Chapter 140:Spring Scuffle part 2
Inside the courtyard of havan academy right now fist and blades where colliding with each other. As right now dust and gunfire filled the skies noises but right now near the front entrance of the academy vault entrance at the stairs.
Jaune rushed forward at bonnie as he swung his sword but she blocked it with her scythe. Then she tiwrled it pushing him back. Though jaune quickly recovered as the vertical slashed the air pressing a button. A stream of fire came at bonnie but the girl quickly jumped in the air dodging it. Then she launched forward toward the knight with her scythe at the ready.
As the two clashed immediately tai and betty blades clashed with each other at that moment intercpting the other. The man pushed her back before slashing at her as she flipped in the air. Then she quickly landed on the ground staring him down. But then someone joined her punching the man back a few feet
In his hands was a hammer that being clay who stared the man down as betty skipped to his side humming.
"Thansk clay…now lets teach this trash a lesson"betty said before clay cracked his kncukels ready for another go. But then yanged rushed in joining her dad to beat the brute as betty dashed off toward lazuli for some payback.
The two then rushed in at the large man as he swung his hammer around at them. Yang shot several shots toward the thug as she punched her fist. Fire dust shot impacted him but the man aura took the hits as he brushed it off. Then tai launched himself forward firing off a shot from his revovler. He lfited his leg up as he brought it kicking the man.
It threw clay back a little bit but he cracked his neck as he raised his hammer slamming it down. This cause a small seismic wave but yang and tai used their respective weapons to launch themselves into the air. As they did tai kicked flipped the revolver backward firing it off toward the man as yang flicked her wrist firiign a shot two then collided with clay who held his ground as the three kept fighting.
Though with ren he tried to assit his leader but instead of that he was met by kimblee. As the man launched an arch of fire toward him with a snap of his fingers blocking his path. Then the man quickly replaced the dmaaged glove
"You aint going near her boy…i suggest you stay down"he warned but ren and nora shared a look with each other. As he drew his bow notching an arrow back poitnign it directly at him as nora held her hammer tight at that moment. Though instead of those two sniper shots rang out hitting kimblee in the chest
That being tyra with her sniper out as she took pot shots at the thug with a smoking barrel on her weapons staring at him.
"You two go help the others get inside. Because we need to get the relic now hes mine"tyra said in confidence as they ehsiated for a moment before nodding to her that they would do that.
But as they ran off to join in the fight with their leader stepping in their way was hazel. The couple stopped dead in their tracks as he stared them down.
"I don't wish to fight either of you right nowhazel said with a hint of saddence.
"Niether do i"ren said notching his arrow at him direclty
"And your with her…she took away the one man who took us in. you took away wu shui!"nora shotued back which got a reaction out of hazel who sighed glancing at the two
"You knew him….shame i had to go that day to help put an old friend down"hazel said making the two stare at him in complete shock
Then as ren stared at him a small flash happened in his head showing wu shui fighting off two people. As they were being carried away by someone then slowly hazel face popped into his head as he narrowed his gaze.
"You…you where their. You killed wu shui"ren stated in shock
Nora had tears starting to form before her and ren shared a look nodding to one another to fight him for the man who took care of them. Both got ready to fight him now.
Hazel sighed heavily as he cracked his neck with his hands. A large crack could be heard then he cracked his knuckles. He popped each of his knuckles as he stared the two down.
"Very well then"hazel stated as he rushed foward at the two. Ren and nora both then rushed forward at the man.. But as they rushed forward nora raised her grenade launcher firing off a grenade shell at him. This sent him back slightly but he was still standing right now. As ren rushed in starting to sprint around him
The boy then pulled the string on his bow tight then began to launch a flurry of arrows at hazel. A few where swatted away by the man large hands but a couple pierced his forearm. Though hazel just gripped the wooden part of the arrows tearing them out not even bothered by the pain.
But a few snapped leaving the arrowhead in though he walked over swinging toward ren as he ran past him. Luckily ren changed his strategy up ducking underneath his swing as he quickly hosltereed his bow on his back. Then he brought out stormflower twirling both machine pistol.
