16. Chapter 15

Chapter 15 going to the coast

All right, we are now in chapter 15. We're almost halfway through this book and like I said, I will probably make a final book to the series which will be the fifth book. I can't remember exactly how many books are in this series. I should've made it one big book one long book and we would've had it in parts instead, but I separated it into books because I think that having it in a series is better but I'll tell you more about the final book of the series later I'll drop Henson there here and there throughout the last few chapters of this story, but right now this is another fun chapter. We got up early a few days later we got up early to get ready to go. We were all going on a nice trip vacation. Mom and Dad were staying behind. They were gonna be in charge of the kingdom while we were gone and came to they were all staying behind. We told him we would bring back plenty of seashells from the coast. They laughed good we hope so and I hope y'all have a good relaxing time. I think we will and I have never been to the coast and neither has Annalise so this will be good for us. None of us mostly haven't been to the coast except for Luther and Scarlet the two people who our guards were also coming and Jason Gwen since they've been to the coast before they live there and that's where Mother and Father well Mother and Father, but Luther and Scarlett had met them. Also, Claire was coming and so was so were the stones.

It's gonna be a big group luckily my luckily Luther and Scarlet and our family had purchased land to have a big beautiful castle there not as beautiful as Zion obviously but a new palace was built there during one vacation I guess that Mother and Father took one time and they decided to make a beautiful home there knowing that we might take a vacation there so it was a vacation castle and Luther decided to make it into another really in palace, but it's stationary. It cannot move anywhere. It was a vacation home and that was good enough for us.

No, it says we're not taking any servants with us except for a handful of guards and only our strongest guards are the best guards for going with us and that was good too. We were all gonna have a good time. A great time at the beach like I said Annalise and I have never been to the ocean so this would be a thrilling adventure for all of us. I wondered how we were gonna get there. Luther said there's a train that goes there we've fixed it so that the train can go to the coast and we won't have to take a long ride. It can be a shorter trip than having to take the buggy. I don't know if we can all fit in it. I think we all should take the buggy Scarlett said it'll be more of a fun adventure don't you think and you need to learn to drive the team Luther said yes of course of course all right we'll hook up the wolf pup. It'll probably be more of a fun adventure that way wouldn't that take longer? I asked not if you do it right Riley it shouldn't take us that long to get to the coastline and if it does, it's an adventure. This is our vacation after all.

Also asked will Scarlet be OK I'll be fine. Scarlett said this illness will not bother me even though I'm pregnant that's what I'm worried about. I said, but if you decide to give birth out here, I'm not due for a while. Scarlet laughed. I don't think I'll give birth out here.

They hooked up the team and we built an even bigger ride. We built it even bigger so we can all fit inside. It used to be only three bedrooms. We made it bigger now so we can all fit inside and look like that Julius did he made it bigger my new father-in-law built it bigger so that we could all fit inside and it was built like one of those big carriages of horses we had wolf pups instead, and we also make sure we had plenty of food because AC eats a lot and soda a lot of us. We need snack, snacks, water and

Food to have in our home and the castle too.

In adventure, we couldn't wait this was gonna be so much fun.

I made sure everyone was ready the team was hitched up and my Scarlet would be sitting next to me in the front just like mother did when my mother and father traveled around the world and all the kids and everyone would ride in the back they were not made into bedrooms, but sitting areas instead because we were not using it for travel like we used to this is for times when we don't wanna take the train everywhere we go and there is no station to the coast so we have to take the carriage ride.

I want the kids and my family to experience this. This will be an experience for everyone as I hitched up the team with the help of Riley and the others and our luggage also had to fit in there. It was like a car to us now, except with the team of Wolf pops to pull it. We also made sure we had plenty of snacks because AC eats a lot. Iris explained it to me. Don't worry we'll have plenty of food to eat. We also have food at the other castle too Also I explained that Ezra lives out there too maybe we'll see him. It's rare, but we might say hi to him if we see him.

I don't know Riley said are we sure we might? Scarlett asked me I don't know Scarlet we might. We didn't the last time we were here. That is true. Seeing the first major is rare.

