Chapter 133:Their Too much
Inside the white fang camp right now as they camped out just outside the city limit of havan right now. All of their forces gathered right now with the crimson talon all preparing their weapons and listening to their commanding officiers as they issued out orders to them on what they needed to do. Along with that preparing something.
That being bricks of C4 with the help of the white fang who were also preparping for the fall of havan and its CCT tower. Though some of those faunus seemed to be scared because in their midst was also a few grimm as a very large king taijjtu was in the middle of the camp right now. It was curled up with its heads atop one another as it slept soundly.
As its master was watching over it petting its lower jaw with kiyo holding her weapon at standby right now overjoyed where they are. Their was also selket and tyrian as the two psychopaths tails were intertwined with one another snuggling against each other which wasn't creepy at all.
Their was also mata who was checking over her equipment as their was also micha and micheal who were very interested in the serial killer couple actually
"Well aren;t you two just an interesting little couple. "Micheal said making selket stinger sway around as she grinned
"Is that suppose to be an insult or something? Because if it is your lucky our family pet isn't here since we coudln't transport her here"selket warned snapping her claw at him
"What exactly do you find interesting?"tyrian asked with a cackle at the end as micha giggled at that
"Nothing much. Just interesting for you to be bedded with a grimm though me and my hubby right here are unique as well."she said kissing the man who was her brother on the lips. As close by was a few soldiers finding that disgusting along with the knuckeldusters.
Selket hummed staring at the two"Well its nice to have another little couple in our queen court maybe. I mean if you succeed in winning her approval she might just let your gang run mistral"She said as the two underbosses loved the sound of that.
Although soon enough emerging from his tent was ollie as he was wearing something else right now. The clothing he'll wear for when he marches on havan capital to show them who the faunus are. That being a form fitting double breasted three toned black and brown lether tunic jakcet with a golden interior lining and two layed spider webs that hung the entire bottom of his jacket.
His collar was roundup the shoulders of his jacket that was black with two tone gray colors for the rest of the jacket. Which included a zipper for his left rbest pocket and two more at the shelves which also possessed black cuffs
His dress pants were a matching gray to the tunic and mounted a brown belt at his right thigh. The back of his tunic shows a spider with its being golden on its body with its legs being outlined in black. As the eight eyes on it were white. But completing the new outfit was a pair of plain black gloves expoing his wrist. Along with a twin belts that hung his sword on his left. Finally he wore a pair of black shoes with brown soles
"Bonnie…where is that lion faunus with your three associates. Along with that the xioalong girl who is apparently dating that bitch cat faunus"ollie said though someone drew their blade at him which was vernal
"Lay off boy because when they bring her here….shes mine don't forgot that"vernal warned as he growled at her. But bonnie stepped forward as she stood in between the two
"Settle down you two because the deal was we use her to get to raven first. Then after that we use her to get into the vault. Then we steal the relic while we let havan burn to the ground"bonnie stated
Tyrian started to cackle like a madman as he walked over"Don't forget that your little group needs to plant those bombs. My wifes little sect that flora is running in her steed is here"he said gesutring to the unseen eye follower who where praying to their goddess right now. That being a statute of salem made of bone white material from the look of it.
"Yes your….followers of your queen which i still find strange. Though still i am quite upset with you old friend. You failed to slow them down in argus"ollie said directly to adder who was staring him down with his mask up
"Sorry that i didn't expect raven and her group to be their. Not my fault i got injured as the result of my failure"adder said but some noticed him not doing his signature thing with his S's
Betty hummed"why aren't you doing that thing when you ssssay ssssomething?"betty taunted as he growled hissing at her slightly drawing his kohpesh blade
"I don't always do it its jussst a quirk of mine. I can stop it when i want so don't mess with me or you'll deal with me on a bad day"he warned as she grinned at him
Although soon enough hazel started to approach them as in his party was scar and rosemary along with eta. As he was escorting lionheart forward toward them as scar held a small box in his hands. Once they arrived bonnie turned to face them
"I trust you brought me the artifact along with that the xiaolong girl?"bonnie asked as vernal was waiting for raven brat to be brought right to her knees. Though scar didn't know
"I don't know if they were successful. We waited for your under bosses to deliver her. kimblee and jenny was it? But they never showed up to the meet up point which made us suspcisou. So we decided to come here before any of those imbeicles spotted us"scar replied
As rosemary was grumbling itching at her scars as selket walked over placing a hand on her adotpive daughter wrapping her stinger around her to comfort her
"Rosemary sweetie. Why are you clawing at your cheeks because you only do that when your upset or anger. Remember to take deep breaths"selekt sweetly said as the psychotic girl growled in rage
"I saw that dam hayley girl…smiling and laughing like she did nothing wrong. I could have just killed her their but no…..watts wouldn't let me"she said with malice toward him as he scoffed placing the box on a nearby crate staring her down.