Then he began to deliver a slurry of bullets at him as his bullets kept buncing off his skin like ntohing. As nora gave a war cry rushing in bringing her hammer in swinging right into his side but it did nothing. Hazel just backhanded her away as she landed on the ground rolling back for a bit groaning from the punch
Then the man got closer to her rasing his fist ready to bring them down on the ground. But quickly rushing forward was lazuli who was in the middle of fighting bettty. As the women kept blasting shotgun shells at her in quick succession running out. But in a quick motion loaded in five more shells pumping out the spent shell cotnsiounyl chasing her.
But the thief placed nora near ren as he rushed over nodding thanking her. Though with betty she was shooting at the theif until eventaully a piece of glass was thrown passed her. She didn't realzie a hand shooting out of the glass grabbing her by the coat
Betty yelped as she was brought onto her back groaning before opening her eyes as a tomahawk was being brought down at her face. She rolled out of the way kneeling to see yahto emerged from the glass shard as he stared her down glaring right now.
"Hmmm you seem familiar. I remeber ever ugly mugg in my gang you…surprignly i remeber you"betty asked intrigued
Yahto pulled his shirt collar down revealing their mark"i used to be until i left. But now…i'll take you down. Because your just some crazy bitch"he spat back making her change to her cleaver smiling as the women needed to teach her former employer a lesson.
Weiss was busy fighting against adder as the snake kept slashing at the schnee girl ready to kill her. Adder kept trying to kill her but for some reason he hesiated momentarily as weiss predicted each of his strike from his khopesh balde. Though a few slashed at her aura as she flinched in pain a little. This made adder freeze up acctually.
But then weiss waved her hand around summoning a black glyph underneath him. Adder noticed this before planting his feet dashing forward as the gravity dust glyph smashed the concrete where he was standing.
Then he rushed forward at her raising his blade to strike her down as she quickly raised hers. The twos blades clashed together at that moment as sparks flew from their repscitve blades
Adder growled"dammit girl….get out of my way and make this easier for me to kill you"he growled
But weiss stared into his eyes not buying that eyeing bonnie who was stilli fighting with jaune. Then she stared into his reptile eyes with a soft expression
"You don't want this….please….stop…if you do this…your sister and nephew will die"she said making him go wide eeyd before he stared at maya who was busy fighting against raven at that moment as the women slashed at the grimm hybrid knocking her back slicing her chest up but she didn't care continuing the fight
Then he stared back at her with a stern glare
"Don't you dare say their names….because i'll grab them after i'm done here. After i kill you"adder said finally breaking their power strugggle as the heiress stared him down ready to fight him if she needs too.
Oscar meanwhile was looking for lionheart right now as he gazed his eyes on him. The man was sneaking up the stairs at that moment with the relic in hand. But oscar began to dash toward him though the lion glanced out of the corner of his eyes
looking at the he sighed looking at the boy.
"Young man, I don't want to have to fight you. But for your sake please leave before they kill you"lionheart stated as he looked at his weapon.
Oscar stood stationary as he soften his gaze as he approached lionheart. The lion faunus raised his weapon as he activated it. But his arm shook like crazy as he had fear in his eyes.
"Please…i'm warning you"lionheart stated
Oscar sighed as ozpin told him what he should say.
"Leo…what happen to you"oscar said as lionheart eyes widden.
"Ozpin..this can't be your back already…but your with qrow…maybe…maybe"lionheart said but soon looked down at bonnie glaring at him while she foguth jaune.
The lion faunus gripped his fist tight then looked at him"i'm sorry old friend…I must fight you…forgive me"lionheart said as he raised his weapon as he spun it as it landed on earth dust. Oscar raised long memory and with a heavy heart it seems he nodded to him.
"Leo…my friend i'm sorry"ozpin said mentally to oscar as the lion faunus and farm boy clashed.
But back with lazuli, nora and ren soon rolling over after he just snapped a cultist leg. That being the girl lynx eared brother joining her in the fight as the two shared a smile with each other.
"Hey fish eater…wheres our baby sister?"lazuli asked
"Oh you know taking a ride with her girl"vance said close by as she glanced at something
That being neo riding atop of a panther at that moment which was jazmine as the mute held her umbrella out with its hidden blade. As the mute slashed down a grimm as riding close by them was piper with her sister riding with her on an uras. Several uras where rushing down tackling and mauling any of their pack leader enemies as she ordered
Though soon enough two thugs aimed at the panther and the mute riding it focusing their shots on the panther. But the panther in a swift motion with its speed dodged them before neo stood up slightly on her back. Flipping her umbrella backward she fired off a shot sending her up in the air.