Seeing Ezra is very rare he might have been on Mount Asher during some of this time too. He goes from here to there from time to time.

Finally, we had everything hooked up and ready to go. I had to do is get everyone piled inside. We had to leave early in the morning so we could get to the coast at a decent time. It's a long trip from there to heat from here to there, and we had to leave early. Annalise was dragging Zoe along. She hated getting up early I guess.

A lot of our group hated getting up early Roger Alan and Sarah also were some of the ones who had a hard time getting up. We told him it's an adventure and we're gonna have a great time.

It's an adventure and we're not taking the train.

A time when we could forget about our worries and forget about our duties as Royals for at least a few days maybe a week at least.

I'm just glad that Scarlett and I do not have any meetings today or this whole week even if we did, we told Porsche and the other masters that we were taking a week off and spend time with our family and a vacation and they agreed that we worked so hard and we need breaks and vacations once in a while.

And family time helps with our romance for me Scarlett and the kids to have a good time. Give us some time to relax hang out as a family and relax. Without any missions or anything of worry, It'll be good for us too.

And we're not going to the plasma sea, we're going to the ocean on the coast. We have at least three bodies of water here we have the coast on the side where the crystals live and then we have the ocean tropical area and then we have the plasma see no one goes out there it's dangerous.

Is at the edge of this country and it doesn't go anywhere except maybe the boundaries to the other side which is the swamplands and we're not allowed to cross that way just like we're not allowed to go to the ice skates even though I promised my kids that we would go. It's dangerous. The Christalis aren't very nice people, even though the Bunners are even though I promised, I would take them to see snow one day you never travel to the ice skates but maybe one day I'll take them out there.

But I need to figure out how to go without being suspicious and for the ruler, I don't know.

I'll have to figure out a plan, but I know we wanna go to the ice skates to see snow. I'll have to do it sometime though maybe while the kids are still young.

It hardly ever snows here in Everett, so this will be fun to see.

We'll have to figure out transportation out there too. It's not gonna be easy work.

And I'll try to figure out a way I will. I'll figure out a way and a safe passage to the ice skates so they can see Bunners real Bunners and the Christalis.

But it's dangerous that place is closed off to us. Their borders are closed, but we're more likely to go there than to the swamp plans and no one wants to go there. It's dangerous out there even more so than the Christalis at the territory of the ice skates.

But I might figure out a way for us to go one day. I wanna try to do an ambassadorship out there. I heard that the Crystal Air Corina Asher is thinking of betraying them and they might get a new ruling family because I don't have any other errors too that kingdom if they get a new air soon then maybe just maybe they might straighten out a little bit and be welcoming and opening their borders again once that happens maybe just maybe we can go out there.

Maybe I can work on strengthening our relations with them that would be nice. Don't you think?

I took Scarlet into the car, to her seat I told her to sit there and not do much of the helping she smiled. OK Luther she said as the rest of us helped put in the packages, not our packages, but our luggage.

Scarlett

Luther held me and told me I needed to sit there while they put the rest of our luggage into the car. Well our carriage I should say everyone else did a lot of the heavier lifting, but that was OK too. It was so much fun we were going to the coast one of my happiest memories. I turned 13 years old there and I had a little bit of a party there and that's where I met Jason Gwen. I do our two best friends that we used to play with all the time.

Heard their parents moved back there so they're gonna visit with their parents while we were there at the beach, which is nice. They probably need to anyway I heard Luther tell me that he wants to try and straighten up our borders maybe not of the swap lands and we've already had pretty good relations with the people in the bastard region with King Regis, but we want to try and reach your understanding with the ice skates. I told him that's not gonna be easy work to do no but we wanna try and be good ambassadors for the rest of the kingdom and I'm thinking of taking Liam there maybe just me and Liam and being in the air and all that I think it'll be a great adventure just for the two of us and the rest of you can stay home. I don't have to keep it even though I would love to see snow I said don't worry maybe I can figure out a way one day if we can strengthen our borders then we can take a family trip to the ice skates. I smiled that would be great, but I doubt that'll ever happen. They're so proud and arrogant more than the vault or ever were.

