Chapter 144:Spring Scuffle Part 6
Inside the main hall of the academy bonnie was rushing inside toward the statues that was in the main hall.
That being a large statue of a women. The women wore a halter dress that included some gold ornament like earring, a hairdresser chained shackles and belt. The statue had lught rays behind her that illuminated it. Along with that she appeared to be holding up the platform above her. It was made of white marble it seems.
"We finally made it….all we need to do now is kill raven. Which is something i can complete"bonne said making vernal raise an eyebrow at her
"I'm pretty sure i can kill her much easier than you can girl i mean i've known her longer"vernal stated
Bonnie growled at her"queit girl. Because heres the thing all you asked for was raven spawn. That what you'll get and hazel will make sure of that"she said before pointing ther sickle at her
"I need to kill that women to claim her part of the maidens powers for my queen. Then i'll go after the winter maiden to either convert her or if i need to kill her"she added
But flying through a window at that moment was raven who was in her bird form. Though she perched herself atop of a nearby railing moving around studying the two waiting for the right time to strike
Although what she didn't expect was as bonnie was turned around vernal saw something flailing from the ceiling. She looked to see a black feather their already guessing someone is in here. Although part of her had questions right now toward thanatos at that moment
"Though i mean…if you need the maiden powers why can't i just simply kill her. Then join your side i mean then you have any maiden on your side"vernal argued
This made bonnie eye her down with an intense glare"girl if i need to repeat myself again i won't hesitated to kill you like i did with that bandit of yours. Because you don't want to end up like him i'm sure."she remind
Vernal eye her down then glanced around the room for a bit until laying upon eyes with a raven in the room. The two swapped glanced for a moment but instead of ratting her out she kept talking for some reason.
"Well i mean….i should get to kill her for the right for my tribe. Its not your business to deal with my affairs. Because when she gets in here she mine not yours"vernal warned
As the two women stood their in silence for a moment quickly vernal aimed her weapons at bonnie for a double cross. Though in a swift motion she was quicker than her as bonnie shot foward her grimm arm that reached out
In an instant she stabbed right through vernal stomach at that moment. The bandit leader flinched from the strike surprised how quick she was to strike her down. Then blood started to drip from her hands.
Bonnie then started to approach her at that moment as her arm retracted as she walked forward. Once she was close enough she dug out her grimm hand but for good measure twisted the talons emphasis the betrayal right now.
Bonnie sighed"you know you and your bandits could have been useful to us. Buts that what you'll always be mindless bandits"she said
Vernal growled at her before bonnie picked her up with one hand with ease. Then she tossed her to the side with much ease like a ragdoll. Vernal smacked against a wall as she stained the impacted point in blood that smeared against the wall. But sitll in her hands was the artifact as bonnie chuckled
"This is just too easy"bonnie said walking forward toward it
Though in blinding speed surprisingly a black blur zoomed by grabbing the artifact out of vernal hands. Bonnie went wide eyed before staring in complete shock who was their right now.
Raven smirked at her before quickly dashing toward the statute as bonnie tried to head her off as she drew her sickle. She reeled her hand back tossing it directly into her path but raven glanced at the object being hurled toward her.
Thinking quick she simply just side stepped it as the sickle went straight into the stairs burying itself in the wood making it stuck.
"NO!"bonnie shouted in rage trying to move her girmm arm forward but then a couple bullets in her back. She snapped back seeing vernal was still alive but after that last action she layed her head down panting with blood slowly leaking from her wound.
While at the statute raven searched around for where to put the artifact in. A slot was their in the statue as she narrowed her gaze looking at the she placed the slower in a small niche on the statute. The petals of the flower then began to spin faster and faster as the statue began to lower.
Then she dashed underneath it as their seemed to be an elevator as bonnie growled chasing after her at that moment. Though it was too late as she narrowly made it into the elevator at that moment.
Though once she was inside raven was lead down on the elevator to the vault they were riding the platform down. Below them was a deep cave that was under the school it seems. Their was a large platform resing over a deep chasm that stretched miles deep into the water.
Their was also a small hole in the wall that seemed to lead to the lower part of mistral. The path of the platform had three ornate symbols on it. They glwoed in a cyan color tone as it illuminated the path for them. Though by the end of the platform seems to be the relic chamber.