Neo in a quick motion tiwlring her umbrella pointing it down at the two thugs aiming weapons up at her. Then she pressed down on the trigger firing two small explosion at their feet making them jump back. But this resulted in the panther pouncing at the two planting its paw on their chest roaring in their faces. Then it slashed its claws into their legs immbolzing them as it gushed large amount of blood from their wound
But the panther let out a growl with a roar as floating down from her umbrella undone was neo. The mute safely landed on the panther back as she petted it head gently as it licked her hand for a moment
"You know thats just cute for our baby sister to do that"lazuli said before hazel noticed the two hearing they called each other sibling wanting to ask them a simple question right now.
"You two aren't related are you?"he asked with a sorrowful look which caught them by surprise. But vance drew his rope dart twirling it around staring him down as his sistr raised her wrist mounted crossbow pointing it at him
"We are…we may not be blood related but where family. You helped take out dad away….your not going to take away one else away from us"lazuli growled with tears slightly in her eyes. As the man stared at her with a somber gaze a voice rang in the back of his head
"Big brother why are momma and daddy not back yet"a girl voice rang in his head as he exhaled rising his fist to fight them
"If your with them then i'm sorry i need to do this"hazel said before they began the four on one fight with each other for entracne into the vault.
Although across the way right now also fighting agains their foes where the hayley family all fighting side by side with each other. Along with a couple of their friends right now as they were fighting off their attackers. Because they were near the other CCT tower at that moment
Dravan was swinging his mace into some thugs about three in fact launching them all into a wall together. They all landed hard against the wall as the man gave a mighty cheer before he tossed a purple orb at them. The thugs picked themselves up but the orb denated sucking them in as they tried to escape its vortex.
But as they tried to escape its vortex it was useless as something came toward the thugs. As soon a grenade shell coated with a yellow hue landed right at them. It denated on impact eletrucuting all of them as they culvused in pain falling to the ground
Dravan looked over with his niece holding her grenade launcher out that was inserted between a slot of her armshield. The blonde stared at her weapon laughing
"I love using this thing! I wanna blow up more stuff!"she cheered as close by port was bare knuckle brawling with a large brute. The brutish soldier found the old man to be very puny as he cracked his knuckles to put him in an early grave
But the old man was more than some grimm professor as the brute swung toward him in quick succession. Though the old professor surprisingly was nimble enough to dodge the strike then he began to jab him in the side a few good times. The brute grunted from one because that simpel jab was so hard he felt something crack. The old man then reeled his fist back punching him square in the stomach making him go off. Port then reeled his fist back uppercutting the man jaw with a very loud crack being heard sending him to the dirt
Port then picked up his blunderbuss axe as he blasted back a few cultist with a gravity dust round. Dravan smiled at the old man
"Peter port the bear knuckle bralwer of vale still got that kick in him?"Dravan asked as his tail wagged
"I do my boy. It is fantastic to be slugging it with you and team again after so long"port replied
Kali was close by as she dodged a strike from a talon operator sword slash. Then she housewife reeled her foot back spin kicking them toward her teammate. As calida was whackign a soldier back with her staff but noticed the operator coming at her.
The dance instrucotr then twilered her staff as the operator stumbled dirieclty into her path. she swung hard into the back of their skull cracking it making them stumble further groaning holding their head. As kali punched him directly in the mask cracking his goggles as he groaned falling to the ground from the hit
The two women smiled at each other at that moment with a job well done as they had some csual banter while the thought side by side together again.
"Oh peter you just had to ask. Because i've been meaning to get some stress release right now"kali said firing her pistol at some white fang who where behind cover as the royal guard joined her by her side with zoey leading the charge.
The fox faunus was firing off her shotgun toward them doming one in the chest with an electric dust round putting them out of the fight as they groan laying on the ground. Though she was also issuing out order nearby to her men
"Everyone circle up and don't let them take out our support on the rooftop! Make sure to get anyone injuried out of harms way right now!"she ordered yelling each of them out.
