Chapter 141:spring scuffle part 3
Across the way right now with qrow and summer where busy helping defined the other tower. Along with a few others but the huntsman couple that wield stythes worked in tandem together. As both had their swtyches out with the two launching themselves forward through the battlefield
They were busy fighting about ten enemies at that moment but they sped forward as qrow in a swift motion twirled his styche using his momentum to launch a couple of them back. As he then pvitoed his feet slashing one backward shatteirng their aura. Next he twirled his scythe hooking it around around dragging them forward
Qrow reeled his fist back punching them in the stomach causing them to fall to the ground in pain. Then he kicked them in the face with his metal boot knocking a tooth out of their mouth as they spat blood onto the ground.
But close by summer was using her small size and satire to her advantages. Summer tiwlred her styche in a full on tilt as she kept slashing and slicing through her enemies auras chipping them away. Having her old weapon in hand felt like a piece of her was back. Though a soldier raised their combat axe trying to chop into her face to kill the silver eyed warrior
Instead the soilder didn't pierce her flesh she quickly jumped back turning into a swarm of rose. The soldier was stunned by that move as she flew up then around them to reappear just as he was turning around. Summer then used her forearm to bring it down into his throat pinning him to the ground. Ina swift motion she curbstomped their head in knocking them down
A second one tried to fire a shotgun at her though she use her semblance again to dodge and weave through their pellets. This scared the soldier as he kept moivng back trying to hit her several of times. Though it was futile as she reppaeared again to leg sweep them knocking them to the ground. Summer tore the weapon from his hands as she gripped their wrist before snapping it as they cried out in complete pain.
Qrow was finishing off a thug by choking them out as he glanced at her as the thug kept tapping on his forearm to let him go
"So you still got that insane strength you had despite being a dainty little square"qrow replied
Summer scoffed as she changed her scythe into a hunting rifle. Then she raised the barrel at a a grimm lunging at her. Pressing tight on the trigger a loud gunshot went off as the grimm skull was punctured from her shot falling dead to the ground disppearing into dust.
"Your still making wise at times in the middle of a fight. Focus we need to help them defend the tower here then go see if raven gotten the relic yet"Summer ordered getting back into her team leader role as he nodded as they were helping out some others
That mianly being declan and some others who where holding their ground with some despardos and faunus. Because trying to break through their small defnese right now was scar watts with some talon operatives. As a soldier fired back at the skilled soidler he was shot in the head. Quickyl a faunus took his place firing back at the soilders.
Along with that right now xander was doing his best administrating medical aid to some faunus. They had a bloodly banaged wrapped around their side as they groaned in pain as aruna was firing back with her dual pistols. Kai was their ducking his head down the entire time sniffling and crying
"I can't do this! Why did i agree to come here!? I'm going to die….i'm going to die!"he cired and cired in complete fear as sombra was their ducking down as she dualed wiled her spear with a pistol shooting back toward the soilders
"Dammit kai snap out of it! Help xan with the people who are injured!"she demanded but he kpet acting like a baby crying his eyes out in complete fear at that moment. Though pearl was their as she groaned
The fish faunus crouched walked over grabbing him by the collar before salpping him across the face. Then she began to shake him like crazy at that moment
"Snap out of it peacock boy! We need you in the game right now if you want to live. Help xander treat them you where taught to be a doctor. So do it!"she shotued as the boy sniffed beginning to help the young wolf by putting pressure on a nearby soldier wound that was on their leg. Xander rushed over with gloves on pulling out some forceps as he glanced at him
"Okay grab some iodine along with fresh bandages from my med kit. I'll take the bullet out okay"xander ordered as he nodded digging through his bag. Xander saw the full extent of his injury seeing that their was a bullet hole gushing blood in his thigh. Seeing this the wolf acted quickly as he dug the forceps in the wound making the soldier cry out in pain to the skies
"Sorry but i don't have anything for you to bite down on"xander apologies as the soldier panted laughing with sweat on his face
"Well…at least your saving my sorry hide…little brat shot me in the leg. Even the one that i had knee surgery on. How?"he questioned confued
But next to him was velvet with a digitzed copies of her boyfriend revolvers firing them back at the approahcing soidler. Though she was exclusive aiming toward scar the entire time though the mad sicneist son was hidden behind some soldiers who had bulletproof shields up protecting him
The rabbit growled before ducking down to reload her weapons how annoying this is becoming
"He can see small boxes that tell him certain people weakness. Along with that he got x-ray vision being able to see people bone and muscle structure"she replied as cowering on the ground was seth who was covering his head
"How do you even know that?!"he shouted over the gunfire as coco was their with her favorite uncle faba. As the two held their minguns out just waiting for the perfect opportunity to lay down suppressing fire. The fashion monger scoffed at that spitting to the side
"He told us back in beacon. After that psycho slaugthered our own upperclassman along with my teammates! You hear that asshole team CFVY is coming for your ass!"coco shouted back as scar could hear them laughing at that threat right now. He recalled that team he does recall killing that fox boy by snapping his neck then burying yatsu blades into his own heart
Soon the mad scientist raised his hand to tell them to stop firing as they did as ordered. But the soidler with riot shield blocked any type of advance as summer and qrow joined them behind covering wondering what he was planning right now. As the boy then spoke up
"So you two are over here! Well…well…you know it was easy killing those two you know"he started mocking them right now as velvet clenched her hands around the revolvers gripps tight growling hearing him doing this. Coco peeked through a small crack glaring directly at him as he began to pace behind his fathers hired help.