But raven didn't even need to turn around for her to know bonnie was their with her right now as she glanced at her as the two shared looks
"So you want to fight right here and now or why don't we…neogiate"Raven offered which confused her
"Why the hell would i negotiate with you?"bonnie asked with a laugh
Raven eyed her sword for a moment thinking of what her daughter did back in the anima laughing for a moment.
"You know theirs something in our tribe that no one can refuse if they challenge someone in it. They even get what they want"raven said making bonnie stop even for a moment but kept her hand trained on her sickle at that moment peeking her interest
"Come on…come on take the bait."raven thought hoping this trick would work on someone like her and surprisingly bonnie decided to humor her for now because she just kill her when she gets the relic.
What extaclty is this? If this is a trick i'll be alot quicker than you are branwhen when i kill you. Because then i'll have the relic and two…no three maiden powers when i find pearson"bonnie replied surprising raven a little
"So you know about her being the winter maiden"raven asked placing a hand on her sword as she nodded
"I do…my queen does too i'm sure. But what exactly is this challenge you so called savages do?"bonnie replied with a smug look
"Its called an again kai. If challenge against the leader of the tribe they must fulfuill the requirements for the challenge. And someone must yield for the challenge to stop or if well…"she paused as she understood
The two women stared each other down for a moment before bonnie offered her grimm arm toward her with a smirk.
"I'll make your death interesting then let you think you win. But well lets see how this goes i mean i'm alot more stronger than you."bonnie said as raven didn't take her hand wich was wise as bonnie laughed
"I rather not shake a monster hand. What are your requirements?"she questioned as the women thought for a moment as their elevator kpet descending downwards at that moment.
Then it came to her as she grinned"my requirements are quite simply. Whoever yields first will forfeit this so called challenge. If i yield you walk away with the relic…but if you yield you'll serve my queen. And i'll be kind enough to spare your daughter and husband. Although i will blind that niece of yours for what she did to me"she said with a wicked grin because in acutallty she wasn't going to let them live at all
Raven huffed"and the winner will also be decided by the death of one of us as well. Agreed"she replied as she nodded to her.
The platform finally made it to the bottom after five more minutes. Then the two started to walk toward the vaults path at that moment.
Then after walking for ten more minutes they got toward the relic chamber. The symbols below haru started to glow a little to the girl surrpise. Then she looked up at what was infront of of her was a large tree that reached high into the sky. Their were glowing orange flower above it. But infront of it was a door.
The doorway in question was constructed out of golden fans that seemed to be layered ontop of each other. It was decorated with a floral pattern. Though the door just stood their in the air not evening leaning against nothing.
A small orange petal fell down toward raven as she opened her palm up. Then it landed onto her hand as it dissolved into particles. Bonnie chuckeld a little with a small smile.
"You know whats funny you might be the first one in a long time to arrive in here actually"bonnie stated
"Well…actually i think that might go to haru if she ever went through with it. Though you might not who she is"raven replied smugly
Bonnie scoffed"you'll be probably easier than the last girl i took care of. You have many feat under that belt of yours but well…i killed a girl who was rumored to be unbeatbale. Look how that turned out"she taunted
The two stayed silence for a moment waiting for the first to strike as then raven eyes had pink flames around them. Immediately raven quick turned as just in time bonnie tried to back stab her like she planned to. But she slashed up her grimm arm making her feels immense pain as two orange flames came around her eyes
"You!"bonnie shriekd as raven smiled as she kicked the girl back. Bonnie went flying a few feet away as she landed with a thud.
"Aura can't protect that arm of yours. Its grimm"raven stated in confidence as bonnie looked at her arm as it quickly healed the damaged part.
"Shut up…i'll kill you!"bonnie shouted back as lunged foward at raven with her grimm arm. But raven quickly side stepped her as she quickly changed the various colored blades at her disposal. Then as bonnie got past her she summoned a large flamming sword as she brought it back to strike raven down. But raven used her maiden powers to conjure up an ice sword to counter her that was the same size.
The two then rushed forward at each other as their blades clashed with each other at once. It generated a masvie shockwave that shoke the cavern. But above the combatants felt the the quake below them. Due to their battle giant stalacities hanging from above came crashing down on them. But both maidens jumped back at once to avoid the debirs.