Though skating around on the battlefield right past her was eria who created a path of ice for her and her father. As jaki was using the momentum to swing his dane axe into some grimm that were starting to attack them again. But he luckily chopped their head clean off their shoulder
Eria made a pivot as she slide to a stop seeing her father coming right for her. She reached a hand out to help him as he just in time grabbed it. The two then began to twirl around in a circle as jaki switched to his submachine. The weapon smith began to press down firing at whoever in the way hoping he doens't hit his allies.
But luckily he helped some out as a faunus was about to get their face torn off. But his bullet hit the grimm right in the skull killing it as it started to turn into dust at that moment. Along with a few bouncing off a cardin who found that annoying. But he didn't mind as him and yumi where back to back fighting off talon forces side by side right now
As the two spun around in a blur eria let his hand go launching herself forward at someone. That being perun who was in a power struggle with a thug right now as he grinned trying to bring an axe blade into the rocker face
"Get off my boyfriend!"Eria shouted lunging at the thug with her bat swinging it directly into their jaw. Spit went from his mouth but he was sent flying over some faunus and others fighting for a home run. Perun was on the ground as she offered him a hand as he took it smiling
"Thanks for the save icicle"perun thanked
Eria blushed slightly"no problem but lest regroup we need to have a plan right now"she said as he nodded
Quickly they all regrouped with each other reloading their weapons along with checking each other aura right now. Along with their own calling it out to each other as mercury panted whipping the sweat off his face at that moment.
"Thew you guys i'm working up a sweat out here i mean man this is exhausting"mercury said panting a little
"Doesn't help that its hot out here right now…seriously…i would not mind taking my shirt off."cardin said before the tearing of clothing could be heard as he went wide eyed
As right now tearing off his shirt was port who the ever so dramatic produced his building muscles and hairy muscles in all his splendor. This made rogue gag heavily seeing the amount of grey hair on his chest.
"Ewww thats just nasty what are you doing old man?"rogue asked heaving for a moment as port laughed lifting his blunderbuss in the air
"'Whinchster gave a grand idea! I might as well go out in a bang i may be old. But i'll take down as many of these hooligans as i can tonight. Brave-ho!"port cheered with his signtured cheer. Verona had her sword out chuckling rolling her eyes
"Drav what did you find in this…"she paused as her own husband tore off his own shirt throwing them to the winds. But this caused his massive muscles to bulge out as he flexed his pecs. This caused the bat faunus to have a brief nose bleed from that coughing for a moment
Kali rolled her eyes"Really drav? Now of all times you decide to be dramatic of all the times?"she askd as the jackal faunus cracked his neck tapping infinity in his hands nodding
"I do because well i gotta try to outshine my favorite mentor over here. Though….wonder where your two leader is. I saw him in that grimm form of his early"dravan said as he got his answer
As soon something was launched by that was large in size that smashed direclty into a building. This caught them by surprise for a moment. Then they stared close by at a building that had zane in his creature form stand up with rubble on his body. But he picked himself up shaking it off coughing dust from its maws.
"Ohhh i'm so glad that he can control that now. At least he aint trying to tear anyone head off like last time"rogue said making her mother eye her but she was curious what threw him.
"Wait a minute…what threw him?"she asked as she got her answer with a sinking cackle being heard.
As they turned to the source making her growl at the source belonging to tyrian. The scorpian faunus had his tail coiled around a branwhen tribe member which was ryuu as he was pounding on his tial to free him making verona go wide eyed in shock. As selket was by his side carrying someone else in her own tail being mai.
As the girl had a ruise on her face right now with a gash wound on her leg right now groanign right now. Rosemary was grinning at them but more directly at two of them right now.
"Oh joy….its the two little brats that i've been looking for. Because your going to pay for taking my daddy stinger"rosemary said in a creepy cute voice making them shiver from that. But eria stepped forward glaring at her pointing icepick at the girl
"I suggest you let those two right now or else"she threatened but tyrian laughed at her order before rasing his guanlent toward ryuu stomach pressing on it slightly
"Awww but where the fun in that. I mean because before i slaughter that little blonde bitch. I'lll…"he stared dieclty at rogue who flicnhed backing up right now doing something. She was shaking a little because she was actually scared now after what his wife did to her
"I'll gut you…and have my daugther here have fun torturing your sister first. Because well a hunter never leaves their wounded prey alive. Taking that leg will make her easier to kill"tyrian said with a cackle as perun glared at him seething in rage as tears began to form in his eyes
Immediately he got infront of eria with his axe at the ready to defend her like his life depended on it. Because right now he wasn't going to let this psycho take another person he cares deeply for away from him again.