"You would have blown our cover. Because we need to retrieve the relic for our queen which is something i don't want fail at it. Along with that upsetting my father your not the only ones family whos in our queens court"he smugly said making her growl trying to claw his eyes out
Though her mother pulled her back with her tail pulling her in by one arm gently rubbing the back of her head. As her tail squeezed around her seeming to hug her as she shushed her.
"Calm down my little girl. Because the boy regrettable i need to agree he is right. I was furious that i coudln't kill that little hayley brat with my own two claws right now"selket paused before exhaling then inhaling a few times to clam her nerves but she was absolutely fumming how close she is to killing that girl.
"But we agreed that your father here would kill her….we might even have a chance to kill some prey we missed. That uncle of hers"selket said as vernal scoffed laughing
"So you where the one who tore off that annoying bastard arm. Good because all he does is be over dramatic. You can have him just remember raven, qrow and her daughter are mine"vernal reminded again
"Along with the silver eyed brat and the test tube experiment. Are you prepared to use the mental suggestion on him again"bonnie asked as the young mad scientist smiled nodding to her.
"Oh i am because father wants him brought back. Though your employee known as jenny knows their family. Maybe have her bring her ex husband and kids….our queen could have more of them under her control. If they survive the experiments"scar said evily.
Though soon enough rushing over was kimblee and gole with the remainder of their men. As he was panting heavily right now like he ran all the way out of mistral right now gasping for air as sweat beated down his bodie.
"Their you are…where is jenny and the girl. Because i ordered you and the boys to nab her. What happened?"clay demanded as vernal eyes narrowed as gole caught his breath panting for air sighing.
"Uhhh well uh boss…we um…kinda ran into a bit of a snag"he said neoruvsly making bonnie stare them down as the walked over her sickle in hand twirling it waiting for them to say something that won't make her anger.
"What happened to the one job we gave you? Because i want answers….now"she said with a glare from her one eye. This made gole scared as kimblee caught his breath sighing in disappointment.
"The dam spider ambushed us boss. Also we lost our last cell where we were storing the extra guns and boys. My guess they got carol too but bad news for jenny right now"kimblee said making betty even worried as the masked women jumped up
"If you tell me my right hand women is dead….you better tell me what the hell happened? Because if she dead someone will need to pay"betty said in anger making her men flinch as the man crossed his arms
"Her ex husband and those kids jumped us. He brought the girl like we told him but the spiders had cloaking tech that hide them from us. They took down the speakeasy boss and well…lets just say jenny fell in with that pet of her. He had a meal early"kimble said swallowing
Betty stood their as she stayed silent for a moment before growling in complete rage. Then she drew her cleaver pressing it against kimblee neck tight as she nicked it drawing some blood
"Someone needs to take responsibility for this failure right now because i want answer. What happened?"betty asked again as soon enough kimblee looked toward one person being gole who flinched. Though before he spoke lionheart cleared his throat to get their attention
"I…i..i'm sorry to speak out of turn. But wouldn't like to check the artifact over before we begin the assault on havan."he asked hesiantly with a neorvus smile.
That made bonnie decided to take the box as she placed her hands on the edges of it as she opened it. Then in the middle of the box was the said relic as she smirked picking it up presenting it right now. As the only way real way to test it was to see if it could kill someone after someone been killed. She had the perfect two for it.