Raven readyed her sword as she came rushing forward at bonnie. Bonnie smiled as she elongated her grimm arm but raven quickly ducked underneath it. Then she flipped her blade as she sliced off the girl grimm arm. Bonnie cried in pain as it retracted as she rubbed it. Then before she knew it raven then delivered a lighting slash across bonnies face. It destroyed the cloth wrapped around her face as it was torn to shreds.
It reveal her heavily scared eye as the girl was sent over the edge of the walkway. She looked at the water below freaking out a little then back up at raven. The new spring maiden glared at her as she raised her hand freezing bonnie in an ice statue. Then the girl known as bonnie thanotos splashed into the water as she began to sink down below. Her body sank to the dark abyss below.
Raven calmed herself as she then glanced at the relic chambers doorway. It felt alot easier than intended when dealing with her right now. But she felt relived that her niece managed to weaken her with that blast of her eyes early.
She stood up as she walked forward and touched it with her maiden power active. Then the door started to glow bright as the scissor like piece spun for a bit until a bright light came from the door.
Raven covered her eyes for a second until she opened them to see a giant massive desert. Their was nothing for miles right now but she looked in the middle of it. Their in the middle on a stone pedestal was the relic of knowledge.
It looked to be a golden ornamneted lamp with a blue sphere in the middle. She walked over grabbing it but frowned a little at the cost someone had to die for it. Raven clipped the relic onto her belt as it shrunk in size. Then she walked out of the vault then glanced at the elevator deciding to take it back up to reveal her victory.
Although early back up topside hazel was still busy fighting against ozpin right now. But assisting the academy headmaster was bahsira and lazuli right now along with yahto. As mars was even helping at that moment
Though they had to keep defending him from his strikes occasiaonlly to avoid him killing the headmaster. The man kept swining his fist at lazuli countless times but used her speed to avoid the hits just int was doing his best to wake ruby quicked sprayed a hail oif bullets into hazel but soon he gripped yahto by the arm and released electricity dust through his bodie.
Yahto screamed in pain as he shook as elertrcity crackled around him.
"Yahto!"lazuli screamed as hazel lifted up yahto in the air then he bent a knee then he slammed him down onto his knee hard. This made a loud cracking noise on his stomach which resulted in yahto to cough up a large lump of blood from his mouth
Then like a piece of trash he tossed him to the side as lazuli dashed toward him with a worried look
Quickly she sighed in relief to see him still breathing but he was struggling to breath right now as he coughed up blood. But before she knew it rushing over to join them was jaune and nora as the knight knelt down right next to him. Though she noticed with an anger look on her face
"Whats up with you gigny?"she asked which seemed to tick nora off
"Shut up! Right now i'm very mad that ren just lost his arm and i need to let some aggression out right now!"she spat back surprising her right now.
Jaune studied yahto for a moment seeing him coughing up blood and he wasnt a medical expert on this at all right now.
"I…i don't know what to do…i'll try to rush him over to xander or one of the medics okay. "Jaune said
Lazuli drew her sword at the ready nodding to him."please do that because his sister will kill me if hes dead"she said as he nodded
Leaning down jaune picked him up carefully placing him onto his back at that moment. Then he hung their as he rushed off to find the nearest medical aid as quick as he could in time.
Then hazel slowly made his way toward oscar with mars and bahsira protecting him as joining them was nora and lazuli. As they got in his way bashira scoffed
"Nuh uh your going to have to go through us big boy"she said
"Yeah because well my family known him for a pretty long time"mars added spreading his claws
Lazuli cracked her neck drieclty glaring at him for one thing" you'll pay for hurting my little brother. As an older siblings its a job to protect their own"She said. Though this resulted as he glared directly at oscar.
"Did he even tell you what he did too me!?"hazel qeustioned as bashria rushed in trying to swing at him. But with ease he picked her up blocking a slash from her. Then he threw her to the ground as her body bounced upwards then again for jus a moment.
After that lazuli sped forward hit and running him with her sword salshing at him dozen and several of times in blinding speeds trying to do some damages hopefully. But as she sped past him one last time this resulted in him moving his arm up.
Hazel clothlined the thief as she went flying into the ground as her aura shattered into a white hue as she tried to pick herself up but fell down onto the ground. Nora rushed in with her hammer but hazel backhanded her into a pillar as she slammed hard into it falling down.