"Your one to talk asshole! You didn't kill the jackal over here instead you and your ugly bitch of a wife let him go!"perun tuanted making tyrian eye him down with a intense glare as he clenched his fist angering him saying that
"I mean….if you believe yourself to be a hunter for your prey….your terrible at killing your marks. Though…maybe i'll chop off your daughter leg like she did with my girl. Make you see how that feels"perun taunted laughing even at him right now
Selket growled at the boy as she clacked her claws together before placing her claw on face face forcing her to look up. Verona froze up seeing that wonderign what she was doing.
"Sweetie…i'm going for the blonde hair boy. Besides before we fight heres a little game. Pick which one of them get to live because their both too weak to fight anyway. I'll just have jack over here kill them"She paused staring at the grimm hbyrid close by
"Isn't that right jack?"She sweetly asked
But right now jack was driving his blade into a soildler stomach right now as he pinned them to a nearby wall. The man kept stabbing him in the stomach laughing with each stab as he dragged it deep enough for his intestines to spill onto the ground. The soldier had tears falling down his face until selket cleared her throat
Jack stared at her as he reached down into the soldier guts pulling up a insetines chewing on it making them sick.
"Did you hear what i said little brother?"she asked with slight anger as he tore a piece off chewing it swallowing it as he pulled his burlap sack over his face shrugging his shoulder
"Sure sure whatever because well…i'm going to play with big brother over here. You seem like an interesting grimm…i wonder what you are. Because my old buddy here wife always wonder that herself"jack replied as the creature got on all fours growling at them right now.
Thoguh as they held their stand off at that moment as kali noticed verona looking scared right now before swapping her eyes toward mai.
"What exactly are you even trying to accomplish right now?"she questioned as selekt smiled she was interested now
"Oh its something interesting you see we'll–"She was stopped as ryuu bite hard on train tail making him grunt in pain letting him go. Then the tribe member reeled his fist punching the faunus in the gut stunning him slightly. Tyrian then raised both his balded guaneltns as the broguth them down the middle of the man
It was pure silence for a minute as ryuu gasped from the pain as he stared down at his chest seeing an X shaped slash mark. The man let out a small smile before he fell backward on the ground feeling very cold right now. As he thought about his spring maiden that he'll be joining very soon right now.
Verona went wide eyed in shock as tears started to well up in her eyes as they flowed with her growling at him. Tyrian scoffed whipping the bood off his gaunelnets by licking them off tasting the red liquid from the man.
"Oh that settles it…hmm you know i'll keep her alive i think shes theta host daughter. Oh maybe we can turn her into one of us"selket said in joy though from behind someone tapped the women on her face. The women turned around to be met by a fist punching her square in the face as she held her nose that crunch
Then in a shift motion a shadow like figure picked up mai dashing toward that as they set her down. Mai groaned holding her side as the finger belong to nadia who panted a little smirking.
"Eat that…you psycho….man your creepy and ugly"she taunted as selket removed her hand to reveal her nost was crook as she hissed with her tail thrashing. Then soon enough fianlly rejoining the fight was kiyo who spun her sais around glaring at the creature who snarled toward her.
""Jack…help me kill that traditor to prove yourself. He killed my pet"kiyo ordered as he grinned joining her.
The creature noticed this walking off to another side right now closer toward the other tower to begin their brawl. As nadia walked after him with cardin and yumi joiing them leaving the hayley family that stared down the psychos before them.
Rosemary glared directly at eria and rogue as the twin sister both glanced at each other. Eria held her bat out nodding to her as rogue slipped on the infernal guanlent. Then ember appeared seeing what was before her nodding in agreement without a word.
As dravan drew his morning star mace staring at his wife"kali do me a favor as my partner. Get mai somewhere safe. Verona dear go with them…i need to get payback for that psycho taking my arm"he demanded as verona wanted to argue but he gave her a stern nod as she nodded to him in agreement.
Verona then helped kali pick up mai wrapping her shoulder around her arms. They rushed off with zoey following them as well with her mother heading off to help her brother right now. But jaki drew his dane axe freezing it over slightly at that moment. While calida had her staff out with her hands burning red hot glaring at the psychotic family.