The metal armed boy chuckled"i mean i don't even recall how many of that academy students i slaugthered that day. I slaugthered a few of shades…atlas….havan even which i'm sure doesn't have many student anymore. Though it was so easy to kill those two i mean the first day i met all of you. You wanna know something funny?"he asked
Before he leaned forward with a mocking and smug look across his face"i was thinking on how i could kill each and everyone of you. I mean i'm not rosemary level insane because that girl has problems along with her parents. But i mean lets see first target would have been that rose girl…i'd probably slit her throat or gouge her eyes out of her skull"he continued
This made summer eyes flash silver slightly hearing him say he planned to troture her daughter. But qrow placeded a hand on her shoulder to calm her but for hismelf he wasn't calm at all hearing this right now.
"Next their was let me see properly that blonde hayley girl she deserved to have her throat slit. Always talking and being a nuisance i mean when she beat me that day in the combat test. I was holding back then theirs that wolf faunus. Interesting she has two traits i mean father does enjoy dissecting and twisting you vermin into our knights. Interesting to see them adjust to having well more traits. Even if a few of them decided to bash their own brains in"he cotnineud not phaze what he was saying
This was starting to make velvet seeth in rage how hes just casually making death threats about her friends. Along with now saying how he planned to kill her own girfliend making her shake in rage. Declan though noticed what he was doing he was doing this on purpose to anger them.
Scar then had those two pop in his head"ahhh you two i already killed those teammates of yours because let me see. First i'll grab the rabbit and since that failed science experiment loves you. I'll tear off your ears making him watch while i make you go through the same process he did…maybe turn you into a grimm knight too. While for you adel…i'll just squeeze your neck slowly till it snaps like your partner"he finished with a snarky tone and wicked grin
But right now coco was growlign in complete rage right now as he sunglass slide off her face to reveal her brown eyes. Then she emerged from cover with here minigun drawn as the barrels spun very faster as she pressed on the trigger
"YOUR NOT TAKING MY LAST TEAMMATE AWAY! NOT TILL I'M DEAD!"coco shouted beginning to fire a spray of bullets toward them. The soidlers though riased their shields as the spray of bullets dinged and bounced off their shields. Faba soon joined them in on the fight beginning to fire his own minigun at them. While coco was screaming at the top of her lungs drunk on rage
The boy then motioned his soilder to continue as they slowly advanced on them. Scar sighed finding this very easy right now because he was tasked with dealing with that faield sicnece expriment. But he might as well get some bait to lure him over along with destroying one of the tower.
As he stood their admiring his fathers help start to advance on the others. Soon enough he felt something wet hit his shoulder which confused him because it didn't call for rain today. Something wet hit his head this time as he reached up feeling his hair. It felt sticky as he pulled his hand back to reveal some sticky subsistence.
"What in the name of…"he paused before a large grolwing noise could be heard. Slowly looking up he went wide eyed on what the source was. That being zane in his monster form with drool seeping from his large fangs. The boy frooze in complete fear gulping hard with several faunus fighting around them right now.