"What is he talking about?"oscar asked
Ozpin sighed"his younger sister was a student of mine long ago. But unfortnuntly she tragically lost her life on one of my expeidtions. At the time he blamed me for what happend to her saying she was just a child"he paused for a moment sighing at what he said next
"Someitmes i don't even want children to be apart of this war i'm invovled with that witch. But still she managed to save her teammates along with several people that day. Though the grief broke him from now.
"He talking to you boy?"hazel asked making him flinch as mars put an arm up to defend him.
Hazel noticed this glaring him down at that moment because he knows exactly who he is from his reputation.
"Boy do you know what hes done to your entire family. Hes done the same thing to you and dozens of others in the years. Hes the reason your family is in hiding"hazel stated
Mars scoffed as his tail swayed around for a moment"well i mean yeah but come on people can change. Seriously i don't like any of you for one big reason"he said
"That would be what?"hazel questioend as the man snarled with his canines snapping at him with a thrasing tail
"You took my baby sister nephew. Along with torturing him when he was just a child so yeah i aint like some witch. Especially one who was the main reason chwia is dead not this guy over here. From what i gathered hes trying to make some rights though…"he paused before glancign at oscar for a moment just seeing a kid in his eyes
"You really wanna kill a kid? I mean who would be proud of you doing that in someone names"he taunted making the anger boil in hazels veins.
"Do you know what he did to her boy?"hazel asked again
Oscar sighed as he nodded"he just told me…what happened to your sister"he admtited
as hazel glared at him.
"Then you know why I must do this for her!"hazel shotued at oscar as he walked forward with the intent to kill as he cracked his knuckles. A loud crack could be heard as bashira slashed at him again. But hazel quickly knocked her he approached oscar
hen you can forgive me for what im going to do."hazels tated as he readyed his fist as he got closer to oscar.
"She made her own choice and choice her own path. "Oscar begun as hazel stopped looking at him.
"It was not her choice to make she was just a child!"hazel countered
"But she choose to become a huntress! To protect people who can't protect themselves. She didn't know she would die during a texpedtion. She saved her so many people lives and her team…can't you be produ she saved so many lives."oscar countered
Hazel glared at him"boy you have two choice then right now. "Hazel stated as oscar got up holding his cane at the ready.
"That would be?"oscar asked as he raised his blade with two hands.
"To let me end that demons life or help him ruin more lives"hazel replied
Oscar looked at him as he looked away then he raised his sword in an offensive stance. Then his eyes glowed as ozpin took glared at him as he growled in rage.
"Ozpin!"hazel screamed as he and ozpin clashed with each other for their lifes.
Though immediately rushing in was dravan as the man roared tackling him to the ground. The two got in a small tussle at the moment as rushing over was rogue and her family right now joining them along with some others in their group.
"So…you guys are okay after all. Thank god…whos that guy?"mercury asked as ember appeared before staring at oscar for a moment
"Oh our talk at beacon you mentioned him before. Hazel…isn't she one of her servants?"she asked confusing some seeing her talk to a little kid because they didn't explain early that oscar was the old headmaster to some.
'Why are you talking to a little kid right now?"vance question leaning against a wall as neuzmi rushed over to his aid right now with a worried look
"Ummm we can explain tomorrow though uh how do we beat him?"rogue asked
That was when nora had an idea pop in her head as she glanced at mars for a moment but noticed the neck slot on the back of his neck as she grinned
"Heyyyyyy you have a fancy neckslot like our friend?"nora pointed out
Mars ears twithced around"So what its what everyone in the family has?"he replied as soon the lightbulb went off in the blonde head
"Nora your a genius!"rogue shotued as the girl knew she was. Quickly she rumaged through her pouches pulling out only a blue and black dust crystal
"Does anyone have eletricity dust shards on hand we need one right now"rgoue demanded as they all look immediately toward perun who sighed. Then he immediately pulled out a yellow dust shard
Immediately the blonde walked over looking for the slot throug the fur then she moved some aside finding it on his the tipepd end of the shard into the slot. This made mars jolt slightly from the small shock it gave.