"Kiyo….grab him"she ordered pointing to gole who froze in fear. Then the man was quickly grabbed by the grimm knight who held him in place. Bonnie plucked off the pink petal forcing it into his mouth as he didn't want to swallow it. But kiyo forced him to by punching him in the side as he gagged
"Ughhh that tasted disgusting….what you gonna feed me posion or something?"gole asked as she laughed having a more sinister idea in mind eyeing something that kiyo owned
"Kiyo darling when was the last time your pet had anything to…eat"she said making the life drain from his eyes. As the women grinned under her mask before whistling to her pet as the large king tajtu awoke with both its head. Then it start to slither its large body forward
Gole screamed in complete fear trying to break free but kiyo was stronger as she threw him down to the ground. The large snake encircled him as he started to have tears flowing down his face. As he began to bang on the leahtery skin infront of him but it was too late. Soon the snake hissed striking chomping down on him
It lifted it head up as a muffled scream could be heard inside it as the snakes throat bulged with something slowly going down it. Kimblee looked afraid before long he reaches it stomach though the man wasn;t moving. Then bonnie offered him the white petal
"Eat this to see if its the real thing if not…you'll be joining him"she ordered as not wanting to die like that he ate the dumb petal. Then he waited for his death as they waited for him to die though he didn't as he felt himself over laughing slightly.
"I'm…i'm alive…what the heck?"he questioned though bonnie went wide eyed eyeing the relic in her hands. Further exmaintion she crushed it as it was just a normal flower. She stared at lionheart who was shocked himself
"You think its funny? Do you really not value your own life right now because i'll feed you and that wife of yours to that snake. Because you've picked a bad time to trick me!"bonnie yelled as two flames where around his eyes but he fell to the ground pointing his hands up
"I..i…i don't understand…i hide it in my office none of my staff could get in. i confiscated all of their keys so they coudln't get in"lionheart said as bonnie growled bringing her sickle up but scar studied him to see some words form around him three in fact. The first being fear, worry and lastly truth which made him step forward
"Bonnie i don't think he lying"scar said as she pressed her sickle to the lion throat ready to slice it open
"Oh do those stupid boxes you see show you him telling the truth"She growled in rage as he nodded then as they stod their the lion figured something up
"Wait a minute of course! I…i think one of them snuck into my office. Because i noticed before leaving seeing that girl with two different color in hair eyeing my office"lionheart said making corsac close by growl at the mention of her as ollie raised an eyebrow
"Torchwich daughter of course she managed to pick the lock she has the skills. With her sister their being swan it makes sense. They have the relic which means their opening the vault right now"he said making them stunned as bonnie had no other choice to gather their forces
"Then we strike because abigal failed dealing with the faunus. Now we need to strike when they least expect"bonnie ordered though lionheart had some good news actually
"Actually uh i locked down the room where the entrance is…the doors are thick enough to hold them out. Along with that…i…i think i have a way to retrieve the artifact"he spoke up as bonnie pressed the sickle closer to his throat telling him to speak
"My…my combat teacher shen mei she…her wife was one of your own. I…if you managed to convince her that you can bring her back. She..she could steal it back for us…she seems to really not like them"lionheart said as she was about to slice his throat but scoffed throwing him to the ground growling
"You have until tonight to retrieve the artifact if you don't your dead. Eta go with him to keep an eye on him….adder you go too. Maybe you can atone for your previous failure"she ordered as he nodded as they continue to prepare for tommorrows siege. As lionheart sighed in relief because he hopes qrow and the others will succeed
"Ozpin wherever you are old friend…i hope you've reincarnated soon. We need help"lionheart thought with hope he can fix his sins.
It was a quiet night for the group as they were all just relaxing after a very long day of what they've dealt with. Currently everyone asleep right now or exhausted in some cases.
But over in team ZERO room rogue was snoring peacefully while laying ontop of merucry who was passed out right now in their bed. But close by eria had her sleepmask on peacefully dreaming, with tundra close by for easy access. Inferno layed near the table desk along with the infernal gauntlet as the gem glowed slightly.