Immeidlaty scar tried to draw his revolver but as he tried to move his hand down zane chomped down on his metal arm. This made scar feel immense pain as he cried out in complete agony at that moment. This drew the soldier attention as zane held him by his left arm as he brought him up holding him in his maws
Scar was kicking and pounding on him"shoot this dam thing! Help me you dam foold what does my father pay you?!"he shouted a shte soldier turned their attnetion trying to take careful shots at him right now. Though the bullets made the creature growl in pain slightly then he whipped his head back launching scar off to the side
This resulted in him being thrown at blinding speeds hard into a wall hard as a loud crack could be heard. As he fell on the ground he cried out in pain and agony. But something was missing, that being his left metal arm as all that was left was a manalged and sparking mess with wires and circuits spilling out with oil seeping out.
Coco and faba soon stopped their gunfire before peeking out of cover with everyone else. As they saw zane in his creature form roaring at the soldiers right now. They began to try and surround but easily he swung his large tail launching a bunch of them off to the side. As a operator lunged up trying to bury its sword in his back. But as his blade made contact the blade shattered into smaller piece.
The operator looked at his shattered sword then up at the creature as he tried to run away. But the creature picked him up holding his entire body in his hand. Then he snarled throwing him hard into the barricade they made. But seth glanced down to see the soldier crying out in pain with his right arm broken with the bone sticking out of the skin.
Aruna noticed this"you know he might do that to you guys if you piss him off"she said making the weasel faunus flinch at that. Though rushing over was nadia with zoey and verona carrying over mai who was coughing right now. With a few other injured as xander and kai got to work on her.
"So here you guys where man wondering where you ran off to"Cadin said panting for his life right now.
Coco huffed"we were busy trying to defined the second tower. Till mad sciensitst junior came over here. Where is he?"she asked
This made them wonder that though a cough could be heard behind zoey. The fox faunus then looked behind her seeing scar trying to crawl away with his remaining arm. But he was struggling to move as he broke a few ribs along with that he might have shattered his right knee right now. As he kept trying to move he had a foot placed on his forehead
Scar looked up growling to see zoey their who was smiling at him right now pointing her kukri blade at him
"Awww look who it is? You don't know know me but i know what your dad did to my baby brother."Zoey said sweetly as akata peeked up laughing slightly but coughed herself a bit of blood. Because she got shot early by him actually. As a banaged was wrapped around the right side of her chest that was bleeding still.
"Foxy…foxy he shot me in my boob….ughh it went through but that hurt"akata said coughing a bit before spitting slight bit of blood. Zoey noitced that as her eyes began to twitch as she growled reeling her foot back kicking him in the stomach sending him flying making him cough up blood himself
Then she pumped her shotgun back ready to just blow off his legs for A. hurting her baby brother and using him. B. shooting her girlfiend!
As zoey raised the shotgun to shoot her a knfie was soon thrown into her shoulder making her drop her weapon. Then rushing over was jack who dropdicked the fox faunus hard into a nearby wall as she cried in pain. Immeidalty they drew their weapons as jack got in a defense stance as zoey dug the knife throwing it at him
But the wraith knight stared at the knife picking it up lifting his burlap sack mask up. Then he began to lick the blood off it tasting the rich liquid.
"Mhmh…that taste good. Well….seems that arthurs brat is trouble right now. I might as well help him oh dear sister. Please help me kill these pest"jack called out
As kiyo was walking over dragging someone over that was dead that being barney. The man had her sais dug into his eyes sockets as she threw his corpse to the ground as nadia looked shocked to see her old friend dead before her. The grimm hbyrid knelt down moving her sai around removing one successful.
The other was a but harder right now as she planted her boot on his skull. Then she yanked hard but pulled out his eyeball. The women laughed lifting her mask down before slurping the eyeball up. Then chewed it swallowing it making kai gag before vomint on the side. Pearl joined him quickly puking gathering herself quick
"Oh that is so messed up…she ate his eye"she said in disgsute
"Well this one was easy to kill after he tried to protect that uras faunus. Though shamefully i couldn't snatch her up….dam uras got in my way"kiyo grumbled as soon enough emerging from cover was summer making her go wide eyed as she grined at her
"Summer rose! Well if it isn't my lucky day last time we ran into each other was…where was in vacuo?"she asked trying to recall when they last met
Summer shot her down with a glare as she held her scythe with both hands"it was in vacuo yes. But this time i'll make sure you stay down….i didn't expect that for you to die you turn into a charred skeleton. Guess you survived our previous brawl"she replied
Kiyo then pulled her shirt down slightly to reveal a large scar where her heart was then she moved it back up.
