just couldn't get those three out of her head for some weird reason. To reveal zane who was in the middle of sparring against a training dummy right now. As he shirtless with his hands wrapped up as he began punching the sticks on it along with kicking it occasionally with his feet wrapped up. As he lifted his foot up delivering a spin kick to its head making it stumble slightly. Then he flexed his hands striking it in the chest panting heavily as sweat beated down his body.
May exhaled slowly covering her face hoping thing don't become awkward as she waited for something pretending to be on her scroll. As she did eventually onxyia and velvet arrived with confused looks
"Umm may? What are you doing here did you get a text from nadia as well?"onxyia asked
"Yeah because me and asani were busy looking over remorse. Though before you asked…i might need to go shopping for some parts or search the crates we brought"velvet added as may stroked her sleeve fidgeting for a bit
"Oh same…i..um…i think she wanted us to talk to your boyfriend or whatever"may shyly said to their confusion

"Well she did help nolan from his trauma which makes sense why she is here. Besides i'm…actually worried if those nightmares are getting worse right now"velvet sadly said rubbing her ears making may glance at them for a moment
"Wait…did…did he actually tell you guys what they were?"she asked as the two flinch looking away but sadly nodded to her as velvet trusted her sighing walking over getting a pad and pencil quickly writing something down showing her it shocking her.
"He keeps having nightmares of people dying either by accidnet or because of him. Don't tell the others until hes ready"the note read as the rabbit tore it out pocketing it as the sniper couldn't believe it but was already here sighing. They stepped inside as zane grunted as he kicked the wooden dummy again panting heavily before noticing them. Though others were watching from a distance now.
"What are you three doing here? Shouldn't you be off relaxing or something…"he said taking a swig of water spraying it on his head but panted heavily right now like he was completely out of breath. As they stood their for a moment may fidgetted for a moment clearing her throat.
"So uh i know this is weird to ask out of no where but what do you guys see in me?"may qucikyl asked with a forced smile catching the three offguard
"Huh?""the three said in unison
"Why are you asking us this right now?"onxyia asked confused as the sniper sighed hugging herself
"Just…ask it alright….sorry if this is awkward"may said as the three thought for a moment as the wolf went first
"Well we've tangled with each other before and i can admit your a really good shot with your sniper. Along with that i understand what its like with deofmrity seriously i still tell myself i hate my eyes and traits. But i've learned to accept them and you should be proud of yours even"onxyia compliemtned
Velvet ears twitched a little"well you are pretty determined i'll say. Because depsite losing your team your still moving on"she said as the sniper looked down
'Yeah happy that mutt is dead….and i'm happy nolan is walking again"may replied smiling at that.
"Thats right you didn't give up on him and look how it turned out. Hes seeking help now and nows he walking on both his legs. You have a kind heart"velvet complimented as it got to zane who rubbed his face for a moment thinking about her for a minute sighing.
"Well…uh from what i heard your determined when your mind set on something. Got guts i'll admit wanting to go head on with conri seriously guy was a prick from what i recall. But yet you trained hard and now your improving."he compliemtned sort of as the girl swallowed mutstering up the courage saying it
"Can i join in on the relationship with you guys because i actually like all three of you"may asked as this startled the three as onxyia tail drooped to the ground blushing as velvet eeped blushing covering her face. As zane stood their frozen as water pour from his water bottle. They stood frozen for a minute as the wolf covered her mouth.
"Uhhhh..um…i…well i…um guess yeah…you are um easy on the eyes"onxyia admitted blushing mad to their shock as velvet sighed rubbing her arms
"Well…i'm fine with sharing or whatever because the more the merrier i guess. I'm just gonna say it…at shade i even discussed with coco on replacing you to be our third"the rabbit admitted making the sniper blush as they stared at zane who process this for a moment blushing mad right now as he eyed his other two girlfriend for a moment swallowing.
"I uh…well if you two are fine with it sure…i…god today is crazy right now"he said blushing as the girl out of impulse lunged at onxyia kissing her direclty on the lips as the wolf was startled as her tail began to wag. Then quickly did the same to velvet who ears flopped over along with zane as she released hugging him
"Thank you…thank you…um…god when the others hear this where dead"may cried in joy as onxyia and velvet shyly smiled as zane stumbled for a moment before falling to the ground hard to the ground blacking out.
"Hey you okay?!"velvet asked worried but noticed that he blacked out again sighing
"Seems hes exhausted well come on lets grab him and take him back to the dorm. Now we need to explain this to the others"onxyia said as snickering could be heard close making her turn around as she went flush as velvet and may looked over seeing nadia and the others their. The tiger smirked at them.
"Awww isn't this just cute i have a new person to tease now"nadia cooed to their embrassment right now
"Okay now i need to ask how he does it because now he has three…lucky bastard"neptune stated as paddy and bediou high fived each other
'Guess we get 3000 lien each when were back at base. Awesome"beidou said smirking as the three girls groaned in embarrassment.
"Someone better shut up before i blast you all because….now hes going to properly have a heartattack when his uncle arrives"onxyia stated as they all agreed to head back to the dorms to wait for this so called uncles arrival right now.
Well this got interesting with the shipping of two criminals in the group with one of them being very bold. While it seems the polymary couple has another partner.