Jaune was in a pair black sweatpants with a white t-shirt on peacefully sleeping right now. As nora was nuzzled up against ren as he simply layed their. With everyone else sound asleep as well.
Velvet curled up slihglty snoring peacefully next to her girlfriend as onxyia held someone close as she slept may right next to her sleeping soundly with her beanie for zane he had a strained look as something prevented him to sleep yet again.
"I'm sorry…stop…please stop..please"Zane muttered trying to sleep as some tears ran down his eyes. Soon he had the same nightmare like usually.
Dream sqeuence
Soon enough zane found himself in amity arena again as he just didn't wanna see this again. He saw penny dead bodie their just staring at him as he slowed his breathing to relax himself.
"Its not real..ignore it…just please be over"zane said to himself knowing this dream. Until someone spoke up.
"Awww but why should it be over…becauses its just getting started"A dark voice said he didn't wanna turned around but did. Their he saw a dark version of pyrrha standing their with an eerie grin. The same bloody mouth and same wound in her chest.
"Just stop it….i..i this isn't real"Zane said trying to walk away but his legs weren't moving.
Pyrrha just giggle manically"really? Because it feels real because for starters i'm dead because of you"she spat with her eyes during dark with red pupil. She began to walk in a circle around him as the area darken around him only leaving a spotlight on him.
"Everyone else is dead because of your selfish actions"pyrrha said as he tired to drown her out.
"Shut up! I know people are dead because of me…but…just stop"he pleaded as he started to lose some feeling in his knees.
Pyrrha then pulled out her sword dragging it across her chest slicing up some of her skin. But as she got over her heart she stabbed it twisting the blade tight emphaziing the stab.
"Why would i do that?"pyrrha asked before he knew it several spotlight started to illuminate around him. Immediately he knew what this was as he just feeling in his legs holding his head. He looked around as each spotlight showed a friend that was now gone, because of him
One spotlight showed fox with his head twisted around as he layed their lifeless on the groundl. His tonfa by his side as his eyes were rolled very far into the back of his head. Close by was yatsu with his fulcrum sword buried into his chest.
Then another showed dove with sword buried in his back as he was kneeling with it. Sky and russel both had spears going through them making an x shape from their corpses. Then it was tanner who had his machete driven down his throat deep silencing him.
Next it was cinder as she had a sword driven into her chest as she had her hands placed across her chest. Finally it was pyrrha who layed dead as her body was sprawled out as her cold lifeless eyes stared at him.
"Pathetic little omega…your still a monster….your going to get the rest of your friends killed. Again"a familair voice said behind him
He turned around and immediately someone drove something into his chest as he looked seeing remorse. Then he looked up seeing him standing their grinning.
"All your friends are dead and its all your FAULT!"the dream version said pulling remorse out ripping his heart out.
End dream
Zane eyes shot wide open as he woke up screaming at the top of his lung in fear. It immediately woke onxyia up as she was startled right now, as velvet yelped grabbing her camera close shot up startled groggily removing her sleep mask. Rogue yelped slightly hugging mercury who gasped sitting up.
May shot up startled herself with nora yelping hugging ren as jaune slowly opened his tired eyes rubbing them. As they all were very much right now on what just happened tyring to figure out if their under attack right now.
"Alright whats with all the screaming don't tell me were under attack right now?! Did they get here early?!"merucry questioned in an offensive stance.
Nora drew her grenade launcher ready to blow up anything"if they are i'll blow the school up before they do it!"She shotued as well
Though the sound of footstep could be heard rushing toward their room before the door was flung open. As nadia had her revolver drawn as raven had omen in hand. Their was also ruby, weiss,yang, bombay,paddy and lastly qrow panting heavily at that moment with a worry look
"Everything alright in here?! We heard you all screaming did something happen?"he asked worried as they slowly collected themsleves before someone flipped the lights on. Then all realzied what was happening as zane was holding his head quietly sobbing to himself muttering but was very loud right now
"Get the blood off….get it off…get it off…i didn't mean to kill anyone…stop making me see people die. Please make it stop"he kept crying with tears running down his face taking several rapid breath right now panicking right now. As his chest hurt from all the panic attacks hes been having as of late.