"You nailed me in the heart. Lucky i got two of them to match my preferred grimm i requested. Though ripper over here is new…maybe you heard of the mitralian ripper?"kiyo asked making faba scoff hearing that
"Whos that?"kate asked
"A serial killer not a surprise another one with them. He killed dozen of women who were well….prosittues if i'll say it. That psycho was declared dead four months ago….guess he is alive"faba said at the ready as summer kept her hand steady on her weapon.
Though as the two grimm hybrids where ready to fight here as kai raised both her sais at the ready. Something tackled her sending her flying onto the ground as her body bounced with a even bigger bounce the second time. As jack was met face to face with the traditor grimm knight
Zane growled snarling at him as before jack knew it a tail was wrapped around his neck. The grimm knight gasped choking for air. But he got on all four before whiping his body straight into a wall hard as he hit hit legs against it. Though he started to prowl toward them but a shadow loomed over ahead. As that shadow was a manitcore that was attracted by all the fighting. Though it noticed the prey below roaring at them as sombra noticed it.
"Manticore!"sombra pointed out as they pointed their weapon up at it. Though as it swooped down opening it beak to kill them the creature caught it by the throat as it slammed the winged cat fiend on the ground hard as it cracked its body. Then he opened his maw beginning to eat it tearing it half swallowing it then scooped the rest in his mouth eating it. Cardin stared at him eating grimm right now
"Well i'm still happy your on our side…oh man…ughhh and you ate a grimm…nasty"cardin said as the creature cocked its head toward them growling right now scaring them. As nadia noticed him with red eyes scaring her for a bit though soon enough kiyo called out.
"You little brat! Guess you got a bit more bite to you compared to back then when i beat you and those miserables meatsacks!"kiyo called out as she held her arm that looked awkard from being dislcoated. The grimm hybrid jammed it into place as jack got up groaning with his leg looking dislcoated as he simply snapped it back into place.
The creature turned its attention toward them as it made a cracking noise to speak saying only one thing
"Kill"it spoke in a distorted voice making nadia go wide eyed hearing that wondering if that was her son was in control right now. As the creature roared rushing forward toward the two knight knights to kill them.
Meanwhile the hayley family where in the midst of battling with the callows family at that moment. As colliding with one another was selket and dravan as she seemed to be gaining the upperhand. But instead he gave her on soldier headbuut moving her back making her skull whip back. But she shot her stinger around slicing at him but his aura took it as he jumped back.
While by his side was calida who had her shotgun out as she aimed toward the women dumping in two dust shells. They impacted her chest as they burned in the skin but selket stuck her stinger in the wound digging that out tossing it to the ground
"Sorry sweetie it'll take alot more to kill me. But well…as a wife yourself you must care about your husband"selket asked
"Oh you are not going to try and compare with me right now"Calida said before eating her hands up.
Dravan drew his mace as his tail swayed around"so you got a plan in that nogging of yours fire hands or what?"he asked as she thought for a moment coming up with one.
"Lets try to imbbolize her. If where quick we can use this on her"calida said pulling out a syringe as he understood what she was trying to do.
As the man decided to try a new plan as he turned his weapon to his gun mode then began to fire several bullets as his muzzle flashed blue. He poitned it directly at her trying to imbolize her with ice dust. But instead selekt was more skillful and nimble than him getting out of the way but their was a small patch of ice on the ground.
She noticed what they were trying to do as she welcomed in. because once she snips that jackal other arm off she'll make that blonde watch as she kills her entire family. Maybe even feed her sister to her pet.
The grimm hybrid used her tail as a spring board launching herself forward toward dravan bullets. This resulted in her and dravan becoming locked in a power struggle as he quickly switched to his mace. The two stared each other down as she grinned like a madwomen as him as he growled at her
"This will be fun….i'm going to take that other arm of yours. You even got a new shiny one"she said though that reminded him of something.
Calida had her staff out before she noticed dravan smiling at her. Then she glanced down at his metal arm recalling what her husband added to that. She smiled before dashing over to assist him in taking her down for good.