He told me that he thinks that the queen or king of the ice skates betrayed them, their head, their crown princess has deserted them for Crane, so they disowned him since he became part of since she disowned her since she became part of the became a citizen of ever and so they disowned her even more. Her parents said so so they'll have to find a new ruler anyway and maybe they'll open our borders or her brother I should say disowned her so maybe he'll strengthen our borders and listen to me. All right I said sounds good to me.

Or maybe the Buna one day will overpower the crystals and take over and laugh. That would be the day if the Beaner decided to fight back and take their land and just make the Crystal secondary citizens. It should be their land anyway I said.

I might do that and we'll talk to the Bunners and the Christalis to see if they'll have some peace with us. Sounds great. I think you and Liam would be great for the ambassadorship thing. I might take Ash with me too why I think it'll be good for him too and AC you know leave Leanna defenseless she'll be in the palace. She's not going Besides our enemies cannot get inside our walls. I thought about that. That is true. They cannot get in here.

I agree to all right then it probably won't be for another several years or maybe months after this trip. I might consider it and if we can get a good standing then we can go as a family to the ice skates sounds good I said.

It might be best if just Liam and I went I heard him say, cause I won't wear skinny at the family to be in danger even Ash knew this would have to become the next air or Riley one if something happens to him can't you just leave Liam here and you go no he has to go with me. He'll be in the air. He'll be the future king I didn't wanna argue, but the kid is only 13 and that's good for him we'll talk about this later. Scarlett, he said as he kissed me,

Let's just enjoy our family time. He says I agree we'll worry about things like that later. I know that if I go on adventures alone with my daughter Leanna Luther has to take Liam on ambassador ships on his own as well.

That means to the ice skates and also to the bastard region on their own.

I was so happy I got to go on a vacation with my brother and my sisters and my niece and nephew and the rest of our group not just the kids I mean not just our family goes but our entire crew is going and Jason Gwen are also going they're going because they're gonna go and visit their family. They probably have their way of transportation. They're probably not riding with us cause they're not guards. I don't think I don't remember if they were or not. The stones are going because they have never been to the coast and there are guards and their mother and father's best friends and Miss Claire is going too.

I have to put boxes not boxes, but our suitcases are like things into the back of our carriage, but I never wrote in before. Brother told me that he and Scarlett used to ride in it all the time when they traveled around the world now we're going on a family vacation there .

Sister-in-law said in the front and she just sat there while the rest of us packed our things into the car hers, too went into the carriage. I should say it was like a car I guess and the wolf pups I adored every single one if there were more puppies later on brother promised that I'd have one as my wolf pup maybe for the pay I don't know. I laughed and smiled, knowing this.

And I was fine without being a mean of being an heir to the throne. Riley wasn't an air either, but she was still happy and Annalise was happy too. It was a happy time. I helped the best I could as young as I was being 13 I was able to help more than I used to.

After that, I helped hitch the team up to the cat to our little wagon. Riley and I had to do that job in Annalise.

Allie's had to do it too. Liam also helped and Leah Leanna as well. They helped out as well.

Everyone did everyone pitched in it was so much fun yay I punched my fist in the air. We were going to the coast I had never been to the beach so this will be fun for us fun for all of us to enjoy some time off, especially my brother. He needs some time off.

He's been stressed lately poor thing.

No this will be good for him too.

And I think Kane Scarlett's father decided to join us too. He didn't have much to do and he was lonely so we invited him too or a ruler so one of our grandparents gets to go yay.

I mean one of the twin's grandparents will get to come along and that's a yay moment for everyone.

That'll be good too that Mr. Agnes will get to come along he has no duties so it would be good for him too. Helena said that he mom said he would watch she'll watch their house as well. All right he says good.

Liam

Vacation yay I helped my uncle Ash and mother's family members pack up our car as I watched mother sit in her place in the front seat. Are you sure you don't want her in the back Father I asked maybe later on the trip he said one of you will take her spot sitting up front I might have Riley do it right Riley was the oldest in the group besides Annalise and Iris too.