"Uhhhh what the heck is going on right now?"bombay asked yawning still as raven looked toward nadia who shared a look sighing
Immediately the tiger walked over to calm him down but he covered his mouth. Before shooting of bed pushing past the people in the door way as he went into the hallway trying to go to the bathroom. But he was too slow gagging and heaving feeling something hot as he vomited onto the ground
He kept coughing and choking while he cried which just made raven stare at the women who looked broken seeing this.
"Walker….you need to handle this right now whatever these nightmares are. He needs to talk about them right now hes a dam liability. Hows hes acting will put him and everyone else at risk right now"raven ordered as the women covered her face as some of them shared some looks stunned seeing him acting like this as he kept shaking like a leaf.
""Umm so uh what should we do because i've…never really dealt with something like this before"nora said as ren slowly approached forward to use his semblance though paddy put a hand up stopping him for some reason
The man walked over placing a hand on him startling him as he kept panting gasping for air holding his throat as he stopped puking. Then he knelt down placing his hand on his shoudler to face him
"Oi! Kid knock it off and do the bloody exercise the doc taught you. Remember take a deep breath in hold it for five then out. Repeat till your calm. Alright?"he said as he slowly listened to the instruction
He held it in taking a deep breath for five second then exhelaed calmling down a little as he did it a few more times. Then he finally got his pulse under control standing up turning away starting to walk away.
"I..i…i..i…g-g-go back to bed…i need to get some air"he said stuttering but this was when his partner narorwed her gaze with a worried look. Rogue walked over before grabbing him by the arm as he flinched preparing for someone to hit him shocking her
"Your not avoiding what ever troubling you. Seriously…you keep avoiding everyone right now….and you've acted weird. Were all friends here and you can tell us what the heck is up with you"rogue argued as he looked away avoiding their gaze as some chimed in
"She got a point because seriously cousin you don't look well at all. Those bags under your eyes haven;t disappeared still. Their getting worse"lazuli supported as neo nodded pretending to force a smile shaking her head
"Their right because…..because oh i can't take it anymore. Just talk about what the nightmares are, you already told us back in menagerie"nadia stated making some shock that he already told them what is was right now making some stare at her
"You guys knew the entire time and didn't even tell us?"falk questioned
"Uhhh not cool because no offense you literally keep freaking out on everything now. I mean…you look like blake when she avoided sleep but worst"yang added though he just hugged himself shiving at the thought of them still as he shook his head
"I'm fine…i…i can handle this….i did it before as a kid i can do it again."he argued walking away but still felt very tried because hes been getting terrible sleep since he woke up from his coma. His legs gave out as he leaned against a wall sliding down holding his head.
This made his own partner saying how he can handle it but from what seeing right now he can't. She has own nightmares that she hasn't really told anyone yet but this was just eating her up inside right now. All they've done is offer him support to help him through whatever is troubling him
But all he does push them away thinking he can handle this all by himself. She was mad how he made her grieve for an entire two months almost but seeing that he went back into that city to save her sister to make sure she got home. Placed her best friend somewhere so he can be buried. Then he makes her a gift to apolgize for everything that he did.
She had enough grabbing him by the collar punching him in the face hard fianlly letting her own troubles out.
"Your not the only one thats been having chronic nightmares since the fall of beacon!"rogue cried out which made the others stunned to her she been having trouble sleeping for the last two month. This concern her sister immensely right now.
"Rogue….what…what are you talking about? I…i how long have they been going on?"Eria asked teared eyed as rogue stared at her other half sighing
"Everysince we escaped beacon…and when we got back home. But….but…i…i had some dumb hallcuination showing my hands covered in blood. They…they keep coming and going"She admitted shocking mercury he wasn't told but ruby remember the night in kuroyuri.
"Wait that night in kuroyuri…you…that why you woke up screaming. Why didn't you tell anyone about this?"She asked stunned as now awake was dravan who evasdropped on everything but stayed silent
Rogue sighed covering her face"i…i don't know i um…um…um…"she kept stammering though eventually the man came out from his room. Then he pulled his niece into a tight and comforting embrace heart broken to hear this as he sqeeze her to comfort her.