Rosemary drew both her shotgun at the ready as selket tail thrashed around at the ready. As tyrian grinned like a manic ready to start this bloodbath. The two family then charged at each other ready to settle their new feud together.
Meanwhile across the way to where blake was with her father at that moment. She was busy fighting off any white fang that stood in her way as she dodged a strike from one. Then she cocked her fist back socking them in the jaw stunning them. The cat next then jumped up wrapping both her legs around their neck as she raised her hands in the air
As rushing over was ilia as the chameleon faunus then flipped off a ghira who was in the middle of a power struggle with a larger thug at that moment. Using her momentum ilia launched herself foward toward blake. The two worked together as ilia just in time gripped blake hand while mid air
Using the momentum gained from the attack the chameleon faunus threw the cat faunus forward. This resulted in the eenmie beneath her grasp at that moment to be launched forward into the ground. For extra measure ilia kicked them in the head knocking them out as their head slumped over
Though where blake was heading was directly for adam who was locked in a power struggle himself. The bull faunus was locked in one with a talon operator as the soldier kept pushing back. Until eventually the soldier was strong enough to knock the fuanus down to the ground
Then before adam knew it a piar of hands where wrapped around his throat. The soilder began to squeeze on his throat tight as he could feel himself loosing air really quick right now. He could feel him barely getting air threw as the operator laughed
"I don't care if that dumb spider faunus wants your head….i'll just kill you. Then he'll be happy to have you dead. Long live our queen"the oeprator said
But just as adam single eye started to roll in the back of his head as he slowly lost conssessious. Though flying through the air toward the operator was a cat faunus who dropkicked the soldier in the side hard making a loud crack. This sent them flying into a group of faunus who began to beat the man down with their spears and clubs
Adam gasped for air coughing and hacking trying to get air back into his lungs. He kept coughing and hacking at that moment until he eventually got the air in his lungs. Then someone offered him something as he looked up to see blake offering him a hand
The two of them shared a gaze as she sighed
"You gonna keep staring or do i need to tell your girlfriend about you eyeing other girls"blake cheekly asked as he sighed taking her hand as she hosited him up.
"Well i view you more like a possible friend now. But…thank you…thought i'd might have died their"adam said rubbing his throat getting air in his lung. As close by ghira raised a white fang in the air throwing them to the ground body slamming them to the ground. Then he glanced at the two with a small smile
"You've earned that for finally being on the right track for once. When we are done here we'll have a discussion…on what you did."ghira said with a serious face as adam nodded
Though soon enough something landed by their feet as they looked at it. Their was a piece of web their and soon adam drew his katana as his blade caught someone else. The bull glared at the owner that being ollie with his mask on growling at him as he pressed forward grinding up his blade.
"You traditor! I thought you were like a brother to me but no! You and everyone i've every known are traditors!"ollie shouted in rage but adam growled as he pushed back
"Your insane….because i'm stopping you tonight it i have too myself"adam said before the two broke it as adam shvoed him back a few feet. Then joining him by his side was yenna along with a couple talon operators by their side.
Once adam got pushed back far enough he met with blake, ghira, ilia along with nezumi who just finished socking a thug in the face knocking them out to the ground.
The spider faunus panted as in her hands instead of her drum mag shotgun was on her back. While in her hands was a tactical sword from her atlas days since she did train with special ops at some point. But it had a black handle along with that the blade was silver in color with a pair of spider fangs hanging off the hilt.
Blake raised gambrol shroud at the ready toward the two as ollie held his sword out slashing it around staring the cat and bull who betrayed him.
"You two traditors are going to burn for this…i hate people who betray me. I've always been lied to about everything…i deserve my revenge against the humans. That bitch atlas soilder took my sister away from me!"he shouted back as she scoffed
"Are you that childish? God your even more insane than i thought…your a complete lunatic"blake spat as ilia cracked her whip as it crackled with electricity glaring at yenna who mask was ripped off since it got broken early.
"You two make me sick…your gonna pay for all that abuse you gave me back on menagerie"ilia threatened as yenna laughed for a moment pointing her sword at her.

As onxyia was still sniping down on the people attacking the academy with may by her side along with ruby. The red hooded sniper kept switching target in quick succession firing at them several times.
But ollie noitced her looking over as he smiled before he pointed toward it. Because close next to him a couple soldier where getting a rocket launcher set up. Right then and their blake noticed it but before she could do anything. They fired the rocker toward their target as it flew directly toward the tower.