Then in an instant the white lines on his joints then the fur around him erupted in yellow energy. To their surpsie his bushy tail crackled with energy and eletrciity that arched all over the place. Along with that he flexed his claws as they sparked to life. But his eyes were bright yellow as he snapped his maw that crackle with eleetricity
"Whoa now thats a power up"zephyra commented
Though immeidaly hazel lifted dravan off of him before tossing him toward the others feet. Swapping glances with nora the girl smiled rushing in which confused him but followed her lead at that moment.
The ginger haired teen offered a hand to him which caught him offguard as joining him was perun as he took her left hand.
"What are you doing right now?"mars asked as the rocker smirekd building up a charge in his hands at that moment
"Charing up valkyrie over here with an energy boast right now. Help me juice her up"perun said
The man got what they were implying now as he gripped her hand tight. Immediately the two began to shokc her with electricity as hazel soon noticed them approaching him. Though nora hair light up a little from the shock before the two reeled her back slowly winding her up.
Nora flipped her hammer backward before kicking it which caused her to be launched forward directly into hazel. Though easily he reached up grabbing her by the wrist shocking her again as he noitcd perun smiling at him
"What are you smiling about?"hazel qeustioned glaring.
"Nothing heard from my girlfriend that she a real sugar addict. I mean electricity is her favorite to give her that much needed energy boast to start her day"he smugly said as hazel raised an eyebrow.
Then as he said this hazel felt someone grip his right forearm. Hazzel looked down to see nora looking down as electricity crackled around her. Then she slowly looked up with a big grin on her face. Then she gripped maginhild in her right hand and lifted it backwards with ease. As she delivered a swing launching him into the main hall.
Once she did they quickly regroup as walking over was yang who was rubbing her broken wrist right now. As weiss walked over along with blake, onxyia and even adam. Though what shocked her was seeing zane limping over in his prowler form at the moment with nadia contiosunly trying to stop him
"Stop moving you idiot! You need to lay down your hurt right now!"she demanded as he grunted moving forward
"I'll be fine i've dealt with worse things than a broken leg"he argued grunting in pain slightly
"You two good over here?"mars questioned with a confused look as nadia was about to speak but he spoke up
"We are dealt with kiyo and jack….they…they won't be a problem anymore"zane said as soon enough sun spoke up on that
"Because you killed them"sun said with a glare as this made their eyes drawn on him as he looked away with a shameful look. Onxyia flinched looking at her boyfriend right now seeing the sadness in his eyes. Adam though scoffed
"Well thats two dead…you can bicker about them being dead later. We need to head for the relic right now. Come on"adam said as they nodded in agreement with most of them following him inside to the main hall at that moment
Though early at the CCT tower where the second one was right now everyone was clearing up the place. As the faunus where escorting the soilders and any others away with the poilce help at that moment.
Akata sighed in relief using her girlfriend as a support for her right now
"Man…i can't believe we actually did it…man i think all thats left are those grimm knight…wherever they are"akata said
Aruna sighed before glancign at faba who was still mourning for the loss of his niece right now. As by his side consoling him was celeste with a disheartened look as she clenched her fist
"Not everything went okay right now….because he killed coco"she said direclty to scar who was leaning against a wall at that moment coughing up a bit of blood smirking at them.
"What? You mad…that i killed her…she was easy…went for…the rabbit…knew…she try to defined her"he tautned laughing even at them
Although right now cardin was still busy consoling velvet with yumi at that moment. But the rabbit faunus ears twitched hearing him say that right now. As she growled looking at the beret in her hands that belong to her leader. The rabbit fuanus had tears slowly breaking through again before he said something that just made her sick
"If you want…maybe father will bring her corpse back…from the dead"he tuanted which just made something inside her smash
Velvet growled walking over toward him as she drew a digitized version of remorse. Then she jammed the blade into his other metal arm as he cried out in pain shocking them seeing this side of her right now
"Whoa rabbit ears chill out i know your pissed. I'm more than pissed right now but killing him won't make you happy"cardin said but she laughed at that
"I don't care…because he deserves to have his other arm cut off. You wanna know why?"She asked as they flicnehd to see her with an eerie grin which startled them seeing this side of her.
"Okay..this isn't creepy….like at all right now"aruna admitted backing up in fear right now. Faba glanced over noticing what was going on right now getting up fighting the tears to stop something terrible happen to his nieces remaining teammate right now.
As velvet then jammed the blade deeper into his arm as his nerves could feel it twisting it right now. He cried out in pain before she stood up planting her foot on the blades handle. Then she put pressure on it for a moment before stomping down on it hard.