"Sweetie what are these nightmares…because…i…why woudln't you talk about this?"dravan sked as the blonde leaned into letting the tears out as her own partner was stunned himself hearing her having the same trouble.
"Its just..i…i had them after the service. I was in vale cutting grimm down that got in my way like i was trying to find someone. Eventually i did finding pyrrha…and tanner infront of me uncle and my partner aren't in them anymore. Though umm…"she paused almost scared as perun was shocked right now hearing that.
"What…what did they say?"perun asked
"They asked why didn't i save them…T kept screaming at me that its my fault hes dead. And big sis kept saying…that if i stayed with my sister she would still have her leg"rogue said beginning to physically shake remebrinrg that nightmare as tears were in her eyes as eria walked over joining the two to hold her tight to calm her. As jaune just turned away surprised that all his friends are suffering right now and he hasn't even noitced it. He had a few nightmares himself actually.
"B-but they attacked me. I..i got my leg cut off so i couldn't get away. I begged for it to stop but then i got stabbed in the chest as she pulled my h-heart out. Then..she popped it like a balloon..then i wake up"rogue cried tears streaming down her face as her sister rocked back and forth with her as she cried into her shoulder.
"I should have been their for her! I shoudln't have tried to go after tyrian then tanner would still be here!"rogue cried and cried. Eria hled her close gently rubbing her head as she cried a little herself as near one dorm was zephyra eavesdropping as she looked hurt hearing that. Perun looked very hurt hearing that before suddenly joining the embrace.
"T would never do that. That is not real….i've known that guy my entire life and he not like that. He died as a huntsman…i miss that loudmouth everyday their isn't a day that i wish i died sometimes. But he did one last good deed in the world"perun cired himself right now as eria sighed heavily hugging her sister tight.
"Pyrrha would never say that its just your mind playing tricks on you. Mine keep making me think rosemary hunting me down but i know she isn't. Some of them stopped after seeing everyone were okay actually"eria cried before removing her sister getting a better look at her seeing her with slightly puffy eyes as rogue sniffed rubbing the tears away looking down.
Mercury knelt next to her"sunshine do you really think that girl would do that to you?"he asked
"I…n-no…i just miss her"rogue said
"Thats…understandable it hurts when you lose someone you cheirhs deeply. I'll admit after summer dispapred when i thought she died. I even had a few nightm mars myself"the women admitted to ruby surprise wondering if she felt guilty for what happened to her mom who actually alive and is on her way here soon.
"Really? I…is it really that bad?"ruby asked concerned as her aunt smiled slightly.
"They get worse over time if left untreated but i had someone to help me talk about my problems. Be their for me because sometimes i told myself i was the one who should have died. But.."she paused as the thought of her husband and daughter came to her.
"But my own daughter and husband would be heartbroken. Qrow would probably be sobbing crying his eyes out too."she said as he chuckled sighing before someone else decided to speak up.
"So….my own sister and our leader been having trouble sleep. Your not the only one actually"eria admitted which caught them very much offguard
"Uhhh what?"bombay asked caught offguard hearing that
"Wait..i..i…huh?!"perun shouted with concern right now if she was doing alright as he pulled her into an embrace hugging her
"Are you okay? How long have these been going on and why didn't you tell me?!"he questioned concerned as she sighed pushing him back pecking him on the cheek
"I've…already talk about them and they haven't been happening as of late lately. Except for one well…with…uhhh…rosemary trying to kill me"Eria hesiantly admitted making alot of them look toward the wolf in that team that frowned
"Uhhh do you have any confession you'd like to say right now wolfie?"may questioned as her girlfriend groaned very loud
"They stopped actually like…a week ago. I think maybe well after seeing people i thought died where actually alive. Except that one night after our well…huge fight at blakes house"the wolf admitted which surprised them hearing that right now
But it shocked zane more that his own teammates have been suffering from nightmares as he held his head sighing. Because he wasn't even fit to run their own team not noticing that problem the second it arised. Though jaune looked toward his friend walking over sitting down next to him looking down.