I wish there was a train station that went out that way we wouldn't have to take the team and we could've just had the driver of our train. Take us. All we had to do was just relax, but Father said this was an adventure, a family adventure together which was fine. We don't get to have many anyway and this is good last time. We had an adventure when we were 11 and we went to the Bastar region this year. We were going to the coast. We are excited to see the ocean which is gonna be exciting.

You never got on a big vacation before like just a vacation so this was exciting too, and Kane was coming. Yay, grandfather was coming with us at least one of them. At least my maternal grandfather was my maternal grandmother was dead never knew her, but she was evil to my mother so I did not worry about her.

She died in childbirth when the mother was born to the mother who killed her well I laughed. That was funny.

Grandfather said he was coming because he had never gone on a vacation and his life and he wanted to spend time with his family.

He told us we were all growing up and he didn't wanna miss any of it. I told him you won't miss any grandfather I said.

Good cause I don't want to he said if it went for the crowdedness and having to take care of my no beat my disobedient son, I would've gone with you all and left him alone. I would've gone with your parents and your other grandparents on their little trip around the world.

I should've left, but I didn't.

Now I get to go on a little adventure with all of you. He said to me and everyone else too.

It was good and we were gonna have a great time.

Once everyone was in place and all of our luggage was in place, Father said everyone takes their places inside. We're on our way to the coast in a great vacation. .

Kids, he said well goodbye to your grandma and grandpa we did we weighed goodbye to them. Don't worry we'll keep the kingdom in good shape. I heard grandmother say good mom 'cause we'll be back soon. Probably in a week maybe two take whatever time you need off you need it.

Leanna

I sat next to my brother in my love everyone sat together as groups and chatted away on our trip. It was still early morning yet, so I decided to doze off for a while. I laid my head on AC's shoulder. He ran his hands in my hair as I fell asleep rest some more he said I might do the same I laughed OK I said it'll be a long trip knowing once you couldn't go to sleep was father because he was driving the team and mother because she was sitting out front halfway to the trip. They will change out people drivers and riders at the front. We were not old enough to drive the team he'll train us one day though Father said he'd train us all how to drive Claire also was trying to drive and so was Iris so they could take turns driving and Riley and the other older people in our group even my other grandfather who came with us on this trip was also trained to drive he told us that when we're 16 we learn to drive too, which is good cause we'll probably need to learn doesn't matter if we're male or female we're all gonna learn to drive.

Even Mom knows how but she doesn't because she's pregnant. Father thinks it's too stressful for her. I was happy that I had another little brother or sister and my own. That's born to us. I love my adopted siblings though and I chatted along with them as well when I wasn't asleep, but the first half of the trip I slept for most of it most of us kids slept for most of the ride unless we had to go to the bathroom somewhere which would be out in just somewhere it was weird for us.

Jason Gwen said there was a town there and there was an in so that's where they'll stay nonsense. You should stay with us mother said no we'll stay in a hotel. We'll stay at an end or I will stay with you in the house. We'll stay in the end. The two siblings said the other set of siblings that were with us. The stones also said that we will stay in an end as well. That way you don't have to worry about us, but we'll be nearby. You need family time. Claire said I will stay in and in as well your children are adults at the moment so you all can just relax as a family. I will join you for activities and eating.

Are you sure Father asked. We're sure it'll be easy. Nadia said Dylan was not along with his sister and so did Jason Gwen Claire too.

It'll make it easier for all of us.

And will still be nearby I didn't hear the rest of that conversation because I fell asleep falling into AC's shoulder as he rubbed my shoulders in my head sleep well Leanna, he said, kissing my face my lips my side, and said I love you he said that back as we both fell asleep on the ride.

AC

I let Leanna sleep. It was early in the morning. We all left so early. I don't like getting up early either so I fell asleep as well listening to the conversations around us. There wasn't much to do. It was a long trip obviously and there wasn't much to eat, except that a few ends nearby we would stop and get something to eat or go take care of our business.