Dravan laughed for a moment"oh right thanks for reminding me about my new toy my little brother fave me"he said confusing her for a moment
The jackal then placed his porthsetic hand near her chest confusing her. Then by focusing his mind for a moment the metal arm started to glow in a deep purple hue. This caught her ofguard as she tried to break free but it was too late. As he launched a gravity blast cuaisng the grimm monster to be launched into a nearby wall hard
The wall became impacted right when she hit it as the concrete was smashed in. selket layed their groaning with the rubble over her as she had her pain receptor on. But soon a voice came in her head at that moment
"Miss callows do you want me to turn your pain receptors off?"sigma asked in her head as she hummed for a moment. But she started to grin laughing picking herself up throwing the rubble off her.
"No…no…because this is getting fun now….keep them on. Maybe even double them"selket said as she felt the tendril in her head. Then her tail swayed around in joy as she continued her assault against the two wanting to enjoy herself right now.
But right now with eria and perun the two where very busy with rosemary. As they were ducking behind some rubble from a nearby rooftop. With rosemary laughing like a psychopath with both her drum mag shotguns out easily holding them out. She kept launching a barrage of shotgun shells toward them hitting their cover.
As perun slightly peaked out for just a moment then he immeidialty ducked down avoiding a shotgun pellet to his skull.
"Man….this chick is crazy. Was she like this back in beacon?"he asked as his cold girlifned scoffed
"She acted very timid and shy everyday. But that was just a plow we need to have a plan right now. Because.."she paused looking at their cover
Their cover they were using to not to become swiss chess from her pellets was slowly becoming desotyred. They needed a plan right now to distracted her a moment notice so they could help her father and sister who where busy fighting tyrian.
Though rosemary kept firing her shotguns until after firing off more shells from them soon a loud clikcing nose could be heard. Rosemary kept clicking them a few time growling in rage as she pulled out a couple magazine from her hoodie to reload.
This was their chance as quickly eria loaded in a dust crystal in her bat as perun drew his own axe.
"Nows our chance go for it!"perun shotued as the two broke from cover deciding to try a new plan right now.
As rosemary was in the middle of reloading her shotgun before she knew it a stream of ice was launched at her. This made her growl flinching from the cold mist as eria was firing a condense stream of ice toward her. The resulting ice started to cover one of rosemary shotgun making the girl go wide eyed.
But before she could react perun reeled his axe back letting out a war cry as he swung it direclty into her. The reuslitng swing sent rosemary flying backwards with her weapons still in hand. The slit mouthed teen bounced tumbling onto the ground from the recoil of the attack.
Rosemary picked herself up glaring at them as the couple had smiles on their face standing next to each other. Which just anger her.
"Oh look how happy you two are? You know it just pisses me off how you two are acting so cocky right now."rosemary said in complete malice
Perun scoffed as he began to activate his semblance charing up his axe. As he did the strings on his guitar before to crackle with electricity along with the axe blade slowly igntiing as he twirled it around with an arch of electricity following it.
"Shut up. Because right now were going to stop you and your psycho family for what you did"perun said
This made the girl stare at him for a moment then she started to snicker for a moment. Until suddenly she started to go into inseisve giggling like a psycho right now.
The two tensed up drawing their weapon at the ready for what she was intending to do. Rosemary kept giggling as she raised her shotgun covered in ice before bashing it on the ground several times. Until eventually she broke it free from its prison as her weapons looked a little worn
Becuase that bashing resulted in her shotgun barrel slightly beocming bent. But instead of using her close quarter weapon she swithced to her cultass. Then she combined the two into her scissors though that made eria pause for a moment seeing those.
For some reason she froze up seeing those scissors again. As in her mind the flash of the fall happened with rosemary cutting of her leg. She felt her heart starting to race as she panted for a moment freaking out.
Perun noticed this"Eria you good?"he asked concerned
"I…i…t-those are the same things that took my leg"eria replied stuttering which rosemary noticed
The slit mouth girl grinned as she decided to maybe imbolize her again. Taking the charge rosemary charged foward at the two which caught perun offguard right now. Immediately he drew his axe as he pulled out his pick beginning to sturm the chords and strings on it. The rocker kept shreeding the string as they glowed bright yellow
Rosemary kept laughing like a maniac right now dragging her scissors on the ground creating a trail of sparks behind her heading straight for them.
Affter struming hard again perun guitar was praticualry glowing as he decided to try and stun the girl. Riaisng his pick in the air he struck the pick down on the chords as his weapon began to glow. Then immeidlaty a large bolt of electricity was launched in her direction at that moment.