"So…what…are they exactly? Whats so bad that you don't want to talk about them?"jaune asked with paddy crossing his arms
"Kid if its that stupid lab crap again or the needle how much worse did it get?"he asked as soon enough the nonexistent mask just broke finally as zane began to choke on some words but he finally worked up the courage to say it.
"I..i…keep having nightmares of people dying…either because it was an aiccdnet…or i did it""he finally admitted which caught them offgaurd hearing that. Cardin flinched with a shocked looked across his face that why he been having trouble sleep. As ruby yelped hearing that stunned that why hes been acting weird
As eria eyes went wide as saucer hearing him being unable to sleep because he keeps seeing people die. Rogue gasped looking at her partner and leader in complete shock as onxyia as happy he finally set it but hoped it doesn't affect hows hes viewed. Jaune looked stunned for his friend as he stared at him
"I..i…how long have they've been going on i mean….they must have stopped eventually"he asked but his friend shook his head begging to have more tears slipp away as he balled up in fear

'But it just keeps showing me killing my own friend….and family…i…i watts uses the command phrase then…i…i just watch what happens. My boy moves on my own…making me kill people and…i…i keep seeing myself kill everyone we lost in the fall. I..my head keep showing me stupid hallucination now….they won't stop…i just want them to go away…they won't go away"he finally said sobbing right now as his mother held him close upset that their that bad. As everyone was stunned right now as eria had tears slowly forming
The frozen girl walked over pulling her leader away from the tiger hugging him as she could feel the tears hitting her shoulder as she sniffed
"I…why didn't you tell anyone about this…why?"she asked as he looked away
'I was too scared how'd everyone react…because my head is messed up now"he admitted with a slight horased voice but rogue narrowed her gaze walking over hugging him with tears already on her face
"You don't just not talk about this…i….where a team…we all are back together after so long…i..we need to be their for each other"rogue cried as onxyia was the last to join holding the three close right now as her tail swayed slowly
"She right…look all of us are right now still hurt from the fall. But you can;'t just keep telling yourself your fine"she said placing her hand on his cheek whipping some tears away with her thumps as he cracked continuing to cry his eyes out sobbing as she held the three. After some time eventually they let each other go though soon eria slumped over going ack.
They all stared at zane passed out right now snoring with her trapped underneath him struggling to get herself free.
"Get him off me…god…your skinny like…jaune was…but how are you still…so heavy!"she shouted as they stared at her
"Hey i wasn't that skinny though he uh carrying for two right now"jaune quipped which made them pause for moment before they bursted into laughter because it was actually a good one
"Oh my god good one jaune!"yang said laughing at the attempt with cardin laughing sighing in relief right now
"Man that was good though hey at least he admitted it. Because you guys are right because well don't when those guys are gonna strike which means we gotta be their for each other"cardin stated
Ruby nodded"yeah look all of us are troubled right now but where still here. We didn't just give up and wallow in self pity. Because…we have a chance to stop another kingdom from burning because of that witch. Lets all work together to stop them from destoryng havan and get the relic!"she cheered but covered her mouth at their sleeping friend but zane was still slump over eria peacefully sleeping. Nadia picked him up as he was limp but noticed him with a relaxed look with a relieved look
Deciding to all return to their bed she layed him in his as her son three girlfriend snuggled up with him. Then she decided to continue the nightwatch for tonight for anything that could be trouble. She closed her eyes for a moment sighing
Then it was immediately morning as the tiger was fast sleeping snoring in a chair outside their room with a bit of drool on her mouth right now. As she was sleeping soon enough the bright sun was shined in her eye causing her to wake up. The tiger groaned opening her eyes seeing she fell asleep.