Also, they would have people take turns driving so every time we stopped we had a new driver. Scarlet moved to the back, cause she couldn't take sitting out front anymore even when Luther began to drive again Scarlet preferred to sit in the back and rest I guess having another baby was getting to her.

We also would stop and get some food. Sometimes that was the best part and the team got to rest too, which was also good.

This was a long trip after all. When we would stop, we could get out and stretch a bit that was good too that was the best part. It was a long trip after all.

Iris

This was fun. I can't believe we were going on a trip. I have never been on a trip. This was good for AC and me cause we have never been on trips like this before ever in our lives. I've been a servant all my life mostly until now the last trip I went on was an ambassador trip. We went to the past region, but this was an actual family vacation, which I've never taken at all cause I've never been part of a family and when my parents hired me out to the Crane family, they disowned me in a way.

So I made a C my family kind of I mean Oliver didn't want me anyway so what was the point of staying? This has been the happiest several years of my life. We got to have a new life with a new family and this was great a family vacation.

We've been living here for 13 years with this family and man. It's been amazing. I wouldn't trade it for the world. And neither would AC either we wouldn't trade this for anything in our lives.

I'm even fine without I'm even fine without having to become queen I just enjoy being part of the family in general. I wouldn't trade it for anything.

and my new mother

Is having another child which is so exciting.

So exciting altogether for everything.

And then I saw it the coast AC look, I said, looking out the window he turned and looked out the window and saw the stretch of sand and the ocean.

The beach, and the coast stretch before us.

We saw the coastal town near us. That's where our destination was, and our secondary palace was there too.

Jason Gwynn asked to be let off at the nearest Inn and they were and that was fine. We'll meet up with you on other things we have adventures or times together we have activities will do. Luther said as the two of them got out with their luggage and went to the end.

Nadia and Dylan got out at the end as well, even though the castle was big enough for all of us. You don't need guards out here. Our villains won't come out this far. Besides the first major house is around here they wouldn't dare come out here.

That was true no way would they come out this far toward us.

And we already had our own set of guards out here, so it was good.

And we had buckets and shovels and everything we needed to build sand, castles, and gather shells.

Or to dig in the sand.

Scarlett also brought the old jewelry-making kit that Jason Gwen had given them given her on her birthday one year ago or so we found good shells. She said we would make jewelry and take it back to our families or to give to one another she said.

Another great activity is there are some good eating places too. She said we didn't get to explore the town when we were here. Scarlet explained so we'll get to do a lot of that too. Will be here probably a week or two weeks.

Roger

We arrived at the coast. It was beautiful, the turquoise water that we saw not too far off and the beautiful golden sand. It wasn't as hot as the sand in Windsor and I couldn't wait to play in it it didn't seem it was softer, more compact, and not dry and desert. It was wet or you got closer to the water. The wetter the sand was, but we didn't go that far right now. Mother said we needed to go to our house first and get set in and settled. She said before we do anything else before we go play and get ready we need to plan out what we're doing for the next two weeks that we're here two weeks we're gonna be spending two weeks here on the coast. That sounds great. This was mine and Alan and Sarah's first time here we took in the beautiful scenery around us.

It was nice. The soft breeze around us was so warm the salty air we breathed in. It was so nice and we heard the rumors too that the first major lives around here but we had never seen him. I'm guessing his house is hiding I guess.

We won't have the path with our suitcases we helped carry Scarlett's mother's suitcases off the pathway and our own filled up our rooms. They're not like our rooms on ion they were different, but that was OK. And we mostly all had our room which was good too just like at home.

It was just different. The only person that was with us was our servant who came with us with Claire. Jason Gwen went off to the end and so did I so did the stones they wanted to stay at the end except for Aura obviously because she was staying around where Liam was.

And Jason Gwynn wanted to visit their parents which made sense too.

Bring all your luggage in. I heard mom call out and then we'll go to the beach or we'll go explore the town. I don't know which we'll do the first beach first heard Ash call out all right then Scarlet said beach then.