A lighting bolt was shot direclty at her but thinking on her feet rosemary purposeuly went head on with it. Then she raised her scissors to use as a shield as to his shock the lighting bolt got absorbed into her weapon. Though she still felt the backlash of the electricity as she cried in slight pain from it which made him think hes got her.
Though instead of that it was something else instead as rosemary weapon hissed smoke off it. But soon she stuck forward as she reeled her weapon back slicing through perun aura sending him back as it shattered on impact
Perun cried out in pain as he was sent back tumbling to the ground. Eria looked stunned and worried if he was alright.
"Perun?!"eria cried out with worry
"Worrie about yourself girly!"rosemary yelled in joy as before eria knew it she was bodychecked to the ground ahrd.
The cold dancer landed on the ground with a thud as she grunted. Rosemary walked over planting her foot on her back as eria tried to reach for her bat but it rolled out of her reach. While her pistol was underneath her hip.
The slit mouth girl began to giggle as she slowly snapped her scissors shut a few times. Then she decided to take something else from the girl like last time.
"You know i took your other leg last time…i should make you match with the other one"Rosemary said before placing the cold steel on her left leg making eria go wide eyed.
Then she began to try and push herself up but felt weak from all the fighting right now. Though she was starting to have a small panic attack from this remebering the day she lost her leg. Then an itching feeling came to her leg at the worst time
"Gah! My leg!"eria cried out in pain which confused rosemary for a moment. But she saw her reaching for her metal leg fingering out what was happening.
"Aww phantom pain well i can make it stop….by making it switch to the other leg"she said placing both hands on the scissors handle ready to snip her leg off. But instead of that a grenade shell was launched into her cuaisng her to be shot back from the impact.
Perun looked up toward the source as he smiled at who it belonged to. Because it belonged to someone with a small grenadelauncher and porthsetic arm that being his partner and teammate ame.
"Ame! Your okay!"perun called out as she rushed over with dimaona by her side with her sword out.
"Well i couldn't let that psycho take someone else leg again can i? Because our leader would be moopy his girlfriend lost her leg again"ame replied as she helped him up as he laughed because he would.
Walking over diamiona placed her hands on eria for a moment as the girl pain soon stopped as she let out a relaxed breath feeling a little cold right now.
"Their we go kid…phantom pain coming at a time like this. Though your lucky i'm here"diamona said as she helped her up returning her weapon as they stared rosemary down who growled at them as this umbrella wielding girl needed some payback.
But close by with a father and daughter right now they were busy squaring off yet again with tyrian. This time they were trying a different strategy instead of going head on against the psycho. Tyrian kept cackling as he kept firing a spray of bullets at them several times but rogue riased her arm shield blocking the bullets
Then he lunged forward straight for her trying to stab her in the head. Though instead of that jaki itnercepted as the two collide with each other. The wepaonsmith growled at him as tyrian cacled at him grinning.
"Ahhh it must be fate that were fighting again. This time their will be no more distractions…like that boy."tyrian said before grinning at him drieclty
"What was his name again?"he asked mockignyl
Jaki growled before he reeled his head back heabbutting tyrian to the skull making his head whip back as he grunted from the pain. Then rogue then reeled her shield back before bashing him back a few feet away from them. This resulted in tryian being launched back from them as he used his guanlents to skid to a stop at that moment.
This caused some concrete to be knocked up but father and daughter both stood side by side with each other. Jaki shared a look with his daughter who panted for a moment heavy.
"We need to try something new with him. Last time you let him break through your defense…his semblance allows him to cut through people aura"jaki reminded
"Oh i know….ugh we need a new idea or something. Because we can't exactly get close"rogue replied though soon enough tyrian got back up cackling again as he scraped his guanlents blades together to create some sparks together.

"I'm going to kill you brat for taking my tail!"he shotued lunging straight for rogue but she had an idea. Quickly she pulled out the infernal guanlent slipping on then pointed it forward with a smirk.
"Eat this you creepy psycho!"rogue shotued as the gem glowed bright red before a stream of flames was launched from the guanelnt. This caused tyrian to be covered by flames launching him back again as he could feel the intense heat from the attack. But what he didn't expect was jaki to rush in right now.
The weaponsmith began to concentrate his semblance into his weapon as the ice creeped up the axe handle. Then it started to coat the blade in ice that hissed off its blade. Jaki then got close enough which made rogue stop firing the stream of flames. But before tyrian could recovered he was soon swung at in the arm.