This ended up reuslting in her cutting off his other metal arm as scar cried out in compelte pain. The metal prosthetic kept twitching as its servos whirred around with oil leaking out from his arm. Then velvet picked up her weapon untidtiging it changing it to emebr ceila as she smacked her fist together.
"You deserve this for taking my teammates….you deserve this for having a psycho for a father"velvet said raising her fist ready to strike but immediately her hand was caught. Then the rabbit was pulled into a warm embrace but faba as she tried to wriggle to get free but he wasn;t letting go
"No…no…i..i know its hurts…i'd like nothing more than to hang this brat by the neck. But…not here…not now. Your just hurt…don't cross a line like that right now"faba warned as the rabbit huffed and puffed trying to get free but was very exhausted right now.
Though soon enough the sound of footsteps could be heard as dashing past them was a black blur. They were caught offguard by that as carrying scar on her back easily was maya who growled at them before dashing away from them as they decided to give chase at that moment.
Soon enough everyone started to converge into the main hall right now as rushing inside of it was selket still carrying rosemary in her arms with a couple of her followers by her side carrying tyrian lifeless corpe. Along with that betty rushed in with her lover underbosses by her side.
Then their was maya carrying in scar on her back as adder was their as well panting for air right now after trying to avoid the fighting at that moment during the battle outside. Hazel picked himself up from the blast he endured. But immeialty several others followed in.
That being qrow who had torn clothing with tai by his side along with yang their clenching her fist slightly. Mercury stumbled in with sweat beating down his face as emerald joined him looking worse for wear herself as well with a banaged wrapped around her left forearm.
Adam stepped in with wilt drawn along with blake having gambrol shroud out. As onxyia held out her glaive at the ready. Eria held her bat with shaky hands at best right now for what happened early. Rogue aimed the infernal guanlent toward them as jaune held his sword out at the ready
Nora held her hammer out staring them down along with cardin holding his mace at the ready. Velvet held out a digitized copy of coco minigun as zane panted stumbling in shaking with mericless in his hands. Nadia stood their with her revolver drawn
"I suggest you all give up right now"nadia stated calmly
Selket growled at them still with fresh tears on her face"no! Because soon or later my siblings will be here. They'll help me gut you all…but you.."she said staring direclty at eria who flinched right now.
"You'll pay for what you did to my hubby….you'll pay!"she shouted as she flinched with some eyeing her wondering what happened. Though zane stepped forward blocking them standing right infront of her as his tail thrashed around
"Your not laying a hand on either them because guess what?"he asked making betty scoff at him
"Aww what heres comes your big betrayal. Well maybe my lover clay will come here soon wherever he is"betty said sweetly though micha and micheal both flinched looking at each other for a moment which kmbilee noticed
"What the heck up with you two? Wheres clay?"he asked as the two sibling lover stared at each other before they decided to announce what happened to their boss
"Hes dead"micha answered which made kimblee flinch hearing that. Though with bettty she went completely wide eyed to hear that her lover was killed. As the women stood their frozen right now before she began to crack as tears flowed down her mask. But she was praticualry seething in rage at that moment growling wondering who did him in right now.
Maya panted for a moment looking for her other siblings"where is tau and eta?"she qeustioned as merciless dripped black blood on the ground as zane said something chilling
"Their both dead and guess which two are next. "He said pointing his sword directly at them startling rogue that her own partner killed someone along with her sister making her worried for those two at the moment. This startled maya who backed up as scar groaned mumbling to himself on her back in pain.
"Welll um…just give up and surrender theirs an entire police force outside to stop you. Along with dozen of your soldiers defeated just give up now"blake oredred
Adder went wide eyed as he changed his weapon to a sword. He gulped nervously as hazel glared at them.