The castle had everything we needed for the ocean for the beach. We had a private beach at least on the castle we did if you say at the end, you didn't have one, but that was OK because the rest of our party will walk to our private beach, but we had everything here we had a pool too like a place we had a lounging area. We also had a boat dock. I didn't know much about boats, but Luther did my father did we'll take a boat ride he says we never did that either. We added that when we moved here.

Did we have a private beach, which was nice ?

We didn't have a lot of servants, but that was OK. Mother knew how to cook and so did Father too so we didn't need that in Claire. She was there most of our maid and cook and everything.

Alan

I looked around the beautiful castle that would be staying in for the beach trip. I can't believe we were staying in something so pretty better than an end that is for sure. There were too many of us for an in only four people out of our group was staying at an end, but the rest of us were staying here at this castle.

We were staying at least a couple of weeks.

That was a good two weeks here that would be fine Sarah and I and Roger were excited.

This was gonna be so much fun I went to my room and set it up. Dinner will be soon and that'll be good too.

For the first day, we'll probably go out to eat. That'll be fine. It'll probably take some time to get the kitchen set up.

We were here and I went to my room. It was nice. A little trip was gonna be a good time together is what we needed.

Not because we weren't getting along, but it's always good to have some time together as a family.

That's not what our enemies have this kind of family togetherness well we will and will be better than that.

I can't believe we are here. We're gonna have so much fun. I went to my room and it was really good. It was right next door to Liam's room and Leanna's room. I got to have a room between the two of the siblings between the two twins, which was nice they told us we needed to wear something nice because we'd be going out to eat soon. There was a chow mein cow in town and that's where we were going.

And maybe we'll see a penguin the master of the dark that'll be nice. He's the one who made the restaurant. Maybe we'll see him and wave at him.

If not, we'll have a good time anyway.

Zoe

This trip is gonna be fun never been on one. I mean I did go with them to the master region, but nothing like this. This was extravagant.

I love my room. It was nice. It was between Riley and Annalise's rooms.

Annalise

I normally don't like bright things, but this was good. I have never been to the beach so this would be good for me fresh air sunshine all of the work. We're gonna have a good time.

And I remember this spot Ezra's house is not that far from here and I was here before too bad. I can't spot it and go to his house and visit.

But I said in my room just like everyone else before we were gonna go to the Chow Mein Cow restaurant that sounded good. I've never been there either so this will be interesting.

There is also a griffin's delight diner not that far either and there was a tea shop too. That made me happy. I love tea so maybe sometimes I'll go there.

But for now, I'll just get my room ready and then we'll get ready to go to the Griffin's Delight dinner diner. Well, we're going there tomorrow for breakfast. We're going to the chow mein and cow tonight.

Our vacation has officially started.

Ending this chapter I hope you enjoy a meeting with Annalise. I don't know how the next chapter will be structured, but I hope you enjoy this chapter. It's probably one of my longest chapters, but that's because I try to get everybody to have a turn to speak to all the heroes at least in this story about their showing their side of what they see. It's better than doing individual chapters for each person's ideas cramming them in in this one chapter chapter 16 will be all about their vacation. We're almost to the end of this story we'll have at least two more chapters in this book and then the next chapter will probably be an Age Up. Scarlett is having another baby and will probably have that in the next chapter, not the baby being born but a baby shower in the next chapter, but the next chapter will be about the beach and the next one will be about Scarlett's baby shower. That'll be chapter 17 in chapter 18 will be the baby Scarlett's new Baby 19. I don't know yet oh 19 will be about Liam going on his first ambassador trip since he didn't get to go on one yet to the ice skates.

A trip with only his father will be interesting.

The final chapter will be about I don't know yet but it'll be an age job. Maybe their 16th birthday will work. It'll be full circle from 13 and 16 in the same book all right then and I told you this probably even though I said this is the final book in the series. I'll probably have one more book to finish out the series. All right I'll see you in the next chapter which will be chapter 16. I'll see you then soon in the next round.