Up in the tower right now beidou was firing off pot shots down below before she glanced to her right. Then went wide eyed to see a rocket coming toward them they looked at ruby thinking of something. The women quickly pulled her over shielding her which confused her
"Hold on RPG!"she shotued as before the others could react the rocket soon hit the roof they were on. Immediately this sent them all tumbling down below the courtyards ground floor at that moment. Blake went wide eyed in shock
"RUBY!"she called out as soon yenna striekd lunging forward but blake drew her sword as the two blades clashed with each other at that moment. The two women then got into it as ollie and adam stared each other down with their respective swords drawn.
"So…it's going to end like this? "Adam asked as ollie replied by drawing his sword staring him down answering his question. Adam drew his own sword at him as the two old friends where ready to clash with one another.
Meanwhile near the entrance at that moment everyone was doing their best to defeat their foes. But weiss was struggling against adder as he kept coming at her murderous intent. Weiss did her best to block the atack. But weiss was losing aura after each strike while adder reeled his foot back spin kicking at her.
Narrowly she jumped back doging his strike from his foot not wanting to get hit dodged it. Then she tapped her feets together for a black glyph to appear below her. She shot upwards then used several glyphs as a small path to leap around. Adder hissed at her before switching to his assault rifle beginning to fire a hail of bullets at her trying to kill her.
Each shot missed her but she was running low on aura at that moment from all the didn't know how longer she could keep this up as she jumped toward another glyph but a fire dust pellet impacted weiss launching her onto the ground with a loud thug.
Meanwhile jaune was doing his best to fight against bonnie. But the girl kept blocking his attacks with her arm or sctyhe with ease. As she got close she twirled her scythe with one hand with ease. Then she raised it slahsing at jaune who blocked it with his great sword but it sent him backaways.
He quickly recovered as bonnie stared him down with a smile which anger him.
"You know I think you used to have a thing for that girl. Didn't you two date?"bonnie taunted as she chuckled evily.
Jaune lifted his sword up with a determined look"you don't get to talk about her"jaune said as he rushed forward as his blade clashed against her scythe. But bonnie swiftly spun around him kicking him to the ground. Jaune stopped himself with his hands and quickly rolled out of the way of bonnie scythe as she brought it down.
Although oscar and lionheart where fighting with each other but oscar noticed something. That he was holding back which confused him why?
He spun his disc as it landed on fire dust. Then a fire ball appeared as he launched it forward at oscar. Oscar rolled out of the way and rushed forward with long memory. He swung his hands back and forth at the lion faunus who blocked each of his attack.
Then he blocked another one of oscar attacks with his shield as the two were close to each other.
Lionheart looked down as he narrowed his gaze then looked at oscar.
"If your his new host you need to hear this"lionheart whispered quickly as oscar went wide eyed but nodded to him.
"I'm carrying the artifact since i have the codes for the gates blocking the statue. Give me time hand it off to you. "He whispered making him confused as ozpin himself was confused before he spoke in oscar head
"Oscar…ask him why he is doing this?"ozpin questioned
"Why are you telling me this?"he whispered back as the lion looked down in shame staring at him with his tired eyes
"I don't want my kingdom to burn. If i do this please head to their camp to rescue my wife and little girl. They took my granddaughter as well…please oz…please…i never wanted this. I'm sorry old friend"he whispered
This shocked the dual soul body as close by he glanced seeing bastet in the middle of fighting off a soldier wrapping her whip around their neck bashing their face into the ground several times
"I..i..shes…ov–"he was stopped because a quake begun as it shook the lion faunus back. Below them clay was using his semblance to shake the area around him as he stood right underneath where oscar and lionheart where.
But with hazel he kept throwing a slew of punches toward the four. As nora and ren both split off to intercept kimblee right now as tyra was helping raven deal with maya at that moment. But lazuli sped foward firing off several bolts at the man. He blocked them with his large fore soon a blinking noise could be heard as he glanced down seeing the bolts blinking.
