It was late afternoon of Thanksgiving Day 1996 when Max and Lisa met up with each other in Spoonerville Park. After greeting each other with a hug and a kiss, they sat down on a wooden park bench by the giant pond and they talked about what they did for this year's Thanksgiving.

Lisa went first and told Max that she wasn't thankful for anything on this Thanksgiving until she met up with him right now. As usual, while her family's servants were tiding up her mansion and their cooks were cooking the Thanksgiving dinner for her and her family, her parents spent most of the day arguing very loudly and her brothers and their wives and their children arrived for the Thanksgiving dinner and they made her life absolute hell. They rubbed their successes in her face and calling her a loser like they always did and her spoiled nephews and nieces were still being real pains to her with still no manners at all. She wanted to leave the mansion, but her parents forced her to stay until the Thanksgiving dinner was over and forced her to wear a new brown dress they bought for her. She didn't want to wear it because it wasn't her type of dress and it didn't fit her, but she knew the other option was to face more criticism from her family and she had enough criticism from her whole family for one day.

Then the Thanksgiving dinner arrived and that was the worst thing of the whole day. The only good thing about it was the delicious food. The rest was horrible. All the family were terrible. The adults kept boasting about their own achievements and not praise each other for their own achievements, while the kids had the worse table manners and still got away with murder. And when the time came for everyone to say what they were thankful for, they all said they were thankful for themselves and what they achieved on their own. It was only Lisa who said she was grateful for her family and her friends. She wasn't really grateful and she really didn't want to say it, but she felt deep down that someone from her family had to say it and if she was the only one who could and had to do it, then so be it.

Lisa was so glad that the Thanksgiving dinner was over and she could finally get away from that terrible mansion and her awful family. It was the first thing she was thankful for all day and she was very thankful that she met up with Max at Spoonerville Park and she could now spend the rest of the day with him.

Then it was Max's turn to tell Lisa about his Thanksgiving Day. He and Goofy spent most of this Thanksgiving Day at the Spoonerville Soup Kitchen to serve food for the poor and the homeless. They did it every Thanksgiving ever since they moved to Spoonerville when Max was eleven and a half years old. At first, he didn't see the point of doing it, but as time went on, the more he did see it and the more rewarding he felt for doing it. He helped with the washing up while Goofy helped served the food to the poor and the homeless.

Lisa was very proud of Max for how he and Goofy selflessly spent their Thanksgiving Day to help the poor and homeless have a great Thanksgiving, but it also made her feel jealous that he had a much better Thanksgiving than she did.

"The sun's starting to set, Lisa," Max said. "Want to come back to my house for a little bit?"

Lisa smiled. "Yes, please, Max. I'd love to. Thank you so much."

Max was delighted that Lisa accepted his invitation as they headed back to his house.

Max was also very pleased that Lisa not only stayed for his place to celebrate the rest of Thanksgiving Day with him and Goofy, but that she had a much better Thanksgiving with them than she did with her own family at her mansion. She enjoyed the Thanksgiving dinner much more than the one she had with her family. It was smaller than the one she had with her family, but it still included turkey, stuffing, mashed potato and gravy and it was all delicious and Max and Goofy were better company. As they ate, they all said what they were all grateful for.

"I'm thankful for my house, my new job at Beekins Toy Company and my son Maxie," Goofy said.

"I'm thankful for my house, my dad, my friends and my beautiful, amazing girlfriend Lisa," Max said.

"And I'm thankful for my amazing boyfriend Max," Lisa said, "and all he's done for me ever since we met, especially rescuing me from that terrible avalanche earlier this year, comforting me when I discovered Chad cheated on me, becoming a good friend to me and then becoming my boyfriend, encouraging me to star in Anything Goes, all the dates we went on, especially at Stacey's Halloween party last month and helping me improve my grades at school for this year. So thank you, Max."

"You're very welcome, Lisa," Max said.

"That's my boy," Goofy said.

Then it was time for his special Thanksgiving apple pie for dessert. It was a little burnt but everyone still enjoyed it.

Then, after dinner was finished, Max, Goofy and Lisa played some Thanksgiving games, including guessing words on their foreheads and Thanksgiving charades among them. Then Max and Lisa went to his bedroom for one more Thanksgiving game. Then they both got completely naked with the exception of Max wearing a condom over his penis and then they landed on his bed and had their special sex fun.

"Wow, Max!" Lisa exclaimed happily. "You really do get better with sex the more we have it."

"Thanks, Lisa." Then Max grabbed Lisa's cheeks and kissed her beautiful lips. "I thought the sex we had in Stacey's pool house at her Halloween party was the very best sex we ever had. I never knew we could improve it."

"Well, there you go," Lisa said. "Though that was a great night and you did look sexy yet scary in your Frankenstein costume."

"And you looked very sexy yet scary in your witch costume," Max said.

Then Max and Lisa continued to have their special fun. It was the thing both of them were most thankful for the whole day.