You think thats going to scare us right now i mean seriously because it doesn't"maya added as she said this the platform from the vault could be heard coming back up. The girl smiled as everyone stared at the platform coming up. As it did the girl smiled waiting to see her queens maidentheir. But instead of bonnie it was raven as she was the only one their

Soon enough adder produced a large ball like device staring at them right now as he glanced with hazel who nodded. Immediately he pressed a button on the device throwing it in the air but they all knew this same thing being through it dozen of times
"Oh no not this time!"cardin said as the bright light enguglfed them as he and a few others shield their eyes. Immediately they tried to go for them but it was too late as they all rushed outside of the academy doors as they were about to follow but raven stopped them
"Stop! Let them run away because right now i think we just won"raven said walking down the stairs holding the relic in her hands as they all started to settled down for a moment before it hit them that they won
"We won? Are you serious…ughh…please tell me your lying?"yang said rubbing her sore wrist as walking inside the main hall was summer rose carrying a passed out ruby in her arms. Immediately raven noticed that but that was for a question for later.
Zoey along with ghira walked inside but he seemed to have a worried look in his face which his daughter noticed
"Dad…hey is something wrong did something happen outside?"blake asked with worry as the man closed his eyes for a moment
"Its…well the police are arriving right now and where working on putting the white fang and their allies behind bars. Some of the kncukelduster escaped along with talon while most of those cultist committed sucided. But…"he paused before eyeing them all down for a moment
"Several people are injuried right now and some of them are your friends. Katherine is working on loading them all up on the transport ship. Your…your sister is one of them"he regrettable said making her go wide eyed immediately
"I…i is she okay?! Is my little sister okay right now?!"she asked with tears in her eyes at that moment. But yang walked over placing a hand on right to calm her nerves.
"Hey it'll be alright i'm sure she'll be fine"yang reassured though close by still hanging on by a thred of life was vernal. The women was panting with a large pool of blood below her right now. Then she looked up staring at the group talking with each other but made eyes on yang
The women grinned before reaching for a sidearm on her hip that being a bowei knife. Vernal used the reaminder of her strength to pick herself up as she began to use the remainder of her strength to sprint toward them. Though they were all exhausted ignoring her.
But raven glanced to her right going wide eyed seeing her still alive. Though qucikyl noticed her target being her daughter as she quickly reacted jumping forward dropping the relic to the ground
"I mean i'm ready to take a long nap who.."yang was stopped before her mother emrbaced her for some reason. But immedialty raven gasped going wide eyed as she felt something driven into back. All looked shocked to see the still alive vernal who laughed for a moment smiling.
"Guess…i…your going to hell with me…aye rae"vernal said before finally losing the strength falling to the ground dead. But for raven she struggled to stand up falling face first to the ground. They went silent as yang went wide eyed
"Mom?"yang asked with a quivered voice getting no response as raven started to slowly black out as blood pooled out from her wound. But at that moment zane molted his armor form as his broken leg coudln't support him as he yelled in pain with his knee collapsing in on him
Cardin noticed his legs bone sticking out"oh crap…we need to get to a doctor now!"he shotued as tai rushed over picking up his wife rushing outside to join the others. As nadia did the same as the others followed
Outside their were several airships and police officer clearing the place out with the despardos and faunus. As immediately they went straight toward a medical ship that katherine was on noticing them gesutirng them to board. They did as on board with them was jazmine who had medics working on her already
Their was also ren with a iv bag connected to him with his arm banaegd up that was stained in red. As well as yahto with doctors working extra hard on him as he kept coughing up blood. Yang board the craft too as it started to jet off. As it did they watched them fly off
"Guess their off to the hospital now…we should to i…"jaune was stopped before eyeing something right now. Weiss noticed him staring at something
"Jaune? Is something wrong?"weiss asked as she glanced at what he was staring as she gasped covering her mouth with tears starting to form. As being carried out on a stretcher right now was coco dead lifeless body. Immedialty blake flinch seeing that as tears began to well up immediately. Onxyia looked shock glancing at velvet as the rabbit started to shake before she began to break down crying at that moment.
The wolf pulled her over into a comforting embrace trying to tell her everything will be alright. As rogue gasped covering her face leaning into mercury for comfort. Eria immediately started to break down crying seeing that. As rushing over was meg who noticed the girl going wide eyed before walking over as qrow noticed her
"Got somewhere close you know of near the hospital their going at?"he asked as she thought for a moment with jaki joining them
"I know this place well and where they'll be taken. I can make a quick call"he said as they nodded because they just won. They saved havan academy but at the cost of so many people right now who died to save the contient of mistral.
With that its the end of the volume right here their will be a small closing chapter next. But they all managed to win the fight at havan academy defeating the evil forces that planned to plunge another kingdom in chaos.