The women immediately looked inside the room slowly opening the door seeing that everyone was asleep but noticed her son missing worryingher. She flipped the lights on speeding to the bed seeing that only velvet, onxyia and may where their as the three all held each
But this caused jaune to wake up as he yawned"miss walker whats going on right now?"he asked groggily as everyone else in the room started to wake up at that moment
"I don't know where the heck is my son? Because those three are the only one snuggling with each other"nadia said with worry making them eye the bed seeing he wasn't their which worried them
"Ohhh if that clown an away because he talked about those dumb nightmares. I'm going to freeze him to the tower here"Eria said but someone spoke up near the doorway
"Uhhh okay for one good luck trying to catch me. Second i'm right here"zane spoke up before all their gazes turned to the doorway seeing his head sticking from the top of it right now which confused them. Though peeking out their saw him walking on the ceiling with his claws dug into the ceiling for his partial prowler form
"Well you seem um more lively than usually"lazuli said before noticing how much color return to his eyes actually. Their were still bags their but they were only slightly purple
"Yeah what you finally get a good night sleep?"cardin asked as the grimm hybrid titled his head still upside down rubbing the back of his neck sighing smiling slightly
"Actually…okay not gonna lie actually talking about that stuff helped alot and uhhh…as an apology for saying something messed up. When i got up i made breakfast"he said as they all appereicated it before getting dressed heading to the dining hall.
Once their they saw a grand spread of food layed out for them right now as some began to dig in immediately with much relief. Though everyone seemed to notice someone in a better mood right now
"So you dont look moopy and dead like ussually what you get special treatment last night"yang teased as the three girls hes dating stared her down
"Xialong do me a favor and shut up right now before i rip out a lock of your hair"may warned as the female clown stuck her tongue out pulling down a eyelid.
"Yeah because well thanks for making breakfast …you really didn't need to do this"weiss thanked
"Eh its fine…kinda realizing how dumb i;ve been becasue well…umm… …uh when could i maybe…start some therapy?"he asked stunning the women who thought for a moment chuckling
"Maybe after we save the city here. Though gotta talk to your pilot friend here on getting my kids safe out of here first"she answered as right now nadia just felt relived actually seeing him with a small smile which warmed her heart. Though rogue decided to show him something
"Though since you decided to make our team something….someone shouldn't be without his signature look"rogue said placing the case into view then opened it to their shock what was inside. That being a katana with a white and jet black handle with the sheathe next to it. As it looked oddly similar to remorse but with the blade being crimson on one side with the other being black. As imprinted on it was a grimm skull bearings it fangs. Catuisouly he picked up the sword in his hands
'I um….whats this…this looks like my old sword but…where are the modifications i made on it…it…it took me two months to make that"zane said surprising them that is took that long
"I couldn;t get the parts to fix it since its in atlas. But i was like hey might as well make a sort of replica…it doesn't have a dust ignitor. Though we could add it after were done with havan"rogue said as he stared at it swallowing before setting it down hugging her.
"T-thank you….this means alot right now"he thanked making her appreciate it
"So…what are you going to name that one?"velvet aksed as he thought for a moment as he sheathed it
"Mericless….fits with remorse in a way"he replied picking up the katana placing the sheathe on it as he felt like a part of him was back. Maybe once their done here they can work on fixing remorse together as partners.
"Great it dark like the rest of your weapons. Because if you'll excuse me we have work that needs to be…ack!"eria said before falling on her putt as they looked to see her missing her prosthetic leg as cardin began to laugh right now
"Yo great idea to steal princess ice queens legs. Now i've bullied your entire team"cardin said making them laugh though she wasn;t having it growling pulling herself forward by with icepick out. Then start to shot at the two who started to run away with her leg
"Give me back my leg you idiot! Perun help me!"she shouted as he shook his head placing her on his back piggybacking her. As the two and a few others chased after them at that at that moment as raven sighed looking at qrow
"I think they can enjoy themselves for a couple hours while we come up with a plan"raven replied
"Agreed sis. Though this morning an airship was spotted on their way here…which means one person is coming"he said nodding staring outside a window that showed the city wondering if her old leader is actually coming but hopes they can hold the white fang back
It seems that zane finally admitted his nightmares along with his own teammate admitting their own troubles. but he finally saw they were willing to show him support. Along with that he got a new weapon along with someone coming to havan very soon.