The man roared in pain as he looked down what was jaki dane axe. But the man smiled as the weapon blade hissed off ice that was beginning to crawl over tyrian arm at that moment. Tyrian could feel intense cold from that attack as he gorlwed whiping his tail around thwacking it against jaki laucnhign him back.
This resulted in the weapon being torn out as he roared in pain. Because blood would've seep throguh but it was immeidalty stopped by the cold ice that started to already caused frostbite on his arm at that moment.
Tyrian growled as jaki laughed at him"Well it seems that you'll also lose a arm to that. Frostbite needs to be taken care of soon…or you'll need to chop off the limp."he said making tyrian glare at him as he moved his arm but it was a little slow and seemed like he had a hard time moving it.
"It doesn't matter…i'll still slaughter you two…you know i;ll just make you watch. I'll your parents…that uncle…your sister…and everyone else you love making you watch"Tyrian said as rogue scoffed pulling brimstone out unloaidng a spent shell before loading in a new shell.
"Come at me because i can take that stinger again….maybe even an arm for my uncle jerk"rogue taunted as the father and daughter began their rematch with the scorpion faunus
But once they did close by near the doors to the vault entrance where the others. As defending the main stairs entrance was trya still. She switched to her weapons sword form slashing and slciing at kimblee several times. But he kept dodging her strikes several times then snapped his fingers again launching an arch of ice at her this time.
Narrowly she dodged it but she panted heavily from all the fighting right now because she was starting to get on her last legs. While helping with the fight was bashira as the girl panted with her sword out. Naca was busy helping raven fight against maya right now.
But the two students felt exhausted right now from all the fighting.
"Man we really need a miracle right now"bashira said as that miracle did soon come
As throughout the battlefield as everyone was fighting the grimm soon a very bright light engulfed the entire courtyard blinding everyone. Immeidialty some shield their eyes as the academy light up like a lighthouse. It caught the citizens of mistral attention staring at the now battle going on in their capital.
Though close by at the second tower zane snapped and chomped at kiyo and jack trying to bite the two. But kiyo was more nimble slashing at his hind leg as he roared out in pain. Then jack jumped onto his back as he thrashed around trying to knock him off his back at that moment.
Jack then raised his knife laughing at him"your going to die here traditor….mother will be happy to have you dealt with"he said riaisng his knife as nadia then stared in shock at what was coming their way at that moment. That being a very bright light which confused her right now seeing that.
As the bright light covered all of them at that moment bonnie looked up as ahe approached the doors. She remembered that life as she covered her eyes screaming out in agony.
The bright light then lingered for a while until it settled as everyone adjusted their vision. Though what shocked them was what happened to the grimm around them. That being the grimm throughout the academy all turned to stone making the defenders of the academy confused. But this came the chance as they began to push back harder against their enemies with a new found boost in moral.
But with the grimm hybrid they were affected very differently right now. As on the ground screaming out and writhing around in pain was selket. The women screamed in complete agony with her tail thrashing around with her skin starting to hiss steam. Tyrian was locked in a power with jaki but went wide eyed with worry
"No!"he shouted in rage tail whipping him back rushing to her air along with rosemary. This made them confused though dravan just smirked because they just found another of their weakness right now.
But at the tower right now to their shock they saw the grimm hybrid on their side acting weird. Kiyo was on the ground screaming in pain holding her head as her skin hissed like acid was under her skin. This shocked delcan who looked stunned
"What in the name of remantn is happening?"he muttered
As jack fell off the large creature feeling intense heat under his skin right now like acid was under his skin. Then he began to ball his fist up pounding the ground in complete agony right now. Though right now for zane in his creature form he roared in complete agony and pain
The creature moved around wrtihering around in pain falling to his side thrashing around in complete pain. The thick skin on him started to hiss steam as his weight fell underneath him whining in pain. Nadia looked worried rushing over shaking him as the creature cried in pain.
Although along the way piper was on the ground balled up crying in pain. As her skin was hissing right now as the young girl was in pain. Eden was holding her with worry wondering what is happening right now.
Back on the stairs maya was crying out in pain right now feeling the same burning sensations like before. As raven stood their shocked but looked worried as she stared across the battlefield thinking of one person that did that…her niece.
At the tower nadia placed her hands on her son as he withered from the touch confused what was going on right now. Because she didn't know what to do at all.
"What is happening right now? Because those guys are…uh down for the count. What happened?"sombra questioned as summer rushed to nadia piecing it together as a dreadful look came to her eyes.