Then before he could dig them out they denated but hazel still stood their not even budging. But vance lunged forward with his rope dart tossing it around the man forearm as hazel stared at him. Vance rushed forward lunging forward trying to drive his knife into his skull. Though instead he grabbed him by the head. Vance kicked trying to break free but hazel reeled his arm back slamming the faunus on the ground hard as his body bounce
Lazuli went wide eyed glaring at him"KEEP YOUR HANDS OFF MY BABY BROTHER!"she yelled in rage using her semblance to rush forward at him. Hazel soften his gaze before clenching his fist as she came rushing in firing several bolts at him. But as she got close he threw his fist forward shocking her in the gut. Lazuli gasped as she was sent flying into yahto as the two collided into each other.
The two groaned right now as lazuli aura finally gave out as yahto got up coughing for a moment. Then he coughed up a bit of blood staring at it but stared at betty who grinned at him twirling her cleaver.
Bonnie and jaune were still fighting as their weapons clashed with each other. Soon enough a scream could be heard as juane looked over to see weiss get launched into the ground as her aura shattered on the impact. Then he looked over to see the rooftop ruby and the others were on smoking with fire their.
"You going to let everyone you know die like her?"bonnie taunted
"Shut up! Their not gonna die!"jaune screamed.
"We'll see about that"bonnie replied as she twirled her scythe then she moved her foot back as she rushed forward at him. Then jaune did the same with his greatsword out as flames surrounded it. But then bonnie tiwlred her sickle at him slicing it at him trying to bury it in his shoulder.
What she didn't expect was him to dodge it making her go wide eeyd. Then he lunged the sword ofoward toward her face as she saw his blade coming right for her face. Slightly moving out of the way he hit the wrapping around her face. But still it nicked a her eye cheek. But she moved out of the way growling at him.
Jaune then went face forward as he fell down. Bonnie eyes brust into flames as her maiden powers activated and she walked over placing her boot on jaune chest. She glared at him as jaune coughed a little.
"Did you think you can save your friends from dying!? You can't save anyone!"bonnie shouted with rage in her voice.
Jaune glared at her as he reached for his weapon and she looked at this. She took a deep breath exhaling as the flames around her eyes fluttered aaway. Then she glared at jaune who returned it.
Bonnie giggled"your pathetic…a failure who will never amount to anything"bonnie smuggly said
Jaune grutned as he tried to move her boot off his chest"maybe so…if I die buying them time and to live another day. I'm fine with that"jaune countered with confidence.
Bonnie smiled as she looked at his comrades as they each foguth their respective foes. But saw that yang was in the middle of fighting clay as she threw a punch at him several times but he took each punch. After one more he grabbed her right hand and began to squeeze as yang screamed in pain. Tai tackled the man to the ground punching him over and over again with rage in his eyes.
Bonnie smiled evily tilting her head looking at jaune"you really think you can stop them from dying?"bonnie asked
"Shut up! No one is going to die!"jaune shouted back enraged
Then she looked over to see weiss picking herself up though ruby right now was coughing and hacking right now. Her entire body felt sore though she was lucky beidou cushioned her fall. She wanted to thank her
"Thank you…for saving..m…"ruby stopped before going wide eyed as she stared at bediou. The women had still eyes as her lip had a bit of blood on it. Along with that ruby could feel her body it was cold. Then she glnaced over toward onxyia and may as the wolf was helping the sniper up who held her side in pain crying out in pain.
Though the girl was starting to have several emotions going on through her head right now. But then she slowly got free of the corpse holding her then stared across the way. As weiss was picking herself up before the two made eyes across the battlefield.
Ruby was relieved to see her though soon enough a loud gunshot rang out. Everything around ruby seemed to go quiet as she could only hear a ringing noise. Because weiss gasped as she stood their still before looking down as her side as blood started to seep from her wound. The heirness then collapsed to the ground
As it revealed who did it which was bonnie who noticed her across the way smiling at her with an evil grin. Jaune was on the ground in compelte shock screaming something. But ruby just saw her own partner get shot dead. Then she stared at weiss across the way seeing her body be replaced by pyrrha. Then it kept shifting to all the friends she lost the day at beacon
Suddenly rubys eyes started to fill with compelte blackness as she cried out in rage. Then from her eyes a white light came out of them that covered the entire battleifled. Because she just lost control.
It seems that things are getting terrible with ruby letting those other power of her eyes taking control of her. Along with that ryuu and beidou being killed with more death coming soon. Though it seems that the callows family is out for hayley blood. Thanks for reading part 2!