"Oh no…no…no…no. Qrow!"summer called out but he immediately figured out what was happening.
"I'm going to find rae and help her. They should have been out by now"qrow said rushing over as he jumped into the air turning into a bird flying away. As summer quickly dashed off to find her daughter to help her. But soon enough the creature started to molt into goo as picking themselves up coughing and gagging was zane.
The pain felt like he had fire under his skin though it settled when he released his monster form. But he felt extremity weak as he fell to his knees sweating and panting heavily.
"Ughhh that hurts….what the heck…is that what happens when their eyes touch me?"he asked aloud
Cardin laughed walking over helping him up"well at least you aint dead. Though those guys seems to hate it"he said as kiyo and jack where still writhing around in pain. Velvet walked over helping him up wrapping an arm around him
"Lets get to cover we need to take them down then we can regroup with everyone"velvet said though on the ground right now was scar. The boy looked up to see his father creations down on the ground. He began to become anger that these mere vermin are beating them.
Though his eyes layed upon one person that being velvet as he stared at his revolver. Picking himself up he struggled to plant his foot but he pushed through it. Then he began to draw his revolver aiming directly at her because he'll at least kill one of them.
But as he did noticing him drawing his weapon was coco who went wide eyed seeing his target was her faunus teammates. Time seemed to slow down as a gunshot rang out with the bullet exiting the barrel ignting the dust shell. The caritage went flying straight for the rabbit who glanced toward the bullet going wide eyed. But suddenly someone shield her from the trajectory before someone gasped in pain
Time resumed as velvet went wide eyed to see coco standing their with her arms up in a protective shield. Then blood started to slowly to drip down her chest as she fell down to the ground. Velvet immediately knelt down as fast as she could as their eyes locked with each other.
"No…no…no…please…i n-need help…i need a doctor!"she called out with tears slowly forming. Though coco breathing was rather hard as she struggled as she started to feel cold. Faba rushed over with xander as the wolf began to grab medical suppiles
"Hold…hold on i can save you..i can.."he stopped fumbling his words with shaky hands. Though coco slowly opened her eyes a little them smile at velvet
"You're alive…oh th-thats good…m-man…talk about a broken..heart.."she stuttered coughing up blood making them go wide eyed. Velvet placed her down beginning to put pressure on the wound feeling her heartbeat that felt very slow.
"Adel…no..no…come on…come on stay awake."cardin said with tears starting to form as she laughed coughing again.
"S-sorry winchester…i..i don't think i'm gonna make it. Shot me in my g-girls"coco sarcastically said making him laugh slightly through the tears
"Shut up…s-stop talking…come on…you can make it. We…we gotta have a huge party after this. We can win now"cardin said choking on his words as they all where starting to get worried. Zane stepped into view limping a little as coco coughed up blood again
Tears where running down velvet face"no…no…please don't leave me. We promised to live on for yatsu and fox…please…please don't leave"vleveted cried sadness on her face. Coco used the last of her strength taking off her beret then reach up placing it ontop of the rabbits head. But it slide off as a trail of blood marks was on her cheek.
"I'm sorry bun…this is it for me…i'll say hi for them…hey..g-grimm boy?"she called out as he knelt down with tears running down his face. She opened her hand as he took it gripping it tight.
"Protect..h-her…for me…be go-good to her"coco siad as she breathed her last breath with her strength leaving her. Faba dropped to his knees cradling his niece body with tears on his face
"No…no…sweetie..wake up…please wake up…no…no"faba cried
Velvet started to break down crying and wailed with tears running down her face right now. She rushed over shaking her body over and over again with her eye stained in tears
"Wake up…wake up! Why aren't you waking up!? Please wake up!"she cired. Immediately zoey wrapped the girl in a tight embrace holding her as she weeped into her shoulders. Though she stared at her brother who stood their stunned. Zane just sat their before he growled in complete rage staring at scar. Then he thought of one thing
"I'm going to fucking snap your neck you bastard!"zane roared in rage using his remaining strength to lunge at him. But instead kiyo and jack recovered blocking him off as people kept fighting around them. Because he'll need to go through them first.
well i'm sure none of you expected all of this to happen right now. That being me killing a charater we just barely met and well coco. Not going to lie i was either thinking her or akata. No i wanted to have a story arc for some of the charaters in the next volumes. Part 3 done
